I had deposited rs.10942/- vide receipt no.Pnw 94314 dt.13/08/2003 as per hpa twh 201631 this hpa was matured on dt.12/08/2005 but i had not received the mzaturity amount till date.So i request your honour a to make my refund at an earliest. I had made numbers of attempts to approach the tata finance limited but none of them redress my complaint.I have the original receipt with me, my contact number is as below [protected].     I have booked ticket in red bus on 13/01/2016 and i have cancelled on next day. After some day the status in red bus has changed to the refunded.
    Problem is refund not happened to the croma credit card account, i have raised complaint and it is not yet refunded.

      Hi.
      From tata capital financial services
      Extra charges he is adding. Without any information.. I have taken two wheeler loan.. And down payment i paid more than half of the full amount, from starting of the first month, ecs transaction as not done.. Due to some technical issue its as been not transaction as the collection agent said. And i have taken 6 months statement, in that from tata capital financial services
      Charged the od charges amount (237.14) now almost i completed 1 year and still the charges is going on, now it is more then that amount. Before 6 months back i am telling that i am not going to pay this od charges amount. Because i paid document charges 2, 275 and the collection agent mr nagesh, i asked him so many times is there any extra amount is getting charged or not. He said no, when i have taken the statement od charges as been charged. The collection agent he call after 15 days that lone amount as not credited, and he wont come on his give date and time (Mr. Nagesh) starting 3-4 months there were other collection agent of your tata capital he so fine person he came in the give time and date.. But now this person what ever he talk is completly sence less, this person mr. Nagesh tell me that this not a big amount 300 or 400 hundread he talks like that. And this person make call to manger of tata capital financial service and that manager said me that he will reduce this od charges amount and after that area manager also said me to pay this january month installment amount but he also not did, suddenly in february the amount as been deducted form bank and now march again ecs problem, now you said me why should i have to pay this od charges.. After 6 months he is saying to me to submit ecs form to bank.. I said him i don"t have time to submit.. But the collection agent have not intimated me about od charges. Yesterday i recived a call from this number
      [protected] time 5:44 pm 1 mins 1 secs.. He said he is calling from tata capital, customer care,, this person dont no how talk.. He is asking me you will pay amount or not... He did not said is name also.. I said him this not proper way to talk.. He saying me according to customer we will talk like that. The way he talk with me it is not good, i said him, if i wont pay what you do, he will take legal action... I dont knw what legal action he take..
      Plz give me explanation on this call.. And (Mr nagesh collection agent plz dont send him for collection.. Because the above conversation he is not trust able..) and reduce that amont and take time to time your installments...

        Hi sir,

        After calling number of time to tata capital and i given level2 customer
        Grievance. Every time they will tell some date, finally i will not receive
        Documents, because of that i am writing mail to rbi.

        Ticket no: 1709817 raised on 1st week of february.

        Requested documents:
        Tata capital field officer report -- certified copy
        Loan sanctioned --- certified copy.
        Property verification report -- certified copy.

        Please help to relove my issue.

        I have recived the documents on[protected]. but i am unable to read single line in document, because they intensively sended the document, they don't want to understand that document by me. 99.9 % blur of document. there is no use of sending such a document. please send them to send good print quality document, so i can read.

          I have Tata credit card and i was suppsed to received a gift voucher worth rupees 3000/- after paying my renewable fees. I paid my renewable fees on 2nd January 2016, and called customer care so many times (have call recorded) but i did not get any response yet from their side.

            I have closed the top up loan with with TATA Capital on 30th of Jan 16, they have deducted the amount even after loan is closed I have called customer care many times and written to them, they have not refunded the money so far, very unprofessional and unfriendly service.

            I advise all the people to stay away from TATA Capital by not taking any loan with them

              I had applied for a personal loan from Tata Capital, received an SMS & email too regarding to the successful submission of documents and my application was accepted by the tata capital on 22nd of feb. 2016, they are done with the verification twice at my workplace and once at my residence. since then i am not getting any proper details about my personal loan application, i called on tata capital customer care helpline twice contacted them on chat support as well but they are not willing to give me the exact information.

                Hi All, It's Shweta Kumari (DL6CP 2431) loan ID ([protected]). I have applied for a loan/refinance my car with Tata capital in November 2015 via Kritika Enterprises Laxmi Nagar Delhi (DSA head ATUL Rastogi - [protected]).

                Tata capital approved my loan and released funds to that DSA (Kritika Enterprise) in November. Although I got in the the second week of December and that's not just enough. Since that I am waiting for My new RC (Vehicle Registration card).

                Last week I complaint about this to Tata capital Thane Maharashtra head office, but seems they are not bothered about it. Although they have assigned this to one of their complaint handling department, whose call me and the DSA head everyday and take an extension for the next day. This is going on since 13th Feb 2016.

                Therefore, I request who so ever has a authority to look into this matter, please consider this as the high time and do something about it.

                  My Name is RAJASINGH.
                  My Home Loan Application No.[protected], Dated - 11/09/2015.
                  I have applied for Housing Loan in Tata capital, Chennai on August 2015. And i have paid the processing fees of Rs. 2, 850. But in the middle my loan application was rejected because of Tata Capital's issue. I dropped the housing loan from Tata Capital. But i did not get my PROCESSING FEES back to me. Please refund the amount ASAP.

                    I am Rama Maram, applied for personal loan (3 Lacs) in the month of November-2015. First time he checked my cibil score it was good collected all the documents and cheques also. For atleast 20 days no response . After giving somany calls and messages that executive told that loan was approved for different person having similar name like me. I dont know how it happened. And later he promised me with same rate of interest what he commited for first time and collected cheques, documents again . This time he said the rate of interest is more because there is no offer running this time after collecting cheques and documents. I dont know what manager is doing, I felt this is an un ethical way of dealing the customers. Now I want to know how my first time loan given to some one having similar name. I am expecting responsible answer from TATA CAPITAL.

