I was very disappointed, when i saw the amount still not deducted from the new bank account number shared[protected] of icici bank. This request is pending since november 2017.

I raised the new followup request as well 05089973 in december 2017 to ensure this will get fixed.

But due to the negligence of gurgaon representative still my request is open and last month tata capital submitted cheque (47425) to collect the emi fund for january 2018. With following details..

This month also my amount not deducted via ecs from the new bank account number mentioned many times. I am help less and feeling very un comfortable as it is impacting my cibil rating.

I am looping rbi now as i am helpless, please get me the fix and share the latest cibil rating, so that i will be bit comfortable.

    I have purchased syska power bank of rs 869 vide order no.[protected] as used the product for 3 days it is not charging properly and getting full charge in two days itself and heating issue occured after 4th day i put up a return request for the same but denied by the company customer care that it cant be returned as your product is fine. Now tell me how bloody they got to know that my product is fine even there supervisor mr. Akshay denied the actual matter and just tried to blush in wrong way. Unhelped by the above all i am filing a legal suit now.

      This is dibyendu view to say you that on 5th january 2018 i have submitted a forth-closure cheque of my loan a/c no. 9830602 and 9878747, the account has been closed and processed by 15th jan. I suppose to get my property papers by 25th jan. After several complain to customer care i recieved my papers as on 1st feb, where noc is still pending and a big blunder did by tata capital is that in my deed (No. I[protected] pages including last page were missing. How it could happened??? "tata capital is suchhh a big well organised reputed brand firm" how they are so irresponsible??? Do you ever thought what problem i have to face in future??? I will not able to sale my property and will not able to get any-other loan... I dont know anything, i need all my deed (No. I[protected] pages including last pages and noc by sunday anyway how otherwise i will take an strict action... What you all think customers are foollll!!! You people are being harassed me since last week, i became irritate. Before handover the papers why the executives didn't checked. I think i have closed my loan account thatswhy you people harrased me. I am going to forward all the other complain emails. Requesting senior head to contact me at [protected] asap.

      Its going to be more than 7 days I raised a complain but still now no action taked from Tata Housing Finance ltd . But I have start took an action as i have raised a complain to police station against Tata Housing Finance ltd and now next week i will visit court and media house regarding my matter. I am attaching the GD copy. Please check and do the needfull.

        I have received 1 call from Tata capital senior person of lajpat nagar branch new delhi, he said i have to no pay unless subsidy fee charges, because you already pay on loan taking time, but now again credit department and Ms. Nirmal kaur saying i have to pay 19824-/ rs. otherwise we will not proceed my file for subsidy. so please resolve it i am waiting for long time, please solve this case. and i have from tata capital in written o[censored]nless fee.. so it's humble request to Respected Sir/Mam, now what i have to do.. please solve it...

          My Loan Application number:[protected]date: 07/09/2016)
          I had taken a housing loan from TCHFL (tata capital housing finance ltd.), and my housing loan eligible for "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Subsidy",
          I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... still there is no any process done by TCHFL staff, because of laziness of staff of tata capital.

          for that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... and officers/staff member of TCHFL says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
          TCHFL officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
          and behave rudely with client... please help me

          Hello Sir,

          My Home Loan Account No :[protected]date : 25/07/2017).
          I had taken loan from TCHFL(TATA Capital Housing Finance ltd.), And my housing loan is eligible for "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Subsidy" as I satisfied all the requirements of this scheme which is also confirmed by TATA Capital's Auditor(Email Screeprint attached) and region head Mr. Ronesh Mokashi.
          Still there is no any process done by TCHFL staff beacuse of laziness.

          I have visited and followed up with Ronesh Mokashi (ronesh.[protected]@tatacapital.com) so many times.
          Every times he says it will take 3 months minimum to avail the subsidy, but it's almost a year now.

          TCHFL officer behave rudely with client...please help me.

            Hi,
            On 18- jan, 2018, i raise a request to rectify that list of documents request and send it back to me asap. The customer care executive told me that my request is being locked on higher priority. Normally it takes 10 working days to process the normal request. So far i have called for 4 times and every time they say, we have raised the priority.

            Now, i am really having difficulty in understanding that if normal and high priority request both are taking 10 days to process they why this "priority" term even exist in your system.

            Now i am surprised that even after 11 days (Working and non working), customer care executive told me that it will take 3 more days to be processed.

            I have sent the complaint to higher levels but i have no expectation from them.

