I have been a trustworthy customer of Tata Docomo since the last 3 years. Recently due to their poor network and internet connectivity as well as lack of 3G connection in my region, I wanted to port out of Docomo to BSNL but its been some days and when the process did not get complete and I enquired the same from BSNL, they said that Docomo people are not allowing for the porting to take place. I am mentally harassed due to this and even though I lodged complaints, i did not receive any favourable results. I would like you to look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.     I'm Mohd. Shahbaz Khan, I've get Recharged 3G Data Pack Rps179(1 GB 3G for 28 Days)in My Docomo No.[protected] on 20/07/2015 by a local Retailer, I'll should get the same, but i've only get 600mb 3G Data for 18 Days on 179rps. I've also Checked the Latest July Month Plant Chart At On Google or Paytm and the recharge was Same as i mention above(Rps179, 1GB 3G Data for 28 Days), I've got the wrong data, I've also contacted the Tata Docomo Customer Care Person, and He clearly say's we Can't Help you.Now this is Rediculous From the Docomo Guy's, I'm in a Fix Now. I want my money back or proper recharge for the same amount. Look into this matter as soon as possible. This is Really Bad Service which I've got from the Docomo Person's.       Hello, I am using tata docomo from last 3yrs. it was working fine until 2nd july 2015. From then i am unable to connect to the internet. i have called and talked to Customer care agent atleast a dozen time (ticket-TEST[protected]. Infact i am told my Laptop is damaged which needs repair and not the dongle. Afterward on customer cares's persons suggestion i visited Docmom's techncial (ICARE) center where i was told the Dongle is not working so suggested to buy a new one.I purchased a new dongle (Re2000)then & there. It was working and when tried at home still i am unable to connect to internet. Have tried all network settings etc multiple times.After multiple could speak to Network team where i got to know our area has 2g, 3g problem because of which i am facing problem and we will send a Technician to my place to check the same. For this visit i need to pay Re 150/- as i am a Prepaid customer to whom visiting service is not provided. I am calling everyday even tried to reach out to some of the Manager and as usual was assured of a Call back from a Manger but in Vain. I can not expect this kind of service from TATA group. If the issue cannot be resolved i need the refund of the Dongle. Please i am sick of these people and there fake commitments.Can anyone help me / suggest on this? Regards, Raj

      This problem is in 'bommanhalli', bangalore area. If anybody in this area wants to buy docomo then please do good home work before buying considering no post sales service (pre paid).

      The previously raised ticket for this issues TEST12219836 which was closed with a statement that the problem is from my side is the Laptop needs a repair.
      Anybody please help me to how to approach Consumer court on this issue. I need the new dongles money back if the issue can't be resoled.

