    I availed of an auto loan (Misfortune on my part) from Chembur branch . Because of the totally unprofessional services from their end, I foreclosed my loan and made payments of Rs 581857/- dated September 26, 2008. I was told by the operations team at chembur that I would get my foreclosure certificate within 10 working days which I never got inspite of following up with some of the operations folks namely Mr Shivshankar and one of their sales guy (Mr Gaurav Garg). I relocated to Bangalore and sent my complete correspondence address to Mr Gaurav Garg alomost a month back and he promised to get the certificates and my post dated cheques sent as soon as possible. But even after following up for more than a month, I have not received my loan closure certificate, my post dated cheque worth 6 lakhs. And to add to the woes, I see that TATA CAPITAL has again done an ECS on 10th November amounting to Rs 13656/- and another ECS on 11th October of Rs 13656/-.
    Now even though I paid a loan foreclosure penalty and all the outstanding principle to TATA CAPITAL alomost 2 months back, they have yet not closed my account and they are continuing to do an ECS from my account for the last 2 months.
    I have tried calling their officials multiple times but no one is helping on the issue. Now I am in Bangalore and dont know what to do.

      I am writing this letter with a great surprise and sorrow that evn after my repeated complaints that I am not receiving bills but no body cares exept leving the panelties. And today it is extreem when talk to customer care at 01-15 pm Mr Harprataap singh talk to me like a begger, I sware if he is my employee I just kick him out immediately. Now after lotts of harrasment I humbly request to please cancell my above credit card with immediate effect but I am ready to pay all the dues immediately but I am unable to pay such panalities. I do hope that you must consider my request and do the needful and oblige.

        I Jubin sethi got finance For AVEO UVA from Tata Capital bhubaneswar branch, till the dispersement of my cheque to the dealer the rate of interest was told to me was 12.5%, but when i have received the document of repayment the EMI was calculated with 14.5% interest. I have been totally cheated by Tata capital. My Contact no. is [protected].
        I Asim kumar banerjee got finance for used Tata indica car from Tata Capital Limited Bhubaneswar branch. After 6 to 7 months my ECS from SBI bank does not get cleared, so i am paying to ur collection executives every month, without any bounce in my account but now i found that your finance has charged a sum of rupees of 2400/ but i want to cut these OD charges as this is not my fault, I have balance in my account, so kindly consider my case Waiting for ur reply through mail or telephone

          [Complaint comments] Read comments
          My complaint is regarding irctc(Railway booking).
          I was booking a ticket on railway site and there was error of communication faliure. With the result Railways have debited me for 3456 but the reversal was for 3395/-. Railways have sent me a mail that merchant should reverse the 1.8% surcharge which TATA card is refusing to do. There are 4 similar transaction in my credit card account.
          Please help me out.

            AS I SENT A MAIL TO TATACARD CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING MY HOME TELEPHONE NUMBER AS IT IS REGISTERED UNDER NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY THEN ALSO I ALWAYS GET A CALL FROM TATA CREDIT CARD (MISS RUBY WHO IS A TELE CALLER) SHE ALWAYS HARRESSES ME BY CALLING AT MY RESIDENCE NUMBER[protected] & WHAT'S THE FUNNY THING THAT NOBODY IN MY HOUSE IS TATA CARD HOLDER THEN ALSO SHE CALLS UP AT MY RESIDENCE.