                      Dear Team,

                      This is to bring into your notice that I Lakshay Chuttani has availed 1 Home Loan in 2012 amounted Rs1000000/- with monthly EMI of Rs13493/-. I have been serving EMI since January'13 regularly but in the month of ‎August'13 EMI got returned due to non availability of fund as I was travelling out of town & due to wrong updation of contact number nobody has called from Collections, Sales & Credit but somehow I have received call on month end & EMI has been deposited within same month but system has deducted bounce charges from EMI itself which was not being informed to customer. After almost 6 months I have applied for 1 loan which has been rejected due to DPD showing in Home Loan which was due to deduction amount of charges from EMI due to which EMI was running short for more then 6 months, then cash has bee deposited against shortfall but same was not sent for updation of in CIBIL & again DPD was reported in 2015 from TATA Capital in CIBIL, which resulted my CIBIL score falling too low to even avail a single penny from any Bank or NBFC.

                      Kindly check said issue & resolve is asap otherwise I have to approach other concern departments for resolution.

                      It was a shock after seeing CIBIL sheet so please get it rectified.

                      Expect an urgent reply & resolution of said issue as with this error I am unable to avail any loan facility from anywhere & in last 1 week twice my request has been rejected due to CIBIL score less than 600 & moreover my score has been dropped due to running of CIBIL report.

                      Therefore close this matter on urgent basis as I am in need of funds urgently.

                        Hi Team,

                        I am a customer to Tata Capital and my Loan Account Number is 5267925, unfortunately I wasn't able to pay my EMI for the month of January due to unavoidable circumstances as I had some family problems. Since the date past of my EMI, I had been started receiving recovery calls firstly from a person by the name of Rajesh and today I had received a call from someone by the name of Deepak, number is ([protected]) who supposedly said that he is from Lajpat Nagar branch and he started HARASSING ME over the phone and used PROFANITY language. He even Threatened Me and said that he wants to meet me on the road, and said that I will have DIRE CONSEQUENCES. Also he said that he will raise a FIR against me. Not sure, but I had been customer to different branches wherein I had taken loan from, but this is for the first time in my entire life that this sort of situation had happened, which let me feel that I had done a big mistake going with Tata Capital. Also on a different note I had seen lots of forum which showed that consumer loan taken from Tata and if in case of even 1 EMI missed these recovery agents start harassing the customers.

                        As I said that I will be paying the EMI installment for this month at my convenience next month, request to stop sharing the number to 3rd partys and ask them to stop making harassment calls immediately.

                        Also I have complaint to customer support the complaint number for the same is 1684601

                        Will look forward for a response from your ends.

                            I Rahul r shah i took a samsung 55 inch smart led tv from relience digital the samsung tv people is not giving services for the product and right now my emi is going on, i want to complain you why u give loan to the product which company is not giving services.

                            what should i do with the 55' tv if it isnot working and its not even 6 months i purchase samsung people are saying that it is out of warrany after 1 month they rectify the problem if this is the case in warranty how about the after warranty...

                              I applied for personal loan in Tata capital for my father's heart surgery. But it's not credit in my account in time because I have not submitted my bank cheques which I don't know before applying and they not intimated me. So I took the required amount outside to complete the payments at Hospital. Now I don't required this loan and same requested to the sales person. But he is telling that I need to pay cancellation charges against the cancellation. I told him why should I have to pay for that which is not credited in my account and I have not even submitted all docs as per their policy. Am where disappointed and irritated with their response.                                 I did mistake trust the brand name of tata and took loan in tata capital,

                                I have taken personal loan in oct 2013, after completion of two year emi, i wanted to pre close the loan, however when i call the helpdesk to closure request i was shocked to know that i need to pay 5% plus service tax on outstanding amount.

                                5 % is very high and i am not sure whether our tata group knows about this cheating done by this group..

                                Its totaly cheating customer, rbi shoudl do something for this..
                                One of the Wrost Loan lending company, , guys . never take loan from Tata group..

                                Ratan Tata does many thing for poor guys.. but using his name Tata capital suck money from customer and cheat..

                                  We have purchased flat from person who had home loan with Tata Capital. Our bank cleared all loan of Tata Capital and had corresponded with Tata Capital to submit all the original home documents to our bank. However, Tata Capital has given the original documents to the original owner of flat who has absconded now.
                                  Tata Capital was to submit the documents to our bank. Now tata capital has to reimburse us for the loss and inconvenience caused to us.

                                    Team, I have purchased a AC from crome and took through tata capital finance ECS with my citi bank . installment date was on 3rd october however money didnt deducted on same date and however on 7th october i got a message "your ecs for 3840 aganist contract 5193086 is returned for reason mandate not received . !!! i was shocked the agent from croma bangalore bel road took all duly signed document from me with check as well. I need a immediate clarification what has happend to those document collected from me from the crome branch in new BEL road Bangalore .                                       I took loan from TATA capital for 12 months and paid all EMI's without fail. Strangely now they deducted 13th month also from my saving account. Now i am short with that amount for my other EMI and i have no time to take any alternate arrangements and i am helpless. Once all 12 EMI's were finished how come the deduct 13th time from my count.                                         My loan appli. no.[protected], rejected because valuation less, but my question is VIP person & builders are not follow tata capital rule, simple man only 80, 000/- valuation less so my loan application after 20 days timepass...???? my processing fees are no refund
