I have recharged on 31st Dec 2016 for 93/-INR based on a SMS sent on behalf of tata docomo of a 93 talktime with 1GB data valid for 28 days. The balance not been credited and data expired within 5 days. Despite repeated mails, no action been taken from the network provider.

Last time they send me a mail informing please call us, we have ears. Now it seems like it fallen on deaf ears!!

Thank you consumer forum. Though I am using tata docomo from 2 yrs, very recently I faced this issue. Due to your intervene it is been solved. Tata Docomo was good to me very often.

I am in hyderabad now. But the number belongs to karnatak Tata Docomo. I received the balance and remaining data. But the balance valid till 19th Jan 2017 and Data till 8th Feb 2017. It is cheating. Can you please stop acting smart. It should be valid till 9th Feb 2017. Because it should be effective from 13th Jan 2017 till 28 days, as it is credited on 13th Jan 2017 and not on 31st Dec 2016.
Last time I forgot to mention, I recharged for another 30/-INR and some amount of it been deducted for not having data balance, though I should have it as per the talk-time plan I recharged.
Why so many errors from your end. Are you playing with customers?? My no is [protected].
Sir, i recently brought a tata docomo sim card in post paid connection, which got blocked by mistake while going through security setting now it is asking for puk code. kindly reply me soon with the correct puk code. my number for the sim is [protected].

      Hello, This is Sumit Jogani from Belgaum (Karnataka). I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 4 years. I am having issue with sending from my number from last 8 days. When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". Tata Docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 2 days. And I am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my Banking and financial related details. Please help. Thanks, Sumit Jogani

        The connection to My data card was disconnected as due amount was not paid, which was well below the limit (2000 till 2000 INR they never disconnected earlier) and charging every month without providing service. And there is a fraud happening in whole network that they waive 30-40% every 3 months so that those who dont pay have to payless. This means those who pay are made look silly.
        When they send some person to collect fees, they are collecting 70% and saying remaining will be waived. But that waiver was not made. Lot of false statement and actions. Why is this disparity

          This is for the tata docomo broadband wired connection.

          I have been facing many network issues since few months. I do have network connection but it keeps getting restarted automatically in random order and also the speed is so low that it is almost unusable even though i have 2mbps unlimited plan.

          But my complaint is not about just this issue.

          The bigger problem is that the customer care number they give is totally unusable for me. I have no way to pass the electronic questions asked. When you dial the customer care number you are asked to enter tata docomo phone number or circuit id. Neither of these are given on the bill or any where else. I don't have these number. I have tata docomo number and an account number but entering them is of no use.

          There is absolutely no way i can talk to executive or file my complaint without these numbers.

          And

          These numbers are not provided anywhere.

          Whoever designed this system certainly didn't care much about the user's convenience. It is not practical to expect user to always have circuit id or phone number (For a broad band connection). They should provide at least one number through which existing users can connect directly to executive or at least file a complaint. Following are my account details.

              Toh aap khud hi samjh sakte ho ke aap kitna peeche ho ya system kitna week hai..

              Ek advice hai agar aap chahate ho ke koi cal na kare customer care mein toh msg mein offer ke saath usko khud se jaane ka code be send karo...

                Yesterday I made a complaint, the Id alloted for that complaint is 1463305, kindly make correction in that, the year mentioned is wrong there, the request is to get the call details from 2nd dec 2016 to 2nd. jan 2017. The last bill I paid is of amount more than 3000 Rs. And again yesterday I pay a huge amount of 4200 Rs.                         They have charged Rs.274.80 last month and when I asked customer care executive they said I activated it. honestly I dont know how to do it and I never ever do this kind of activity. they did not revert even I've explained I didnt do it.

                          My name is Himanshu singh. i have tata docomo postpaid number from the last 4 years. now, I am decided to port my number to new mobile operator company and have applied for mobile number portality.

                          After this you have start showing how much you people care about your customer in reality.You people have done nothing except following thing:

                          1.You people block my online account
                          2.You people block my number on 121 so that I cannot contact to customer care executive and ask for final bill

                          This is what you people do with me. i have called continuously for 3 hours on that number 121 (DATE-29/12/2016) but you have blocked my number.

                          So, at the end I just want to say to you people that please and please, tell me my final amount for final payment because at the end tata docomo people say that customer have not ask anything and now tata docomo will send you legal notice through court.

We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that UPC code(TH1988XX) was generated on 26-DEC-2016. Further, we request you to contact the service provider where you have submitted the documents to get the status regarding mobile number portability. Kindly note that UPC code is valid for 15 days. There will be one Final Bill generated in Prorate basis after migration which needs to be clear within due date else mobile number will be disconnected.

