Dear Sir/Madam,
I am new tata credit card holder. (Credit card No. [protected]) I am getting familiar with this card related transactions gradually.
I used tata card towards petrol purchase. As mentioned in the information booklet, i was waiting for detailed statement, to pay due amount.
However, I started getting calls from Payment Asst. Unit to pay the charges. I was told that statement had been sent and signed by someone, however I am not in receipt of any such statement. Later I received letter from Manager-Payment Asst. Unit: dt. June 12, 2008, which I received on 25-6-08. It does not mention all the details about the utilization of card. It mentions only to pay amount Rs. 2577.18/-.
In view of the above, I have following questions:
1. Why statement was not sent in time?
2. What are extra charges charged, if any?
3. If any extra charges to be paid, without any fault on my part-why should I?
Thus, it creates questions on the service given by Tata card. I am afraid that, if this is the situation then, whether I shd continue this card in future.
