There is something wrong with the process tcfl follows post loan closure.
I have closed my loan last year. Till date cibil report shows that loan is open.

I have raised atleast 4-5 complaints by calling their customer care number. Every time i get a response that i have overdue amount in my statement. Tcfl has sent me closure letter acknowledging loan closure last year and when i call customer care, they tell me that there is an overdue amount and hence cibil is not updated.

They admit over the call that loan is closed but also say that there is issue with the statement and they will correct it. After few days i receive a message saying issue is resolved. When i call again to know what was done, a new request is created with a promise of 7 days resolution. Customer care executives have no clue about what was done for previously closed request. When i ask to transfer the call to senior executive, i get answer that senior is on leave. When i ask who is heading customer care wing, executive does not know. They ask me to write an email to their customer care. When i write an email with my loan number, i get a response saying my mail id is not registered with them. When i ask them to update my correct email id, they take my email id for updation but when i call next time and ask them my email id, they tell me incorrect email id.

I am not sure whether these complaints are being reviewed by some sensible people in tcfl

Hi This is regarding my auto loan [protected]. I have raised multiple requests for cibil updation in last one year. All complaints have been closed by doing nothing and without talking to me. I had called your Bangalore branch[protected] several times and one Mr. Vijay (From Auto loan dept) also raised a request accepting the fact that loan is closed. That request was also closed. I don't understand how can your customer care team close the complaints without customer approval? Is it to show SLA compliance or to meet some numbers?

I want you to assign a dedicated person to talk to me and resolve this until I see my Cibil report updated with correct details. Can you do this?

For all above, I did not get a single call asking either clarification or confirmation to resolve. I would like to know for all above what was done before closing.. If nothing was done why was complaint closed? Is anybody reviewing these requests in your customer care dept?
My name Sandeep Kumar my loan no 5696954 has been 28 days before the payment has been completed, I have not received any information from the bank.
I'm going to call you customer care, but I do not know where to go, but there is no help.

    I have a home loan with tata capital, i wanted to foreclose the account and requested them to give the fd & lod documents on 4th nov since then the team delaying the process with no update and reason for delay.

    Team is very clear to take the monthly emi's on time but not concerned about the customer issues. I have raised more than 12+ complaints in last 30 days, but no one has a update on the issue on when will i be getting the foreclose document.

    They have spoiled my cibil score, where my emi gets deducted every month on time but my cibil says that i am paying 23 days delay. Which is very bad serivce from tata capital, even after many mails, calls no one has a update on the issue.

    They are playing with customers never go with them

        My tata personal loan account no 6999345
        Loan taken date first emi date 03/04/2017 (Emi - 19778/-)
        All emi were paid regularly only month of november emi was not paid dut to some problem in my salary as i have changed my job so i will not get salary for 2 months hence requested that guy that for same reason my this month emi is been returned will pay the same next month and clear it,
        But the recovery team is horrible they don’t have any sense to speak to customer on top of that they have sent some agent to my home without intimating me, however i am receiving all their calls and interacting with them and the guy who came at my place was very shabby looking guy with no i’d proof on top of it his mangers named ram and his manager javed or naved spoke to me very rudely in very indecent language was harassing me like anything and forced to pay anyhow and do anything but pay immediately even when i have clearly told him my situation.. He was literally trying to threaten me and even the the guy who came to my home named sayyed was doing same to threaten me..
        I don’t know what kind of service you give to consumer i have always paid my emi on time only one emi is been returned instead o[censored]nderstanding such customers concerns they are harassing mentally and threatening..

        If this is not resolved on immediate basis i’ll be lodging a police complaint as they have said if i don’t pay by tomorrow they will show me and again same threatening and torchure..

          This is regarding my order num:[protected] in which i ordered black durby shoes. After receiving product and in order to return, wrong product was returned (Returned product is very precious). Logistic guy accepted it. On realizing, same day i called tata cliq customer care and i was told, it would be rectified very soon.
          But till today even after foloowing up for more than 50 times, i have not received my product and i have been given false promises every time.

