My carloan need to be deducted an EMI on everymonth 9 date but, January 2011 they did not deducted yet and they told us that no errors in my loanhence need not to worry. Please Tell us how can I escalate this to make them aware. As I called local Tata capital manage, complained to their e-mail '[protected]@tatacapital.com' and also to their toll free number. Simply they were not deducting and not telling the reason. Please help in this regards

Finally They collected DD from me for EMI and told that this is their side unknown technical problem.

Ok Now happy with this month payment we have to see next month.

      We applied for balance transfer of our home loan with M/s. Tata Capital. They initially asked for a non-refundable loan processing fee of Rs. 2758/- however while collecting the repayment capacity documents they collected Rs.5000/- (approx.) we were assured that unless the credit manager OK s the proposal the cheque will not be deposited.
      Upon our tedious follow-up, we were informed that our loan application cannot be processed due to lack of consistent repayment track. Kindly note that our CIBIL rating is almost 80% but it is not considered.
      Now they are refusing to refund the loan processing fees on the pretext of property valuation services given by them.
      We are neither given any receipt of the said fees, nor are we given any report. When enquired they simply deny to issue any report or break-up of the fees.

      This denotes that TATA CAPITAL contacts potential loan buyers, collects all financial documents from the applicant, and after collecting the processing fees [the basis of its calculation is also not explained] does not take the responsibility of submitting the reason for not processing the loan, nor does it refund the amount.

      This means we are paying Rs. 5000/- to Tata Capital just to read our financial documents?

      Kindly advise for further plan of action,

        1.Fraud done by one of their collection department executive of one month EMI(Dec 2008) by giving me fake reciept
        2.ECS bouncing back in my Standard charter account because of disagreement between Tata Capital and Std chaarter Bank But they have levying bouncing charge on my account.
        3. Finally lodge complaint in loansupport @tatacapital.com and taken follow up for the regional branch head Sachin Kwatra for more than three month no action was taken.
        4. As I have closed my account in Standard charter there collection department executive is collecting the check of each month. But after this complai they have sent the executive for collecting EMI. and this is happening for last nine months. Now they have taken away my car.

          tata capital people at pune make their own company policies regardless to the laws of our country. mr. vikram rao working for tata capital in pune tells me that i cannot foreclose my home loan which i have taken from tata capital. to make matters worse even tata capital people at their head office in mumbai have still not taken any action against him. he even threatened my parents and warned them that we cannot foreclose our home loan. no customer service whatsoever. tatas name gone down the drain for me. what a shame.

            There is an executive Mr. Sumit in Tata Capital. I applied for personal loan 3,50,000/- and he ( Sumit ) started the process. On 12th of This month He collect all the documents and Rs.1500/- ( Processing charge) + Rs. 10924/- ( the 1st EMI in advance). He told me that my loan is approved. For last 10 days he is saying that loan amount will be transfer today - today and today but it is not happened. Now he is not picking up my call and not ready to make a meeting.

              I am holding TATA credit card. have used it and accumulated quite a good qty of reward points. BUT TATA credit company is not providing the Empower card for redemtion of these points. Without the Empower card I can not do the redemtion.
              Am calling the company every time since last 4 years,they says they can not provide card due to some technical problem.

              I am very surpised to know, that TATA can not fix this technical problem since last four years. I am fed up of there answers now.

              On top of this, due to there system design, my reward points get reduced every month. I have to call them to make it the original number.

              TATA officers can you do somthing on this?

                Hi Team,

                I got a renew card on December 2010, but never used that credit card and before that i have cleared all my payments and made the balance nil.

                However, when i went for a shopping for my sister marriage the card got decline with a error card not accepted. After that the CS guys asked me to take the replacement of the card with a charge of Rs.100.00. And i agreed. But for that replacement of the card they have taken my new office address which is at Hitec City at IT Raheja Park, BA continuum solutions Pvt Ltd. till date they have not send my credit card neither at my home address nor at my office address.

                I'm working at night shift and they are calling at time for my verification. And instead of calling at the ext they are asking with the security guard with my name whether i'm working there or not. I told them clearly that i'm working at night shift, and if you want to verify me then come at evening or call me at the ext at evening time. But they want bit bush for nothing ..

