Dear sir,
From Chennai to Nellore very low quantum of buses area available at night time. Its very worst thing also all passengers are suffering because of this. Please consider this and increase the required quantum of bus.

    I lost a doll - grey colour king Kong doll...i bought it for my daughter ..it means a lot if someone could find it...please...i lost it just now at 7 30 travelling from Trichy to Nagapattinam..i am at thiruvarur...i lost it on the bus...i know its not a serious issue but please it will mean a lot if I got it back somehow...

          On May, 21, 2022 Saturday at 7:23PM I booked a ticket from Erode to Vellore in AC Sleeper Seater for rupees 450. Unfortunately the amount was detected but the ticket was not booked. Kindly look into this issue and provide a refund.

            Tn58 N 2435 Madurai to kumli..My stop was andipatty ..The bus is problem...the driver to stop the bus in dippo but I am waiting still 1hrs.. May 21st morning this problems...I am going writing the 21at May Group 2 exam ...They bus dippo incharge are not support ..Already late for my arrival on time to Andipatti..please retify the issue .. Arrange the any other alternative bus in the bus dippo...Very very late . passanger are still waiting to early morning 4clk ..Some child passanger and some old age passanger and So far check it and update

              I'm from C. SAVERIYARPURAM, village in Sathankulam taluk. The bus registered no 65A leaves the Sathankulam bus stand at 3.45pm but it's allotted time is 4.00pm. Its our only route bus to reach home safe and early also affordable. I complaint about the malpractice of the bus about taking it earlier. For many times it leaves us. I don't have any bus after that to reach my village. Please take this complaint seriously.

              Updated by Denisha .A               Order the bus 65A Sathankulam taluk, Thoothukudi dist. to take the bus at 4pm. Many times the bus left earlier.In a week almost 5 days it leave earlier.

                  Hello sir,

                  In Madhavaram there is no buses available after 10 pm like bus number 200, 103, 114.

                  Only RTC buses only available at that time and also they behave very rude. And they said only long distance nellore people only go and sit others stand and come. We also paying money for travel but they do partiality.

                  Many peoples are suffered at time to travel like college and working students and also some familes .

                  So kindly provide buses for that route . And consider the complaint and take action immediately as soon as possible

                    I was traveling from Kodambakkam to marina on May 8 around 6pm. No remaining change amount was provided to me and my friends. Not only for us, conductor didn't provide remaining amount for other few passengers also. We said will collect the amount even at last bus stand but no response from him. Bus number : IYJ 1195. Please take necessary action and help.

                          Respected sir/madam, I'm a school student studying in 12th standard.our schoolmates have been waiting for bus to arrive then a bus came he didn't stop at the right place however we managed to run to get the bus .He scolded us by showing his index finger Its a government bus which is absolutely free for students he said us to take ticket and charged a large amount .He scolded us and did not value us .Pls sir take a severe action towards the conductor.This should not happen to other girl pls sir pls sir

                            Charging luggage charges for 3kg to 5kg

                            Dear TNSTC,
                            Today(17/05/2022), now iam travelling from Coimbatore to Erode in a TNSTC bus with a charges of rs. 83/- (ordinary bus fare) iam carrying a printed stationery around 3kg to 5kg... Bus conductor said that I need to pay for luggage charges... I opened the internet in my mobile and checked the luggage carrying rules of TNSTC and showed him that say around 20kg can be carried by a passenger at free od cost... But the conductor...

                              Please note that the two small bus service from Coimbatore to Yedakadu was stopped, kindly restore it

                              One bus was starting at 6.00AM from Yedakadu to Coimbatore, the same bus will start at 4.00 PM from Coimbatore to Yedakadu

                              Other bus was starting at 6.00AM from Coimbatore to Yeadakadu, the same bus will start at 4.00 PM from Yedakadu to Coimbatore

                                I last booked a travel booking Bus Ticket for 30/04/2022 on TNSTC online at 12.24pm on 30/04/2022. My Ticked Booking amount Rs.1, 075 was taken from my bank account. But the ticket was not reported. I have informed this to TNSTC. A week has passed and my money has not arrived yet. I have attached the relevant OB number's and a copy of the attachment for withdrawing money from my bank account. I request you to send my money of Rs.1, 075 to my bank account soon.

                                      In Chengalpattu to Mamallapuram route morning time from 5 -6am we don't have bus to moving Chengalpattu. Here so much peoples going to work on that time. we are struggled to go on chengalpattu.in morning 5.40AM once bus available. route no 508. that also not came continuously. some days it will stopped and rerouted from Thirukkalukundram itself. Need immediate action to start the bus before 5.40 in mamallapuram and continues trasportation from mamallapuram.
