I got the Tata Card from Croma in Nov 2016. At the time of purchase i was informed that i will not be charged until i activate the card.

However on Jan 29 I received the first invoice stating that i have defaulted on the payments and there has been a charged Late payment Fee for not paying the last 2 bills.

Firstly this is the first bill i have received and secondly i have not even used the ard and now i have to pay Rs.1083.

I have tried calling the toll free number but i am unable to get through the customer service team

My email ID [protected]@yahoo.com. can someone please write to me and resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    I have placed the order on 19th Jan 2017 and order id is[protected] and payment mode was COD. First of all this order was not shipped till 4 days from the date of purchase, when followed up with customer care they said they will keep it on priority and will get it dispatched soon. But again there was no update and when i checked order status one of the sub order got auto cancelled. When followed up again with customer care, they said that the items that i ordered are not in the condition in the data warehouse to be delivered to you.

    So my concern are listed below in sequence :
    1. If it's not available then why was it listed in the shopping list ?
    2. And if it is not available then why didn't i get update from customer service in max two days and why did i got the update only when i called customer care that too after 5 working days?

    3. Why was order cancelled without asking me as i am the customer ?

    4. There was 3 sub orders in that order. Did all 3 were not in condition to be delivered ?
    It didn't seems to me practical. Even both the tyres of bicycle don't get puncture at the same time.

    The conclusion is these guys wasted my whole time from ordering to waiting to follow up with customer and ended up with auto cancellation after 7 days with no single stuff in my hand giving silly reasons and ending up with just a sorry.

    Don't try to fool customers, value their time and be truthful.

    If you are brand then maintain your standards accordingly.

    There should be penalty as this seems to me the case of cheating.

      I had been using a Tata Credit Card for past several years, being a Tata firm employee myself. However, about 1.5 years ago, my card was replaced by Tata Credit Card company, as there was some issue with the loyalty no of my previous Card. However, ever since this new Card was issued to me, I have been unable to use it for ANY online transaction / payment. I have shared the screen-shot with their Customer Care a dozen times over the past year or so, and each time I am assured the issue will be resolved but it remains unresolved for over an year. I have also escalated the matter to their Head on [protected]@tatacard.com but with no response from them either.
      Strangely, I was able to successfully use the Card at Croma and Westside in the past year, but NONE of my online payment attempts were successful. I have stopped using the Tata Credit Card for an year since this issue came up and use my other Credit / Debit Cards for online payments.
      Over the years I have realized that Tata products and services have gone from bad to worse (my own experience with their products like Tata Credit Card, Tata Sky, etc. has been unpleasant, to put it mildly). Hence, would forewarn prospective customers to avoid opting for Tata Credit Card. This is actually managed by SBI-Cards, but unlike SBI Credit Cards, you can redeem points only at Tata Partner outlets, not online or elsewhere. And often I have found that the Reward Points redemption EDC machine at Tata Card Partner outlets isn't functioning, and I have lost my reward points on 'expiry'.
      I am disappointed that this once-respected Tata Group has become so customer-unfriendly over the years. Good luck to them !

        As i have purchased a product "sandal kafi bronze flip flop" with "seller order no.[protected]" from tata cliq on
        7 th of dec. But it was not of my size so i have returned self shipped it on 16 december 2016 by dtdc curior whose slip was attached below... My product was delivered to seller on 22nd dec... Many times i have called to customer care about the refund status but always they give excuse of quality check was not done by seller... We will register your complaint n make it fast but still i don't get any update and not get any refund... I m very much habituall of online shoipng... This was my worst experience of online shoipng with tata cliq... Plz help me to resolve this issue

          Highly unhappy with the experience so far.We have been following up with your sales team to understand our loan but they seems least interested in helping us out.First of all they are least bothered to inform their customer about their process and product which they offer to customer, secondly if they have given some product they have least knowledge about it when cross questioned they direct directly to customer care.I am afraid the way they are playing with such a good Brand name of yours.Need to get my amortization schedule for which we have been directed to customer care as got to know in first week of month the team hardly words and chills out as they have done month end which is not acceptable at all.I belong to financial sector and service industry where we try every opportunity to be captured but have not experience it so far with your service, You and your brand has failed miserably.

            I have give doc from last 3 to 4 month for Home Loan but I not received any reply from SM KEDAR (AURANGABAD)& Sales Officer -Kapoor.
            also Mr Kapoor has processed the processing fees cheq with out my Confirmation.
            25 days before I have visited to Mr.Kedar (SM TATA CAPITAL)at his Aurangabad office that time also he has given assurance about my Loan will done withen 3 day but still it's not done.Yesterday I have send the massage still I not received any Reply from him.
            Also I not given any call

              Dear Tata Nodal officer,

              Sorry to say that I am undergoing lot of pains in my life due to tata capital has presented my monthly EMI in advance on 5th Dec 2016 ( Instead of 9th dec 2016 ) without my notice.
              Also on 9th dec 2016 another ECS as debited.

