    Hi i have brought a
    Product: Studio Fit by westside wine color
    Ordered date- 28, Feb 2022Order ID:[protected]

    This is with reference to my amount of Rs. 999.00 not refunded.

    I have brought a product from Tatacliq - Studio Fit by westside wine color, on 28th Feb and returned the product and requested to refund my amount.
    On 2nd March i called the Companies Customer care and asked about the amount she indicted that amount already refunded you will be able to see it in 2-3 working days. I waited for 5 days and called again then they told we had refunded the amount it might be stuck on bank gateway . I called IDFC First Bank and got response that there is no amount .
    After numerous call to Tata Cliq and Bank, both are not taking any responsibility and putting it on each other and my Money is with them.
    I also had a word with there Supervisor- Sherli Soni, who was rude to me and not ready listen anything...
    IS this kind of customer service we expect from the brands?

      I ordered on 3rd March 2022 and Received product on 8th march 2022. Installation person visited on 12th and informed that product is damaged. I have share the same with Tata Cliq Customer care. They asked me to share the Photos which i shared. From then instead of picking the product and refunding my money. they started harassing me by saying the pictures which i shared are not clear. This is 5th day since identification of product damage still they have not picked the product nor did they refund my money. They informed that Replacement is not there so they would refund my money. I have ordered one more AC due to my urgency. I have not received my initial money which i payed through Tata Cliq. This is very unprofessional behaviour from Tata cliq. My 33k Rs is stuck. I even suggested This websites to my friends and family, Which i regret

          I have raised LOT documents for my home loan on 25th Feb, 2022 but still I didn't get the same, and sales man are very aggressive and they are not co-operative.
          customer care number [protected] not at all responding, called in that number for 6 times for 10mins, call automatically disconnected, no one answered.

          Hi Tata Capital,
          I have not seen such kind of customer care in my life, your customer care not doing anything, I have mailed and called many times. for LOA and FC they told me to wait 25th Feb, 2022 to 21st March, 2022.
          This way your so called customer support works.
          Another issue is, I have paid 1180 processing fees during loan apply and now in online its showing my processing fees are pending, Is this way TATA Capital gaining money to pay their not working employee or harassing their customer.

              Hello
              I had ordered microwave oven from tatacliq which is an e-commerce platform like flipkart and amazon.
              There was a sale which was going on their website so i decided to order oven at discounted price. Soon i placed the order and they confirmed the order and the delivery date was 2 days.
              After the days, status of delivery shows “in process”

              So i called up customer care and they informed me that there were some technical issues
              and they couldnt process my order.
              When i placed order and when they confirmed that product will get delivered at that time i was getting discount on all platform like amazon and flipkart and now when sale is all over tatacliq is cancelling my prepaid order..!

              Can i file a complaint against them?

                Before I begin with my complaint I have a general question why would anyone spend so much time to write a complaint and send it via post ? The answer is the level of harrasment, pathetic and fraudulent customer experience. I have tried to resolve it via all platforms customer helpline, email escalation matrix, GRIDS complaint.

                The details of the horrible customer experience below will take you to the journey of the customer who had utmost trust on Tata and its subsidaries has been destroyed forever.

                On 26th Dec 2021 I have applied online for home loan and paid for the processing fee then I came in contact with Sales executive Mr. Bipul Guha (Email- bipul.[protected]@tatacapital.com, Phone-[protected]) and Sales Manager Mr. Santanu Biswas (Email- santanu.[protected]@tatacapital.com, Phone-[protected]). I have shared all the required documents with them for loan processing and everything went well then I was informed by Mr. Bipul that I would require to go for Insurance scheme as a mandatory requirement . I requested to provide the details of the charges and I will think about it. On 17th Jan 2022 I was asked to visit the branch in the context to sign sanction letter and complete all formalities. I was happy and signed all documents which has 6.70% interest that are all unfilled then suddenly I noticed a document that contains Tata AIA insurance form and NOC, I signed it but denied to handover before I get to know the details of the scheme. I was informed that the policy would cost me 1.2 Lakhs, I was shocked and didn't agree to go for it then officals tried to manipulate me by saying it is mandatory and without this they can't provide me home loan. From this stage I have been harrased and tortured.

                1. Home Loan interest rate which was earlier 6.70 % there after revised to 6.95% for no reasons.By the time I have invested enough time and money and have made repeated complaints through email and phone but no customer service responded and I had no option left so I had to accept the higher interest rate because I would have financial loss and everything is documented in my emails but no one responded. I have good credit score and fit in all terms and conditions mentioned in the website to be applicable for 6.70 % interest. Why after 17th Jan it suddenly changed to 6.95 % I am still asking justification ? Complaint GRID ref # COMP/0595/2022 and so many emails and tickets.

