Tata Docomo — about automatic activation of LDR service

Respected Sir/ ma'am, I am rachita pani mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But yesterday i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before yesterday my balance was 93 rupees. But yesterday 91.54 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service. So i request you sir/maam that please refund my balance in my no and help me out with it. Yours faithfully Rachita Pani no-[protected]

As discussed with you over the call on your number regarding balance deduction of your Tata Docomo connection, we would like to inform you that we have verified our records and found that the amount of Rs. 91.54/- has been deducted due to VAS service Hungama activation by multiple confirmation from out end. However, the deducted amount has been refunded to your number as a goodwill and request you to check with the same.

93.59 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service
has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind
of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of

no and help me out with it .

But today December 23, 2015. i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before my balance was 122 rupees. But now 99 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i sent a message to 155223 and deactivated it. So i request you sir/maam that please refund my balance as soon as possible

Before that my balance was 149 rupees. But now 99rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. i have not subscribed for any such services.i have tried to contact customer care no. but the voice message is saying that the facility is not available. But yesterday 85 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it.
