      NOC/ No Due certificate for House Loan

      Dear Tata Capital, This is regarding my House Loan Account no. 9068095 under the name Kanthi Kiran P. This loan account is transferred to Mr. Naresh GSVR and I am no more holding the loan. I Requested to send 'NOC/ NO DUE' certificate for my loan account. Till now I did not received NOC even after raising two requests. I mentioned clearly my house address for the NOC courier from Mumbai branch office. I called Tata Capital customer care...

      hello dear sir /madam my name is harjeet sharma .my custmer id is TRACTOR and my loan number is 5004385, , , 9/07/15 is my date to pay ur ist instalment but ur employe mr arun kumar employe id code 20104, called me on same day that iam coming to collect installment but at evening on same day about 7 p.m he called again that he was on leave and did not visit ...on next day 10/07/2015 he came and imposed rupee 200 fine ...this is our mistake plz refund or wave off my amount, , , otherwise i will concern it with ur senior department ...m attaching photo copies

        Dear sir,

        Re : - home loan reference number - 9322633 from tata capital housing
        Finance co. Limited.
        Complaint raised with tata reference no 1292663, 1293210, 1301428
        And 1322859.
        Sub : refund of excess collected amount.

        Please note that we had applied for a home loan from tata capital housing finance co. Limited in the month of august, 2014 and the home loan was sanctioned for rs. 22, 40, 000 / - (Rupees twenty two lacs forty thousands only) to us in the month of august, 2014 for purchase of flat no - 405 at rameshwar nilayam, 15, guha park, liluah, howrah - 711204 and in that sanction there was some sanction condition which was as follows :

        1. You have to close your existing 2 home loan accounts with idbi bank limited and submit the proof.
        2. You have to close your instabuy loan with standard chartered bank and submit the proof.
        3. You have to submit proof of payment of balance amount to the promoter alongwith supporting bank statement.

        I was given a set of papers to be signed and it was confirmed by the tata officials that the disbursement will be effected only after completion and fulfillment of sanction formalities and accordingly the blank set of papers were signed in good faith by us.

        On 06. 10. 2014 a mail was sent to us at [protected]@gmail.com stating that tata capital housing finance co. Limited has disbursed the above loan stating that your account will be debited by rs. 16, 195. 00 between 06. 10. 2015 to 10. 10. 2015 and at that time i told tata capital housing finance co. Limited’s official mr. Atanu paul, and we called him number of times that why you have disbursed our loan without our consent and every time he threatened us that if we go against this disbursement he will take such a step by which we would not be able to take any further loan from any bank or organization and i also told them that it is not fair specially when sanctioned condition are not fulfilled by us and you have disbursed the amount all in sudden and at that time nothing was ready neither home loan was repaid nor standard chartered bank’s instabuy loan was closed nor balance amount was paid to the promoter and when inspite of lot of verbal request no action was taken we sent a mail to atanu. [protected]@tatacapital.com requesting to cancel the draft but at that time also no action was taken by official of tata capital housing finance co. Limited and my account was continuously debited by interest amount and installment amounts on various dates. This was a clear indication of cheating the customer by unfair means and collecting interest and installment before the time when they becomes due. Tata capital housing finance co. Limited is involved in fraudulent activities for which customer are badly suffering.

        For your kind reference please note that we had submitted proof of paying standard chartered bank’s instabuy loan account on 05. 12. 2014 and submitted proof of paying idbi bank’s home loan account on 29. 01. 2015 to tata capital housing finance co. Limited.

        On 19. 02. 2015 i submitted a request for amendment in sanction letter for change in flat to be purchase from 405 to 303 by mail at atanu. [protected]@tatacapital.com and our old loan was cancelled and after that present home loan was sanctioned to us on 23. 03. 2015 vide home loan application no[protected] but till april, 2015 my account was continuously debited by installment amount of old home loan which was cancelled by them in february, 2015 and after being fed up due to this i made a stop payment request of may, 2015 installment of old home loan. From 09. 04. 2015 i am continuously sending emails to [protected]@tatacapital.com and on 25. 06. 2015 i have received a letter by mail, and a cheque of rs. 1, 34, 820. 00, copy of which is attached for your ready reference and which is self explanatory in nature.

        Today i have submitted my request again to tata capital housing finance co. Limited for refund of my balance amount of rs. 43, 159. 00 (Rs. 16, 195. 00 interest and rs. 26, 964. 00 installment) with interest on total amount of rs. 1, 77, 979. 00.

        So please help me in getting refund of rs. Rs. 43, 159. 00 (Rs. 16, 195. 00 interest and rs. 26, 964. 00 installment) with interest on total amount of rs. 1, 77, 979. 00 however details of payment of rs. 1, 77, 979. 00 is as under :.