            I had taken a personal loan from tata capital and settled the same in 2014. Ever since i had been following up with tata capital to update cibil correctly so that it does not show outstanding. I received email confirmation that it was correctly updated as settled. However, whilst analyzing a latest cibil report, this loan still showed a balance of 17 thousand rupees and querying why this discrepancies, they have come back with a fresh email that due to multiple penalties, now the due is some where around 49 thousand rupees!! There is no way i will ever accept this ridiculous conduct by tata (Who infact used unethical ways during the recovery process)... But i need people to be aware that this company is not the right one to go for loan. Tata capital, just for your better understanding, loan account number is 3232111...

              I was offered a pl of 5 lakhs for 0% foreclosure charges. After 2 years when i am looking for foreclosure they are charging me for 5% penalty. Lots of calls to customer care and mails are going to deaf years. No use. They are charging me 20, 000 extra as penalty with my principle outstanding which they assured me 0% at the time of taking loan through a agent company

                It is regarding my order no placed[protected] dated 11th oct 2017 in tata cliq, i ordered two red tape casual shoes in sales promotion offer period but they delivered only one shoes but actual i prefer that in second priority one, my first choice is not delivered and they are telling that the same stock is not available after waiting almost 15 days. Without any information they cancelled the same and i contact customer care they telling that your refund is processed and you will get the cash in your account. After two days i checked the same model in tata cliq the same model no is available. I request all you to pls think before you ordered any products through this site because they are cheating and their first priority is to display promotion offers but actual we can’t get the offer products.

                  In my a/c statement against my home loan account number 9380345, with tata capital housing finance, there is an amount of rs 13, 386 disbursed to builder on 7th july 2017 whereas neither i requested tata to disburse the same nor builder has received it.

                  Tata capital is also changing interest on it.

                  Once inquired, tata says it was adjustment with builder, but my concern is that if bank is showing it as principal amount disbursed, i should receive receipt from builder.

                    Dear team,

                    I have applied for personal loan through you in tata capital - application id[protected]. - on 30th october

                    The response from the bank is very slow, they initially confirmed that they will finish all the process and approve in two days, and it was upto this week,

                    Executive from tata capital called me and received all my personal informations and the documents, finally today they are calling me and informing (Demanding) that they can able to provide less the amount that i have asked, and saying sorry for the inconvenience.

                    Whatever my eligibility criteria, first my loan amount it was fixed by bank bazaar ream and the tata capital also accepted that, later after ten days - getting all my documents the credit team are demanding and said cant able to approve.

                    This is really worst way of response and totally a cheating work, of getting all my personal details and documents and simply saying sorry for the inconvenience.

                    First i want a quick response from any team and to delete all my documents from the bank bazaar and tata capital system database immediately, otherwise i will surely take this matter legally.

                        Hi,

                        I am amitkumar dhayade, working in tata technologies ltd., pune. I have transferred my existing home loan from pnbhfl to tata capital on 30th - aug-2017.

                        Tata capital has released 27, 29, 830.00 rs. Cheque on 1st-sept-2017 in their system.

                        But, i have received this 27, 29, 803rs amount cheque on 11-spt-2017.

                        Still the broken interest amount of 5555.00 rs for the period of 1-sept to 11-sept-2017 has been deducted by tata capital from my account.

                        I asked/mailed and called to customer care about my money refund. Zero response from tata capital.

                        Tata capital home loan account no – 10047720.

                        I request, please look into this case and resolve my issue.

                          I'm also a tata employee.
                          I had worst experience with tata capital.
                          I had filed 2 applications indeed for two wheeler loan.
                          Capital employees said that i would get a call back after taking gruesome amount of time in filling form via phone.
                          Forget call back not even a message had come.
                          Utter recklessness.
                          When i called back they only insist ed in making a fresh application.
                          I hope this forum might resolve my issue.
                          Will wait for couple of days
                          If no response will file application in some private bank.