                And today when i'm trying to call the customer care number its says its switched off.. What a rubbish thing it is..!!

                I just want my credit card.. if iive not done any fraud neither i was delinquency in making payment then why i'm not getting my credit card.

                Ref: Your letter dated 5th September 2008 & 29th Dec.2008 regarding my AXIS Bank Credit Card application – Ref no. 1445145 & 1696882 respectively

                Sir,
                With reference to your above mentioned letters it has been stated that my Axis Bank credit card application has been declined twice for “Mismatch of information provided by you and that verified by the bank”. In this connection this is to inform you that:

                1. I am a Senior Class I officer in the Government of India and this kind of creation of aspersions in people’s minds without proper verification of the credentials of a person is very unfortunate.
                2. I was approached by two of your representatives on two different dates with the contention that I had been selected to receive the card from your bank. I am surprised, that your selection process included me in the list of eligible people twice and then rejected me. I suppose when the selection is done all the credentials are checked before declaring a person eligible to receive a card and you could not detect the discrepancy even once while declaring me eligible.
                3. I have taken a car loan from your bank in March 2007 of around Rs2, 40, 000 which was sanctioned to me but a credit card in my name was declined by your bank. The loan was for a period of three years and already two years have been completed and you can check from your Loan Department that in the last two years not a single EMI has been missed.
                4. I am writing this letter just to set the records straight and this may not be considered as an expression of interest for your credit card. I am not applying for the card and if the card is sent to me I shall refuse it.

                    I have relocated from Mumbai to Bengaluru in April 2010 and intimated the address change request to Tata cards via email on 29th April 2010 and was reverted on 3rd May 2010 that the records have been updated.

                    I have made payment of Rs.45000 on 29th April 2010 for the amounts due and the cheque was returned by the Bank on 4th May 2010 due to technical reasons. The collection agent called me on 5th May 2010 and forced me to pay Rs.45000 again and assured me that the returned cheque would be sent to my residential address. Unfortunately, both the cheques got presented and monies drawn out of my account. While I pressed for refund of Rs.45000 paid second time, they claimed that my address change request sent on 29th April 2010 is pending and until that is sorted out they would not refund the money.

                    Various follow ups by mail and phone is of no use and still on 7th June 2010 I have not got my amount refunded. I have been put under severe financial burden due to the above amount held up and the kind of mental torture I have undergone can't be expressed in words. I had to borrow from my relatives for honouring the EMIs due on 10th May 2010 and for daily expenses.

                    I sincerely pray that your organization would help me in getting the refund and teach a lesson to the bureaucracy of Tata credit card by levying a penalty of atleast 100 times the amount to be refunded. Please help me.

                    check ur card limit it is reflecting +45000 over the credit limit - if yes - find a friendly merchant and swipe the card there - pay him his expenses about 1.5% - and take home the money - simple

