Dear sir, I am Ravi Rajput from Gwalior and i purchased tata docomo postpaid no. [protected]. But after purchasing day i faced continue network problem I have complaint of my docomo network problem before 3 days but no-one try to solve my probelm. They only told me "soory sir this problem not solved permanently". What is this, means mistake is not your docomo employees, mistake is mine that i buy that sim. Before purchasing i told the employees of docomo but they call me daily and told me u never face that problem. Now they all are silent no one resolved my problem. I have submitted 300 ruppes for that plan. I am student and i am so fade up to this problem. and Please sir help me in this matter Tata docomo cheats me, please refunded my money. and do anything.     While calling that number is switched off.

      For the past few months two of my docomo photonmax wifi data card is showing problems and the net is very slow.Speed right now is 35kbps download speed. Im paying around 2000 every month for my device.I contacted and evevn went to the docomo store but they were helpless aswell. This is proper scamming.They are taking money and not doing anything about it. My work has become harder cause of the net speed which i am experiencing now.I am supposed to get around 1-2MBPS speed . Right now im only getting 35kbps and they are charging me 2000 every month.Its been a month they to resolve the issue. And i think they r not doing anything about it.

      the support was really poor from your side.So i am canceling all my photon max connections ASAP.i have send request to deactivate both my dongle connections to tata docomo.

        We are an emerging real estate company. For official purpose, we took a broadband connection (modem no: [protected]) from its Civil Lines, Allahabad branch on 9th Feb, 2015. For which we paid the connection charge of total amount Rs. 2000/- by cash. But due to unsatisfactory response of its network, we discontinued the services. Instead of refunding the paid amount, we get numerous calls on the name of outstanding bill (Rs. 682/- which we haven't used). They have worst service.

          Sir, I have Tata Docomo Prepaid No. ([protected]). I am lived in Uran Navi Mumbai. Last 4-5 days I am facing problem with internet service in Uran (Navi Mumbai) area. From Last 4 days I am daily try to contact with your service center executive. But every time they cut my phone and whenever they pick up my phone they don’t give proper solution and also speak rudely and cut phone immediate.             My mobile no. Is [protected] and today i received a message saying

            "hi! You have subscribed to ldr at rs. 62. 41 for 19 days. Due for renewal on 15aug - 15. To stop, dial or sms stop to 155223. "

            I called the given no. And deactivated the service and then after sometime i received the message stating that "service has been deactivated, thank you for using the service" but i did not receive my money back.
            Then i tried to call the customer service but could not connect them.

            First of all i did not activate any service and after deactivating that i did not get my money back.

            This is 2nd time in two months that my money has been deducted unnecessarily.
            Tata docomo is giving me some hard time.

              I purchased tata photon device on 28/may 2015.through corporate connection.since then it has not worked. The sales person mr chetan who visits emcure pharmaceuticals in pune was very very abusive . I tried calling customer care every time but they say this [protected] is the number and when I dial they say it's not the number. I mailed and the complaint number is 793276. But I never heard anything on this. The device never worked till today and I am continuously getting bills. Kindly help

                Hello, Since last Nov 2015, I am using Tata Photon postpaid numbered [protected]. I am using 7GB pm plan. Due to no internet connectivity from their end on 25/07/2015 whole day, I could not use approx 2GB data and that was my last date of monthly cycle, so I missed with approx 2GB data. When I talked with customer care, they first not took my complaint. Then I have sent email to customer care. I got a call in which they suggested me I have to pay for what I never used and reached me TRAI guidelines. I exactly don't know what are the TRAI guidelines, but I am pretty sure that there can not be any guideline in which I need to pay for that service I never gets from Tata Photon. Please do the needful. Thanks

But after i purchased tata docomo sim, i faced continue network problem. My sim not gain their docomo network properly. i have complaint in city centre office but they dont responed me. I used docomo no. before 2 years but due to network problem, i switched it to idea. I believe your network this time but i faced same problem. I submitted 300 rs. in city centre office at the time of purchased. So please help me in this matter. You solved my problem or refund my money. i am so fed up to docomo and now i have to go in consumer forum. I am so fed up to your city centre gwalior office employees they all are cheaters they only sell your sim nothing else. I complaint all these in consumer forum.                     TATA DOCOMO Account No.[protected]Plan GSM 3G 350 Voice) Bill No.[protected] 17/07/15 to 15/06/15 This phone is being used by my mother who knows nothing more than making and answering calls. I would like to know how the value added service named voice portal (buddychat) got activated without our consent and the bill shows an extra amount of Rs.359.50. Please send me an amended bill just for the regular calls so that i can make the payment as usual.