                2.On 31th Dec 2021, I have requested to apply for PMAY through email to sales team and there after many times asked to ensure it gets applied on phone, chat, during branch visit . I was not been informed anything about it and postponeded it to later. I knew something phishy going on so I escalated it to branch manager Mr Santanu through email, he replied and asked to apply after property registry when it could have been applied before.After registry they are not taking up this matter and asked me to reach out to customer service desk at the branch. On 14th Feb 2022, I visited the customer service desk immediately after registry and customer service team started asking me why I didn't apply before. I told I wanted to apply many times but they postponded it after registry.Then Mrs Bichitra Basu asked me to share notary afidavit declaration of family income ASAP. On 16th Feb, I have submitted the notary and all documents at the branch customer service desk Mrs Bichitra Basu. After 2 days she asked me to provide my father's death certificate and property floor plan. I send it over email immediately.Then on 23rd feb 2022 she called me again and asked for deed document and agreement doc I said all documents are submitted to Tata capital then she told since there is no female member in my deed document I am not elegible. I said why these process were not informed since 30th Dec 2021 I have been asking for the same process.My mother is co-applicant for loan appliacation but on deed document her name was not included because I didn't feel it necessary and the deed draft was shared with sales team before registry why they didn't informed. The intention of the offical was very clear from the begining they don't want me to apply for PMAY because company will not get any interest if the amount is credited. This subsidy is given by Govt of India and I am an elegible candidate, you are not providing me this money. I have lodge a case National Consumer complaint no # 3308442 with all proof of evedience I have with me for intentioanlly doing this and all harrasment during the loan process and till now.Tata capital will be responsible to pay the amount of PMAY if it does not get credited because if your faults and wrong intention.

                3.I have been asking for the list of the documents submitted acknowledgement to Tata capital to sales team, customer service desk at the branch. I was asked to drop an email to customer service team then I sent an email and also register a service request but no reply till date and request got closed automatically without any communication. After few years, the officals may not be with Tata capital whom should I reach out for the original documents ? I need this ASAP.

                4. Customer service never respond - I have made complaint over helpline they have no information and authority.Twitter post I am getting robotic response and no resolution. Emails no one reply and sometime I recieve one sided response with missing context and chain email and then when I respond to those then again no one reply.I have gone through social media post and these pathetic customer service is very common which can been seen in twitter post by many users.All these definately had a bad impact on the company reputation and must be the reason why peope are not going for Tata capital and would prefer banks or other company.There is no adherence to Tata code of conduct and fair code policy or ethics.

                5. I will never recommend anyone to Tatacapital and I am still worried about the pathetic customer experience that I will have to go through and already seen customer who are complaining about loan closure and emi not deducted on time and charges are being imposed on customers and many more and these are genuine and true.

                If the PMAY is not credited because of the intentional deny and all due to the offical faults I will go to consumer court and I will not pay the correspondent calculated amount for which Tata Capital will be solely responsible.The last date is 31st March 2022.

                      Hii, I'm JagMohan, belong with middle class family, and appearing Graduation BCA course. For study purposes i want a laptop for coding and all. so i'm searching and comparing best budget laptop from other brands after long time i found a Asus Vivobook **x ***FA(price- **, ***.**) model on Tata Cliq and i buy it from my savings on **-feb-**, And it was delivered on **-feb-**. but when i unpack the laptop this isn't the same Laptop which Tata Cliq displayed on website. so immediately i Request a Return. after sometime i got calls and ask me for Return Request, I said everything about product and why i'm returning it.. they declining my words and also i do everything that they wanted me to do like upload a video, Images, Serial Number etc.. Of product also They confirming that i received a wrong and different product but they Doing Nothing and Nothing...only saying that our team will inform u as soon as possible But after *days i call them i ask for resolution but they disconnect my calls every time. I'm Helpless and stressed what do to...

                        LG Bluetooth Sound bar price 80000Rs bought from online electronic ecommerce company www.tatacliq.com on 19 Fe 2022, it was delivered on 23 Feb 2022 and found damaged, so requested for return and after following up for a week with them providing them with several images videos of damaged product they decided to decline my return request, I had all the emails and phone conversation recorded with there customer care with me for proof of negligence and abuse of customers.

