Hi.. I have submitted my car for insurance claim (Holding the policy from past 5 years and no claim ever) first time with tata aig. Today it was supposed to be handover me back and car is ready in ford workshop but the claim officer is absent!!! He is not picking any of the phone calls. Called the call centre and no success! Call centre is also not able to give me any contact number of any senior personal! I can'tt understand why can't they share the numbers to their customers? They have all details of customer like - phone, address, pan, aadhar, e-mail etc and approach me any time but can't share their numbers???
Call centre is asking me to speak on monday... Now, last thursday was half working day (Due to holi), friday was holiday (Due to holi), today is saturday (When i am supposed to get my vehicle which is ready at workshop!) and i can't afford to go to work shop on monday with half day leave from office after such a long weekend. No one cares here are tata aig and call centre is a waste as they can't help you and just day sorry.. Calling call centre means making fun of our self. I will not (Repeating, will not) renew my policy with tata aig next year. Thanks

    On 27th of feb 2018, my mother gets a call on her number asking about details of her axis bank account, she thought it was just a verification call from the bank and she was totally confused about what to say. Despite after she cut the calls multiple times the tata aig people were calling and literally harassing her, she had no idea what to say or speak and she was not at all interested in getting tata aig insurance policy. She never gave her consent to start the policy. The tata aig people forcibly started the policy.

    And even after starting this policy i have not received any email from tata aig and also when i call the respective bank (Axis bank branch of mehdipatman), i am asked to provide written consent to cancel the policy... Then why was written consent or signature not taken when starting the insurance policy?

      We have been in receipt with the above mentioned proposal number from bank bazaar through which i had purchased car insurance for my vehicle i20 elite.
      The payment was made on 23/2/18, but no confirmation about the successful transaction nor policy copy was issued to me.
      I would like to know where is the problem in confirming the same.
      Why the policy is not been issued to me, when the amount is debited from my account.
      I have cross verified with the bank also, and they state that the amount has been forwarded to the merchant. So from the bank side also the transaction is successful

      I fail to understand as to why is it taking so long to issue the policy for car insurance or is this we should expect when we work with tata aig in future
      I had high regards for tata group
      But to when i am experiencing such harassment from such an esteemed indian company i think i should double check my thoughts for them.
      This is totally not justified from a customers perspective
      I expect a quick action from tata aig people in resolving the issue at the earliest

          I'm really frustrated with tata aig support and their response. I bought a car policy online through tata aig website on 23rd feb 2018, the payment has been deducted from my bank however there is to acknowledge mail or confirmation from tata aig. As soon as the payment was done, the tata aig portal threw a 403 error. However was money was deducted from bank.

          Now my existing policy will end tonight, and i have already made a thousand calls to support with no valid response. All they keep saying is that they will get back to me and will take 72 hours. So far i haven't got a single call. Service request: 10134310

          This is frustrating, and i'll never recommend tata aig to anyone else in my life again.

              I have a filed a complaint here earlier as well. These insurance companies are frauds. Now my scooter needs final survey and they are not cooperating with us once again. More than 5 months have passed still they cannot settle the claim of a scooter. Shameful act by tata aig. Now i will do the things legally and file a complaint in irda. I hope they company officials will give a piece of mind to the surveyor anil bansal and claim officer....