                      Sir,
                      I am here to complaint about the irresponsible, negligent behavior of people inside Tata capitals ltd.
                      I have booked a car (Chevy BEAT)in ARAS motors Madurai On 4-2-2010. The motor company arranged finance for us Through Tata capital ,we have produced initially all necessary documents asked by the TCL executive and they have agreed to finance us and said there was absolute no problem regarding the documents . Being a central Govt employee I gave my 3 pay slips, 6months bank balance particulars, 11 bank cheques, 2years IT copies and a four lakh worth property deed and every details asked by Tata capital and after two days they said all verification is done and we will hand over the cheque as soon as the ordered car arrive and ECS was also cleared from my state bank account to TCL. On 8-3-2010 the car arrived and since that day we are waiting for the cheque ,asking the personals of TCL they said we will give the cheque please wait everything is done we also are waiting for cheque to be arrived from Mumbai office and at that time we were pressurized from ARAS motors to take back our booked car we just blindly said that cheque is arriving seeing all the progression made by the executive but at the last moment the Branch manager Mr.Nirmal Sebastin did not pass on the cheque for this we approached him through phone and asked him what happened but without knowing that he is talking to a customer He vaguely asked for a letter from my Railway Dept stating my salary account to be credited directly to the bank we use(this is just a plain request letter from my side to my superior Officer There is no proper official procedure in railways for this kind of personal request from an employee)
                      I explained this to Mr.Nirmal that this cannot be a formal letter just I can get from my superior officer .Is that so important for TCL to release my cheque ? I asked , He said that even a simple letter from your clerk is enough for me to release the cheque (by this he misguided me) to get the letter unofficially and just for formality sake knowing that this is lawfully incorrect I somehow spoke to my railway authorities and made an official request via proper channel and I agreed to get that letter ,then I asked Mr.Nirmal why didn’t you asked me initially during the process time itself but he just gave me lame excuses.
                      In the meantime from ARAS motors they intimated that they are going to increase the car price according to the budget from next day Knowing this Mr.Nirmal lethargically answered that I have to pay the extra amount Not knowing that TCL is responsible for the delayed delivery of payment only I am pushed to pay the extra amount ,finally he agreed that if I produced the letter from my office I will get the cheque by Monday[protected]and all the process will be finished and the car will be delivered on Monday itself . But I produced the copy of the letter from railways to TCL on Friday[protected] itself directly to the executive Mr.Sajith in my railways office itself . The same was given by Sajith in the TCL office. At about 8pm on the same day two persons came to my home for a verification and finally promised us to deliver the car on Monday. But today(monday) there is still no proper response from the TCL ltd concerning the issue I called the manager but without any liability and understanding my need of the hour he answered that it will take time for me to just to enquire about our issue .Now we as a family are feeling embarrassed to even contact the ARAS motor people we are pushed to the situation of just cancelling the plan of buying the car in anyways. If the documents are not right Mr.Nirmal would have told us in the beginning itself so we would have gone to some other better car finance company who needed no extra documents like this silly letter and all and buy now we would have been driving Our car. But now all are documents are with TCL my agreement, cheques, ECS all mentioned above.
                      Still I don’t have any proper answer from the branch manager for our loan release .We regret approaching TCL finally because of people like this who are reckless now we have a very bad reputation towards TCL services.
                      Manager Mr.Nirmal is not having any concern about customers need and there is no proper reply for our problem from TCl ltd so far . Even though I booked the car before budget now I have to pay an extra amount to buy that car this is because of finance Ltd we are now ashamed our car is there in garage standing for one week and I disturbed a lot about this issue
                      I believe that this mail will follow a proper responsive action from the management of TCl . And this issue has to be investigated deeply so that innocent peoples like us will have a good benefit and Good opinion about your company.

                      i am here for complaint too against tata capital, chandigarh. The person called Bhoopvir taken my money by fraud for an investment.the money is around 4 lacs..i called him so many times his phone came switched off..when i contacted tata capital sec9 chandigarh, there i came to know he left the job..now the person working in tata capital says tht bhoopvir will pay my money back, tata capital is not liable to refund any money coz he has not processed furthur...
                      I AM AGREE THAT TATA CAPITAL LTD IS A NBFC, WHICH ACTUALY DEALING LIKE OLD TIME "SAHUKAR" WHICH ACTUALY CALLED " CHOR - LOOTING PUBLIC BY UN OFFICIAL SUPPORT OF RBI". IT SEEMS THERE SHOULD ANY AUTHORITY WHICH MAY TAKE ACTION AGAINST SUCH COMPANY.I SUGGEST IF YOU NEED ANY FINANCE USE GOVT BANK OR BANKS WHICH UNDER RBI LOKPAL ATLEAST THEY SHOULD FEAR ON UNFAIR PRACTICE.IF ANY BODY KNOWS FOR ANY AUTHORITY PLS.                         Dear Team,
                        Please help me out as I am unable to solve my problem which was occurred last Friday that is 19/02/2010 when my car was forcefully taken by the recovery team of TATA CAPITAL. Due to some serious medical emergency I was not able to repay my loan for 4 months, as my mother was ill. After the recovery I spoke to the local TATA CAPITAL official for the payment of my outstanding amount, but they informed me that my case is only possible when I make the complete payment. But now a days this not possible for me to make the whole payment. But I am ready to pay the outstanding due amount. Please advise me to get my car back. I can assure that I will pay my remaining EMI regularly afterwards.