        2. Copy of home loan repayment proof - schedule - 2

          I have applied personal loan for in Tatacapitals Address : B1, A 26 27, Noida Sector 51, Noida - 201307, Near Hdfc Bank. I have submitted all documents and my application generated on 10 June 2015 . From that time I have got several call for verification and still I am not sure what is going on there. I have submitted all required documents. Also get call from tata capitals to submit property documents copy which I have purchased recently. For this I had to visited to Tatacapitals in noida office to submit documents, Also I have asked to approve RTG Form from yes bank so I have visited to yes bank to approve form. I have en cooperated in all way. I have applied loan because I have need it. After long time I have got call from tatacapitals that your personall loan rejected and didnot provide any reason. If Tatacapitals have a problem to issue personal loan then why they put customer into dilemma. Overall very bad experience from Tatacapitals. I just want to know the reason behind the rejection. Also I advice to other customer, please dont go for personal loan. They literally fool you.

            This is to bring your kind attention regarding the personal loan account number 5006698 processed by your bank. I was dealing with sales representative sarvotam from janak puri and basant kothari from gurgaon. I have been informed that your loan amount would be rs.175000 with the processing fee of 2% and rate of interest of 14% (Reducing) by them.

            But today when i got the disbursed loan amount of rs. 168189 from your bank then i visited your punjabi bagh branch to verify the charges.

            The bank representative informed me that the emi would be rs.6504 for 36 months according to 20.57% reducing rate of interest. Which is totally unacceptable.

            Moreover, no one called me from your bank to advice that my loan is getting disbursed with the respective charges, emi, tenure, etc

            As i have been misinformed by sales representative and mislead by the bank, now either reduce the rate of interest to 14%(Reducing) as discussed initially or cancel my loan.

I was looking for a loan and I received a call nd these guys introduced themselves as Tata finance guys. They told abt there schemes and asked me to send my documents to the Which I sent. Then they told me to pay 15000 for an FD nd I pay them after much conversation. I deposited the amount in there...

              I am TATA Platinum credit card holder, Before taking the card the customer care executive committed that there is voucher of Jabong online shopping of 3000 rupees for first year on platinum card. It"s very difficult cum impossible to contact the customer care. 2) My transaction is failed with amount deducted from my credit balance. I have Google it to just know how to get the transaction ID OF THAT TRANSACTION, to get it back from the side where I have made the transaction . Each and every time call is getting diverted to lost and complaints department. Then they diverted call to some, other side but, still not able to get the transaction ID.                 Dear Sir, I took a personal loan from Tata Capital last year in may'2014 vide contract no.- 4073087. I wanted to foreclose my loan and for that I applied for foreclosure statement for the final settlement on 2-Apr-2015. I received foreclosure statement from [protected]@tatacapital.com on 9-Apr-2015 which is showing Rs. 7202 (the EMI of the loan) as overdue amount though I have already paid my EMI on 3-Apr-2015. The total outstanding amount should be Rs. 92, 746 but as per your ambiguous foreclosure statement it is showing Rs.92746+Rs. 7202 = Rs. 99948. I contacted your customer care but nobody was able to clarify about it and they suggested to visit the branch office. Why should I pay the extra buck if I have already paid the EMI. Then I visited one of your branch at Rajouri Garden, New Delhi on saturday, 11-Apr-15 and to my utmost nightmare your LAN server was down and my issue wasn't resolved. I contacted one of your official from Rajouri Garden Branch today i.e. 13-Apr-2015 and he mailed me the same statement which was mailed earlier by the customercare and wasn't able to clarify why the hell it is again showing overdue amount. Some Suggestions I have about the experience with TataCapital:- 1) Worst customer care service. 2) Your officials doesn't understand or may be doesn't want to understand the issue. 3) They are good at playing office-office. I have applied for the home loan from your Tata capital finance in Kodambakkam branch and I have duly issued a cheque amount of Rs.5000 for the processing fees for the approval of the home loan on 5th of Jan 2015. But unfortunately, the home loan was not approved due to Proprietorship and it was rejected. Mr.Ponselvan from your Tata Capital collected the cheque and other relevant documents from my home. Without approval how the processing fees can will be debited from my account? Is this a new way to cheat people like me? And after several chase ups Mr.Ponselvan directed me to Mr.Sandesh, Team Manager (Mobile no: [protected]). On 2nd of Feb, 2015 speaking with Mr.Sandesh, he confirmed me that the loan has been processed and you will get up to Rs.15 Lacs and upon receiving this amount further the loan amount can be increased to another Rs.3 Lacs. But when I called him after 5 days as there was no news about the process I was shocked to hear the news that the loan is cancelled and when I asked for the cheque which I gave to Mr.Ponselvan amounting to Rs.5000 for the processing fees he neglected that the amount cannot be refunded at any circumstance. I really don’t know which bank or finance company holds the processing amount for the rejected loan? At first when signing the documents it was clearly told that the amount will be refunded if the loan approval is rejected but after receiving the cheque both the company and Mr.Ponselvan turned opposite. It is totally illegal to keep the persons money when the loan got rejected. Mr.Ponselvan and Mr.Sandesh really don’t know how to treat a customer like me. When they need a customer, they are on customer shoes but when their work is done they are not like that. The company should have really looked into this matter when the loan is rejected and could have initiated to refund the amount immediately without any of these delays happened now. And I cannot dance to the tunes of Tata Capital and to Mr.Sandesh as I have several times danced well and hence please don’t cook stories here. I need my hard earned money back. The processing fees cheque was issued in the month of Jan, 2015 and it’s been nearly more than 3 months, still awaiting for the refund. If the amount is not refunded within next 7 business days, I may go legally against Tata Capital to get back my amount by filing a complaint in court against Tata Capital, Mr.Ponselvan and Mr.Sandesh and I will publish this issues in dailies and magazines about TATA CAPITAL on how the company cheats the hard earned money of people who are seeking for home loans.                         I am the proud customer of Tata Capital till September 2014 but unfortunately after that i have to say that i have made a big mistake of opting your services for both the loans - mainly for consumer product and home. Till date home loan is going very smoothly and there is no issue at all but the mess what you guys have done with my consumer product is ridiculous and unimaginable. I have been chasing you guys since September 2014, had several discussions with your Andheri Oshiwara outlet but no one is trying even to help the customer. Every body is raising their hands and diverting to the others. End result is i have to follow up with you people but output is zero. Is this the way of Customer handling? I have been charged 2 additional EMI's of Rs 5550/- each from TATA CAPITAL. Relevant documents of all the transactions have already been submitted to andheri branch. I have bought Sony Tv in last July 2013 from Croma outlet in Goregaon oberoi mall. and this complete mess is thoroughly briefed and explained to your executive who provides your so called "SERVICE" there. Okay will give you short brief of my case. I have paid Rs 33, 300/- initially as a down payment on 28th July 2013 ( given statement of banks - Rs 20000/- through ICICI bank credit card and Rs 13, 300 through HDFC debit card) . But in your SOA it has shown Rs 22, 200/-, god only knows how and from where this figure arrived. also the disbursement amount mentioned is Rs 99, 900/-, can any one explain me this if i have made down payment of Rs 33, 300/- then how can my disbursed amount becomes my total invoice amount? According to the invoice of my purchase i have to pay balance amount of Rs 66, 600/ - through EMI (option opted by me ) as my total invoice amount was Rs 99, 900 ( bill copy submitted ). And my monthly EMI given by your firm was Rs 5550/- per month. So the balance amount would be cleared after 12 EMI's being paid from my end. But instead i have been charged for 14 months, which you can easily figure out from my bank statement. And this is the difference ( Rs 11100/- ) for what i am fighting since last 2 months. Hope this explanation will be sufficient to get me the refund amount.