              Dear concern,
              I took your car policy on 31st january 2018. From last 2 years fortunately i dont need to take claim in my car as my car was covered under zero dept policy. Unfortunately my car was stucked in a gutter which was not visible. I went in a marriage with my family and due to invisibility my car got damage. As my car was forcefully stop when it was down in gutter, an e rickshaw stucked my car from back side and my one back light was damaged. Now my car is in divine honda workshop from last one week. Honda workshop engineer said that front bumper, rm, shocker, chamber road is band, one back light is damaged. Back bumper seems not to be replaced. Now your surveyor mr. Joshi said that he can't give back light and shocker as it seems that it was accident in previous policy period.
              I hand over my car to honda agency very genuinely. I didnt do any kind of touching in my car. It is very genuine case that when one wheel of a car fall down in gutter and chamber road and rm band then car got accident. Road cant be band by hammer or any other thing. But seriouslly surveyor should understand these things and paas parts genuinely. As a customer i pay heavy premium to your company for my policy and i[censored]nfortunately i need to use claim after few days of policy then why your surveyor show this kind of attitude.
              If my car got accident in previous policy period then i can claim in that policy also. There is no gap during previous year policy and current year policy. But this is dont after few days of issuance the policy of your esteemed company. So i do request that please look after this matter and please give front bumper, back head light and shocker in claim settlement. I will be very thankful to you for the same. My work is suffer a lot as my car is in agency from last one week. Please take action as soon as possible. My car number is uk07bb2923.

                Hi, since last 1.5 months, everyday i am getting call for car insurance. Company executives are calling multiple times in a day, in-spite of telling them that i am not intrested, please don't call me. I am fed up with the calls. This kind of harasment is not acceptable. When i tell them not intrested, executive says, i will call after couple of hours thing again. I have all the numbers with timing with me. I am now filing a harasment complaint against your company.

                  I am chandru from tamil nadu. And am going to complaint against the insurance survivor and the name is karthik from trichy branch tami nadu. Last month. I had accident with my r15 and i registered for insurance claim. Estimate amount is 16000 rupees and they claimed amount is 3500 rupees only i got. So i did not get any satisfaction from this claiming amount. After that that called and asked about this reason he (Karthick) is not response properly and talking rudely. Please kindly take action on mr. Karthick. And please send some reasonable claiming amount. Tank you

                    I’m very frustrated from tata aig motor insurance customer support.

                    Since one month they are not issuing my car policy even though i have made online payment already and it was also confirmed by tata aig motor insurance customer support team.

                    They said it will take only 7 days to issue policy, then again they said it be issued in another 7 days, but now 30days already gone, still policy...

                      I have purchased a scooter from rashmi mahant. I have completed rto formalities. Now rc is in my name. To change the name of r. Mahant as insured to my name, ispoke to your borivali br[protected] & 98). On 24th jan. I spoke to nikhil kumar, he told to send mail attaching rc, accordingly mail was sent. No response till 31st jan. Hence spoke to him & sent mail again. No response today till sometime ago, hence spoke mr. Sachin in morning who told me he will call back, but i had to call him back around 4.15pm. He asked me to hold & i was holding phone like a fool for 15/20 minutes. Again i called on another no. When he lied saying there was no response from me & gave phone to mr. Sandip singh, who told me in 2 days he will reply & asked me to call him.

                        On 19th jan i had a accident in noida highway nh 24 by up roadways bus and my right side mirror and roof of my car get damaged after raise my claim the person came to visit my car and decided that the roof which was damaged from that accident will not cover under this claim and putting some disgusting
                        Point of view which showed that he is not capable for this job and it was my bad luck that i dont able to take picture on that day because in this accident i lost my phone also.

                          I have paid rs. 21 391 towards the insurance premium of my car honda crv through cheque directly given to tata aig cochin panampilly office. But certificate is not issued till today after a lapse of about one month. Tata aig encahsed my cheque at icici bank on 27 dec 2017 as per my bank statement. Also no responsible person in tata office to explain why the insurance certificate is not issued

                              I have paid 8574 rupees while renewing policy for my car but the policy is reflecting 8437 as paid amount? I have contacted multiples times thru email and phone to Tata AIG customer care, but no one is resolved. They are trying to make up with false information and interpretation. I have renewed my policy at the end of December, but till now they have not issued the policy with the correct amount paid.

                                Let me make my complaint very simple. These claim officers and surveyers are frauds. My scooty met with an accident in november 2017 and we filed the claim for the damages in the same month.