                        TATA Capital — remove my name from cibil

                        tata capital availed machinery loan to me but i stelled loan in 2009 but still my name shown in cibil please confirm with tata capital and remove my name from cibil.
                        LED TV purchased from CROMA store, Mulund(W) in Jan-2014 under EMI scheme with the deduction to start from March-2014 from my SB Account. The due date was to be the 3rd of every month for 8 months

                        I had handed over one blank cheque (signed) and ECS mandate form the same day to your officials in the CROMA Store

                        On 6th March, I was contacted by Vikas Kadam from Tata Capital Finance asking me to pay the instalment in cash as my bank had declined deduction from my sb account. I was told that i had to arrange to pay the instalment the same day along with penalty for dishonour else your people would visit my residence for the same.it sounded like a threat to me and was insulting to say the least for a woman

                        I have paid Rs.4512/- the same day vide receipt no. 087286.

                        On visiting the bank's branch the very next day, i have been informed that ECS form was not presented to them for deduction and there was no reason for the bank to dishonor as the balance in my account from 26.02.2014 onwards was more than Rs.50, 000/-

                        In view of the same, i want a clarification about the real story behind the this.Please send me the bank's intimation/advice about dishonor of ECS Mandate, so that i can take up the matter with the bank/banking ombudsman, through my lawyer claiming damages for loss of reputation.

                        In case, the bank is not at fault and you are unable to provide me the so-called dishonor slip, i want an immediate refund (in cash) of whatever penalty that was recovered from me vide receipt no. 087286 and a letter of apology from your office

                        Also intimate CIBIL so that my credit rating is not affected. Mark me a copy of your communication with CIBIL

                        subsequent to my mail dated 20.03.2014, I got a call from tel no. [protected] from your executive Shri Ajay on 26.03.2014. I was told that the ECS mandate was misplaced by tata capital and there was no problem from Indian Bank.I was informed that excess amount of about Rs. 450(aaprox) collected by your collection agent had been credited to my account and Ajay wished to know how i desired to get this amount from tata capital. I reiterated that i wanted an apology for this episode from tata capital and the excess amount collected from us should be adjusted against future EMIs. He assured me that problem had been set right and EMI of April-2014 will be deducted on due date and he would revert to me within 2 days. He hasn't called me.

                        Despite the assurances from ajay about deduction of EMI in april-2014, the EMI has not been deducted.

                        on 9th April your collection agent calls from tel no. [protected] asking me why i hadn't kept sufficient balance in my bank as bank had dishonoured the ECS debit.On what basis has he made this stupid statement? Does your office have access to my bank a/c to make such a foolish assumption?

                        i explained to him the problem and asked him to tell some senior officer to call me up

                        Instead i got a call in the evening at about 5 pm from landline no [protected] for cash payment

                        when your executive ajay admits to the fact that ECS mandate form submitted by me has been misplaced by your office, your ##@ staff members call me and tell me that i do not have sufficient funds.

                        Return calls to ajay on [protected] are not responded to. what the hell is happening, i want to know.

                        It is insulting to get calls from your agents asking for making cash payment when the fault for non deduction lies totally with tata capital

                        It will be in your interest to take steps to address the issue of ECS debit. Any more calls harassing me for cash payment and i will lodge FIR under appropriate sections of IPC for harassment.