              Hi All, Please do not go with tata capital for any loans. They are cheaters. They will promise one thing before you take loan. When you want to close loan, they say charges applicable and show the signed documents which they got at the time of document collection. You can't even go for any grievance level as they have blocked all the process. This also a big scam. You can mail me for further informations at [protected]@gmail.com

                Tara service has resolved the query without solving problem here.. they didn't contact us
                I had taken the Two Wheeler Loan from Tata Capital and last tenure was in DEC 2017. I had requested for the final Statement of Account and the NOC (No Objection Certificate).

                Till now I havn't received any documents from them.

                Their Service is very slow and worst.

                  I have been waiting for a loan closure letter since 29th dec 2017 till date. I have followed up with customer care and also with sector v branch office in kolkata.

                  There has been sereval instances of humiliation and rudeness displayed by a customer care female executive saying there are no escalation process your only option is customer care.

                  I need my loan closure document to close the loan fully.

                    I made a request for Home loan forecloser letter for a balance transfer to Central Bank of India with complaint number 05985695 on 08/01/2018. it was said that it will resolve within 7 working days. they also put it in high priority. on 10/01/2018. msg came that it will resolve within 14 working days. I have a similar experience with earlier requests. I am calling them and then they ask verifications again and again to connect call we have to give information like consumer number, date of birth, etc. then why they ask after connecting even then they cannot solve. because of this frustration, I am transferring loan even now they are not cooperating.

                      I had obtained a two wheeler loan under the contract number [protected] in the year 2014. I did not get the amortization schedule and unaware of the due date.. I received a collections call from somebody asking for an overdue payment (?), claiming that my ecs did not go through (?). Whilst i had tried making him understand that i was not aware of any ecs that was not funded, he was not ready to listen and abruptly disconnected the call. I then sent a mail to the call centre manager and ensured my payments ware made. There was no dues and i had paid my entire emis fully. The no due letter which was due was too not sent to me post my tenor. I was under the assumption that the loan was fully paid and there was no dues outstanding
                      However, running a cibil check recently had me in rude shock, that you have depicted me as a "defaulter" for no fault of mine and claimed that i have a "overdue", which was not communicated / or is being communicated until now.

                      Having said that, i have cleared the "overdue" along with "late payment charges" for an amount of inr 870.26 as depicted by tata capital's official online portal. I have made the payment through internet banking having a bank reference no as [protected] and transaction ref no as 334517 on 15.12.2017. The same has been done on the intention that i do not want any charges to be waived off /reversed though the error was not from my side.

                      I kindly request the to arrange to send a "no due" letter to both my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) as well as my communication address as updated in the records held and update cibil accordingly

                        I have taken consumer loan 2 year back and I cleared the loan an year back.

                        when I check the CIBIL the report says the loan is still active when I enquire with customer care they say that the loan is cleared and I have raised the complaint 3months back but not resolved yet.

                        TATA capital, don't give false promises, where should we go if you cannot clear the complaint.

                        it is affecting my CIBIL score, please check it asap

                          Good Evening.

                          As per our previous discussion with Tata Capital Representative over telephone, i have paid the two pending payments date :- 19/12/2017(Receipt Number :- PH 92705) & 31/12/2017(Receipt Number :- PH 92723) and there is no pending emi payment from my end.

                          As i am out of Station due to my job which is already informed Tata Capital Representative. After clearing all pending payment on Dec, 2017 from my home, they have issued a letter of ""SUMMON TO AN ACCUSED PERSON"-Case Number :- CS/73301/17)" on Jan, 2018. which is received by my aged parents at home on 11/01/2018.

                          We are really shocked and harassed after getting that type of letter from M/s Tata Capital after clearing all the pending payment.Will you kindly brief me the matter by tomorrow over email?

                            As I was a TATA employee I decided to go for Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited and not with any other Home loan lenders in the market, not that they were offering anything extra to TCS employee but jut with a thought that in-house employee will get better treatment and fast processing.

                            I Applied for a home loan around 15th June 2016. Post too much of documentation, hassled and highlighting and saving myself from a potential fraud tried by Tata Capital sales executive (then, now has left the company) I have given a sanction in August 2016.

                            Home Loan was disbursed on 22nd September 2016.
                            The Home loan was disbursed @ 9.40% rate of intrest (Floating)
                            I was happy and started to pay my EMI's on time, then came demonetization thanks to our great PM "NAMO" Home loan rates started to go down from December.