            I am a Tata Credit Card holder&my Tata card No:[protected], as last month(25/06/2009) I deposited a cheque of Rs.1255.06 at Andheri SBI Branch, CHEQUE NO:020728, Axis Bank, as of today that Cheque is not cleared, I don't know where exactly that cheque is missing&yestreday when I checked my Tata Credit Card Account, it was charged heavily with late payment fees&over limit charges.so let me bring one thing in to your notice that I have not done late payment from my side, it's your error that Cheque is lost from SBI Andheri Branch so I should not be held for this.inspite of that yesterday I paid my Credit Card Bill online.more over your collection department people(THIS IS THE NUMBER:[protected], FROM WHERE COLLECTIONS CALLS ARE MADE ON DNC NO: are calling on DNC number for the collction that PHONE NUMBER IS :[protected]&IT IS REGISTERED UNDER DNC, please dont call on DNC NO:[protected].I request you to reverce all the extra charges what you have charged or else I will not pay my any next Tata Credit Card bill.why should I pay any over charges/overlimit charges where I am not at fault!untill&unless my charges are not reverced I will not pay my next bill.hence forth please dont call on DNC NO:[protected].

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I am new tata credit card holder. (Credit card No. [protected]) I am getting familiar with this card related transactions gradually.

                I used tata card towards petrol purchase. As mentioned in the information booklet, i was waiting for detailed statement, to pay due amount.

                However, I started getting calls from Payment Asst. Unit to pay the charges. I was told that statement had been sent and signed by someone, however I am not in receipt of any such statement. Later I received letter from Manager-Payment Asst. Unit: dt. June 12, 2008, which I received on 25-6-08. It does not mention all the details about the utilization of card. It mentions only to pay amount Rs. 2577.18/-.

                In view of the above, I have following questions:
                1. Why statement was not sent in time?
                2. What are extra charges charged, if any?
                3. If any extra charges to be paid, without any fault on my part-why should I?
                Thus, it creates questions on the service given by Tata card. I am afraid that, if this is the situation then, whether I shd continue this card in future.

                  Dear Team
                  I have a TATA credit card and there was some problem when i issued a cheque and they didnt recieve it
                  and I called and mailed them and issued a new cheque
                  they confirmed teh payment and still charged me late fees and charges
                  and when i asked in confirmation mail about any other pending dues, i dint get any reply

                  and since then i m mailing and requesting them to waive off atleast half teh charges but they are not helping inspit eof it being fully their issue

                  Please help me resolve the issue and whom can i contact and also i have related mails proving my urge to settle and pay but not the irrelevant charges

                  I have a TATA credit card and the no is [protected]. Please to inform you that have not done the transaction of Rs 134 from Bharti cellullar but still it is featuring in my recent satement sent to me.
                  Have spoken to the help line executive name is Pratna and informed her about the issue. In reply she asked me to download the dispute form form SBI website. Have gone through all the website related to SBI card and TATA card but enable to find it.

                  My due date was 2 May 2008 and now they will charged me late fees and since then i m mailing and requesting you to waive off the charges. You can go through my all transaction done with the card have paid the bill on time

                    Sub: Pending dispute for more than 90 days.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    With reference to the gold credit card [protected] statement for the month of Nov 07, there was a disputed transaction of 995/-.The transaction was charged twice: one with 995 and another with 945.

                    Details of the transaction:

                    Bill No CHE7521
                    Date: 03/11/07
                    Time: 22:30
                    Table: 11
                    Waiter: GANES
                    Room No: 4

                    All the documents were provided in the month of Dec 2007 but no reply has been recieved till date. Due to this, interest charges are being levied in every month statement.

                    This is holding me to do any further transaction on this credit card and I have to calculate and exclude the interest charges every month before making the payment. This is causing me huge inconvenience.

                    Moreover, the communication with customer care never has the updated information and lack of knowledge on their side is highly frustrating.

                    They always have the standard response: "Case is under Process" but with no updates.
                    When I confirmed from the merchant (Mr Ramesh from Hotel Sangam Ph:[protected] in Accounts Dept), he said that he is not yet recieved the formal complaint from the Tata credit card company. He even agreed that the transaction is charged twice wrongly and willing to settle it as soon as recieved the complaint from credit card company.

                    I would like to take this opportunity to express my displeasure in the communication gap (absolute no transparency) between the chargeback dept and customer care dept.

                    I am in a process to escalate this case to consumer courts now.
