I am very unhappy with tata aia services.
I bought term policy this year. I found many errors in the documentions that i received.

I informed the agent from i bought policy but till date i have not received the documentations. It has been 3 months passed with any communications from your end.

more than 5 days, but survey not yet done.

I filed a claim. That time i was told that the survey would be done within 48 hours. It is 5th day today and the survey is not yet done. The company doesn't even know at which service center i have given my bike.
Customer service representative was well behaved, but i have to say that the company does not care about its customers. There is no track of what is being done. The senior managers do not even have a hint of all the delays...

Its not so nice that i am placing a mail over here because i haven't get any kind of help or support from the customer care department. I don't know it a matter of shame or a pleasant way to say that you guys are not doing your business correctly.

tata aig motor insurance poor service no solution to customer

popular maruthi not releasing my car

genuine claim closed without any valid reason

insurance complaint service is very poor (pathetic)

motor insurance not received

The payment of rs. 17, 488.00 which was cleared through bank on 17/12/2016. We have sent several request but till today policy not received. This cheque is paid through insurance broker "land mark insurance". This payment is issued from yes bank vide cheque no. 015763 dt. 07/12/2016 and the same is cleared from bank on 17/12/2016. We have contacted land mark insurance and sent several mails also but they are not responding....

My car got full damaged and kept at service centre and i called customer care and did registration with tata aig on accident happened day and they gave me a reference number but no call back received from team with 24 hrs and i have to pay 400 rs per day to for keeping my car in service centre for car occupying a space in service centre.

I dont know whether my car get repaired or not and there is no update from the tata aig.....
