I am holding group medi prime health insurance policy from tata aig. in the month of july 2019 i have called to customer support to include my newly born baby into my group policy. i have been told that i need to wait for 3 months, so i waited for moths and today when i called to customer support on 16 sept 2019 they are saying that it can be added only at the time of renewal.

    In my tata aig motor policy there is option available for emergency hotel and transport but when i asked it for they simply denied it and refuse to give the same.

    Incident was happen on 26 august 2019 on palwal highway when i met with accident and my car baleno two righ side tyres got burst they had provide road side assistance but denied for hotel and transport facility.

      Hi team,

      Recently i have taken tata aig health insurance medicare policy and i have received a policy document and ids in time, but that day on ward's i am trying to connect help line, but it never connect to executing i was checked how much time it takes to connect for helpline executive i was there around 45 mints but no luck.
      I don't have experience to write about settlement & payment and how much time they do take for settlement and payment during hospitalization and health case.
      I have checked many reviews here and according to those we don't get not get support from tata and next year during renewal i will switch to another service provider.

        My daughter is the beneficiary and insured under welsurance. I am the payee of the insurance policy. Twenty days in advance of the renewal date of the policy tata aig executive calls and compels customers to pay online. He cautions that the link sent in advance will not work later. After making payment the company does not send hard copy and only send soft copy. Many insurance companies are sending hard copies to the mailing address. It is safe to keep a hard copy in the house instead of asking the patient in the hospital to see online and give details. Think about critical injury. I wanted to write to tata aig customer care and the customer care rejects my emails saying it their organization policy. The message is: a customer mail flow rule created ny an admin at tataaig. Onmicrosoft.com has blocked your message. The company knows to collect payment in advance of 20 days but make organization policy to reject the grievance. It is time tata aig learns to tolerate feedbacks so that the company improves.

        Hello, port your policy when you claim this claim . Claim team demand amount for claim settle. If you not pay. They reject your policy and cancel your policy.
        This is my personal experience.
        I holding same plan . My claim settel by iffco tokio cashless. After discharge claim to tata the reject my clain. Given region froud case. But not given region what is fraud.
        If my claim fraud how to pay my claim by iffco tokio policy.
        My car insurance expires on last 27 th of July so last 5 days I can try for renewal but till at time no response of any company gui or agents I can call on company toll free no. But they don't take response any agents then how can they prints on policy that agents phones. No.
        I tried to send my 7 documents more than 10 MB in one lot. But it was rejected.
        Again I tried to send my all 7 documents in 3 phases :
        phase 1 -3 documetns less than 10 MB
        Phase 2- 2 documents less than 10 MB
        Phase 2- 2 documents less than 10 MB

        However all the 3 mails are returned back.

        Pl. advise how to send the documents.

          Hello,
          Request number [protected].
          My name is naresh kumar, i purchased tata aig healthcare group mediprime policy [protected] on 16th july 2019 the amount 6164 rs was deducted from my account within first call conversation of few mins. Tata aig customer executive clearly mentioned me on phone (Phone recording available) you can cancelled policy within 15 days, if don't like any terms and after 15 days you can cancel policy with some penalty and fees. She gives false statement that i will receive soft copy within 3 days and hard copy in 15 days but after 10 days passed when i didn't received any policy details, any mail and not even phone message about policy. I called customer care team 5-8 times for the soft copy of my policy, every time customer care support executive said, team, will send you the soft copy within 2 working days.

          Lastly, i mailed tata aig customer care support team on 26th july with reference number [protected] for policy details and soft copy, which i received on 29th july. After reading "what am i not covered long lists" i decided and applied for cancellation on 14th days from policy start which is under 15 days policy cancellation period but tata aig customer care executive denies 15 days cancellation policy rules (Phone recording available) by saying you have to continue this policy now. So i requesting here to take serious action against this and refund my policy amount as per promised.

          I premchand my car no DL3CCM4888 maine policy bazar se car insurance karwaya jiame car ka no DL03CM4888 dal diya policy bazar bale ne & policy tata aig ka diya hai ab mai july to till date hard copy bhi nahi mili & policy bazar and tata aig mentally harassed me. Now plz help me I also paid 12300 rupee approx.

            My wife holding Tata Aig below Policy.

