Hi, This'll is Ravi Ramprasad jaiswal from Pune, I had applied for Tata credit card at star bazar outlate at hadapsar still I did not receive any credit card but got message saying you need to pay 560 rs on 30th oct..I tried to call the helpline number [protected] but no executive is available on this line to speak...I dnt know the against which credit card number I have to pay..and it is it is shocking I am tata employee and I have been told there will be no yearly charges for tata employee but what a rubbish is this I got a mesg of charges..plz call me to resolve my problems

    Hi There, I am following your customer service for last one month but still no response. Issue Details: I have taken a consumer durable loan-4224483 in the month of August’14 and the EMI for this loan was planned to be presented on 3rd of every month but somehow due to unknown reasons it was not presented on due date. After I followed with you people it was presented on 9th Sept and I was told that issue is resolved now but again issue is not resolved as EMI of October’14 is still not presented. I have logged complaints for this and your Customer service executives are marking them resolve without being actually resolving the issue. Can you look into this as I don’t want to be a defaulter and unnecessarily pay late charges

          Dear Sir/Madam, We have take loan from Tata Capital Financial services for bike. The executive while doing the loan process has converted the loan to 3 year instead of 2 year, we have written to the customer care many times that this a mistake and it should have been a 2 year loan term but nothing has been done to the problem. My first complaint raised in the email was on 26th August, after that I have made many calls and emails to them but still they are not doing anything about this problem. Could you please look into the above issue asap and get us some solution as we have tried our level best to resolve it with the Company but they do not seem too interested in resolving this. Please help us as this is really concerning and also frustrating for me to keep calling and raising it. As of now I am talking to them and they cut the call in between when I am asking them for the solution.               I sameer khan had purchased the bike in the month of august 2012. I was a regular EMI PAYING CUSTOMER but due to some incident i failed to pay my 9 month emi. i accept my fault and i do respect your rules. but suddenly after 9 months my wife got a call from mr vinod a head of collection who was coordinating with my wife for emis. and he had given the commitment that pay your emi on 28th of august 2014 to my wife however we have his massage from his mobile number. but suddenly on 24th on sunday two guys came and taken my bike inspite of nootice that we had given and taken from vinod. as my wife clearly said that we are going to make foreclosure on 28th. Now i want to know is Tata Capitals EMPLOYESS are stupieds who doesnot have any coordination between them. before also your collection guys went to my previous address and abused my in laws. now where should i go to the media to the supreme court or where. tata capitals are only working for money they dont have humanity towards the geniun customer. we have many customers who dont make the paymnet for a long time they cheat you but beign a genuine customer i had given my address also. this is sure i am filling an police complaint that without my presance they had taken my bike and abused to my inlaws. i am writting this to the head mr Sanjeet Dawar and the CEO also. guys understand if you dont no to judge between genuine and fraud customer you better sgut down your company and set at home because you dont knoe to rule market. Tata capitals is the worst and bajaj finance is the best and dont ever say in your advertisement that you are bharosemand. fake

                Hello,
                This is Ashish Mude, writing a feedback and complaint regarding the TATA capital loan service.
                I had applied for home loan (Plot cum construction) at TATA capital Laxminagar Nagpur branch.
                First I submitted all required documents along with property documents to the TATA Capital Executive (AMOL) at Laxmi nagar Nagpur branch and ask him if he need additional documents for loan processing. He said everything is received and he will sanction loan within 15 to 20 days.
                I already asked him if he need anything from my side for loan processing then inform me within 20 days as there is plot registry after 40 days.
                He told everything is fine and my loan is in under process.
                After 30 days I asked for loan status he told they will release home loan fund in 2 to 3 days.
                Then after they were extending the date.
                When at time of plot registry date (after 50 days from submitted document) they ask me to submit some additional property details document which require 15 to 20 days to collect form registry office and then they withdraw processing fees from my account.
                I asked him why not inform me before 10 days of plot registry and He (TATA Capital executive) replied me that he need these document otherwise he will not process loan and was talking in rude language.
                After that my plot registry is cancelled due to improper response form TATA capital service and now my token and agreement amount which I paid to the plot vendor is in trouble and lose with loan processing fees without grating loan from TATA Capital.
                When I request for the loan cancelation letter then even Manager also talking with rude language.
                This is completely rude behavior and improper service from TATA Capital, Laxmi nagar branch and execute Amol is completely misbehavior person.
                Please improve Service and take the proper action on TATA CAPITAL's Staff at Laxmi nagar, Nagpur branch.

