I had placed a order of iphone 13 pro max 256gb graphite color on 06/02/22 07:47:52 pm on tata cliq.
I had received the order on 8/02/2022.
The issue i am facing is with the gst billing amount.
I had paid rs 1, 29, 900 for the product which counts to gst of 18% which is rs 23, 382.
But your company has issued the billing on amount of rs1, 14, 322 which counts to gst of rs 20, 577 which is totally wrong .

I Faiz kabli ordered a mobile of I kall z1 ordered on 26 Dec and this is received on 31 Dec only charger is received but mobile is missing and order I'd is[protected], I had raised a complaint executive said wait for 7 days and after that they said your claim is rejected by investigation team, kindly do the needful...

We have taken housing loan 9529230 from tata capital and forcefully insurance of 2.18 lakh was given . We have already repaid the loan within 5 years instead of 30 years so we must get refund amount but they are saying since we have utilised maximum tenure of loan duration so we can’t get any refund .

When contacted customer services they said we can provide this much only for more details visit to branch. Tata cliq online shopping site I purchase tv then I cancel my item. Tata cliq company claim 4 to 6 days refund processed but all most 11 days complete my refund not transfer I call tata cliq customer care he say that sir 2 day wait then refund processed again and again same ans.

I got a call from tata capital on date 21/01/2022, that i have a offer of pre approved Personal loan.
So, i have applied for the same on same date.
After completing all the formalities like verification, call from their concern and E - MANDATE, on date 24/01/2022, they told me that money will be credited in the account on next day.
But till date I haven't received any amount and while checking online they show it's under...

I ordered a washing machine from Tata Cliq app on 20 January, 2022, I paid Rs. 24198 via debit card. The status was order confirmed and then it changed to order in process. The delivery date was 24 January. I did not receive any call, notification or any updates on app regarding the delivery, so on 25th I called them and the customer...

I have deposited the foreclosure payments on 27th December 2021 at TATA Capitals, preet vihar, new delhi branch.
But still not received property papers, request you to please arrange the same asap....

Customer not get details of pending principal amount through Online porta or loan statement in TCHFL customer facilities . One need to call customer care or drop them email is the only option . If you compare with other banks all details are available in loan statement . This is evidence o[censored]nethical practices of TCHFL and strongly advise everyone not to avail any of there banking services ever ....

All documents collected by TCHFL EMPLOYEE... But till the date not any single subsidy Amount is credited by Government
Now When I ask to TCHFL Employees about my documents varification then they all are say old staff left job we are new here ... We don't about your Profile... And evry Month Company debited my account for its Installment... But no one ready to sort out my Problem... Cause of this My cibil score is also down...

There was a sale going on in Tata CliQ, and as a new customer, I ordered a few items at highly discounted rate. All the items, apparently after shipping, have been cancelled by the company, and the refund is not given due to being out of stock. How can an order, that is dispatched to a particular customer, be out of stock? And the involuntary cancellation of the order without customer's consent seems highly ethical, that too after being paid....

By mistake return product was picked up by the agent he said it was his mistake, he will give the product it is not returned and there is no way I'm able to reach him, through the number he called. It's really frustrating...

Disgusting CUSTOMER service. Representative kept me on hold and disconnected. When asked to transfer to a supervisor, he informed supervisor is not available. I called the second time and was disconnected again. Very dissatisfied with the service, and already referred two of my friends to not take any services from tata capital. Did not expect such a service from a brand like TATA.

They will call and annoy you for sales of services...

On 31st Dec2021 I raised the request for forclosure personal loan .and they call me after 2 days asking why you closing your personal loan I explain due to personal reason .But after that call I received email your foclosure has been resolved .
Now they telling again I have to raised the request for forclosure ....
