I have been using a tata photon plus dongle from march 2014. My plan was the Rs650 3GB unlimited one.I used to get speeds at around 200-300KBps till the 3GB capping and a speed of 30-35KBps afterwards. For the last two months the speed has come down drastically, 50KBps till 3GB and 5-7KBps after 3GB. When i enquired with the cust care they told its a temporary issue because of some network upgradation and it would get normal in 2-3 days.....