            1. [protected] 02 TATA WELLSURANCE

            2.[protected] TaTa Sickness Cash

            both policy is dual claim fix benefit.

            My hospital bill settle by Iffco tokio Health insurance cashless. As per my tata aig both policy benefit I send document for claim.

            My one claim tata wellsurance is settle as per plan. But my tata sickness cash is rejected by claim officer Mr. Dhiraj Mhatre. Given region

            CONCEALMENT OR FRAUD: The entire Policy/ Certificate of Insurance will be void if, whether before or after a loss, You have, related to this insurance: A. intentionally or recklessly or otherwise concealed, not disclosed or misrepresented what we consider to be any material fact or circumstance; B. engaged in what we consider to be fraudulent, dishonest or deceitful conduct; or C. made false statements.

            Due to this they cancel my 3 policy.

            Further, your Policies bearing number - [protected], [protected] and [protected] stands cancelled on our records.

            For your information only 2 policy is guddi Yadav.

            1 policy is satyapal Yadav

            First I want to know how to cancel my policy.

            And also reply me what is fraud in this claim. Because I not pay claim settlement amount due to reject my claim ?

            If my claim fraud how to cashless approve by iffco tokio and also tata aig wellsurance pay me as per policy benefit. I know some one call me your end and demand for rs 5000 for settle this claim. But I not accept . due to reject my claim. You can enquiry your claim officer Mr. Dhiraj and ask what is fraud in this claim.

            I holding 2 policy this is fraud ?

            If this if fraud as time of buy policy I already inform you team I already holding a policy but they inform me both policy is dual claim benefit. You can buy and take benefit.

            Open your eyes and read read my claim cashless settle by iffco tokio. But some amount not paid by iffco as per room rent high .
            I claim this amount with you but you reply me this is froud claim. And cancel my policy.

            Your surveyor Karan ahuja navsari. Not done proper survey. 1 st day he say me your back bumpper is not cover in flame. And after 4 days he say me your front bumper also not cover in clame. What is this... Plz call me or contact me [protected]

              I have continuously being following with tata aig insurance team for my car insurance renewal, but there has been no response from the renewal team.
              This is not how a insurance team works, this is pathetic and normally insurance agents follow up on the insurance expiry and renewal, where as here i'm following up with the tata aig team. Help me in getting my car insurance renewed at the earliest.

                The motor bike was theft on 2 jan 2019. Its been around six month but we did not get the claim against this policy even though we are clear with our statement and also was written to our letter and relevent document are submitted to tata aig insurance co. They sent us notice that thete is delay in the fir and also demand unneccesary document. They try to refuse my claim. Sir they have changed the scenario and they are nothing to reply us

                  My car met with an accident on 17.05.2019 and have given my car for its work a month back n KP patel audi serivcd centre and they finished the work two weeks back from today. Till the company s failed to pay the amount and i couldnt get it yet. My car number s KL07ck 6699. The company not even responding to the phone callls. Am returning to dxb next week. Pls do the need ful ur excellency so that i get justice

                    My Wife Wife and me holding tata policy.

                    Above policy dual claim benefit plan. Hospital cash plan.

                    My wife admited in hospital feb 2019.

                    My cashless approval by Iffco tokio health insurance.

                    After discharge as per my tata aig plan i send all document for claim.

                    My claim rejected by tata aig given region this is fraud cause . But they not given how to fraud proper region.

                    also he cancel my policy without refund my premium .

                    he also cancel my self policy without given region.

                    This is totally cheater company . I going to register cunsumer court register complaint.

                      I have been claim for my car tata tiago xt (Jh02au 6047) is mate an accident on 24/12/2018 at muzaffarpur (Bihar) but i claim in january 2019 and ask muzaffarpur tata service centre about insurance, still now i, can't receive any insurance amount. This is too late & very bad process of tata aig insurance co.
                      In future i will never take insurance of tata aig insurance & also not recommend to other persons.

                        Please refer to my complaint ticket no[protected] for my honds city car no. Kl 31 k 7082.
                        I had done my insurance renewal with you with effect from 03 march for which i had paid you almost 45 days in advance.
                        Even after 15 calls and talks with your representatives, i am yet to get the hard copy.

