I, Mrs. Mousumi Maity, took a bus (no. TN 58 N 1581) bought 4 tickets of Rs. 17 each and gave Rs. 500 note to bus conductor and he has to return me Rs. 432 but he returned Rs. 412 and when I claimed Rs. 20 balance he refused to give back and told me slab language and told that he will kill me in that place and moment. Being an pregnant lady I pray for the enquiry of that matter and compulsory retirement of him immediately.

While going Arani- Tambaram . The travel started from Arani (Tiruvannamalai District ) around 6:00 AM . While coming Mamundur, bus is stopped and all of them waiting for more than 30mins. Then afterwards cheuyyar Dippo, bus again stopped 45mins. Alll the passanger got suffered a lot. They get not arrange any other buses too.

I'm a college student my classes are completed in 7.30 pm and I reached the ponnamalle bus depot there is no one there on it and booth also closes daily I'm waiting for bus more than 1.00- 1.30 hrs my home is Vellore so please take action and solve this issues is a humble request my side and lots of people's struggles this issues daily .

Bus no: TN45N4019 running between coimbatore (gandhipuram) to karur service, 8.00pm to 12.00pm, the driver and conducter is keeping full audio system sound loudly. So this giving serious nuisance to all old passengers traveling in bus. It should be avoided in bus as per government rules.
So please take necessary action immediately in all buses.
Otherwise we will publish this matter in media and newspaper..

Trichy - madurai internal stop busses not available from eve 7 o clock to next day morning and All busses after 7 o clk running only 1 to 1 route on UNTIME. So, passengers facing so much of struggles like example for wt melur people dropped in melur byepass road on mid time.some people are olders and young ladies to reach in the melur town when there no have any vachile facilities on that un time. So, kindly avoid to run the 1 to 1 route busses on UNtime... kindly resolve the issue and help the people

I want to draw your kind attention to there is no frequent (Direct) bus service from Dharmapuri district to Bangalore on weekends particularly nite time 8.30 pm to 10 pm. The passengers face hardships since the buses are never punctual. The actual passengers sometimes have to wait for 1 hour together to catch the bus during the weekend. There were a lot of working people gents, ladies, children, aged people, and physically challenged who travel to Bangalore on weekends, and even on routes where there exists enough frequency of buses, the drivers and conductors are generally so careless.

Often, we see a variety of buses plying on the same route while at another time there is no bus for hours. Does it not present negligence of duty on the part of the drivers and conductors?

I, therefore request you to check out the matter. All Traffic Superintendents associated with Dharmapuri should be on their duty as well as book the erring staff members.

I am sure that you will take early making the bus service great for the public.

I tried to book ticket from Sivakasi to Chennai for date 31/05/22 in route no 185UD. I mad payment via UPI with reference
UPI/DR/[protected]/STATE TR/HDFC/statetrans/TNSTC
Amount got deducted but ticket no booked. Kindly refund the amount Rs 585 asap

Conductor has allowed Excess manpower allowing and also they had with liquor .

They are all sitting inside the bus ground

Major families are travelling this bus .

Sir we are standing to travel from Trichy to chennai. Today 29th May 2022 9.25 p.m we got a bus in Trichy bus no setc TN 01 AN 1823 conductor name venkata Subbu. We are travelling with small kids. Our kid age is 5 but the conductor told to get full ticket we said that only half ticket for the child 5 years but he used unparliamentary words and he made us to get down after half an hour. Kindly take action on the conductor

The passengers face hardships since no bus, stop in Othakkal Mandapam, Coimbatore especially the buses from Pollachi to Coimbatore. I don't know what shall we do as passenger. Everyone facing this issue daily. Kindly take action regarding this.

I have booked the bus tickets for 25th may 2022 on 24 th may 2022 for 2 persons but the booking failed but my money was debited from my account. Please refund my amount of rs 900 as soon as possible.

BUS NO. TN25N0652. From banglore to thiruvanamalai started from satellite bus station around 12.35AM on 29.05.2022. The conductor was very rude to gents passengers. He intentionally reserved the seats for his relatives besides the conductor seat. Mean time since it is Saturday lot of people wrre waiting in various stops, ignoring all them including ladies and kids, he reserved the seats telling them some ladies will get in the next stop. Very arrogant conductor.

I was a regular Traveller from ERODE to Coimbatore, Most of them are college students and need to travel in the morning. Since the busses are few in the morning. So people are always standing in the crowd and travelling. it is mostly disturbing for Girl students. So please consider

Hi I'm from Tamil naadu, coimbatore district, this complaint is regarding the numbers of buses available for cheran managar which is in villanguruchi road. Before a year we used to get a bus for every half an hour but now a days we get a bus once for every 2to 3 hrs only. This is really very pathetic. So much of inconvenience happening now a days. Kindly look into it or else let people know that there will be less service only so that we will arrange something else... Because many are still believing and waiting for buses for their daily uses.

My name is Avinash.N. I have booked a bus ticket today ie[protected]. From banglore to chennai on behalf of a company interview. The bus has to come approximately 9:45 to my stop as i am not in the starting point .It took time for the bus to reach my destination. I have got the bus details at 10:08 pm. Through text message. Upto then I have no contact with bus and also bus conductor didn't contact me. As and when I got the conductor number I called him and he didn't respond properly. He didn't inform me the current status of the bus. I have also said that i am waiting at the pickup point. After I called so many times he didn't pick up the phone. Later he switch off the mobile. I have waited till 12:00Am at mid night. Almost 3 hours. My time wasted and I lost my money and unable to reach the destination. After I checked in the official app of TNSTC it is said the journey has completed even without travel.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

Sir, i am working as loco pilot in Arrakkonam but my residency in puttur in Andra pradesh.specifically night time after 09.00pm buses not coming to puttur town. They are stoping more than 30 minutes in hotel.they getting down in puttur bypass road.we have to walk 1km night time.even we are requesting to go through puttur town. but they refuging and go complaint where ever you want.so please help me to run the buses through puttur town

On 16/05/2022, I tried to book 3 tickets from madurai to chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.1510/- was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference No.[protected]. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.
