Hi,

To start with let me state that it has not been a very pleasant experience this time shopping with tata cliq. I have mailed the customer team 7 days back and no one is having the courtesy to even respond to the customer or resolve the grievance.in times where e commerce portals are advertising about "no questions asked returns" we at tata cliq are denying to take back the product which has come to me and is of no use to me. After i received the email from tata cliq. I had recievevd an email from tata cliq on 24th oct 12:16 pm from email id [protected]@tatacliq.com.

The contents of the email are stated below:

Hello amit,

We have noted that you want to return product from your last order and have initiated a return request. Your product pick-up will be done in 2-3 working days.

Here’s what will happen:

Step 1: pick up from your address

1.

If you have purchased an electronic product, you will receive a call from our returns team within 24-48 hours, to troubleshoot the issue you are facing. A pick up will be arranged if the return is approved by our team.

2.

For non-electronics category, a pick will be arranged within 2 working days.

Please make sure all tags and labels are intact and manuals and original packaging should be returned as well.

Step 2: quality check

Once we have picked up your returns, we will conduct a quality check to make sure it meets our returns standards.

Step 3: refund

1.

We will take 48 hours to process the refund once the product has cleared a quality check. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7-8 working days.in the case of certain public sector banks, it can take up to 10-15 working days.

2.

If you have paid via cash on delivery (Cod), a refund will be credited to the bank account provided by you at the time of initiation of returns.

3.

If you have paid using a credit/debit card or via net banking, the refund will be credited back to the account you used to place the original order.

Since the email said that the return has been initiated and also that i would have received the call in 24 to 48 hours which is by 26th oct 12:16 pm. Since there was no call from the portal as per the tat and the email stated that return request initiated i had gone ahead and booked another printer which has a wifi in it.

The product is packed and kept as it was delivered since i read about the features on the box and then googled about the product. Since the printer was for my daughter who would give all prints thru mobile i needed a machine that could support wifi printing. I tried explaining the whole thing to the customer care executive who kept on saying that he understands my issue but is only responding as per company policy.

Again to reiterate that today every portal is striving hard to differentiate itself from the other and win a customer by providing best service since prices are the same on all the portals.in this kind of scenario getting such cold response after explaining my side of the issue and also telling that the product is in the same condition as delivered the only thing i have been told is company policy.

I would request someone to kindly understand my plight and get the refund initiated as this machine will be of no use and it would be an utter waste of money i do not get support from you all. Let me also say that in case there is any issue with the packaging or product your person can very well deny the return which is acceptable. As reiterated earlier the product is kept with the original seal and the box has not been touched as yet

    I am surojit kumar chakraborty form kolkata and also one of the victim of tata cliq fraud. After placing order for 3 nos of 01 ton ac, vide order no.[protected] dated 12.10.2018 &[protected] dated 13.10.2018
    After lot of f/up and telephone calls out of 3 ac only one ac was delivered on 23.10.2018 against order no.[protected] dated 12.10.2018.
    To my dismay another 02 ac's were pending again following up with them every day as their logistic partner gati was holding the items since 18.102018 & 25.102018 at their godown and not bothered to deliver.
    At last, after daily f/up gati came with 02 consignment one against order no[protected] dated 12.10.2018 which consists of one indoor & one out door but against order no.[protected] dated 13.10.2018. They brought 02 indoor units instead of one indoor & one outdoor. Same was shocking to me. While inquiry, gati said that's what they have received and came to deliver.
    I simply refused to accept two indoor units and asked them to return the same. Since then, i am following up with tata cliq every day. But none of them are giving any concrete answer or solution. No sr person is coming on phone.
    If anyone can guide us how to take up the matter legally. Please advice as we have prevent others from being cheated by tata cliq with their hard earned money.

      Refer above complaint i requested you to please go through this case and take serious action, i order oppo f9 pro from tata cliq dated 11 th october 2018, but till now no respond from them, neither they are deliver the product nor refund the same, please take a strict action against them and banned tata cliq. It's been one month customer care still saying we are forwarding this case to the concern team, within 2 days they will resolve the issue, but refund not done till date, if tomorrow will not get my refund I will go to court, for this reason I am even not able to book the same product from another e-commerce website also, please don't loot poor people money, God is watching everything, from my heart I am giving you curse your company will face a huge loss and will be banned soon.

        It's been 6 months, my home loan has been sanctioned.
        Two times they increase the rot.
        But i didn't get any update regarding pmay/clss subsidy amount.
        I have been told that it will take approx 6 months and customer care team not giving me a proper response.
        Loan acnt no[protected]
        Neither customer care of tata capital nor pmay help me in this query.

        Can anyone help me to resolve my query?

        They are perfect in fake promising & increasing roi.