                          Being in tatas i felt homely and applied for this loan at capital.
                          Else would have looked on hdfc
                          Pathetic response so far met from capital

                          I'm not against tata capital, i respect tata group, but remind you neither the chairman can tolerate bad service. And your reply above is only an eye wash response without any backend Correction in executive communication.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I have purchased 2 consumer products from croma on dated 3rd june 2014 and same is financed by tata capital financial service limited, due to some technical/accounting issues between croma & tata capital, they are continues debited to me for 3 consumer products since six month, after so many reminder/mails they refund to me paid excess amount.in between over six month discussion i have bounced 1-2 installment due to negligence & not taking any response by tata capital.

                              Finally without any fault by me i have paid to bouncing charges + interest charges to tata capital & as well as to my bank also.

                              Still the consumer bouncing cases is reflecting in my cibil, its effecting to my credit score to processing of home loan/credit card/personal loan etc.

                                We made a request of forclosure letter for lap no 4914045 in the name of virgo health care pvt ltd on 16th of oct-17 then authorised signatory undermentioned sudhir singh visited your branch office of rajendra place new delhi on 18th oct-17 & made a request in writing but they showed their inability to furnish either of the documents then we made a call to helpline from their office on 18th itself i contacted your helpline twice and both the time asked them to change my email id as the id in your records was never our id and how you had it only you knows
                                Now again on 26th oct i made a request for updating email id in your records
                                Even in your mail dated 24 th oct*17 in ref to request no 3095753 you had asked no of details which were provided to you vide mail dated[protected] but unfortunately again i have received the same mail that request is not made from registered email id
                                Now 10 days have passed & we incurred a loss of rs 10000 with lot of anxiety, loss of time & hardship due to you
                                We seek your comments & compensation for the above mentioned losses or we shall be constrained to take remedial measures at the appropriate levels

                                  I namita maharana, i order 10 october 2017 lenovo z2 plus (Order no[protected] price rs 7830.00 payment by credit card, i receive my order delivery courier agent 16 october 2017, i open the box but box is empty no mobile only one charger and one data cable receive, same day i am calling tatacliq.com customer care but say i pickup your item, but 10 days gone but not pickup yet, only showing order return has been initiated 17 oct 2017.
                                  Kindly, help me to get refunr my money.

                                  I have purchased franco Leone shoe from Tata cliq but they have send duplicate one in just two weeks leather peel off it is a branded shoe, I purchased on 10 December 2017, Order no.[protected], request to intervene and arrange replacement. If this product is bought from store there is replacement but online they are providing

                                    My name is S.V.Vamsee krishna i handed over the my property papers and salary slip handed over the to your excutive vinodh in the month of may 2017. I have received the verification called in the month of may 2017.

                                    I have received the mail regarding login approved home loan sanction may 31 2017 . but the excutive told one applying another.so i not intrest take home loan.
                                    so he was asked re process what i want do it.
                                    i agree submit all documents second time in date july 2017. collect processing fee cheque 5900 in date[protected]

                                    But till date loan process not complete. i have called vinodh asking the status for my housing loan he replied is in process.

                                    I called several times to vinodh and his manager Bhaskar sir please returned all documents...

                                      I purchase a hair straightener from tata cliq for rs. 399. It was on the companies website that we have easy replacement policies, and even there was an option that we can return it within 7 days. So i decided to return the product and also i filed the request the very next day when i noticed that there is heating problem in the product. But now they are not taking it back saying that the reason is not as per companies norms to return the product.
                                      On insisting they are now asking me to return the product and they will decide later on after quality check whether to take back the product or not.

                                        Hi,

                                        I took the home loan from tata capital of rs 5, 00, 000. I already paid the processing fee in advance in the name of tata capital with cheque no 7 on 13-jul-2017 of rs 5750. They charged processing fee again at the time of disbursement of loan of rs 3000.

                                        I requested the customer care (So many times) to refund the earlier paid processing fee of rs 5750. But they didn't refund the amount yet. I shared the bank statement and loan account statement where we can clearly see the amount deducted twice but yet they claim it was deducted only once.

                                        The main culprit behind this issue is loan officer who forced me to pay the cheque of rs 5750 (In the name of tata capital) in advance even before the loan sanctioned or disbursed. I questioned him like why should i pay the processing fee in advance when loan amount is not yet disbursed and his reply was that is their rule.

                                        Please help in getting the refund and take strict action against bank so that they wont do again such frauds for other customers.
