      I Mansukhbhai N. Vaghasiya; would like to inform you that I do hold a loan account in TATA CAPITAL bearing loan number 09860490 Customer A/C No. - 7608570.

      I would like to inform you that I with my family are moving abroad. For this particular reason I want to foreclose my loan. Regarding which I contacted my nearest branch of yours but I was told that due to system error they are not being able to process my loan closer. After that I reached at customer care online but they even could not process my application however they generated the feedback with ticket number: 23179629. I am moving abroad within short period of time permanently. However, I found it very disrespecting that more than half an hour of my time was wasted and even after that I did not get my application processed due to portal maintenance. I am curious that if anything (i.e. instalment payment) from our side is delayed we are getting heavily charged now for the matter of concern why should I wait due to the maintenance work of the system of yours.

      I am writing this mail to request you to issue the loan foreclosure letter as urgent as possible. I would like to mention that by this mail I declare that if I do not get my letter on time I would not be liable for any charges if applicable. Kindly go through it and do needful.

        I had purchased the "Apple MHJD3HN/A 20W USB - C Power Adapter" from tata cliq website on[protected] having order no. "[protected]" but received a Vim bar soap also I had made the video of opening delivered the product for proof but tata cliq not refunding the amount nor replacing the product.

          Ordered watch from TataCLiQ Returned it and no refund processed as Seller saying wrong product delivered to them. Logistic partner delhivery saying they have delivered right product to seller. If product is misplaced then it is not my fault.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            Today at 01.21pm I received a call from Tata Capital employee Abhishek, [protected], Branch:Rajendra place, Delhi-08.
            He asked me my name and then asked me about a company called Muskan silver arts. I told him that I was not a manager there but, yes I knew the company. I told him if I was tha manager, I would have taken salary from there. But, I didnt took any salary or anything from there. So, he asked me who is Prabhat Singh. I said he was also the employee there. He asked me who is owner. I told him the name but, he could not listen. So to made him clear i said the name again. And, then he was like why are you shouting and all. He threated me that and said "what will you do? Now you see you will get 1000 calls daily."
            Then i again called him and asked about his name and branch he is calling from. He replied and said "Come to branch.I will see you".
            And, then again a call came i picked the call. He asked me the same thing that "whether i was an employee of muskan silver or not?"
            I replied No and he again called me and abused me high time.
            And, after that Abhishek gave my number to every other person and i have being receiving n number of otp messages.
            Please, I request you to take some action as I am very frieghted with there actions.
            Please, I beg you they are threating me a lot.

                      I had completed my loan application process on 31/08/2022.. and paid fee of 118(twice) to the bank to emandate. After completing i received a call from your person saying that loan will be despatched within 24 hours.
                      But not recd any acknowledgement or mail regarding approval or cancel of my loan.

                      2 days later on 02/09/2022 received 1 rs through IMPS from you...
                      for that too i didnt receive any acknowledgement.. No reply for mails enquiring regarding my loan ... please update..

                        Relationship executive came to my house taken my all the documents. Taken signature in all documents with bank cheque. Told me loan will be sanction within a week if rejected they will not drop my cheque in to bank. But they have deducted my money and loan has been rejected. Now no one is responding properly. Totally fraud happpen with me. I want my money refund back.

                          Since last 14 days my personal loan application status is showing post approval data entry after giving clearance of ECS and other formalities, don’t know what’s going on I have mailed multiple times and called to customer care serval time but still no proper response loan stage is showing Disbursal but don’t know how much time will take to disbursed did not received any call from concern team whenever I called Customer Care they say wait for 24 Hours it will come, when I asked is Something Wrong with my application? they says sir it is ready for disbursal but its very unfortunate that after trying everything I feel total helpless.

                                These 2 fraud employees of tata capital blackmailed me and forced me to spend 60k more for their irresponsibility. These guys are so adamant, not even pick calls, even started my emi more than one month back of my disbursal date. Fake commitments on interest rates and loan insurance emi. Fake commitments on disbursal leading to 3rd time failing of registration process. Mr. Santanu collected the original agreement and 12 cheques from me and then started blackmailing as I can’t apply from other banks

                                      Hi,

                                      It's almost 4daya gone and still the refund is not credited back to my credit card source of Rs.699, whereas i recieved for others but I haven't for the order ID[protected]. I don't understand why this from your end.

                                      I didn't expected this type of service from you (Tata CLIQ)

                                      I want a refund in my account in a day time or else I will go ahead and file a complaint to Consumer Court.
