Tata Docomo — Automatic caller tune updated & Rs.270/- to be charged on next bill | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Subodh Mishra, living at Lucknow mobile no. [protected] of tata DoCoMo on 28th nov.2015 message received that caller tune activated on you mobile & Rs.270/- will be added on next bill . I was shocked to read that message I immediately register complaint to customer care of tata DoCoMo but answer received from them that they will deactivate the caller tune but Rs.270/- will be charged in next bill saying that you have send SMS to customer care for activation of caller tune but Sir, from our side no message was send to then when it has been activated . Hence, currently there are no value added services activated on your number. Kindly make a note of the same. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly revert us with a line of confirmation if you will be charged any amount for the same in your upcoming monthly bill.

Thank you for deactivating caller tune immediately take action. Please note that it is automatically activated but I do not want any caller tune or value added services in future also & make sure that there will be no charges to be added with monthly bill for that coz. according to customer care annual subscription will be charged in next bill . thanks & regards Subodh Mishra [protected]
I have received bill for the month of dec.2015 & you have charges annual subscription of caller tune Rs.270/- as per my complaint & your revert on that it will not charged in next bill so you are requested to please look into the matter make necessary correction in the month bill as you have promise in above mail. VVVV poor service from TATA DoCoMo still no response & receiving reminder of outstanding whereas it is already written mail I have received that the amount of annual caller tune will be not added to monthly bill.