        Rude and Arrogant Tata Docomo employee ROHINI MANGE, Pune Let me begin with, I am a Tata Docomo customer for the past 8 years, from a couple of my phone numbers to my internet dongles and my Wifi connection. While I appreciate the network and products, I have come to absolutely despise the customer service based on my recent experience in a store at Pune. My comment may be deleted here but as fair warning my review of my experience in this store is going to be on multiple forums. No customer deserves the arrogance and condescending behavior of this employee from this company or anywhere else. I had an issue with two of my Tata Docomo 3g sticks which had to be repaired. So I first contacted the branch closest to my house and they informed me that they do not do repairs as it is a small brach and that I would need to go to the Kalyani Nagar branch in Pune. I took time off out of my schedule to visit the Kalyani Nagar Branch to be again informed by the lady there that they do not have a technician at that branch as well and I would have to visit the branch in Fatima Nagar much to my frustration as I had already wasted time to visit this particular branch. So again on July 18th I finally take time off again to visit the Fatima branch and I am directed to speak to Rohini Mange. I approach her desk and place the dongles on her desk and before I can speak she rudely pushes them away saying that since they are broken there is nothing they can do about it. After I finally get in a word telling her that I have been sent around to three branches saying that the repair can be done here she finally calls the technician present to check my two devices. He informs me that one of them is completely damaged and nothing can be done about it while the other can be repaired but yet again, I would need to go to the branch In Camp to have it fixed. By now with my frustration already at its peak I request them to have it sent to the camp branch assuring them that I will pay for the repairing costs or any other costs involved and will have it collected as and when they can get it fixed for me as I have already travelled quite a bit trying to get it repaired and its not fair for them to have me again go to another branch, at this point Rohini starts to rudely yell at me in a very crass and degrading tone at the top of her voice telling me that they can just not get it repaired and that its not their job and there is nothing they can do about it, she also makes the technician wipe his hands from the responsibility of helping me which almost brings me to tears much to my embarrassment as even a person from the street would have been spoken to so harshly and arrogantly. I finally ask to speak to the store manager to which I am again very rudely told that nobody has the number and there is nobody above her. After I tell them that I will not leave the store until I talk to someone the technician finally tries calling up a few numbers. He makes me speak to the store manager of the Kalyani Nagar Store who despite being terribly sick tries to politely understand my issue but again directs me to speak to the Store Manager Snigdha Kashyap of this particular store that I am at. Finally they allow me to speak to the store manager that means they had been lying to me all along about not having her number. Here she couldn't do much either as she had just joined the store and had absolutely no idea about how to help me out. While all this while Rohini keeps going to all the other employees and in a loud and crass tone complains to all of them in marathi about me while I am still in the store. At this point I walk out of the store without being helped whatsoever wasting over 45 minutes and a big transport bill as my cabs meter was still running all along. On a side note: Ironically I must appreciate the Security Guard of the store. He was the only person among all the 5 employees of the store to go out of his way to ask me to have a seat a number of times and if I would like to have a drink of water as he saw I was considerably upset. He would make a better employee in customer service than all the employees in the store.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Tata photon customer for last 6 years with connection number [protected]. I used to have a interest speed of about 1.5 Mbps for this connection until 25th April 2015. Suddenly on 25th April 2015, my connection speed dropped to about 0.16 - 0.20 Mbps. I raised a complaint with Tata Photon customer care on 26th April 2015 with service request no[protected]. The response I received was a network upgrade is going on in my area (Badli Ext, delhi -42) and Tata don't have any timeline when it will be fixed. I even tried to use my connection in Noida Sec 11 and Gurgaon sec 36 but even then speed was coming as 0.16 - 0.20 Mbps. I waited for 3 months but still speed is slow and I raised another complaint on 16th Jul 2015 with service request no[protected]. Again I received a response on 19th July that there is a low coverage going on in my area and Tata don't have any timeline to fix it. When I told them speed is slow in NCR they don't have any response and just keep saying they don't have a timeline to fix it. Being frustrated, I tried to call Tata customer care to cancel my connection. Instead of taking a request of cancellation they started selling me other offer saying speed will be good. If network upgrade is going on or there is a low coverage in my area how could another offer will provide me a better speed. This is all fraud being done at the end of Tata teleservices to extract money from customers from one or other way. I request you to please look into issue. Thanks & Regards Nitin Mittal

In this regards, we would like to inform you the area you have referred to, is congested due to high number o[censored]ser using service at same time.                   I am a Docomo customer for past four years, ( Number [protected] ) Off late i had to move Kerala due to official reasons and all my important things are linked to this number. On moving Kerala last year due to unavailability of Docomo service in my locality I was not able to use the same number. T present I am caught in a fix as i unable to use this number on coming to a place with Docomo coverage and I learned the number has tyrned invalid ( unable to recharge or connect network) For even to delink and attach all my accounts to a new number too I need this present number in active state and since data roaming is free I wish to use Docomo internet with the above said number. I am placed near trivandrum and its practically impossible for me to travel to nearest point in Karnataka which is 700 kms far and get the number activated. I have sent the same complaint to listen.docmo and yet to hear back frm them. Getting back this number is quiet urgent for me at present and kindly help me with the same.