                        The courier "trackon" is not ready to deliver it to me as they want me to go and collect it from their office which is very far for me. They are not even ready to give it to a continent 3rd party.
                        Regret to state that this is very frustrating and compelling to discontinue with tata aig in future.
                        If you can send me a hard copy by speed post that i have been insisting since beginning.
                        If i am harsh... Its cause of extreme frustration.
                        A reply is requested.

                          Kindly check my request of cancellation for my health policy which was completed on 11 jul 2018 as per your telephone customer support and refund will be completed in my bank account but problem is that i didn’t receive any amount in my credit card account. Neither in bill nor in current transection. As per your request i ask to my bank credit card team abut this problem but there is no amount shown in their portal also. My bank want some reference no and support email from you that my policy was cancelled and the deducted amount is refunded. So please send me email of cancellation policy on my email:- a3p. [protected]@yahoo.com and also send me reference number of you transaction.

                            Myself mohammed faheem sayyed have applied for a claim of insurance on 25th march as i was suffered from an accident on 23rd march but due to that i got damages on my car while taking a full turn so while applying for the claim they just given claim for running board, left door backside, and quarter board but not given claim fir left front door and bumper as bumper was having some marks on it before so they do not given claim.. I have called to navnit motors rm he said me sir they are not giving claim i asked him why they said we cant say anything as you have bought a tata insurance i[censored] got a maruti insurance then we can explain them and i know its genuine accident with the same time thats y i called you to inform so you can contact them.. I again called them he said me to send incident pictures then i sent that in a next morning he said sorry sir we can give you that claim we dont feel it can happen with the wall.. It is all that he cant think happen means it has not happened i have taken swear and everything in front of him then to he is not trusting me then he given me his manager number nithin mali i called to him he was very rude secondly he was stick to one of the words sorry we cant give claim we dont think it is possible to hit with a wall.. He also not ready to listen to me. I told him to come at the incident place lets ask with that shops and peoples they are not agree for that too and they have all did just watching a pictures and said no for claim because of their mind is not saying and if their mind does not say means i m wrong and i have to pay money with my pocket.. One of the most bad experience with this company guys and company too i will never purchase tata insurance and also recommedn everyone not to buy this one as what happened with me and also i have got only 80 percent of that part too it was so good if i have not purchased insurance and i have done all from my pocket happily. It is zero dep insurance then too only 80% and no for door and bumper because of their minds..
                            What shall i do now who is going bear my losses then now. Bad company and fake one of the rippest.
                            I will not take my car from the service center until i m not getting claim i will move to consumer court too its my promise i have my friends they are lawyer will take their help.

                            You need to look into this asap.

                              Dear Sir / Madam

                              Tata Aig has sold their Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy on 27/8/2018 and has collected the Full & Final Premium Amount of Rs, 14, 903 by providing us the Online Payment Link and collected the Premium amount from our Internet Banking Account on 27th August, 2018.

                              After due collection of full amount, Tata Aig has issued the Policy Cover Note and has acknowledged the payment by issuing the Original Payment Receipt.

                              After 8 months of Silence, Tata Aig's Authorized Signatory and Senior Management Personnel wake up suddenly and send us a Back dated letter dated 27/8/18 by "Speed post" on the 6th March, 2019 stating that our CAR Insurance Policy has been cancelled as our HSBC Cheque has Bounced

                              Tata Aig's Authorized Signatory (Undersigned Nameless Person) has Back dated the Cancellation Letter with false claims and sends the Cancellation Letter to RTO Bangalore stating that the Cheque has bounced so the Policy is no longer valid from the date of inception.

                              Tata Aig and their Senior Executives have maliciously framed us and have intimidated and threaten us to pay additional monies for re-instating the Policy, chq Bounce chages and Vehicle Inspection charges.

                              Note: *. Interesting twist is we do not have HSBC Account nor issued them HSBC Cheque as payment was made ONLINE Thru Internet Banking.

                              For fault of ours, Tata Aig has cancelled the Ongoing Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy as per their own Terms & Conditions.

                              As the Payment was collected ONLINE by Tata Aig and We have NOT issued Premium Payment Chq NOR Defaulted on the Premium Paid Amount, we do not understand why Tata Aig has framed us in a illegal way and made us loose our respect and face value by sending the Cancellation Letter with intentional vengence and misleading wrong information to RTO, Bangalore?

