Yesterday (12/6/2022) I travelled from Gobichettipalayam to Chinniyampalayam(cbe) they conductor collected me Rs 61 (LSS, 10:00pm)

Today (23/6/2022) I travelled from chinniyampalayam to Gobichettipalayam the conductor collected me Rs 71( LSS, I got the LSS around 11:20 @ chinnnayampalayam)

I asked the conductor about the difference in the fare but he was not ready to speak and no answer from him . Such a worst behaviour from him

Kindly try to collect a fixed fare

    Sir,

    As there was vehicles parked on the road the bus TN 3N4909 on 12.06.22, 15:40 hrs
    was unable to overtake the car car my father aged 68 was driving an amaze car. He was continuously applying horn and as he got gap to overtake he ensured that he took the bus more towards car to make us afraid by showing that he can crush the car between bus and concrete median. He cannot be given permission to do such things to human beings just because he is govt driver.

      On 11/06/2022, I tried to book 1 ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai in TNSTC App and amount paid through Gpay amount Rs.560 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB17522757. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. Ticket booked in TNSTC App has guest account.

          I have travelled along with my child 3 years 6 month old in TNSTC Bus No. TN 29 N 2696 from Tiruppattur to Dharmapuri at 10.00 AM on 10.06.2022. The Bus conductor Shri.K Annamalai CR No.7926 has forced me to take half ticket for my child though his age is less than 5 years. I explained that Tamilnadu Government has announced that children below five years of age can travel for free in government buses across the state w.e.f 06.05.2022. but he is not ready to hear my words and told that he don't know the rule is came to effect or not and collected half ticket fare from me for my child forcefully.

            Yesterday i have boarded the bus at madurai mattuthavani bus stand to chennai arround 9 pm.
            To fill the tickets they are having brokers and charging the customers at different prices(700, 750, 800).i have charged at 800 and that is not correct. It should be same price.

            Bus tyre puncture at thindivanam arround 4 am. Nearly two hours to fix that issue. Passengers are helping drivers to change the tyre. They need to have helpers in the bus. Many passengers are losing their time. Who will be responsible for it.

                I have worked in private Company which is located in Thirubhuvanai, pondicherry, For the purpose I have travel daily panruti to Koliyanur X-Road, The bus Fare is, 20rs if normal 3×2 Tajore(or)Kumbakonam(or)Mayiladurai to chennai Govt bus, 25rs if 2×2 seat bus I given past days till june8, 2022. I travelled june9, 2022 Time:8.15PM, Bus Number(TN68N0434, Kumbakonam Govt Transport Bus) Departure at Panruti X-Road signal to Koliyanur. A conductor whose name is Anandh, He is collecting 30Rs Busspare Amount for Panruti to Koliyanur X-Road(19Km Distance), I Asking Him to why collecting Much amount, He told me that you Can do anything, Complaint about me so and so.. Our Transport department Ordered me to Collect 30rs so that I have collected these Much amount from You.

                We are requesting the concern Officer to take necessary action About these problem, I have Facing these problem Continuously in Govt Chennai buses, Apart from Digital Ticket machine normal Paper ticket Only High amount collected by particular Conductors, I think There is no Distance and (From, To) places mentioned in normal Paper ticket Think so...

                  Now it midnight 1.41 am . I am also an ex tnstc staff daughter roaming here and here and begging each and every bus driver and conductor who can take me to perundurai. Even though the route board is showing Perundurai stopping. A question is whether they reply same even to ladies of their own family. Does they have family?? I went to enquiry desk for complaint only reply is please see to respective checking inspector, who is not present at that place now. This is not first time. I am tried, every time these people are doing same. The situation is worst in Salem bus stand every day Coimbatore bus staff will point tirupur ever tirupur bus staff points coimbatore. As a passenger, like a ball in their hand we run here and there.

                  Please take necessary step to resolve.

                            I travelled in below mentioned bus from chennai to mettupalayam.

                            I lost my black colour wyber trolly bag.

                            Things in it: 2 New Green Colour Bedsheets, Dresses, white charger and new sling bag (Grey Colour) and some money around 5000Rupees.

                            When the bus reached Avinashi I noticed my bag missing. I searched all over the bus but I didn't get.

                            As per the conductor advice I'm filing my complaint of missing bag.

                              Hi Sir,

                              This complaint is regarding the buses from Salem to Tiruppur and vice Versa is not stopping at a place called Chithode. But we can see the place name Chithode is displayed in the route display. It is happening with most of the buses which goes in this route. This is the 4th time I am facing this issue in the past 2 weeks. As a lady going to erode and then catch another bus from erode to chithode in the late night is very tuff as there will not be frequent buses. Hence will prefer to go direct bus from salem to chithode. But the buses are not stopping. June5 I got a bus from Uthukuli to chithode, because chithode route was there in display route. But the conductor said will not go to Chithode get down either in Perundurai or Bhavani bypass. It was raining night but he said bus will not go. After crossing perundurai again asked the conductor but he said will not go get down in Lakshmi nagar stop. I said okay since I don have any other option. After that he went and told to the driver that no ticket to chithode so don’t go. It was really disappointment as there is a route available to go but conductor says will not go. He even deny to drop a lady in the night. Whether the route has been decided by the government for people or decide by the bus conductors. The bus details are TN30N1770 Route: Tiruppur to Salem via Uthukuli June 5th Sunday night Conductor name : Nagarajan. The same kind of incident happened with me on June 3rd Friday late evening from Salem to Tiruppur. Since the place name chithode was present in display board and other bus drivers suggest this bus goes to chithode I got into the bus. While taking ticket he questioned me with whom you checked before getting into the bus whether it goes to Chithode. I said the route name was there in the display so I got into it. He said though it displays you have to check with us, we have to decide whether it goes or not. The bus details are TN30N1814 June 3rd Salem to Tiruppur via Uthukuli. And it’s again today this time I asked the conductor I want to go chithode he said this bus will not go.. I asked route is displayed in the board. But he neglected to answer me. They talked among themselves and the other bus conductor was saying don’t take chithode seat and all. Why is it like that when government gives the route service. He said like if you want get down in Bhavani bypass. It will be like I will reach bhavani bypass at late night after 12.30 and there is no possibility to get town bus at that time to chithode. This any common people knows but still he said like that. It was very much disappointed and painful moment to me. Bus details are June 9th TN30N1814 Salem to Pollachi via Uthukuli route. It starts from salem around 11.15-11.20. It really needs to be taken into action. These conductors runs route based on their interest? What’s the purpose of government and its decision. It’s very worst service done by TN transport. There is no use of giving free of services to ladies when synch kind of things are happening. It gives disrespectful on the government and transport ministry. We don’t get any hope that government is for people until such kind of issues are solved and when public servants Respect common people. It’s like they are feeling like they are the government and talk to public. I am begging the transport ministry to take necessary action on this and support ladies and safety and support common people. This has to be cleared and make a discipline among these transport service people. It will be greatest help to common people like us if you take this into notice and take necessary action.