                        If this issue is not addressed completely within 2 days, i intend to take this up on social media and the consequences will be yours to bear

                        I shall also be pursuing this case through thane grahak panchayat for harrassment caused to me

                        am disappointed with a group like tata

                        I want a detailed reply to my email as your executives on the toll free number react from a prepared script and have to narrate my grievance every time when a new executive comes on the line

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am Manoj Kumar befor some days i have recieved a lettet
                          from Tata Capital Bank and also from a advocate. Both of
                          them written about a loan.But i have to taken any loan from
                          your bank .They mention about a loan no [protected].
                          As i know i gave my document to Mr.Tarun in Feroz
                          Gandhi market Ludhiana <punjab> regarding my car loan he told me that
                          it might take some days but i had to pay my car prize to owner so i sold my car befor loan approved
                          i confirmed Tarun about this but next day he wanted 2000 Rs to give my document
                          back i gave him 2000Rs I did not give my car's document to him because i do not
                          need loan at that time I told him that i want my all document back He told me that
                          i ill give all document within 2-3 days but he did not give me documents .after
                          that i went to him many days but he did not give any response.after i went to Australia
                          he also paid one installment by himself As i told i recieved a letter
                          regarding loan i surprised to know about this . I did not take any loan From your bank .
                          So i hope you ill take any action about this matter on Mr.Tarun or in your bank

                            I Nilay khandelwal have done my training in Tata capital,bangalore for 7 months but i have not received any training certificate, I have also not received any remuneration also.
                            so sir, i have to lodge a complain against Tata capital.

                            I had applied for personal loan, submitted all the document as per the eligibility criteria of tata capital to process the file for the loan,

                            Since 2 weeks I didn't get any response from TATA about the status of my file, when I called them to ask the status after 2 weeks they have told me that your file is good file and you will be getting loan so I didn't try at any other bank.

                            After 2 weeks when my file reached to credit department they were asking me co-applicant by giving a reason that you don't pass our eligibility citeria for getting a loan.
                            My question to TATA capital is

                            if i had not full filled your criteria for personal loan, how can my file reach to the credit department???

                              Hello sir/mam,

                              I have made a settlement of my tata credit card (Powered by SBI) on 3 Months ago. They said that after clearling the cheque they will send me a NOC letter and No dues letter.The cheque has been cleared and reflected in my statement. I have raised a complaint to tata customer care. they said that they will send me a email on the same. but as far as now i havent received the letter (Complaint #[protected]. Please do the need full.

                                We are one of the leading Direct selling agent in Chennai for Tata Capital for Personal Loan and Business Loans. We run the business in the name at style of ADVANCED SOLUTIONS. As your ASM Nirmal Sebastian(nirmal.[protected]@tatacapital.com ) ([protected]) was unable to generate code for us till may 08 and also after may 08 they asked us to book the business in the name of Value chain Associate. This was done for various reason known only to Tata Capital and Mr Nirmal. But unfortunately we have not received payment from either of them (tata capital and Value chain. We are yet to receive payment for the business done during the month of September and October 2008. The out standing amount is approximately 1.5 lakhs .When contacted Tata Capital and the other channel we were told that the payment is in hold and tata capital has not made the payment as there were too many delinquent and skip cases.

                                When we contacted Mr.Nirmal and Ritesh Singla [mailto:ritesh.[protected]@tatacapital.com] for further info we were asked to collect the payment for all the delinquent cases. Though Value chain associates had large number of delinquent and skip cases, we had only one delinquent case and even that customer was contacted and he has started making payments. Even after this our payment was not released as there we still bounce customer in Value chain Associates cases. Now we are being penalized for reasons not pertaining to us. For mistakes done by Tata capital and their staffs by not opening an business code for us and booking business in other code even after code was generated for us, we were forced to layoff our staffs due to short of working capital.

                                Till now we are begging for the payment with nirmal (ASM) and Ritesh Singla and the worst part is we don’t even get an responsible answer.

                                I had avialed a loan for my New car [Fabia] via Tata capital, The Tata Capital executive Mr Ravindra and Vinayak Skoda executive Mr Pradeep came home to collect papers, It was advertised in the Leading Newspaper stating Fabia @ 9.9% interest. Mr Ravindra when he came to collect paper looked doubtful of getting loan at 9.9% looking at his body language I confirmed moere than 20 - 30 times. He was very confident and acted he owned Tata capital and nothing was impossible, all papers collected promised a 100 times stating its happening, The next day Mr Ravindra called at around 5PM asking me how can we give a loan at 9.9% did some one inform you.and all sort of question I was just pissed off with his atttitude then he said hes calling me at 7:30 he called & informed "I Promise all that has been promised will be delivered" & hes coming home to sign the agreement, Next morning he comes home and to my surprise he says sir I have 2 options 11.25% interest or cancel the loan, I was really shocked to see this attitude he claims Vinayak skoda dont pay the balance interest while TAFE pays the balance Interest and hence thsi offer is for TAFE only and all your papers are perfect. The biggest issue is when he promised at 7:30 the previous nite he infromed all fine and next morning he says things are not possible. Isnt this ridiculous isnt this a big false commitment by the sales agent. Sad sales executive.

