    I was planning to get a personal loan and i did check my eligibility in tata captial website. Post that i received a call from the customer executive asking for my basic details and said i was eligible for 6lacs of loan amount. Then they told a executive from chennai will contact me to process the loan as my base location is chennai. So did he.

    After that i have sent all the necessary documents to them and had a meetup to complete the application process. It was on 29th​ aug 2018. And we had multiple verification's for the same. Then they obliged to process the loan within next 2 to 3 days.

    Now it is 26th sept almost a month and still i haven't received my loan amount. I would like to know the status on my loan application and the reason for the delay.

    Also i would like to express my grievances as i haven't received any acknowledgement mails and their response were not at all up to the mark. Also the loan number which they gave me is throwing invalid in online "track my application" section.

    Myself being a part of tata groups, i am totally dissatisfied with this.

    I request Tata Capital support team to look into this. I have reached the customer care service through phone and their answer was : i will get a call back from sales team in next 24 hrs which i havent got any. And its been more than 7 times. I am feeling lost as there is no response from any of them.

Unfortunately I have not received any letter till now. I need it today, when I am calling to call centre, there is no proper response. Please send the statement immediately, else I have to escalate this issue with nodal officer.

        Please don't ever buy any thing from tata cliq app or web site or any other way. They are selling fraud only, once you bought any product from then 99% you will get damaged/ low quality/ used product and then don't expect any return or refund of money from them. Check all web site/ app of tata cliq you don't find any product review/ user review option, because they know well the people will bang them in reviews. As well there is no refund or return options actually options are there but they only guide to nothing. So friends don't buy any product from them. I bought washing machine from them and i got damaged, dented machine really crab, so beware don't waste your time any money on them.

          Hi,

          I brought a loan from Tata capital more then 2 years before and I am always paying my all EMI on time but this month I am not available in the Delhi and for some family issue I am not able to my current month EMI on time.

          For some family and Office issues I am out of time right now.

          Daily basis I got 4 to 5 calls on different different numbers and I let everyone knows that I will pay my EMI with all the charges on next week while I reach delhi. I know its your procedure and they employee need to call me regarding the EMI.

          Today I received a call one of your lady employee with [protected]. I asked her how many times i will explain for my condition and I will pay the EMI next month or there are any there where i can give my written conformation regarding my payment date.

          Then she talk to me on very worst way. She told me "Tum muzhe jante ho kis se tum baat kar rahe ho. EMI dene ke tho rupees hai nahi legal chali gyi tho rupees kaha se laayega bhikari. Tu dek ab mai tere sath kya karti ho."

          Please let me know this is the way to talk your customer who have more then two years old relationship with Tata Capital.

          I have recording system in my mobile and for this talk I can also take some step against her.

          I would like to request you please take some action against her otherwise I need to take step from my side.

              I have taken 2 wheeler loan from tata capital in the month of april abd none of my emis were debited through ecs. I have registered complaint regarding this in ingram consumer helpline and still nothing has happened. Due to late payment fee for 5 months, my cibil score is gone down below 750 and my loan applications are rejected. I need this to be resolved and also i need compensation for no action taken.

                I have given ecs nach form thrice even when availing loan and it was filled incorrect by their sales person and my ecs was not activated. I have given2 more forms and still its inactive. It is been my 5 th month emi and my cibil score is pulled below 750. I have even registered ingram consumer complaint regarding the same. Still no action is taken. I need ecs to be activated and compensation for losing my cibil score and rejections of loans because of that.

                    This is anand yadav, i took home loan from tata capital in the month of july 2018 and facing the below issue. I raised these to customer care and nodal officer but did not get any positive response.

                    1) the rate of interest on loan has been communicated initially as 8.45% with an approval to proceed however within a month the rate of interest increased to 8.65 % where as rbi did not increased there rates.

                    2) the loan disbursement date was communicated with the sales person 20th july (Disbursed on 23rd july 2018) however they calculate the interest from 4th july onward.

                    3) tata capital added an insurance on loan however i have not received any communication on that, neither on mail nor via sms. The request has been raised through customer care service.

                    4) pradhan mantri aawas yojana was part of processing loan and been communicated that will be taken care by the team. I have not received any communication on that too. Later raised the same with customer care service team.

                    Every time i send a mail to as per customer care escalation matrix a case number generated and that been closed without any proper resolution. I raised this to level 4 escalation but yet not received any positive response.

                      These people are just bunch of newcomers in the market of ecommerce, poor customer service and pathetic excuses.

                      We have received package on 10th and placed a return request on 13th.
                      Their website says electronics can be returned within 7 days. It does not says that we have to take so much pain just to get this thing returned!

                      We should drag them to court!

                        Pathetic service. Starting from delivery to customer service. Delivery done after 2 days of scheduled date(which was anyway around 7 days from order date). Ordered a waffle maker and after using it realized it is sub standard product which doesn't make waffle properly even after waiting for 10 mins. Searched online and saw bad reviews about that product. Initiated return next day(very much within 7 days as per the policy mentioned in their website, in fact after 2 days of delivery). Got message that return is approved and it will be picked up next day. Next day their customer service called and said they can't return the product and I have to contact the manufacturer.