          I placed this order on 11th october 2018. An ifb professional visited for installation & demo to find out this product was broken. It was not unpacked by us as per the instructions. I have been trying for more than 10 day now to get this returned and get a refund since replacement is not in the company policy. I have called more than 20 times, every time a new representative picks up and i have to start from scratch. I was advised to send pictures of the broken product on several different email ids csmanagement, hello, appliancesupport etc and absolutely nothing has been done about it.
          I posted about this on twitter, their social media team got in touch only to still do nothing about it.
          No body calls back, follows up or does anything about it. It's a dead end.
          Money lost and so much time wasted behind all this.
          Is this even a legit tata company or a fraud scamming so many customers?

            Hi team,

            This is the complaint regarding the additional 1% processing fee that is being charged on total sanctioned home loan to process the home loan application under the government scheme pmay. I still dont know why customers have to pay additional fees to process the home loan under pmay scheme. Government should take action on this and get an explanation why additional processing fees are being taken from customers. Rbi should cancel the companies license of such nbfc's which are doing such illegal activities.in the tata capital website this 1% processing fee is also not mentioned. So they are cheating customers by charging additional 1% fee for entire home loan amount.

            For example: if we are going for a home loan of 40 lakhs then they are charging 1% of total home loan (I. E 40, 000 rupees) to process the home loan under pmay. Even they are charging franking fee of 0.5% on total home loan (I. E 20, 000 rupees in the above case).

            So why should a customer bear all this irregular fees to get a home loan and to get government schemes and benefits.

              Still no refund credit

              I have book the Philips trimmer
              of order id.[protected] on 15 oct.18 but till date I have not received yet after pre payment of item . PL. Resolve it.The customer service agent always said they are working on it. But still item is not delivered. PL. Resolve it.

                I have placed order on 10th october amount debited from my account and i got message that payment failed. After giving call to customer care so many times amount not reflected into my account. I have all records regarding order purchase and also audio recording of customer care.
                Tata cliq representative told me that will be reflected within 2 to 4 working days but after waiting for more than 12 days amount not reflected into my bank account. I give them a call so many times but i does get any resolution only tata cliq representative asking for more time. Still i am waiting for amount.
                I have attached statement as well order details. So please revert me that how i can lodge a complaints and get back my refunds.

                  I had a talk with tata customer care after proof given of amount got deducted from my account yet they didn't transfer the amount as tgey said by 16th of oct they will today it is 21st oct my amount is 6526 i have taken loan on phone if i would have so much cash why would i go for emi... They have stucked my amount from 1 month approx that amount wasn't small for me... Now cause of holidays and their timings i am. Not able to contact them. I kindly request tata capital to improve their service. Give the refund for doing double payment or make my second emi paid in advance both will work as of you got stucked my amount with you for the whole month.

                        My name is shivaprasad from bangalore, i ordered panasonic mc-cg371a145 vacuum cleaner but tata cliq sent 4 year old (2015 may) manufacture different model (Panasonic cocolo+ mc-cl431 1600-watt bagless vacuum cleaner (Blue/purple) this model no blowing options
                        And not showing return options in tata cliq application. Why you people cheating name on online shopping. I put a complaints in consumer court also.

                          I have made a prepayment amount of 98, 000 in the month of august. The amount is not adjusted with the principal until oct 12th.
                          I requested for a repayment schedule statement in september and saw that the prepayment amount was not adjusted with the principle amount. I raised a customer complaint and it took more than two weeks to receive a response from the team.
                          Hoping that the issue would have been resolved, i did not check with customer care until my next emi in october.
                          I requested to share the latest repayment schedule after my october month's emi was debited, i noticed that the amount was still not reflected. Once again customer complaint was raised.
                          I received a call from one of the employee after two days and was told that they forgot to update and they will not be able to revert any changes and said sorry.
                          I have to now pay my emi for 21 months instead of 20 months even though the prepayment amount of 98, 000 was debited from my account in the month of august. I am at loss of 10, 000 rs!

                          I wanted to know if it would be ok if i do not pay my emi for a month and ask sorry? I would be charged with fine for late payment and other additional charges for cheque bouncing.
                          I don't understand how one could be so lethargic about handling someone else's money.

                          I do have an acknowledgement receipt of making prepayment in the month of august. I need a solution for this and i will not be paying additional emi for no fault on my side.

                          Once again the issue is back!! Tata Capital has mentioned in their loan policy that part payment can be done once in 6 months. I had made part payment of Rs 49470 on 9th Aug'19. The amount was debited from my account on 14th Aug'19.
                          Tata capital promised that the part payment amount would reflect in the repayment schedule on 22nd Aug'19 latest. When I checked with customer care executive on 22nd Aug, I found that they had mentioned wrong receipt number and it would take them two more working days to process. Meanwhile I had also dropped a written complaint to [protected]@tatacapital.com explaining the situation.
                          My next call to customer care was on 26th Aug'19. I received same response from the team that processing is still pending. I requested the team to raise a complaint and close it at the earliest. Inspite of frequent calls they ignored my request completely.
                          On 27th Aug'19, I am receiving an email saying complaint has been raised against the branch for not processing the cheque and it would take 3 more working days to process this complaint. What is the guarantee that they will mention the right receipt number again. This complaint is raised against Ops team for them to respond on why it was not processed but not address my problem.
                          I faced similar situation last time when the Ops team failed to update part payment amount of Rs 98984 in the system for 2 MONTHS!
                          My next EMI is on 9th of September. I had now paid 5 months EMI as part payment (49470/9894 =5 ) and my tenure would reduce by 6 months. If they process this part payment on time, it would reflect in the tenure before Sep 9th. Now Tata Capital's tactics is to drag this process for 2 MONTHS like last time so that my tenure would reduce to only 4 months instead of 6 months. They are profited! Well done Tata Capital!