              TATA customer care replied saying the ECS debited on 5th dec 2016 is settled for the outstanding ECS in the past and communicated to me about this transaction over message -SMS which I never received.
              I requested to provide me the proof that tata has sent sms to me and tata customer care executive promised to send me the statement/report /document which has the proof to confirm that i was informed about debit of ECS on 5th Dec 2016 for outstanding EMI. But till now I did not receive any proof for the communication given to me.

              I admit that If I have any ECS pending in past I am liable to pay that along with the charges applicable and I have been informing to customer care that I will pay this outstanding at the end of loan period.

              As per the personal loan agreement I had with you, you have agreed to present ECS on 9th date of every month and it is happening the same way.
              Need your explanation is this the right way of debiting money from my personal account without my notice..? I have planned my financial needs accordingly for entire month and because of your action my complete family landed into troubles.

              Earlier, as per case id: 2389326 I have sent my kotak bank cancelled check to tata Capital customer care. ( Deepika promised me that the refund of extra ECS debited will be done before 22 Dec 2016.) But later It all went to false promise and your support went moving aroung the bushes.

              I kindly request you to take appropriate action on this as I have underwent lot of troubles with your action. I do not find any other option to escalate to higher authority to get clear idea what happened in my case.

                The performance of the employees of this bank is very very poor..
                They can't even understand what we are saying..
                My Bad Experience is with the following employees:
                Mr. Siraj, Mr. Ashok and Mr. Sudheer (TATA Hyderabad Employees)..

                Dear Sir,
                Home Loan No. 9800247.
                The date of disbursement is on December 21, 2016..
                Repayment Schedule should start from December 21, 2016, but started from November 25, 2016.

                The Complete Story:
                I think i have applied in the month of October 2016 for home loan balance transfer and top for 10 lakhs..
                While applying, i have intimated your employees very clearly that, give the cheque on or before November 25, 2016 and if not possible give between December 20-25, 2016, because DHFL (my previous bank) charges interest for entire month if a month is started..

                but your employees intimated me that i got a cheque on December 07, 2016. I told your employees clearly that, it is already December 07, 2016, DHFL will charge me interest for entire December month, so i don't want this cheque, you please cancel this cheque and prepare another cheque dated between December 20-25, 2016, and start repayment schedule from the day when you are going to give the new cheque..

                They told okay and they might have cancelled the prepared cheque and gave me the new cheque on December 22, 2016 (with dated December 21, 2016).

                Now the problem is again they are charging interest and repayment schedule from November 25, 2016 even with new cheque which is given on December 22, 2016 (dated December 21, 2016).

                I didn't understand the point here is: I very clearly intimated your employees (Mr. Siraj) that DHFL bank charged interest till December 31, 2016, and rejected your first cheque (without even seeing it) and asked you to prepare another cheque between December 20-25, 2016 and start repayment schedule from the date of new cheque preparation..
                Even after new cheque preparation if you charge interest from Nobember 25, 2016 what is the point in rejecting your first cheque by saying DHFL charged interest till December 31, 2016.
                Means I have to pay interest at both the places for the period November 25 - December 31, 2016 (which is almost Rs. 8000+).

                Please understand your employees mistake, which is cheque not given on or before November 25 if not possible on or before November 25, 2016 i asked them to give between December 20-25, 2016.

                Because of your employees mistake/busy work do not push me into a situation where i have to interest at both the places for the period November 25, 2016 to December 31, 2016.

                One of the important point is i didn't take your money till December 22, 2016 (cheque dated December 21, 2016), by keeping this point in consideration, I request you to start repayment schedule form December 21, 2016..

                  I applied for personal loan and had words with Mr. Vijay Kumar emp id 542021 [protected] from rajendra place new delhi branch. He asked me to give 6k to get my loan approve also he told me to sign the agreement as my loan is approved but my loan was rejected he had taken 6 cheques nd 1 cheque of 6k.                     We have taken the home loan from tata capital housing finance. But your company person has included the cost of insurance also without our prior knowledge. He has included the home imsurance policy without our knowledge. His name is manoj. He is not picking our phone and creating problem for us. In other sense he is creating a fraud for us.
                    We want that quick action must be taken regarding such person. Our problem must be solved as early as possible. I want that insurance policy should be cancelled. So that we can pay our installments without any disturbance and defaults..

