    My request is in regard to a payment made towards the premium asked through letter as well as phone call to the company through the link being send by customer support from tata aig insurance towards application number - wf[protected].
    After few days of premium payment received a call saying there's a increase in premium and have to pay more to which i denied and asked for refund of the amount. Even after repeated calls to customer care no refund. Then had started writing mails also but no replies or refund. Request to please help get my money back.
    Premium paid on: 6th july'17
    1st call received on: 1st aug'17

    Tata AIG charged me twice on my card for same policy and after submitting all the documents and proof they are not refunding my money. It's really shame on them taking more than 40 days to resolve this matter.

      My name is sandeep singh chaudhary and my vehicle regn no. Up80dl0349.
      Sir i claimed for my vehicle due to accident on 6/12/2017 but i never received any information till now. Sir when i visited there few day ago, i find, they replaced all the part with other damaged parts and when i asked tham for his fault they just denied, till now they doesn't replied me.
      22 days already been passed but company is not replacing those part or not giving my scooter.
      Sir please take is seriously because it's already too late.
      Sir i attached receipt which i received at the time of claim.

        Hello,

        My Car survey has been done and also I paid the money to showroom, post survey done and bills submitted to TATA but after 20 days still not getting any reply.

        No one responding to the call and customer care just takes raise the complaint every time I call them but no action.

        This is pathetic response from TATA, I need to complain against TATA AIG for not giving my money on time.

        My policy was not cashless and I trusted TATA that post survey they will remorse my full amount as I have taken 100% reimbursement policy.

          My father policy no [protected], [protected]' [protected]
          But my father passed away 16/01/2017 but 1years later tata aig dont back any claim so people be awer dont do tata aig policy. Even though one tata aig agent say that you will back ammount of policy but still now no resolved part is happend. When i call tata aig head office they said claim is closed. But i dont back any policy value.

          I filled a claim on sept and the driver died he took pa cover rider along with policy but after passed 3 months it not proceed whenever i contact to his cliam officer he is only raise one new paper formility. Till date no proper answer got from tata aig officer .my experience is worse

            I got two policies one for myself and one for my daughter falak
            For consecutively two years i didn't receive the policy of my daughter
            Last year before renewal your agent promised that it will be taken care of this time.. You people only call when renewal is needed. You should also call to know whether a person is satisfied or not..
            I really feel its futile to continue with your company as you people dont care about the client.

              I have registered a claim on 4th of dec and survey is not done yet.
              The customer support staff told me, sir today definitely you'll get a call from surveyer, but this today is passed daily for last 3 days.
              Poor supporting staff to resolve the problem.

              The company policy says, you'll get a survey in next 48 hours but passed 76 hours almost.

              Every time customer care says today definitely you'll get a call from the concern department, but all are #.

              Never insured your vehicle's by tata aig.
              Worst insurance company i have ever seen.

                I am very unhappy with tata aia services.
                I bought term policy this year. I found many errors in the documentions that i received.

                I informed the agent from i bought policy but till date i have not received the documentations. It has been 3 months passed with any communications from your end.

                I wanted to buy another policy but, due to this experience i don't like to go for it.

                I would urge you to please look into this and send me new documentions.

                  I filed a claim. That time i was told that the survey would be done within 48 hours. It is 5th day today and the survey is not yet done. The company doesn't even know at which service center i have given my bike.
                  Customer service representative was well behaved, but i have to say that the company does not care about its customers. There is no track of what is being done. The senior managers do not even have a hint of all the delays done. The worst insurance company i have seen till date. Claim id: [protected]a

                    Hi,

                    Its not so nice that i am placing a mail over here because i haven't get any kind of help or support from the customer care department. I don't know it a matter of shame or a pleasant way to say that you guys are not doing your business correctly.

                    Now coming to the point, i am pursuing a tata aig insurance for my bike and been paying some bucks every year. Unluckily i met with an accident and has claimed for the insurance. The showroom from which i have purchased the bike, they made my bike ready and had submitted all the bill to the concerned department of yours. I have been approaching to you guys like a mad person who have been fall into the love a some gorgeous woman. But see on the other side i am not getting any kind of response which can please me saying "heyyy this the day or some future date when i will get my money back." the whole time i called to you guys i am getting a response saying your money is in "processing" stage. I don't know when and where is this processing going on as in its being undercoverd and in a mission impossible that is going to end in some uncertain future date.

                    Its not only 1 time i called to the customer care executives, but it had been some 4-5 times and all of them ensured that they will reach me after some days. But that also didn't happen.

                    Can anyone please check over it and enlighten me that when i will get my money.

                        I purchased TATA AIG Motor Insurance for my brand new Royal Enfield and was feeling secure about my Bike.

