I purchased TATA AIG Motor Insurance for my brand new Royal Enfield and was feeling secure about my Bike.

But after my experience with the TATA AIG Motor Insurance Company i found that their service is so poor that they only know how to trouble customers.
My bike met an accident on 18th of October 2017 and i registered claim on same day and the surveyor from S S Bright inspected my bike on 31/10/2017 almost two weeks, finally after survey they call me and ask me to come to their office (Add : B2/112, 1st Floor, RTO building, Truck Terminal, Wadala, Mumbai 400037) with the documents, as per their instructions i visited their office with all documents on 3rd November and they taken photo copy of all my documents.After all this still i have not received my bike and they want to meet the driver and pillion after ine monthof accident. i am fed up of services given by TATA AIG Motor Insurance company.
I am stuck and will not make mistake of continuing the insurance policy of TATA AIG in my whole life because i met to an very bad experience with TATA AIG and also will not recommend any belonging to me.
I want to discontinue TATA AIG Motor Insurance policy for my Royal Enfield.
