regarding 3g connectivity of tata docomo number [protected]. i have been comunicate already with appellate authority and tata care now registered complaint via *reference number[protected] *on dated 1st August of Appellate authority . Today i have been received 4 calls from tata listen but my problem remains same. I migrate my prepaid tata docomo sim in to postpaid in *DATA PLAN 225 *with 200 calling minutes and 2GB 3G data benefit per month. But i dont get 3g data benefit according to plan that company shows online tata docomo website and also confirm by 121 executive. When i start postpaid service i never get 3g benefit of this service. According to 121 executive finally i also swap my sim. But there is no any benefit of replacing sim by paying extra cost of new sim Rs. 50. And finally they told me we are unable to provide any extra service that you are receiving at that time. I am getting speed according to your website www.speedtest.net is only 20kbps. But on the same phone i am using another postpaid sim of tata docomo [protected] is giving full speed 3g data but this number [protected] is giving only 20kbps speed on 3g service. I have gone fully frustrated with this type of service of tatadocomo and also loss of financially and mentally disturbance also. First of all i want to compensation for financially. If Tata docomo cant able to provide me above said 3g service which is mention in plan benefits then i will deiced to go consumer court and file a case against tata tele service regarding "Not providing better services mentioned in plan benefits". So this is finally communication by me to you. I the authority can solve my problem and promise me to give my compensation and better 3g data.

In this regards, we would like to inform you that you are not getting the 3G speed as plan active on your above mentioned TATA DOCOMO number is a 2G plan. We apologize for the wrong information mentioned on the website about the plan. We regret the incorrect information provided by contact center teams regarding bill plan benefits. We are in the process of getting the details updated to both the teams and it will be updated soon. We would be glad to serve you on our 3G network and request you to choose a suitable plan from a variety of plans available in market. You may refer to our website for further details or may call up our call center for plan details. We would also like to add here that it has already been informed to you that in this plan you will get 2GB 2G data and same has been mentioned in the tariff enrollment form which is duly signed by you at the time of activation of connection.

    Dear Team, Ref : docket number PBR12330776 Because of the problems in TataDocomo's process I am getting suffered. As per Tatadocomo's process, two successive recharges of 3G and 2g data, one of the data plan gets lapsed. Why not both gets added separately as 2G "x" GB data balance and 3G "Y" data balance. If at all one gets lapsed, why not the lesser size and slower data gets lapsed. Also if oneself recharges from a retailer, there are no instructions displayed on his(retailer's) handset like whether he is recharging data or talk time. If such is a process why it is not giving a warning message giving details as "Recharge of 2G data will lapse 3G data" at least while recharging. Its the amount automatically decides whether it should get credited as data or talk time. Ultimately just because of the lapses in process, I am getting suffered. There are lot of flaws and tricks these telecom companies are using to catch the innocent customers. Please look into this. Regards [protected] Nazir

    Dear Customer,

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. In this regards, we would like to inform you that your complaint with reference number PBR12330776 has been closed stating your previous data has been lapsed and the same is not refundable. Kindly note that, 2G recharge with 2G pack existing data pool balance will get accumulate and in case of 3G pack recharge existing 2G pack benefits will get lapsed. However, for 3G recharge with 3g pack will get accumulate and 2G pack recharge will get lapsed.

    I read all your replies, and I am asking repetitively that under what rule you are doing so.
    Its very easy to you to write so.
    Because of your issues why I shall loose my money.
    I have paid and recharged. If it is getting lapsed without use why you shall not credit it to my account.
    Pl explain with justifications. Also attach any government approved letter for doing so.


    And if at all it is so, as i already mentioned in my previous complaints, you should provide alerts while recharging.
    There are lots of querries in my previous complaints please reply to those.


    I understood your latest reply. Pl do not write again same thing.

      i am receiving fake calls who entitled themselves as "Paytm customer care" and asking for debit card details to transfer the money of 415 rs to my account. i request consumercomplaints.in to do something with this. I got call from two numbers [protected] and [protected].
      Now, i am getting fake calls who entitled themselves as "Paytm Customer care". I got call from two numbers [protected] and [protected] and they are asking for the debit card details so that they can transfer money to my account.This is ridiculous and i request Consumercomplaints.in and Paytm to do something with this matter.

      That transaction was done form credit card and the credit card is not attached with any bank account and i have already mentioned the transaction details with in the complaint.

        Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings > Message > Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting?

          I have been tata customer, since last year. - Acc no[protected] When I got the tata photon max (data card) tata Docomo executive said i will get speed of 6 Mbps. but I got only 1 mbps. I was cheated by his false promises. Later i made many attempts to regarding this issue. tata Docomo executive said the network is weak in my area. So it will be slow. After April - 2015 i went out station, When i received a call from tata Docomo executive. i have requested for temporary suspension for the data card, since i was not using it. When i came back to chennai, i was shocked that i was charged for during non-use period as well. Later an executive called for payment. I told her, since i requested for suspension, which is not taken as request. so I can pay for my usage alone, Since other two months were not in use. She said, she will check my usage and get back to me. But never turned up. After with no proper communication a executive called me in a rude manner asking for money, else he would go for legal actions. I can pay only for my usage which is 843, not - 2320,

As per our respective team, we would like to inform you that photon max wifi speed limit is up to 6.2Mbps and you will be getting the average speed of 1Mbps to your Tata Photon number. Current outstanding pertaining to your account is Rs.2320/- hence, request you to remit an amount of Rs.1686/- and revert us with a line of confirmation in order to adjust the remaining amount of Rs.634/- due to zero usage.