                        But after my experience with the TATA AIG Motor Insurance Company i found that their service is so poor that they only know how to trouble customers.

                        My bike met an accident on 18th of October 2017 and i registered claim on same day and the surveyor from S S Bright inspected my bike on 31/10/2017 almost two weeks, finally after survey they call me and ask me to come to their office (Add : B2/112, 1st Floor, RTO building, Truck Terminal, Wadala, Mumbai 400037) with the documents, as per their instructions i visited their office with all documents on 3rd November and they taken photo copy of all my documents.After all this still i have not received my bike and they want to meet the driver and pillion after ine monthof accident. i am fed up of services given by TATA AIG Motor Insurance company.
                        I am stuck and will not make mistake of continuing the insurance policy of TATA AIG in my whole life because i met to an very bad experience with TATA AIG and also will not recommend any belonging to me.

                        I want to discontinue TATA AIG Motor Insurance policy for my Royal Enfield.

                          I have planned to shift my car insurance’s to tata aig
                          For that the concerned person has done inspection and after inspection i have paid required amount for car insurance through my debit card. Payment has done through my debit card for rs.17800 aprox. But i have not received any policy document till date.

                            My car is repaired in popular marathi service centre in chalakudy, trichur, kerala. Since two days it is ready but service manager or insurance claim manager mr. Joy (Mob. [protected]) said that he will not give my car until i pay full amount for the repairing, and he said that tata aig is a very bad insurance and they will not release payment. I think you need to answer for this statement. He is holding my car not ready to release until i pay full money. What do i need to do now? Please replay

                              I have issued this policy in november 2016 after issuing this policy in october 2017 when i contacted the tpa for my claim process they told me that your policy is never activated. When i contacted tata aig they informed me my policy is activated. I told them to contact your tpa and update my policy they told me we cannot contact them directly. From last 3 months just i am mailing them for the update now my policy will be expire in 21 november 2017. I have payed the money 7426 for the policy which never activated by them.
                              How fraud this people are, on time of renewal they become good with you and after that never call you for any time. My claim also have not taken by them.

                                  Today after contacting the call center i came to know that the claim is closed.
                                  This is not fair and cannot be expected from such a big group like tata.

                                    My royal enfield met an accident on 18 th october, and i forwarded a claim for my vehicle same day, but till 1st november no surveyor has attended my vehicle for insurance. It took almost two weeks to survey.
                                    Still the surveyor has not approved the vehicle i have also provided the all documents related to the survey.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      Please cancel my individual policy bearing no [protected][protected]housing loan number HOU/BAN/0617/397847 as the address mentioned on the policy is incorrect and policy not received, my building insurance policy address is correct and how come the address is changed in the individual policy, I was not informed about this policy and could not intimate within 15 days as i had not received physical / soft copy of policy, i do not need this policy.

                                      I have been misled by Punjab National Bank about this policy prior, i had a word with Punjab National bank and they have instructed me to register complaint.
                                      Please call on the below number for further clarification.

                                      They have informed me to register the complaint, i spoke to the toll free number of PNB and after requesting for policy details i have received an email and below is the email id. after that i have received the call from TATA AIG and got to know the building insurance policy but even then i was not informed on the individual policy. email id:bangalore

                                        Dear sir, i have tata aig insurance policy no[protected] which has been expired on 24.10.2017. I had done the renewal payment on 16.10.2017 online transaction id jhmp[protected] message received will get the policy in 4 days. But till date i haven't received the policy and customer care respond that you will get shortly from last 3 days. Now i am running my car without policy due to tata aig poor response and policy process. I am suffering and not able to drive my vehicle as this is illegal if we can run vehicle without insurance.
                                        I am getting loss of atleast 300 rs per day due to this as doing cab on daily basis for office.
                                        Kindly help and do the needfull.

                                        Dear Sir, 11 days before i had received call from TATA AIG agent Mr. Dayal fro Jaipur Office regarding the Renewal of Policy. The told the Renewal amount is INR 22618 and send the link for payment. I had done the payment of the said amount on 16th October-2017 online transaction Id JHMP[protected].
                                        Now today i have received call from TATA AIG Mr. Dayal that you have to pay more .i.e INR 3200 to get the policy. Now my policy has expired on 24.10.2017 and now they just like blackmailing me and i am bound to get the policy from TATA AIG only.
                                        They employees are spoiling the name of TATA here. Kindly help the normal person for the same and as i have done the payment of INR 22, 618 and still not received the policy.

                                        I have been enrolling to tata aig policy for around four years. Now I undergone surgery of perianal abcess.
                                        To initiate a claim it self was so painful experience. Tata aig executive do not give information. They disconnect call.
                                        They transfer call to irrelevant department.
                                        Its systematic complete torture.
