Tata Docomo Agent Mr. SHRI - [protected] — Amount and documents taken and conversion from previous paid to post paid not done since 15 days | |||||
On call to just dial a person by name hit ender ([protected]) called and collected docements and amount of INR 300 for pre paid to post paid conversion. 2 days he sent a sim card with other person and said it will be done in 2 days. Even after a week now call from customer care or jitender. On call to the person who gave the sim card forwarded my number to his owner Mr. Shri. ([protected]) called and said that person was making issue and he said it will be done in 2 days. It's already 2 weeks passed that even this person shri stopped picking the call or message and still e vbb end after 2 weeks no call from tata for the conversion. People like this are really wasting time and not even bothered to take the responsibility for what they are. Was this information helpful? | |||||