                    I have taken a 30 GB data connection with Tata DoCoMo wifi dongle. My bill cycle starts on the 5th of every month. Initially I was experience good service and the customer care center was polite. But for last 3 months now, Despite having almost 15-20 GB data left in my account, I will start experience slow speeds from 17th-18th of every month. I have tried calling the Customer Center multiple times and have also registered several complaints with them. But they have always closed the complaints without any proper resolution. The first time I registered the complain, the customer care executive told me that it is due to heavy usage in my area. This is completely understandable if this is limited to some peak hours. But it seems that the heavy usage directly coincides with my bill cycle. The speed got restored when the next billing cycle started. I was happy at that time and was ready to forgive as it might have been due to some technical problem which I thought would have been resolved then. But, to tell the truth, I was not surprised when the same thing happened again in the following month when again I started getting slow speeds which got restored only when the new billing cycle started. These people are not providing the services they are promising and are still charging the customer. They already charged Rs 2000/- for the device and within 6 months I have started seeing problems with their services. Now I have no option left but to discard the device and opt for a new connection. I feel I have been cheated and would like to be adequately compensated.

                    I completely forgot to mention the most amazing part. When I had filed
                    one of the complaints, I had asked the technician to mention by when
                    will the connection get restored. This was the reply. : "Hi, As per the discussion had with our photon expert a new site is expected in your location in xxxx months."

                    Needless to say I was left speechless.

                            I have spent around 5 thousand rupees from the past two months and have experienced the worst connectivity ever.I have a photon MAX Wi-fi dongle and it heats up very quickly, hence reducing it's performance.My friend has an older version of the dongle and an older and it works just fine.I have been paying more and yet have no 3G connection when i require it the most.It has to be the worst device and service provider i have experienced till now . I have not only lost money but time and energy in complaining about my connectivity .

                              before 2 months, my laptop was trobling me, and the net was simplying runing, and i thought to deactivate it, but my father din't know how to deactivate it, so i said my tenents to disconnect it, the net was not working, i thought that my tennents disconnected it, but they told me we din't deactivate it, they also did not deactivate it but now it is not working ... what to do now!!!

                                The amount is being deducted from my main balance for some non sense reasons. I have never activated any pack, but daily night when I switch on the mobile data, minimum of 50 rs is getting deducted. I have escalated the customer care call to his supervisor. But he is also arrogant and not ready to respond. Till date 200rs has been deducted for some pack activation and they are not refunding the amount. They are literally stealing from the customers. The Customer care rep is not at all trusting our words. Can this issue be highlighted and we can get back the amount which is deducted without any reason.

                                  I have taken a new docomo sim from tata e-shop and the order no is:EC[protected] and the mobile no is:[protected] its not activated, and i visited branch 2 times, they said that the number is not opening, now when i visited the branch yesterday they are saying that the connection disconnected because that i have not called 59059 for 15 days after activation, i am not informed to my alternate number that my docomo sim activated, i payed 222 rs for the sim, please refund my money or provide another DOCOMO sim of same plan, my alternate mobile no:[protected], please solve my problem as soon as posiible thanking you sir, PANDU RANGA RAO G

                                    I am using tata photon plus ([protected]) unlimited plan from fast 1.5 years...
                                    There will be speed issues..They promised me that they provide 153.6kbps ie 20kbps download speed..But what i am getting is less then 2kbps..Y they cheated coustomers on unlimited plans?
                                    They simply giving promises and they cannot solve the issue...Simply register complaints and we have to listen same responce every time like delete temp files, change network type...Can u please improve your network rather then simply nvesting on coustomer care service...

                                      I agree in that sir...my problem is i have to get post 3gb speed as minimum 20kbps...ie 153.6 kbps...the speed what the company as promised me while i buy this plan...but i am getting less than 2 kbps...not sufficient to browse also...i took unlimted plan because of post 20kbps speed ..i was getting that speed upto 1 year...but recent from 6 months its vry worst...less than 2kbps...for the new users the company still provides 153.6kbps post usage speed...but y m not getting that speed since m a coustomer of 1.5 years?

Frequent disconnections and sometimes not able to open Google.com .Even the mobile broadband is fast than photon plus. Absolutely Tata broadband devices are worst and going to shift to other broadband service. I will never advice anyone to use Tata internet services .Totally a waste of money. Shame on Tata products. I have done the cancellation. Never Ever buy Tata products with worst customer...
