Hello tata aig,
I am very disappointed and unhappy for your claim service,
Actually last month 22-dec-2017 ko mera accident hua tha aur meri bike mai kafi demage bhi aaye the. Aur accident ki wajhe se bike ka back aloe wheel mai bend aa gya hai,
Bulland tvs service p maine apni bike ko repair k liye diya jidher unhone bike k claim k liye apply karaya.
Next day tata aig se mr. Bhim serve k liye aaye aur unhone gaadi ka serve kiya.
2 days baad mujhe service center se call aya k sir aapki bike k pure demage part ka claim nahi mila hai, jisme aapki bike ka back wheel aur madgard ka wo claim nahi de rehe hai. Wo bol rehe hai k wheel ka alignment bahar se thik hogaye ga aur madgard ko customer ne chipkaya hai to ye hum claim mai nahi denge,
Service center wale clearly bol chuke hai k sir aapke bike ka wheel change ho ga ye repair nahi ho sakta hai,
Aur wo ye cheez written mai bhi de rehe but aapke claim person ka khna hai k sir hum isko replace nahi krenge aap isko bahar se align kra le ye thik ho jaye ga. Aur jo aapki bike ka back wheel madgard hai jise aapne chipkane ki kosis ki hai to wo bhi hum aapko nahi denge
Maine unko btaya k sir service center wale bol rehe hai k sir ye wheel repair nahi replace hi hoga, aur madgard jyada tutne ki wjhe se maine usko chipka ya tha jis se wo kahi gire na but wo chipka bhi nahi jise mai bandh k leke gya
But wo meri koi bhi baat nahi sun rehe hai aur mr. Ravi ajmera ji bolte hai k sir hum iska claim nahi denge aapko jo krna hai aap kar sakte hai.
Tab maine tata aig k customer care p call kar k complaint karayi jis per mujhe mr. Saurabh bhandari ji ka call aaya aur unhone muje bola sir ak baar mai ravi ji se baat kar leta hu aur maine unko service head mr. Manoj ji se bhi baat karne k liye bhi bol diya
Next day saurabh ji ne mujhe btaya k sir alignment repair ho jata hai aap ak baar bahar se repair kra le aur bill hum aapka claim mai add kar denge
Unke khne p maine alignment repair se wheel align kraya but wo align nahi hua hai aur ye baat maine jab serve person (Mr. Ravi ajmera) se kahi to wo bolte hai sir ye puura thik to nahi hoga thoda bahut to aisa rehe ga,
Service center k service person ne mujhe clearly bola hai k sir ye part replace hi hoga ye proper thik nahi hoga aur baad mai aapko problem karega.
But aapki compney ki teraf se na hi koi solution mil reha hai aur meri bike last 15 days se service center p hi hai,
Mai ak office person hu aur mera marketing ka work hai bina bike k mujhe bahut hi problem ho rehi mai aapne office k kaam nahi kar pa reha hu,
Tata aig k jin serve person se meri baat hui hai unki details mai aapse share kar reha hu.