            Dear Sir/Ma’am, Dear Mr. Yogesh Bajpai Appellate Officer, D-26, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC Sanapada, P.O Turbhe Mumbai - 400703 Appellate Fax Number[protected] Appellate E mail :Appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com This is to bring to your notice that my Mobile SIM with No. “[protected]” was blocked from 25th July’ 2015 around 6:00 PM till 27th July 2015 around 12:30 PM. During this time, somebody had made 5 nos. of fraud transactions from my Bank Salary Account (ICICI Bank) linked to this Mobile No. “[protected]” which amounts to a total of INR 780000 i.e. 7 Lac 80 Thousand Rupees. I had continuously tried calling the Tata Docomo customer care during the period my number was inactive, but the customer care executives failed to provide me reasons and details for the same. It was only until 27th July’ 2015, when I visited Tata Docomo office at Galleria Shopping Centre, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai that I was told that my Mobile SIM was blocked & thus I requested for a new SIM and re-activated the same Mobile No. i.e. “[protected]”. After Inserting the new SIM in my Mobile handset, I immediately received 2 nos. SMSs with One Time Password (OTP) at around 12:30 PM on 27th July’ 2015, then I checked my Bank Account Summary using a computer that showed 5 nos. of fraud transactions from my Bank Salary Account (ICICI Bank) which amounted to total of INR 780000 i.e. 7 Lac 80 Thousand Rupees. This Mobile No. “[protected]” was the registered Mobile No. linked with my ICICI Bank Account for Internet Banking and other Bank related purposes. I am shocked and fail to understand how my Mobile No. was blocked without any request from my side or even without any formal intimation/information to me. During this time when all of this was happening, a fraud transaction swept away all of my Savings and has left me with ALMOST NOTHING IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. I have already started the process of filing the First Investigation Report (FIR) in this regard with the concerned department of Mumbai Police. Please treat this email as your top priority and provide me with clarification & reasons why I should not be taking action against tata docomo failing to do so I will be forced to move to the District Consumer Forum for Justice. Request Tata Docomo to bear full responsibility for it and pay me my hard earned money back. Please revert on urgent basis on this.

            But i am not able to understand why Appellate Officer is not responding my any mail after repetitive reminders.

            Even i tried to reach dodcomo corporate office but no one has gave me firm reply.

            Requesting to revert as early as possible . Also inform me time frame for resolution of complaint.

                Dear sir, In 09/07/2015 i recharge my tata docomo no. [protected] with rs 21 from state bank everywhere android app.The recahrge could not successful therefore i go to the bank(state bank of india)they said the money already deducted from tata docomo and provide me a transaction id-[protected]. So, from that time (09/07/2015) i contact tata docomo customer care several times, and said my problem and everytime they said that my money will be refunded.I also submit a complain to http://www.indiaconsumerforum.org/post-complaints/.But they also failed to solve my problem.I don't post this complain but sometimes this type of error only happened from tata docomo.I face this type of problem before. So, i want my money back with your kind regards sir..thank you

                    Overcharging inspite of me having told them to disconnect, still they did not disconnected for 6 months
                    My credit limit they increased on their own to Rs2500/- while the bIll is for Rs3800/-
                    They disconnected only after I stopped paying them for few months.
                    Also they were giving me 2G services while they moved to 3G for all others

                      Dear Concern, I undersigned having previously prepaid connection of Tata Indicom CDMA having Number [protected], technology, last year i visited to Tata Docomo gallery for the migration to GSM, unfortunately as per they they don't having prepaid packs available so they suggested that please take Postpaid connection & after four months you can switchover to Prepaid, on[protected] i submitted the papers to their gallery & received message from company that it will be resolved by[protected], after continuous followup they given me message that your request is rejected as no document is received, so i decided to cancel the number & i written the mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com & they replied the procedure of cancellation of number so i done the procedure but next day executive called & asked to withdraw the cancellation & requested to again visit gallery for the log the request for migration as i done the same as on[protected] & today morning i received same massage that procedure can not be completed because of documents.this is quiet ridiculous.                           Money amount RS99 has been deducted twice for one active service.Customer care representative attended the call and said it will be refunded within 3hours.Now even after 6hours I didn't receive any money.When I am trying to reach to customer care representative to speak to he is busy attending other customers for last two hours of my continuous trying

                            Hi, this is Prashanth Reddy Inala. I ordered tata photon Max WiFi device with prepay on 25 July 2015 with order no. EC[protected] and received it on 27 July 2015. It's been 6 days and my device has not been activated. I have contacted through chat support twice, both times they asked me to wait till end of day. Since I don't hav tata photon number I can't talk to any tata customer care executive. I don't know what to do and I am running out of options.and I am fed up with u re poor customer care response. Is it 72 hrs for activation or is it 720 hrs?? i just cant believe it.Just look in to this and help me out.