                        Totally damaging the brand name of TATA. This business can't prosper when cheating customers like this. Will never shop again there. Writing this review so that other would be customers are aware of this fraudulent company.

                          I had ordered nokia 6.1 and cancelled it in evening as i was told by my relation in chandigarh on phone that they have already got it in the morning so i happen to cancel it in evening but i was told by cce's there that when it comes you can return it saying that you have cancelled it. He came once more in an attempt that i will take it and the courier boy is troubling me by phone calls or by coming to deliver nokia 6.1 which is already cancelled by me and i have ordered samsung galaxy j7 nxt black 32gb at rs 10, 469 and am waiting for it to arrive before 31st as i am not at home on next 2 days which already been told to the respective cce. Please order the courier person not to repeatedly call or come for nokia delivery because this might cause less purchase from tatacliq.

                                what i assume, being older age he is now, not able to manage

                                1 in 6 months he is not able to generate dsa code due to his







                                lethargic approach. Previously he had tried to open code of my wife







                                after failing this, for last 3 months he is trying to open my code

                                it took 3 months because customer office is in kalbadevi and he







                                wanted that customer will come and deliver the docs to him. He had







                                seen all document and told customer that this case will 100%happen

                                is messaging me about his attitude of not picking or reverting calls







                                , now customer is so much irate and asking me his manager contact







                                number, as he never pick up phone or revert through sms to customer.

                                just ask him where is my docs and if he says that there is any







                                rejection in my code than in what way he had informed to me. Why







                                customer is willing to do visit tata capital.















                                please arrange rm for me, who is dynamic and can have multitasking







                                skill.







                                i do not want this lazy guy for further business.

                                  I am suffering from last 6 months and what they had showed in Customer Grievance Redressal process is fake and its just show piece.
                                  I had written their customer care to MD, but no body reverted, may be they are busy in fooling other customers.
                                  I request all of you not to refer or take any services from TATA housing as they will take out your happiness.
                                  NHB should take action against this company as they had taken guaranteed, non adhering company law and fooling Indian consumers.

                                    I have order a sling bag from tata cliq app after that the amount i have to give is rs.248 but they have deducted 448 from my bank account when i do complaint of this then they told me that i will get refund within 2-3 days but now it 10 days above but yet not recieved amount. Now when i am calling them then also they say wait for 2-3 days their answer is always 2-3 days and they do not work on it at all.

                                    The worst service ever i have recieved from any online shooping app.
                                    If they cannot do any thing then tell me the refund cannot be done then i will prefer another action.

                                      I have returned 2 products and i din't get any response from them. everytime i call they say it will be done. it sis high time. Please ensure i get my refund asap.

                                      I might have called the customer care more than 100 times, i am literally frustrated that's the reason i approached this forum for the help.

                                      I made a purchase of Rs 1699 on 8th Aug, since the product didn't meet my needs, I filed a return for it the same day, till today it's been 12 days there has been no one to pick up the parcel till date.

                                      Had a horrible experience with Tata cliq.

                                      I placed an order from Tata cliq on ( 9th April 2021).
                                      On 12th April 2021 I got a message that my order has been delivered but I neither recived a call from the delivery agent nor did I get my parcel.
                                      Since that day I have been talking to Tata cliq executives and none of them helped me resolve this issue . They spoke with the delivery agency and told me that someone has taken the parcel instead of me and signed the papers. They asked me to identify the signature but it was neither mine nor anyone from my family.
                                      I payed for the product via UPI ( Google pay).
                                      When I asked for a refund, executives told me it'll take time. I have been very patient with this .
                                      But every time I call them they kept giving excuses.
                                      It's been almost a month and I didn't get any refund.
                                      Iam very disappointed with their service.

                                        We have order ifb dryer and it’s order no:[protected]Date: 22/07/2018), the delivered product is damaged and it was noticed during ifb technician came to installation. Tatacliq supplied product has broken drum and damaged from bottom side,, ifb technician has given ticket no/report no of your damage product and it is [protected] (Name: mr. Noman kadri) i have also attached pictures of the damage product as per your customer care has guided.
                                        We have also requested online for return and refund and it was schedul on1st aug after 4 days tatacliq customer support person answer that we have escalared the issue (They have told each and every time when we call)

                                        I think our tata is bluffing with the customers buy send faulty and demaged products.

                                        After 7 working days of complain tatacliq customer service support is just saying that we are working on your return request(damaged product sent by the tatacliq), as we are taking updates each and every day by calling them on their ph no :[protected], they are just avoiding to replace and passing our time limits of 15 days duration for the return(as per tatacliq's own's policy on website).

                                        Please take note and filed complain.

                                        We have write 4-5 emails for the same complain, I am fade-up by reminding at your call center each day to the our online seller tatacliq, your local service center has delined to replace it. for your reference IFB technician has given ticket no/report no of your damage product and it is 2001176965 (Name: Mr.Noman kadri )
