Since last Nov 2015, I am using Tata Photon postpaid numbered [protected].
I am using 7GB pm plan.
Due to no internet connectivity from their end on 25/07/2015 whole day, I could not use approx 2GB data and that was my last date of monthly cycle, so I missed with approx 2GB data. When I talked with customer care, they first not took my complaint. Then I have sent email to customer care. I got a call in which they suggested me I have to pay for what I never used and reached me TRAI guidelines. I exactly don't know what are the TRAI guidelines, but I am pretty sure that there can not be any guideline in which I need to pay for that service I never gets from Tata Photon.
Please do the needful.
