Tata Cliq — non delivery | |
Hi. I regret to write about the non delivery of my order of voltas ac. It was purchased on 27th april 2018. And was shipped from kolkata to gandhinagar on 28th april. Since last update it is lying on blue dart warehouse in aslali (Ahmedabad) from 3rd may I have a doubt that either the shipment is damaged or misplaced. Daily i am calling to your customer care number as well as bluedart. But each time they are telling that it will be delivered today. Now please note that you had failed to deliver the item within stipulated time hence refund my amount with in 3 days otherwise i will take legal action against your company. Regards. Naresh garg. Got 16 GB Samsung j7 valuing rs 9500/- instead of Samsung j7 32 gb valuing rs.13500/- on 6 June payment made through credit card requested for refund on same date sent them images and IMEI no, as per their requirement, but till date the company didn't respond.very much sorry to get this type of dealing with a Tata group of company