                  Three simple questions:

                  1. What is your turn around time for checking the eligibility criteria?
                  2.How far do your agents go to meet their own targets and not keeping in mind customers' time frame of getting a loan?
                  3.Does Tata capital go out and verify the property before approving the profile of the person applying for the loan?

                  My home loan was cancelled. I have been trying to get a rejecting letter stating the reason for home loan rejection.
                  Tata capital has failed to print that after months.

                  I have been following up with all including agent/office/ escalation authority.I have got no response.
                  Only thing I want to know why did you reject my home loan. Plain and simple.I am not asking Tata Capital to give home loan.

                    I would like to raise a complaint on an issue with non-receipt of an EMI refund cheque lingering for last 3 months. Taken a car loan, account no. [protected]. I sold the car (Honda City) and foreclosure amount cheque submitted on the 1st / 2nd of May, 14. The ECS EMI was due on the next day. So, because the time gap between foreclosure and ECS EMI was small, the May EMI got deducted from the account. The amount was INR 15000. This amount is now due to me as a refund. The cheque was not received and I raised a request (ticket number 939920) to look into this - the call centre could not provide any information to me on the status. I called 3 times between 19th to 24th May and they did not have any clue on what has happenned and what is the resolution. Finally I was given the number of the Delhi office to speak to Kunal Sachdev at[protected]. Chronology as follows: Spoke to Kunal Sachdev on 26th May: he said he'll check and get back. Called up and spoke to Swati on 14th June at[protected]: she said, she'll check and get back Called up and spoke to Swati on 21st June again: she said speak to Mr. Satish Kumar Call up and spoke to Mr. Satish Kumar: he mentioned the cheque has been delivered to my residence on 22nd May. Gave me the First Flight courier POD number: D[protected]. I have checked and saw they have a status delivered and a name "Manoj" receiving it. Please note that this cheque is not delivered. The Courier status is wrong and I still do not have the cheque. Called up the offivce again on 19th July: Spoke to Mr. Neerav: he mentioned he'll get back Called up office again on 28th July: Spoke to Mr. Satish. Of course he said the same thing - will check and get back. Now this is of course a case of a forgotten customer running around and none is doing anything. I am escalating this to be resolved asap.                       Loan # 3150952. Loan was completed in Feb 14 and when an NOC was requested an outstanding amount of Rs. 1979.29 was shown. After a lot of requests and follow ups I received a statement from them which shows there are 3 bounce check charges of 450 each which after taxes comes up to Rs. 1498.5. I have been repeatedly trying to get an explanation from TATA capital regarding this but the standard response to this is " I am sorry for the inconvienience, I shall send an email to the concerned dept/I shall escalate the matter", all to no avail. I have even tried to contact the Supervisor Vinaya Kadam but she is never available and never returns calls either even after repeated requests for a call back. I tried to speak to another supervisor on 6/6/14 but the call was disconnected after being on hold for some time. Kindly advise on how this issue can be resolved. Thanks and Regards Robin Joseph

                        Hi, Myself Vivek Chauhan and I have take a long from tata capital Ahmedabad. My consumer durable loan account number is 3919690. It has been 2 months and there is no resolution of my complaint. They have deducted 2 EMI’s together and they said they will refund me that amount within 7 working days. Since then no one is replying me back on top of that when I called them on customer care number[protected] there are few guys I have been talking to are not co-operative at all. Ankush, Hitesh, Nikhil specially their senior Ravindra who had promised me 10 times but he has failed and he is not coming on call at all. Refund amount is: 4434. As a customer it is very frustrated because they had already deducted 2 EMI’s together and it has been 2 Months that no one is helping me to resolve this issue. This was third month and even if there is an additional EMI deposited with them they are still deducting amount every month. I have called them 300 times and I also have their recordings. Whenever I call them they will get my basic details and keep my call on waiting for 5 hours and after waiting they will cut my call. I have all the recordings and evidences with me. I have set a POS (ATM) machine at petrol pump.A person named Vishal Mukte came on 20/04/2014 at pump. his cell no. is [protected]. he swiped Rs. 2000/- from our POS machine. he show his face bank sms on his cell no. and forced our boy to give petrol in his car and they ran away. please help us to catch like this cheaters, fraud people.