                            February 15th, 2017 - Called the contact center to place a request for Rate of Intrest reduction and other sample account requests.
                            I was told that a team will contact me in 3 working days and assist me.
                            I did not receve any call or response from any of Tata Capital team.
                            February 27th, 2017 - I dropped and email to [protected]@tatacapital and got response about the process and the fees. It mentioned about a lock period therefore reverted with questions. No response
                            I tried email, phone and social media as well for getting response but no response at all.
                            March 24th, 2017 Contacted me, a customer services representative form headoffice and promised will get my ROI changed. Same thing again, as my request was delayed by a month, I asked them to backdate that change and confirm the same to me on an email.
                            From March until June 2017 there were multiple followup email, SMS chasers that I would have sent for which I did not get any revert. Some revert sent was only that we are working on it.
                            This when Tata Capital realized theire mistake.
                            since then till now, I have been fighting with Tata Capital senoir excutives to get the rate of intrest changed.
                            The Issue or Mistake done by Tata Capital :
                            My Home Loan tenure was incorrectly calculated since day one, all documents and their system are showing different tenure and EMI structure.
                            Sanction letter shows 264 on the front page whereas annexure shows 300 on the second page
                            Welcome letter shows 264 on the front page whereas attached annexure shows 357 month EMI Repayment schedule
                            Website customer login shows 264 as tenure, however, remaining tenure shows 268 - after paying 9 EMI's.
                            When I raised this their sales manager and the sales executive both said that it is alright and I will only have to pay for 264 months, rest are just general illustrations as general. The home loan registration that I did between myself and Tata Capita also say 264 months

                            The offer made to me by Tata capital excuitves does not give me any benifit interms of tenure reduction becuase they are calcuating it based on 357 months as tenure, WHY shoudl I pay for mistake that is done by Tata Capital.

                            Tata Capital in the month of August has change my EMI amonut and tenure to their prefered calculation. They did not seek my consent nor did they inform me.
                            In fact I have comunicated them in writing that no changes to be made to my account untill the dispute is settled, and not to consider any of my emails as my agreement/YES/GOAHED for any change to the home loan.

                            I am frustated, stressed and tired of fighting with them.
                            My ask is very simple.
                            Please reduce my rate of intrest from 9.40% to current 8.35% and reduce my tenure from 264 months (17 months EMI's already paid so its 247 months pending) to whatever months I am entitled to get benifite of due to rate of intreset reduction. I belive it should at least reduce 3-5 years of my tenure considering its just start of my Home Loan.

                            Please guide me a way to get this conclusion.

                              On 10th january 2018 at 4:14pm i received a call from a lady who introduced herself as calling from Tata Capital. She asked for my father Sanjeev Shenvi & addressed me as Aparna Sanjeev Shenvi. She asked for his contact number to be shared with her. On being asked the reason she confirmed that this was with regards to Shubhangi Bhobe and her loan. She asked me my relationship with Mrs. Bhobe & i confirmed that she is my aunt. She again asked for my father’s contact number. On being told that my father passed away on 27th, her reaction was to ask “27th of which month?”. I reiterated that I am his daughter and i would want to know what this call is about and why am I being called asking for my father’s contact number. And also said that if she has my father’s name in the data base why does she not have his number. She did not bother answering me and asked for Mrs. Bhobe’s phone number. I told asked her where she got my number from and she refused to respond. I also asked her that if Mrs. Bhobe has availed of a loan then why does she not have her contact number, she said that apparently Mrs. Bhobe has changed her number and she wants to reconfirm the number. She asked me to dictate her number. I refused to share Mrs. Bhobe’s contact number with a stranger on phone and further asked her why calls were being made to me asking about my father and then further asking about my aunt’s personal details. She said if i was unwilling to answer her questions then i should just say ‘no’. So i said ‘no’ and hung up.

                              I work for a bank and believe that my personal information has been violated. I have no account/insurance/loan with Tata capital and them calling me and asking for details is unsolicitated.

                                Written n number of mails to tata capital for my query which was always promised that resolution with 4, 6, 8 working days for which i never received reply...

                                I had paid my f&f amount on 3rd oct 2017 and paid interest till 3rd oct-17, even after confirmation sent on mail that f&f cheque was received from other bank..
                                Incorrect branch timing was shared on mail due to delayed in submitting the f&f cheque. On same 3rd oct-17 my regular emi was deducted from my account.. Same was refunded to me on 22-nov-17 without any interest...
                                I want interest charges from 3rd oct-17 to 22-nov-17 as i had paid interest till last date.

                                Also nother compliant i want excess penalty/interst charges charged for late payment.

                                There was a bank detail changes during this loan tenure and i had submitted all required documents to to chembur branch in the month of jun-17.

                                Same was successfully updated after 5/6 months during which i had charged late payment, interest, penalty charges...

                                I want that chrges to be refund...

                                Below is the wordings given through mail by helpline on 04-dec-2017 for which i have not received any confirmation..