                    You cannot speak to me personally because I have got this service for my mother and I don't live with her.

                    I know how to read and understand what is in the bill. This is why I am complaining in the first place.

                    What I would like to know is how the VAS voice portal got activated without anyone's consent.

                    Can you please stop this service. Consider this an official request.

                        I had recharged my mobile [protected] on 24 July with Rs.500(talk time Rs. 525). It's clearly mentioned on website that 500 recharge will give a Talktime of 525. On successful recharge I got an SMS confirmation that 500 recharge with 525 talktime was credited. But when I checked my balance, I had talktime of Rs.500 only. I called customer care, but they did not help me with this. I have attached the recharge tariff screenshot from Tata Docomo website for reference.

                          Hello,
                          My number is [protected].
                          I was not using my internet that time my net balance was cut automatic.
                          That time my mobile phone was power off.the dat is -24/7/2015.
                          Of time is 8am to 6pm.
                          But your customer care Mr.nirav Patel was saying. My net was used in 2pm and charge was 600mb.
                          But that time. My mobile was switch off.
                          And I am not used the net.
                          And dally my net useg is 10 to 30mb.
                          So how I am use 600mb in 2house.
                          So my request to Tata DoCoMo to pls kindly soluting my complain and give me my data 600mb back pls.

                            In spite of complaining many times about the connectivity issue and speed in sector 31 Gurgoan, no resolution has been provided so far and still Facing the challenge. In this regards, we would like to inform you that network consumption depends on various factors like, geographical area, indoor and outdoor signal coverage, weather conditions, other causes of radio interference, the barriers between the tower and your location etc and hence dedicated and constant speed would not be feasible in a wireless connection.We take feedback from customers as an opportunity to provide improved services. We assure you that we check our network on regular basis on the basis of customer feedback. Though, we will not be able to commit any timeline currently but definitely it will be done in the near future.

                              Hello,
                              I was browsing internet on 3G using my Tata-Docomo number. All of a sudden, I get a message from "TA-HUWWAP" that says some service has been activated in my mobile that I did not opt for in the first place.It says that I have been charged Rs. 76.93 for that service.

                              I contacted the customer care to get it deactivated immediately, but I did not get any refund.I want my money back.I am not going to pay for any service that I don't want in the first place.

                              As per the TRAI guidelines, there should be some process of taking a consent from the user in order to activate any such service, be it through WAP or SMS or IVRS etc. But I am quite positive I did not give my consent through any of these. How can they charge me for something that I dont want, without taking my consent.

                              My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly help me in resolving the issue

                                I got a tata DoCoMo mobile number [protected] but after taking the postpaid I realized that there is no proper coverage in our area (though the area is in heart of Bangalore City). I first compliant about the network issue and the service person that we are augmenting our network and soon you should get good coverage. But I asked to discontinue my connection and I got confirmation of my request via mail dated Dec 29, 2014. But the actual disconnection by Tata was done only on Feb 24, 2015 - i got mail only on this date that my connection is cancelled( I don't know the reason!!)...But to my Horror i got bill for this period. First compliant - Asking me to pay for not providing any service- If you don't have network why did tata offer the connection Second compliant - Not disconnecting after my intimation - Am i responsible for you not disconnecting the connection in time..Whose fault is it and why should i pay for this period Third Compliant - Not listening to the issue and making calls and sending legal notices asking for payment... I am really depressed that company know for integrity is handling the situation like this... Ask your guys to call me solve the problem first and then i am ready to pay if any amount is still payable ...and stop intimidating me with calls and legal notices...

                                    I am TATA PHOTON user for last three years. My photon number is [protected]. Company never provided net speed as promised. I got no resolution for the same even after my repeated complaint.
                                    last month on 22 july 15 when i submitted my request to withdraw my account. Company representative gave me offer for new bill plan. that i accepted.
                                    but i got my bill of old plan.
                                    I am very much disappointed by company services and attitude.
                                    I want to surrender my photon services finally.

                                      I activated Full DnD a while ago but stopped receiving notifications of my bank transactions/otp etc a month ago. This has caused major inconvenience as I cannot track the transactions I have made. Customer care did not help! The account is under the name of Zaidali Rasool.
