    On 29/02022 I travelled in bus No TN38N2346 from Sivnandapuram to Keeranatham. While bus reached at Kallakuzhi, the driver and conductor was went away from bus without switched off the engine. After 10 minutes they were returned back, I asked the conductor, sir without switched off the engine any information to the passenger, where did you go. He shouted and replied this is our tea point, we always take a tea from here. I shocked and said, ok if you want to take a tea you have to convey the details with passenger. He misbehave to me and told if you want to book a complaint with branch manager or anybody. And said " you like people travel a bus once in life and speaking a law".

      I am certainly not in a happy space while writing this complaint sir, I am from Thirupparankundram, Madurai and I am taking the city bus to Gorippalayam, Madurai for my college studies. But unfortunately, there are hardly 2 buses on that particular route between 7:00 to 7:30 am. It creates a lot of inconvenience to both working as well as none working-class people. Especially students like me are in an obligation of reporting to our respective educational institutions by 8 am. If you could see into this problem and if you could allocate some more buses on that route in that particular time then it will be a huge help for us. Please do the needy as quick as possible. Thank You

          Iam a PG student iam coming from village far away from the town. in devakottai there is only two buses to puliyal. on the way there are many small villages. other buses than 1A and 1 wont stop in that small villages on the way. But even that bus is not comming properly. we all are mostly students and working woman. majority o[censored]s are women. if we keep on waiting for the buses till night. how can we go home safe from the bus stops. why cant you take immeadiate action. i dont know how many years it take for you to read this compalint and take action. may be it is in vain. but i can feel w satisfied since i have done what i can.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I am hereby writing this complaint about the BUS ( TN 30 N 1544 ) enroute from TITTAKUDI to ATTUR SALEM. I am particularly talking about the BUS TIMING AT THOLUDUR bus stop here. The bus used to depart from this THOLUDUR BUS STOP like 9:15am or earlier than that whereas the actual departure timing is 9:25am. Since there are very limited bus available from tholudur to veppur route, many people ( specifically working people) are suffering. Kindly do the needful help and make sure that the bus timing on time please.

              Periyaypalayam, Tiruppur
              There are enough number of buses for us. But the problem the buses are coming in irregular intervals. Once 3 buses come at the same time.. Or there will no buses for more than 1.5 hours.. Plsease take care of this issue and resolve it as soon as possible which would be helpful.

                Conductor has uttered me in filthy and disrespectful language for asking proper change from him. He stated to me "do whatever u want I am least bothered" and that too in a very very disrespectful way. He was not wearing name badge so I couldn't IDentify him but I know the bus number and hereby I am mentioning it below. Date and Time of the incident is[protected] by 7.20pm.

                    Conductor is not allowing to get inside the bus...made me get down from the bus...
                    In maatuthavani bus stand I got inside the bus to go to rajagambeeram but the conductor told me to get down and wait till all the seats are filled... I felt extremely disrespected infront of everyone...I'm an assistant manager in tngb but I didn't receive a proper respect.

                      I booking from Madurai mattuthavani to Chennai (AARA TRAVELS) ON 24TH SUNDAY, but is delayed 2hours in website timing mentioned as 12.45pm but started 3.15pm.almost two hours his not responding driver and attender he said check incharge who is the incharge, sir pls intervene the issue bz of most of pepils are ladies and children. They not responding properly ple take necessary action

                            In sitra, Coimbatore - bus no : 44C and bus time : 5.45pm . The bus was not that much crowd but we are try to enter the bus but the bus driver run the bus. My mom was inside the bus . I am not enter into the bus. But backside, mens are foodboard. And there is big rod in the steps. That is very dangerous for passengers. That rod was near stomach for passengers

                              The bus from perur to trichy chathiram bus stand usually comes with huge crowd. And the bus conductor behaved rudely with girls and other elders, as they are using bus free of cost.
                              Most of the time, the bus wont stop at right bus stops aaccording to the passengers. Sometimes they wont stop in certain places. We the students and old age people suffered alot. Please do the needful..

                                  29B morning ladies express not stopping in bus stop ( my stop das prakash) . I once complainted to conductor bt no actions taken. I then went to next stop kmc to get bus there also same if people in that bus get down only bus stop otherwise they don't even if we show hands to driver. Sometimes they stop far from stop to get down their passengers so we passengers can't run that distance bt i ran when I reach there driver suddenly takes the bus he is so attitude.. I will send u the picture where bus once stopped.

                                      Today, I.e 20.04.2022, as usual I boarded a vellore bus @5.30 pm in uthangarai .Bus no is TN23N2563.

                                      After 5 mins I got ticket for tirupattur by giving exact ticket charge - Rs 25/- ( one twenty rupee note and one 5 rupee coin).