I repay my instalment regularly but unfortunately i miss my last instalment my loan taken for right off. I contacted to nagpur taka capital branch they told me to contact to delhi br.. I contacted to delhi br. They told me to pay all dues than we settled your loan. I pay all my dues dt.27/06/2018 but even i am not received noc letter.

                              I booked a nikon d3400 with 18-55mm and 70-300mm lenses by paying rs.36899/- on 20/9/2018 and received the same on 24/9/2018 from p.B international, biwandi, whose contact no is not available.

                              As i do not know about the camera, i waitted for my son for wome i have bought, when he opened and tried to take a photo, the new 18-55mm lens they supplied did not work.

                              I informed tata cliq sustomer care and at the same time i went to authorised nikon centre in chennai.
                              They also checked and confirmed the fault wtih the lens. They also advised me to returnd the faulty product to the supplier. They also told the tata cliq is not authorised to sell their product. On my return to home, i got call from tata cliq customer care and the asked me to go to the nikon centre and get a certificate for non working condition of the lens.

                              Once again i went to the nikon centre where they reffused to give a letter/ sertificate/job shhet.
                              I contacted the nikon india customer care and was advised to write a mail to the customer support. I did the same. And waited for about 4 - 5 hrs for their reply call which the assured.But to the vain i did not get any reply call. Inspite of my repeated follow ups they were not hepful in this issue.
                              I once again worte a mail to both nikon india and tata cliq,
                              the tata cliq executive ms.Nikita, was adamantly insisting the certificate which nikon india reffused to give.
                              I filed a return request to tata cliq repeatedly and the next day a executive named trivesh from seller dept, contacted from tata cliq and said he will solve this issue by sending a new replacement product and asked me to send the photo of the product and sr.No. Of the product which i did. And assuerd he is arranging for the replacement.

                              For the past 4 days this issue is draging on and this ms. Nikita called me and asked me wether i got a call from their seller depatment. I replied and she said they will take care of the issue.
                              But to my surprice she had writen a mail stating,
                              " as per our telephonic conversation, we regret to inform you that your return request has been rejected. We’re sorry, but the reason listed for return does not comply with our returns policy.
                              Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

                                I have take home loan in year sep 2017 but till now i have not received any subsidy on home loan. first they told me after 9 month of home loan you subsidy will got and then told me every time is under process and take 3 to 4 month for claim.

                                Also i am not getting proper response and detail through tata capital employee

                                  Why my PLR is increasing after every three months, this is really frusttating . Tata capital cheated customers and i would not recommend anyone to take loans from them. My rate of interest is 8.5 as of now and other banks are providing same thing at 8.35 %. Whenever I called them and ask them why it increased they said as goverement raised that's thereason they increased . As per my knowledge goverment announced only once but they are increasing every three months . They are just cheating the customers

                                  I recieved email however i am not satisfied with resolution. You guys are only showing one time change in interset rate but my interest rate increase thrice . Just revert my ROI . You guys don't bother about customers

                                  Again the same the thing happen the senior team is not contacting me the junior one calling me only.
                                  They don't have any proper knowledge and details regarding concern.

                                    I have orderder bluetooth earphones but they are not up to the marchantable quality and it is not buyers fault as i have initiated return request but tatacliq have not approved it my order number is[protected] and it is not up to the mark they have written that they will return it within 7 days but now they are declining and not approving this is seriously big harassment towars the customers so it is my humble request to solve this issue and kindly grant my refund

                                        I was planning to get a personal loan and i did check my eligibility in tata captial website. Post that i received a call from the customer executive asking for my basic details and said i was eligible for 6lacs of loan amount. Then they told a executive from chennai will contact me to process the loan as my base location is chennai. So did he.

                                        After that i have sent all the necessary documents to them and had a meetup to complete the application process. It was on 29th​ aug 2018. And we had multiple verification's for the same. Then they obliged to process the loan within next 2 to 3 days.

                                        Now it is 26th sept almost a month and still i haven't received my loan amount. I would like to know the status on my loan application and the reason for the delay.

                                        Also i would like to express my grievances as i haven't received any acknowledgement mails and their response were not at all up to the mark. Also the loan number which they gave me is throwing invalid in online "track my application" section.

                                        Myself being a part of tata groups, i am totally dissatisfied with this.

                                        I request Tata Capital support team to look into this. I have reached the customer care service through phone and their answer was : i will get a call back from sales team in next 24 hrs which i havent got any. And its been more than 7 times. I am feeling lost as there is no response from any of them.