                            It took around 10 days for activation to complete.After lots of time emailing, chatting with customer care at last an executive has called and asked me to go to nearest docomo store. In store executive there looked in to details and said my details and documentation have not been not updated.Then i filled up new forms and changed prepay to postpay since my device is not activated. Out of no where in evening my initial prepaid has been activated and then i had to call docomo store executive to stop processing postpaid plan.Oh god! now its over . I see major lapse in communication. And customer care executives are most poorly trained, least knowledgable. They almost made me believe i was speaking to automatic interacting software. This is a TATA product and i had hoped for good standards in addressing customer grievances. Wish concerned authorities rectify lapses and make Tata services better.

                            Chatted with eshop smart chat and they are saying my device is activated on 29 july itself. and after that recieved a call from docomo...and they are now asking me to go to nearest store and get activated from there. People have some co ordination...some ppl say its already activated and others saying not. What the Hell is it.? What kind of customer care are u guys running. No wonder why people dont opt for DOCOMO tele services.

                              Tata Docomo I am using Tata Docomo no. +91 [protected] purely for 3G data plans in my mobile handset Micromax Android One (Version 5.1.1) I get this irritating USSD message pop up 100 times in a minute with Tata Docomo Data Usage. The GPRS or 3G data keeps frequently connecting & disconnecting every minute depending upon the applications and my usage. But every time it disconnects I receive a service message popup on my screen about Data used and Balance in my plan. I have to keep pressing OK to close these popup messages. These messages are very annoying during day and night and cannot be disabled or muted by handset feature. It is a USSD message and can be disabled by service provider only. A friend of mine who uses IDEA services was facing same problem with Idea SIM card also, however Idea have provided a USSD Code *121*46# to disable these unwanted popup messages of data used / balance. Does Tata Docomo have a similar USSD code for disabling these messages? Request you to kindly disable this or give me the USSD short code which I can dial from handset. Regards Rajiv Agarwal

                              In this regards, we would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, We request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service centre for better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service.

                                Hi,
                                I had asked to close the tata photon connection (Account no.[protected], mobile: [protected]) with reference number[protected] through an email on 23Nov2014. I discussed with customer care person and he said there is no dues pending on me. My photon connection was closed after 2 days. now today 1Aug2015 after 10 months, i am receiving call from tata photon side to pay 50, 000 rs bill. I had no dues pending when i surrendered my connection.

                                Can you please do the needful to stop this kind of calls. this is really a mental panic.

                                Tata docomo asked last time to resolve this issue (reference number[protected] in 30 days but this has not been resolved yet. 30 days already has passed and nothing done. customer care is not replying i have sent many emails.

                                  I was using TATA Photon+ no.[protected], account number[protected] till sep 2014 for about 4.5 years. i had moved to a different location and tata Docomo's coverage was not available in my new place hence i cancelled the services byt sep 2014. But the cancellation was put on safe "custody mode" the consequence of this was not informed to me(6 months clause) at that time. what it means by safe custody is that post 6 months they again reactivated the account and started generating bill, but i was not using the services. I had raised multiple requests but they are not agreeing to cancellation of account. the last complaint i raised request number is[protected] in their website, but to no avail. For one of the requests i got a call saying the cancellation is done and bill amount was waived off, but the next day some other call comes up to pay the bill. Now i am getting a call saying that I have to pay the bill in order to avoid legal action. I have all the bills they generated post march where it clearly say 0 internet usage. This definitely is wrong on their part to charge customers when clearly asked to cancel the account. this gives me mental torture as i am spending hours and hours of time discussing this with their customer care regularly when i originally stopped using it for close to an year. Please help me in closing the account.

You cannot speak to me personally because I have got this service for my mother and I don't live with her. I know how to read and understand what is in the bill. This is why I am complaining in the first place. What I would like to know is how the VAS voice portal got activated without anyone's consent. Can you please stop this service.                                         I, Tanmay sarkar, purchased a TATA walky having no.[protected], model no. V-FC9300 OLIVA on 07/02/2015 from ETHEREAL, add-180/2 CIT road, SCH- VIIM, ground floor, ultadanga, kolk-54. But after few days, it has stopped working. I have requested several times verbally, but no body is responding. I have contacted with the customer care. They told me that it will be charged Rs.100 though I was told that it has 1year gar-runty. They send service person who told that the walky is in dead condition and has to be changed, and also out of stock and the model is now not manufactured by company. Cusrtomer care also taking no responsibility and also not interested to hear any problem. They have a very ill attitude. But it is available whenever it is to be purchased. the main thing is that, I have purchased the walky for activating EDC machine. I have faced huge loss in my business. who will be responsible for this loss??????