                            Sir,
                            I am facing network issue on my mobile number [protected]
                            Tata docomo galary at Virar West, Dist : Palghar, MAH sujested to take new sim & transfer the number
                            I did that on 29/12/2016 arround 10:15 am but after getting formalities they said that card will get activated on next day by evening after 18:00 PM
                            i took new sim for transfer of number which is already working but due to sim card failure from past two day, then will it take 1.5 day to get activated.
                            i also confirmed from the customer care number 121 but 1 employee says it takes two hours to get it activated after the tatadocomo galary upload the request form & she also took my request on it . but after couple of hour when i called up the customer care to confirm weather the form is uploaded on system or not, the other employee informed me that it will take to 24 to 36 hours to get it activated. i was shock to hear the same.
                            Sir, i am not taking new connection that it take such a long time to get it activated.
                            my this number is activated all over so if i have to do any cashless transaction i am unable to do the same as the card is of poor quality & got corrupt/damage for no reason.
                            i have lost hope from tata docomo & i wish if such a service i am getting from tata docomo for being an customer from years than i better look for a company which gives better & quick service .
                            I will port all my family members number to other company for such a mess at the time of demonetization & no one to help me .
                            its better to quit the tata docomo company rather than regretting & begging to activate my number for the service should deserve.
                            I will definitely share this mail on my all social media accounts & make sure that ever friend of mine know the problem i am facing for small work will company is lazy.( Every employee & Store is representing the tata docomo company & same is responcibility of tata docomo

                                मैं जगदलपुर जिला बस्तर छत्तीसगढ़ से एक दुकानदार हूं और मैं अपने दुकान से docomo का अधिक से अधिक सीम बेचा करता था और रिचार्ज कार्य करता था जो कि आज मैंने पूरी तरह से बंद कर दिया है अब मैं भविष्य में कभी भी docomo कंपनी के साथ काम करना पसंद नहीं करूंगा क्योंकि सारी हदें पार हो चुकी है आपकी कंपनी के डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर का व्यवहार इतना बेकार हो चुका है कि अब काम करना मुश्किल है आप लोग भी कैसे-कैसे लोगों को डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर बना देते हैं यहां का डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर एक सट्टेबाज इंसान है जो कई दफा जेल जा चुका है और आज 2 कंपनी का डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर है डोकोमो का सीम बेचने पर बोलता है की docomo का एक sim तभी चालू होगा जब आप vodafone का एक sim बेचोगे docomo का रिचार्ज तभी मिलेगा जब आप vodafone का भी रिचार्ज लोगे सारे कंपनी का रिचार्ज कार्ड लेकर आ जाता है और बोलता है लेना जरुरी है नहीं तो डोकोमो का काम नहीं होगा आपके साथ यह बार-बार क्या धमकी है भाड़ में जाओ डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर और भाड़ में जाए कंपनी ऐसे बेकार इंसानो के साथ धंधा करने से अच्छा है दूसरा काम कर लेंगे आज मैंने अपने घर के सारे docomo सिम को भी दूसरी कंपनी में पोट करवा लिया हूं 6 दिनों के बाद मुझे नर्क जैसी docomo से मुक्ति मिल जाएगी और आपके सज्जन डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर से भी🙄🙄🙄

                                    In june, docomo misinformed me that there is a 16 mbps plan available in my place villa43, aqualily, mahindra world city, and took advance, id proof and details. On the day of installation, they told me that 16 mbps plan was not available and only 5mbps plan is available. Immediately i cancelled the installation process, and asked him to return the advance.
                                    I asked them to cancel my connection on june 20, 2016 by call and raised a sr complaint. On june 29th i even send an e-mail. On july i started receiving fake bills from tata docomo, dated june 22, 2016 to july 4, for 16 mbps plan which was not available in my place. I had to send around 5 e-mails and made numerous calls to tata docomo explaining them the same in detail with all the proofs. The reminders and e-mail stopped after august.
                                    On december 26, 2016 tata teleservices has send me a legal notice as recovery of outstanding dues, asking me to pay 652+1000 (As charges for legal notice).
                                    Billing details:

                                    Bill amount: 652/-
                                    Please note the following:
                                    1) 16mbpsfupp80gb plan was not available in place i stayed i. E aqua lily, mahindra world city, villa no:43. From june 2016 to july 2016 docomo did not start providing 16mbps plans to villa’s of aqualily in mahindra city
                                    2) i had raised issues with installation and cancelled our request for connection on june 20, 2016. I had called docomo operators and informed them about the same. Please find attached sms send to docomo operators. I have even send e-mail on june 29 for cancellation. Please find attached the sms screenshots.

                                    I have been repeatedly send bills, explanations and e-mails for a service which was not available in my place of stay, for time period when i had cancelled tata docomo services.

                                    In fact i am being billed for something that i have never used and i am being slapped with a legal notice in spite of numerous communications with docomo operators, managers, or employees. I don’t want my advance back, i just want docomo to stop harassing me regarding the same

                                      I requested for a internet service disconnection (Account Number[protected] in the beginning of June 2016 before I shifted from my place. I never quite followed up with Docomo after that. Unfortunately not only did the Docomo take its own sweet time to disconnect they also shamelessly billed me for the period. Now after six months I get a legal notice asking to pay Rs 368 as pending amount and Rs 1000 as cost for the legal notice. All of it in next 4 days else they will be initiating legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil against me. (email attached)

                                      Just because it's a big company doesn't mean they flex their muscle, arm twist customers and scare us general public with a legal notice.

                                      1) If a Service disconnection request is raised, then why should customers be billed for even a single day after that ?
                                      2) According to your billing department if at all there was an outstanding amount, how many payment reminders have you emailed me before emailing a legal notice?
                                      3) I am supposed to prepare for an interview for day after tomorrow and take care of my family, who is going to repay me for the mental turmoil and time lost because of your insensitive arrogant legal notice?

                                      I want you guys to investigate the case thoroughly, the number of times I have raised service requests for your poor service for the 1.5 year I used the service.
                                      Please focus on improving your pathetic service before picking and harassing your customers.

                                      I want a email sent to my id ([protected]@gmail.com), apologizing for the notice and withdrawing the legal notice.