                              As a basic courtesy Tata Aig's, Customer care Head, Customer Support, Sales or Audit nor Billing nor Legal, Grievances, nor the Authorized Signatory have bothered to call us or send us SMS or Email or send a letter prior to cancelling our Valid Car Insurance Policy.
                              This shows Tata Aig's arrogant company culture with poor work ethics and professionalism with heavy handedness to threaten customers by writing wrong & misleading information of Chq Bounce issue to RTO.
                              We wonder why and till date Tata Aig has not responded to our repeated requests sent by email to provide the proof of Chq Bounce.

                              Please advice what is the legal action we can take on Tata Aig and their Sr. Management Teams and how do gain our lost repute with RTO?

                              Soon after we received the Back dated letter 0f 27th August, 2018, delivered to us on 8th March, 2019, we raised complaint on 9th March, 2019 and were provided complaint # [protected] and several mails to Customer care, Customer Support, Head customer care, Grievances and Policy Issuing Dept to provide Chq Bounce details are unanswered or committed till 14/3/19.

                              This is very unprofessional of Tata Aig to scoop to such low standards and operate like a Thug cultured company by intimidating and threatening customers by issuing polices, receipts and suddenly cancelling Policies as per their Company's whims & Fancies without any prior intimation or giving us a chance to prove that we made payments.

                              This is extremely annoying and disturbing that if anything unforseen issues happen would Tata Aig be responsible to take the Responsibility of Precious life and damages?
                              Please advise us!

                              We regret for having taken taken Tata Aig Insurance by risking our Life and also third party consequences as the company has not committed their stand nor responded why they have cancelled the Policy without any prior intimation and issued show cause Notice for the Illegal claims made in their Cancellation letter without mentioning the Bankers Cheque, Cheque issue date, Branch and Amount till date?

                              We are still chasing various Tata Aig's teams to find out the truth and reasons for Cancellation & also for writing illegal letters to RTO.

                              Truly hope Tata aig, their cronies, brokers, agents and money collection thugs read this message and change their attitude towards customers

                              Any advice and help on this ongoing issue is highly appreciated.

                                I am a agency holder of icici lombard gic limited. Actually we are facing a problem regarding our policies. Sir actually tata aig insurance company is issued their policies through axis bank at sopore without gst and we face a huge loss due to this act of tata aig insurance company. So i request to irda of india plz look into the matter. So we will continue our business without any loss. They have already done this from last some years. And today we come to know how we are not able to get some response in the market. There is only one thing where we fail to gain business from the market that is gst.. Which is a big issue for us because gst is main thing in terms of amount where we fail to get response from the customer. Because they paid less amount for their policies. And we suffer for our earnings. So plz look into the matter as gst is as per law mandatory. But tata aig insurance company issuing policies without gst. If this matter doesn't sought out within days then we all advisors held state wide protest against this act of tata aig insurance company. This act of tata aig insurance company has caused many big problems for us in the field. So plz look into the matter. As soon as possible..

                                My bike got hit by a bus 1month ago I filled a claim for the same but I won't get any response from the company for same.
                                I'm in touch with showroom for the process of claim but they are unable to give any update regarding that... I request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I have taken the group policy for my company from tata aig - policy number [protected]. Let me list out the issues:
                                  1. Additions not done on time
                                  2. Have to wait for 7 months for name correction (Mistake from their side)
                                  3. Accidental policy - took the money but didnt include the members
                                  4. Great point of contacts who never bothers to reply to work on the correction, additions or deletions.

                                  Never expected the support to be this worst, will never ever renew the policy with you guys and also will never recommend it to anyone. Call me if you need more details and my email and phone number should be available in your database.

                                    Unable to process the two wheeler claim (Tvs jupiter) due to problem created by the tata aig claim surveyor (Mr. Saurabh) i have taken zero dep policy from tata aig. I scooter has undergone accident and the front part of the scooter like fork assey and chassis bracket got damaged. Despite being repeatedly informinf by the service centre engineer that this part git damaged and need to be repaired, if possible otherwise new has to be installed... But the survey claim agent is denying and not approving the claim... It causes a huge dissatisfaction against the company. Hence request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest...

                                      On 7th feb 2019, i purchased a student guard travel insurance from tata aig online, worth rs 6214. On online payment however, the transaction failed, however the amount was debited from my bank account. I haven't received the policy at all from tata aig. I would like a refund since the policy has not been issued. The transaction number in question is pt[protected]