                          I am very disappointed from the services given to us.As a customer I am very disappointed and stressed because of this loan taken from the Tata capital finance.I am taken a bike loan from Tata capital.Due to covid 19 i lost my job and so it effected our family badly in that current situation we were suffering a lot to pay the bike loan but we tried to pay the dues at on time the last due was around 4339 only .it was the first time we delay in paying the loan it is only because of the current situation.
                          An Unprofessional staff who don't have a ID card yet, came to our home and relatives home, harassing me and my family on the name of loan settlement .The debt collector from agency came to our home and said to our neighbours about our laon that "our bike loan is headache for him" .sir is it right ?, it is not fair sir .
                          The agency brake the right to privacy of the client .
                          After that incident an agent his name is dhruv khanna and Roshni gupta threatening us severely, He says that "he will embarrass us in front of others and tell everyone that we do not paying loan".
                          Recovery agent have no rights to inform our relatives, neighbours or with others about our debt.sir I think I have the right to privacy.we want some time to pay it.
                          We are in a severe financial crises please don't harass us we are very stressed .Plz it's our request.

                            I'm Rakesh here,
                            As with out information of Seizing of the vehicle they have seized my vehicle they came and took the mobile of the driver slapped him and sent.
                            They have behaved very bad like rowdies
                            And before the vehicle is taken to the yard I have paid the amount.
                            And now after this no one is responding for anything and not receiving the calls is this the way capital people behave
                            This should be solved today or some other bad actions would be taken. Please see to this immediately I need my vehicle today itself

                              My Home Loan account number is TCHHL[protected]
                              Today(22-Feb-2022) I visited Tata Capital's Office located in Punjagutta of Hyderabad at around 4:00pm to make part-payment of my Home Loan.
                              I had a very unpleasant and disgusting experience as mentioned below.

                              1.The HelpDesk staff mentioned that they don't accept cheques after 3:00pm but he allowed me to talk to the concerned person.Why can't you take the cheque and clear it the next day by taking a written consent from the customer as your website mentions your working hours from 10:00am to 6:00pm?OR update the timings correctly in your website.

                              2.I approached one person(Shyam Sundar) who was NOT willing to listen to my questions and was only interested in communicating what he knows without answering my questions.
                              a)I had asked him that the Tata Capital website mentions certain percent of charges to be paid if part-payment exceeds 20% and I want to know the exact amount so that I can plan accordingly to which he mentioned that it wasn't the case and I need to read the MITC to understand.

                              b)I had asked him if I can submit a cheque for part-payment instead of online to which he mentioned that only tenure can be reduced BUT EMI can't be reduced.

                              I don't understand why TATA group employees are behaving without any customer focus.
                              Are you NOT interested in customers?If so, let me know so that I can transfer my loan to some other bank who is ready to answer customer's questions and provide suggestions pro-actively.

                                  I have ordered a starbucks tumbler on 18 Jan 2022. I placed a return request on 28 Jan 2022, which was picked up on 30 Jan 2022 and reached to seller on 4th Feb 2022 via Delhivery courier arranged by Tata Cliq.

                                  Order ID:[protected]
                                  Transaction ID: [protected]
                                  Amount: INR 2200.

                                  The person who picked up the product, checked the product for quality and tumbler was absolutely fine.

                                  On 7th feb 2022 when I called Tata cliq, they informed that seller has failed the quality check.

                                  Now, I have been following up regularly by calling Tata cliq since 8th Feb 2022 and They have been saying that they don’t have any response from the seller on this and hence they cannot return my money.

                                  I just want to understand that if product was fine when it was picked up why Am I being punished for that?

                                  This is extremely unacceptable for me.
                                  I want a refund ASAP as Tata Cliq is illegally retaining my money for no fault of mine.

                                    My name is Chetan BC . Last October 21 I had applied for home loan in TATA capital housing finance limited . On October 29 I had cancelled laon due to sibling issue . Same communicated to bank . It's not been updated to CIBIL from Tata capital housing finance limited. Same has escalated to Tata capital several times through email communication. Tata capital customer service have it will be removed in 7 days on Feb 1 st week. Request you to do the needful.                                       I had placed a order of iphone 13 pro max 256gb graphite color on 06/02/22 07:47:52 pm on tata cliq.
                                      I had received the order on 8/02/2022.
                                      The issue i am facing is with the gst billing amount.
                                      I had paid rs 1, 29, 900 for the product which counts to gst of 18% which is rs 23, 382.
                                      But your company has issued the billing on amount of rs1, 14, 322 which counts to gst of rs 20, 577 which is totally wrong .
                                      Why the company has calculated the gst on rs1, 14, 322 instead of rs 1, 29, 900 which i had originally paid.
                                      This is scam with customer. I had raised this issue multiple times to your customer care agent but they are not providing any solution to the problem .(complain id[protected].
                                      This is the last time i am requesting the concerned authorities to please give me the correct tax invoice . So that i can fill the tax return to the government.
                                      Need urgent resolution for the problem.