                                  This is pankaj kharey from rishra (wb), i am user of tata credit card my card num is [protected].I issued a chq o[censored]TI abk(axis bank) on[protected] amt 2378/- for my credit card bill, still the said chq is not clear from my axis bank account. and the current due is very high about near 7600/- rs which i am unable to pay.I will be paying the actual due amt.any day kindly contact me and help other i have to complain to banking ombudsman for the same. I am having a scan copy of chq.Kindly note my mob num [protected].i have deposited the said chq at SBI Rishra branch.the customer care officer is telling i have not deposited any chq.

                                  Credit Card — clearing of account

                                  SIR,
                                  i pradeep singh kahlon have received ABN AMRO BANK CARD NO.[protected] valid from jan 2006 to jan 2008. But i never used the card or activate it. unfortunatly my wallat is lost and i register my FIR for the same and other item and meanwhile i call on local telephone number by searching on net and forward the complaint. after doing all these one day my card is swaped by someone and i received message of purchase. i again call the local number and narrated the content . i also produce many time photocopy of FIR, letter & mail to chandigarh office of abn amro for the same to mr. jagandeep singh who promise me to sattled my account but nothing is done . i also compalint to call which i received from ABN AMRO delhi / Gurgaon but nothing has done sofaar. every time after month some recovery agent call me and demands the due. but no one handle & clear the case . i am fedup of these calls, (nearly 15-20 calls)... please sugest me how i clearup these issues & where, but i am strict that i will not pay any amount of settelment as i have not purchase anything... if there is any ways please forwad me...i am thankfull to you.

                                  SBI Credit Card — inspite of depositing the cheque they have added the penalty amt.

                                  see, i m a sbi cr card holder,

                                  i have deposited the cheque of my due amount, still i am receiveing calls & letter from the bank, that please deposit the amount, one more thing this not first time, same thing last time happend & immediatly i have complined them, after so much of pressure finaly they have revert the charges, but this again the same problem.

                                      I availed of an auto loan (Misfortune on my part) from Chembur branch . Because of the totally unprofessional services from their end, I foreclosed my loan and made payments of Rs 581857/- dated September 26, 2008. I was told by the operations team at chembur that I would get my foreclosure certificate within 10 working days which I never got inspite of following up with some of the operations folks namely Mr Shivshankar and one of their sales guy (Mr Gaurav Garg). I relocated to Bangalore and sent my complete correspondence address to Mr Gaurav Garg alomost a month back and he promised to get the certificates and my post dated cheques sent as soon as possible. But even after following up for more than a month, I have not received my loan closure certificate, my post dated cheque worth 6 lakhs. And to add to the woes, I see that TATA CAPITAL has again done an ECS on 10th November amounting to Rs 13656/- and another ECS on 11th October of Rs 13656/-.
                                      Now even though I paid a loan foreclosure penalty and all the outstanding principle to TATA CAPITAL alomost 2 months back, they have yet not closed my account and they are continuing to do an ECS from my account for the last 2 months.
                                      I have tried calling their officials multiple times but no one is helping on the issue. Now I am in Bangalore and dont know what to do.

                                        I am writing this letter with a great surprise and sorrow that evn after my repeated complaints that I am not receiving bills but no body cares exept leving the panelties. And today it is extreem when talk to customer care at 01-15 pm Mr Harprataap singh talk to me like a begger, I sware if he is my employee I just kick him out immediately. Now after lotts of harrasment I humbly request to please cancell my above credit card with immediate effect but I am ready to pay all the dues immediately but I am unable to pay such panalities. I do hope that you must consider my request and do the needful and oblige.