                                The surveyer anil bansal has done the survey but not providing the expenses report and telling us that your scooty is in total loss orally. Till now we have not received any formal information regarding this.

                                I hope the company will solve the issue immediately.

                                  I m sachin kumar ([protected]). My car was under claim process by tata aig. After all claim process agency repaired my car under claim. When car released from agency i have submitted all file charges which i told to pay by agency. But after 2 day of releving, agency called me that insurance company is asking for more money (50% of my claim amount). This cost information wasn’t given to me from insurance company. Now they are saying that you have to pay this amount.

                                    I am very disappointed and unhappy for your claim service,
                                    Actually last month 22-dec-2017 ko mera accident hua tha aur meri bike mai kafi demage bhi aaye the. Aur accident ki wajhe se bike ka back aloe wheel mai bend aa gya hai,

                                    Bulland tvs service p maine apni bike ko repair k liye diya jidher unhone bike k claim k liye apply karaya.

                                    Next day tata aig se mr. Bhim serve k liye aaye aur unhone gaadi ka serve kiya.

                                    2 days baad mujhe service center se call aya k sir aapki bike k pure demage part ka claim nahi mila hai, jisme aapki bike ka back wheel aur madgard ka wo claim nahi de rehe hai. Wo bol rehe hai k wheel ka alignment bahar se thik hogaye ga aur madgard ko customer ne chipkaya hai to ye hum claim mai nahi denge,

                                    Service center wale clearly bol chuke hai k sir aapke bike ka wheel change ho ga ye repair nahi ho sakta hai,

                                    Aur wo ye cheez written mai bhi de rehe but aapke claim person ka khna hai k sir hum isko replace nahi krenge aap isko bahar se align kra le ye thik ho jaye ga. Aur jo aapki bike ka back wheel madgard hai jise aapne chipkane ki kosis ki hai to wo bhi hum aapko nahi denge

                                    Maine unko btaya k sir service center wale bol rehe hai k sir ye wheel repair nahi replace hi hoga, aur madgard jyada tutne ki wjhe se maine usko chipka ya tha jis se wo kahi gire na but wo chipka bhi nahi jise mai bandh k leke gya

                                    But wo meri koi bhi baat nahi sun rehe hai aur mr. Ravi ajmera ji bolte hai k sir hum iska claim nahi denge aapko jo krna hai aap kar sakte hai.

                                    Tab maine tata aig k customer care p call kar k complaint karayi jis per mujhe mr. Saurabh bhandari ji ka call aaya aur unhone muje bola sir ak baar mai ravi ji se baat kar leta hu aur maine unko service head mr. Manoj ji se bhi baat karne k liye bhi bol diya

                                    Next day saurabh ji ne mujhe btaya k sir alignment repair ho jata hai aap ak baar bahar se repair kra le aur bill hum aapka claim mai add kar denge

                                    Unke khne p maine alignment repair se wheel align kraya but wo align nahi hua hai aur ye baat maine jab serve person (Mr. Ravi ajmera) se kahi to wo bolte hai sir ye puura thik to nahi hoga thoda bahut to aisa rehe ga,

                                    Service center k service person ne mujhe clearly bola hai k sir ye part replace hi hoga ye proper thik nahi hoga aur baad mai aapko problem karega.

                                    But aapki compney ki teraf se na hi koi solution mil reha hai aur meri bike last 15 days se service center p hi hai,

                                    Mai ak office person hu aur mera marketing ka work hai bina bike k mujhe bahut hi problem ho rehi mai aapne office k kaam nahi kar pa reha hu,

                                    Tata aig k jin serve person se meri baat hui hai unki details mai aapse share kar reha hu.

                                    We have made an application dt 04.01.2017 to tranfer hpa from axis bank to sbi bank vide policy number [protected] customer id 10073509 in name of mrugesh j prajapati but still they have not done by saying that it is technical issue which does not showing sbi bank name and on counter side sbi demanding from our side such hpa policy so look into.