                            Hi Sir/Madam, I have availed a home loan from Tata Capital at ROI 10.75%. Without any prior intimation, this ROI was revised to 11.00% by Tata Capital. However, other banks have reduced the ROI due to reduction in repo rates by RBI. I applied for BT using Axis bank @ 10.25% and got an approval from them in month of March.                               I took home loan two years back they gave me the loan at 10.25% which is in accordance with other banks same as others, but after dec-2013 they have increased it to 11% and when I complained about this customer care lady called me and asked me to pay 16000/- to reduce interest rate to 10.25% is this ethical ? I told her I will not pay anything if you dont reduce it I will move out the loan account. and worst part is they close the requests without giving any resolution. here are the request numbers

                              Update :
                              Now they want 5618/- Rs to reduce the interest rate to 10.4% even then its high since many home loan banks giving 10.25% on top of that they say pay us 5618/- and only for 6months after that again god knows what will happen ? if you are planning to take home loan from TATA Capital think again.
                              Here are the details I have give on 29/03/2013 to kormangala branch, bangalore.

                              Home loan account : 9040987 current ROI is 11.00%
                              corporation cheque no : 617940 dated 29/03/2013 issued to TATA capital housing finance limited. collected along with written letter to reduce the rate of interest to 10.4%. Cheque is already approved and ammount is collected by the TATA capital. But the ROI is still not changed.

                              FYI complaint no 859438 still not moving at all, can any one suggest for next step ? I have called customer care they only say sorry for not updating complaint no 859438 and raise another complaint and after that nothing happens.

                              DONOT buy TATA CAPITAL there customer care is not good they raise interest rates and ask money to reduce the interest rates though all banks providing 10.10% my loan is stuck at 10.4%. I absolutely hate this dishonest bank. Dont fall for there 10.10% home loan add.

                                I had closed the TataCard in january month, since after that I am requesting Tata Card Customer care to give me the Closing letter for this card but they have not sent any closing letter to me. And also they are generating Credit Card statement on this card. I have called them 4 times and again and again Customer Care officer are saying that they will dispatch the closing letter in 10 days and also when I am asking them about why it has not sent with earlier request then they are saying that No Reason is mentioned on their side. Last time when I called them that time I mentioned that I have raised this request 3 times and statements are also generating, they said to me that they are sending the soft copy of the closing letter to my mail id, but after 5 days also I have not received any soft copy of the letter on my mail id.                                   Tata Capital has the worst customer care i have ever experienced. It is worst than some outdated government organisation. I have take a home loan from tata capital. I would like to close the loan. I have written to the customer care 4 times. I just get an automated reply saying someone will get back within 10 days. But no one gets back. Then I called customer care 2 times and they seem to be helpless. They asked me to write to customer care. I raised the first request on 2st december 2014. Its 24th january now and still i have no response from them. I have already paid one extra EMI. My next emi is getting due in some days. Can some responsible senior person look into my request and help me. My loan acvount number is 9053077. My email [protected]@gmail.com Dont think of taking home loan from tata capital unless you have tata capital office in your building.

                                    I had receiving call from [protected] & [protected] they uses their names as samrat and alam respectively. These mobile nos users are fraud. They call and offered me for loan in names of tata capital. And send their representative with all documents, identity cards etc, but everything is fake. They collect various documents like it return, address proof, photo ID proof, last six months bank statement etc. and four nos. Of cheque, two in name of finance company and two cancel cheque. After that they draw those cheques from my bank account erase payee name from cheques. I am a victim by those peoples and filed a complain at patuli police station. So, I am requesting you for helping me.
                                    Dear Mr. Debnath,

                                    At the oustet, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                                    The call is evidently the work of some fraudster in an attempt to extract money by making false representations. Similar incidents of fraudsters calling up pretending to be from Tata Capital have also come to our notice earlier and we have already taken up the matter with the appropriate authorities for necessary investigation and action in the matter.

                                    In the meanwhile, we request you to exercise the precautions mentioned below as also file an FIR at your end to assist the investigation of the crime and so that the perpetrators can be brought to book.

                                    i) Duly verify the authenticity of any calls, emails, SMS, websites or advertisements before parting with any monetary amount or sharing any document/s, either online or offline.
                                    ii) All payments should preferably be made at the branches or vide cheques drawn in favour of “Tata Capital Financial Services Limited / Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited / Tata Securities Limited”. Payments should not be deposited in accounts standing in the name/s of any individual/s.

                                      My name is pawan kumar sharma. I have taken a home loan from Tata capital finance company for Rs. 26 Lac. Now i want to close my loan by doing complete payment of loan. I am chasing the bank staff and customer care from last 3 months, but nobody is replying me on this matter. Every month they are just taking the EMI and trying to remain silent so that they can take more and more interest. I am absolutely trapped by the bank. Please help me out.