                        I would like to address one of the major inconvenience, which I suffered from the TATA Capital. I took a personal loan Account# 5741046 of Rs 150000/-. First thing I would highlight is the incorrect calculation of interest amount & second thing is that, they do not entertain their customer in right manner. They do not provide correct information. So I decided to foreclose this personal loan. As I requested to foreclose the loan. They took 1 month to foreclose it & took one more EMI, even when I placed the request for the cancellation. Now when I requested for the refund, they have again deducted 900/- rupees from the money which they have to refund. please find the attached documents.

                            Recently we all get SMS from TATA Cards that we can withdraw money from ATM with 0% interest
                            But in SMS no where is said that min Rs 300 will be levied on us for each transaction
                            And as we can withdraw 2000 Rs only per card per day they are fooling/looting customers with min. Rs 300 transaction
                            Please do not use TATA Cards as in cash crunch times they are propagating mislead information to fool customer

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              Please help me with these cheater in TATACLIQ.com. It appears like they are selling substandard products and cheating customers with advertising one goods and delivering something else.

                              I'm a victim of such cheating done by TATACLIQ.com

                              Bought a LE Max 2 phone from this website on 19th Nov 2016 and as per advertisement the phone has LE brand and not the LeTV logo. I also has sent mails and called their customer care to check and confirm the same.

                              When I had called their customer care, they did mention that it would be possible to return the product if it does not have the LE logo.

                              As per this statement, I did check the product on 23rd evening and found that it had the old LETV logo and the phone was also not working properly.

                              I immediately reported the same and filed the return request which was accepted and the delhivery tracking ID was also generated. I have attached the same for reference. In this even the advertised image is available for your reference.

                              Even after 4 days, nobody came for the pick up. Today, I called their customer care multiple times and have written mails as well.

                              TATACLIQ.com is now asking me to go to service center ignoring the fact that they have cheated customer by delivering the goods that I had not ordered for and highlighting the non-working part of the defective cell phone they have sold me.

                              Request you to take strictest action ASAP.
                              I Booked Philips trimmer from this site (Tatacliq.com) my seller order no:[protected] Dated[protected].
                              But they put my order on hold.
                              and after that lot of communication but there is no result.
                              They also provide ref no:[protected], but no use.

I Mounesh Badiger have taken the loan from Tata finance Ltd in year 2001 in bangalore for two wheeler hero Honda splendor..( vehicle reg no KA 02 ED 515 ). 15 year have been completed .so I have o apply for vehicle fitness certificate...I understand that for two wheeler loan NOC I have to contact Icici back . Icici bank is ready to provide NOC but they need loan account number.. I could not find Tata finance Ltd office in Bangalore. I understand Tata capital is now providing two wheeler loan.                                     The people of tata capital doesnt have that much sense that how to talk with their customer, it was their mistake then they are telling us that 'tumhari aukat kya hai' i mean this is the way you people deal with your customers, i have got all the recordings in my phone of our conversation and now i am gonna file a case against you of abusing your customer, never expected from tata company.

                                      I have had the worst shopping experience with this site! I had to return my product due to some size issue.I placed the return request the day i had got it.But they didn't initiate it until I contacted for 4 to 5 times.At first they were saying that the product would be picked up by themselves and that's why i kept on waiting.But even after a span of 1 week i didn't see any sign of it so i contacted them again via phone call and then only they said that being a non serviceable area, I have to self ship the product.So I self shipped it and did every formalities regarding my return and refund.I provided my bank details too as asked.But it's been more than a month, I have not yet got the refund.I have been mailing them for many times but I have not got any response to them, so I have contacted them via phone call for like 9-10 times after the product had been delivered to them(confirmed by the delivery service), everyday they keep on saying that the refund would be initiated on that day only and it would be reflected in my account by 5-6 business days.But I have not got any refund till now.This is the worst experience with any online shopping site ever!

                                        On 6 October I bought a Vivo v3 32gb gold of Rs12000, received it on 15 October. I have discovered that the Vivo v3 has the following problem:
                                        1. Seal is broken
                                        2.Faulty item
                                        I complain for refund my money to tata cliq but company are saying that I will arrrange for the vivo v3 phone to be collected or pickup
                                        or will reimburse you for the cost of returning it
                                        But not taken any action & not refund my money

                                        I had purchase 1 Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 mobile set which order no is[protected] and transaction no is [protected] from Tata CLiQ which was faulty and returned set to him on 3 sept which return request is [protected] I have called/mail them several time for status but still I have not receive neither amount nor mobile set