                                  My loan account number is[protected] I have availed the vehicle from Punjab Honda praladnagar branch, Ahmedabad. . I have ideally paid 16700/- As down payment while I purchased Activa 3g. and now I am seeing that I have already paid 47K to Tatacap and still I need to pay 16k more which would increase the cost of the 2 wheeler nearing to 1lac as the original cost of the vehical was 63k. As well as I have not opted for 30 months? I have not even received any welcome letter from Tatacapital.

                                  I would request you if you can check the same with Tata capital as I have tried to reach out to them and they have stated me that if I have paid the down payment then that amount will get deducted. I also have logged a complain at Tata cap with the reference case# 05005549 ; & 05005503 : ticket number of tatacapital and they didn’t event bother to call me back and have closed the ticket.

                                  As well as the ROI that had been charged to me in 22% for a two wheeler. Are you guys kidding me as far as I know that loan that I have availed was at 13%. Post seeing my SOA i believed that Tatacapital had not included my down payment in their loan application and had given me the loan of 50, 000 with a tenure of 30 months which I believe has to be for 24 months.

                                  I am putting this in writing and need a response from you guys asap as currently as per SOA I have already paid 48, 000/- in the month of January I would be paying my last emi of 2188/- Post which I would be going ahead with a stop payment as I am not entitled to pay any amount over and above 50k to tatacapital and if I have not been given any updates or settlement of vehicle I would be taking this to the consumer court as I have been frustrated from the services and you have just taken this as a means of earning money from people.

                                    My order ref. No.[protected]. I placed an order for "samsung ht-j5130hk blu-ray home entertainment syst" on 18/12/2017.

                                    The item was on 97% discounted offer, where i need to pay only rs.994/- nett.

                                    I placed order & got the confirmation mail from tata cliq & i received a invoice from chroma dealer part of tata cliq.

                                    From the day 1 i was continusously calling both tata cliq & chroma customer care for the delivery of goods.

                                    On 19/12/2017, i called both the customer care & got the confirmation that the item is been packed in warehouse.

                                    For the past 9 days, i had got the same reply from both the customer care centre & informed me every day that the delivery will done shortly, will update you with 24 - 48hrs.

                                    Today morning, i received a call from chroma, that the product delivery will be delayed, you will be updated shortly.

                                    All of a sudden, i received the mail, stating that the order is been cancelled.

                                    Giving discounted offers in website & cheating customer money becomes a reqular operation for tata cliq & chroma...

                                    Now 100% we had a proof to submit with the consumer grievance cell for the cheating done by tata enterprises - tata clq & chroma.

                                    I have the sms / email confirmation & invoice received from tata cliq & chroma as proof.

                                    I i request you to take necessary action on the same & get the product to be delivered.

                                      I had requested for reduction in my interest rates which is presently charged to me is 10% and the present rate of interest of tata is around 8.35 - 8.50% i have been doing constant followups for the same but there is no revertal from tata, couple of days back i had a telephonic discussion with the customer care executive he said as it is nano we cannot reduced the interest rates.
                                      This was really shocking for me it was already mentioned that i had an fixed interest rates for first 2 years and after that the interest rates will be floating for your information i took an loan the interest rates as below, you may pls check the same from your end :
                                      28.02.2013 = 11.50%
                                      01.03.2015 = 11.75%
                                      16.04.2015 = 10.25%
                                      01.06.2015 = 10.15 %
                                      01.11.2015 = 10.00%
                                      (Attached is the interest rate history for your reference for my home loan account no - 9154123
                                      I have been constantly following up since feb-2016 for the reduction in interest rate but there has been no response from tata, the matter of fact i feel cheated. Tata, tata being such a reputed firm this was not expected from tata.
                                      If the interest rates have been changed from time to time then were does the question arises about nano, i need the clarification on the same also i need the interest rates to be reduced with effect from 01.02.2016 and the areear to be adjested to my account and reduce the tenure,
                                      In the view of above i would appreciate that the matter to considered and the interest rates to be reduced to 8.30 - 8.35%.
                                      Kindly do the needful & kindly do revert on top priority.

                                        We have been informed by customer care on 30/11/2017 that our our document will be handed over on 05/12/2017 which we did not receive.
                                        Than after rigorous follows up of the customer care we were informed that the document will be made available to us 07/12/2017 still we did not received the documents on that date, again after follow up we were given the date of 11/12/2017 still we did not receive our documents and further we were given the date of 15/12/2017 we would be reeving our documents, which is today, but still we have not received any intimation from tata capital that whether we are going to receive documents today or not.
                                        We humbly request you to please look into our matter to ensure that we receive the documents today, because we are experiencing undue harassment by tata capital.