                          Loan no 4053345 As there is an outstanding amount of seven thousand change in my consumer durable loan but wherein i hv received the legal notice stating that i hv to pay 9522 and i conformed with TATA customer care executive even she told i hv to pay seven thousand change as this is fully laziness by the people working in tata capital as i hv all proofs which TATA Capital had sent legal notice and the statement how much i hv paid and the balance ... From past 2 months am asking for explanation on this they are not responding me properly and eve they included bounce charges but ECS didnt hit my bank account at all even i hv sent them my bank statement but they are not even responding to my mails am fully unsatisfied with their services. Even today i have received one more legal notice that i have to pay 9154 but in the month of NOV i have received that i have to pay 9522 how come this is possible where i checked even today in online my outstanding amount is 7900 ...                             Hi There, I am currently running a loan with tata
                            capital I was informed by the bank that the ROI will be 10.15% PA
                            however I receive my statement of account ROI was 10.25% then I spoke
                            the agent who processed my loan who said it will be corrected soon I
                            raised a request # 1057465 on which no one worked and this was closed
                            after 2 months on which no one even worked then I was able to find a
                            contact number of the agents Manager Amit

                            1065331 # 1098052 I want my ROI to be deducted or want to know the way

                                Hi... I hold the credit card of tata.but two days before i was received call from tata credit card regarding addtional discount card... & also before activation i was asked to tata credit card executive whether any charges applicable on this card or not & he told me charges not applicable on this card at all... Then i told to executive then u can isuue this card... But after my confirmation they have deducted rs.7850/- from my credit card a/c stating that this is towards tata services offered t o you... But when i had asked to tata credit card executive at that he is not explain to regarding this deduction... Means they have cheated / fraud to their customer... Hence request youbto please take neccedary action againt tata credit card co & also action againt said executive mahesh tiwari who given wrong/incomplete information to me... I also have audio recorded proof in that no where executive told me they will deduct amt. Of rs. 7850/-.hence request to you please take neccesary action againt them &.refund back the amont into my credit card a/c.

                                  Hi, This'll is Ravi Ramprasad jaiswal from Pune, I had applied for Tata credit card at star bazar outlate at hadapsar still I did not receive any credit card but got message saying you need to pay 560 rs on 30th oct..I tried to call the helpline number [protected] but no executive is available on this line to speak...I dnt know the against which credit card number I have to pay..and it is it is shocking I am tata employee and I have been told there will be no yearly charges for tata employee but what a rubbish is this I got a mesg of charges..plz call me to resolve my problems
