I, Tanmay sarkar, purchased a TATA walky having no.[protected], model no. V-FC9300 OLIVA on 07/02/2015 from ETHEREAL, add-180/2 CIT road, SCH- VIIM, ground floor, ultadanga, kolk-54. But after few days, it has stopped working. I have requested several times verbally, but no body is responding. I have contacted with the customer care. They told me that it will be charged Rs.100 though I was told that it has 1year gar-runty. They send service person who told that the walky is in dead condition and has to be changed, and also out of stock and the model is now not manufactured by company. Cusrtomer care also taking no responsibility and also not interested to hear any problem. They have a very ill attitude. But it is available whenever it is to be purchased. the main thing is that, I have purchased the walky for activating EDC machine. I have faced huge loss in my business. who will be responsible for this loss??????

Updated by sarkar4 according to my complian TATA has answered that they dont have enough stcks. My question is that if they dont have enough stock so why they are not returning me the money.
