Agency name sln tele services kudlu gate bangalore 560068 this is located i above mentioned address from this office tele caller's and managers laxmi kanth [protected] /[protected] simply call to customers and inform we are given unlimited data voice call in 353 /- only and collected amount and documents activated said but they said offer not activated next we getting larger bill this regard i call to tele callers they simply rejected my call silly fellows so pls i want waiver entire bill amount and i want request to u pls give suitable punishment to this agency in as per law regulations under trai act my concern no is [protected]

    I have received marketing call from Tata Docomo (From [protected] on 18/Nov/2016 at 12:44) but i have informed them I am on DND and they should not call me ever as I have no interest. They are asking why they should not call and what is wrong. I told them to learn rules and regulation and do not cause reputation damage to such big company (TATA Docomo). From there on they abused me from different number ([protected] on 23/Nov/2016 on 13:10). This is complete violation by TATA Docomo of TRAI rules. I request someone from TRAI to cancel the permission of TATA Docomo for giving our such connections to tele marketers which is illegal and leads to harassment of people in general.

      This sim was working fine. The same was not used for some time. Now I get the message " Not Registered on the Network" .

      With an intention of re-registering I have recharged the SIM No. [protected] with Rs.150/-(talk time) vide Transaction ID : [protected] on 22.11.2016. Please see that this is effectively added to the SIM.

      I received a call from Tata Docomo customer care ([protected]) on 25/11/2016 i.e. today at 2.28 pm . They said my docomo sim is registered and working and that the recharge of Rs.150/- is added to it. They requested me to check again.
      I rang up the said number([protected]) at 2.30pm and some lady took up the call to my amazement. The sim card is with my son in his handset. He checked and said no message or call has come. Also the message 'Not-registered ' was again received!
      Does this mean the sim number [protected] was allotted to someone else when I was not using the same for some time? If so, does Tata Docomo have any systemic afrrangement to alert the customer before doing so?

      What to do next? Will Tata Docomo refund my talk-time amount of Rs.150/- charged on 22.11.2016?

      How to stop dive in now messages? I called customer care, still it didn't get resolved. It is very disturbing and annoying. Please stop it asap

        Hi,
        Name: A. Michael Raj
        Post Paid Docomo No:+91. [protected]

        For the above number, I had received a message on 11.11.2016 that monthly charge is Rs.790.96/- (Screenshot of the message attached). when contacted the customer care as i had not received the bill summary in my mail or post, I was told that No bill would be provided and If the amount is not paid outgoing would be blocked as my credit of Rs.800/- is reached.

        As i did not pay my amount, they had blocked my outgoing. Subsequently in a matter of 5-6 days i get a call from Docomo that my post paid fee for the past month is Rs.Rs. 1, 535.00/- and they had sent a mail of the Bill Summary (which i enclose).

        I am not able to understand that when my outgoing was blocked for 5-6 days how come my fee was increased by Rs.735/- .

        And I have not used mobile data in my number whereas in the bill I could find 8, 294.77/- charged under Data Usage Charges. This is an unexplainable amount charged in my number.

        A further discount of Rs.-7, 509.05 is given and the fee is 1, 435.45/- net due to be paid.

        There is no clarity on the charges done when my outgoing was blocked and as well as the steep charge under Data charges of Rs.8295/- when I have not used the mobile data.

        Hope the issue is sorted and clarity provided as the Online customer care call did not provide us any clear reason for the same and had just bluntly told that I have to just pay the amount.

            The pride and dignity of the name tata is vanishing and it is a shame to its name because of the tata docomo service center in kauvundampalayam, coimbatore, tamilnadu. I want to change from postpaid to prepaid plan, they asked to pay the rental and unbilled amount and id proof and photo to get the plan changed, they said it will be done in 5 working days, and after 1 month they did not change and the bill is raised for the next month, then after a complaint raised they asked to visit the showroom which i did and they said coolly that your documents were not sent because the personal in the showroom had resigned so you need to submit another set of documents and then i did so, still when i enquired they did not submit the records. I do not know what to do. They are sucking all the clients money with no reason.

                I had requested for a 30GB booster pack, complaint #[protected] and[protected]. However, it's been 24 hours and the pack has not been activated. I have got terrible service from your employees especially Nagesh who had initially disconnected the call and then later was absolutely rude with me. If you listen to your call recordings you will know the kind of service he has offered me. I m searching already for a new service provider so tht I don't have to deal with such rude and unhelpful people. I need this issue to be resolved immediately as the speed is 512kbps and it is not helping me as I work from home and it has affected my work here.

                Please look into this on an urgent basis.

                        I have been facing connectivity, speed issues with the tata photon max wifi device that i had purchased. i have complained multiple times, but the only solution is do a reset and some technical person will call in 4 hours. that person also says the same thing, do a reset. even after doing this the issue remains. no connectivity, no speed.
                        i have tata photon max wifi for 3 months now, seriously looking to stop service to the subscription and shift.

                          I was using tata DoCoMo since 4 months I was having problem with connection. Previously i made complaint about DoCoMo. They make me to agree there is full covererage in network. No problem with network.
                          But the same issue repeats.
                          No network coverage in Ap.
                          calls were not connecting
                          No response in connecting call
                          suddenly call Dropout
                          long process to disconnect a call from customer.
                          Not connecting to customer care
                          Not out going calls.
                          high Tariff rates for paying a bill.
                          including all taxes costs 300 Rupees Bill every month.
                          No Response from customer care.
                          Showing Torture for Postpaid Customers with irregular marketing messages and remainders to pay bill.
                          I am facing worse Problem with postpaid connection.
                          Every time Late Delay in connecting a call.
                          Dirty Type of Behaviour of Customer care with customer forcing customer to pay Bill when we call customer care
                          I was Dissatisfied in using Post paid connection for the number [protected]
                          Telecom Department of Tata DoCoMo made me learn these things in using postpaid connection to number [protected].

                          My sincere appolozy to tata DoCoMo and Telecom Department for Choosing this network.
                          Instead of Choosing Reliance JIO Network. (Or )idea network
                          As I was not known about these issues while taking connection.
                          Every customer says Tata DoCoMo is best Network in India. But after Experiencing these Network issues I had got some clarity in Mobile network Service Providers that I should be very very very careful in choosing networks
                          while choosing connection Trust no one including service provider and should know completely about the network what is Richest best network including with coverage in india from time to time and not facing any type of issues and user friendly to customer is only 4 networks.
                          1. Airtel 4G
                          2. Jio 4G
                          3. idea 4G
                          4. Vodafone 4G
                          all above are 4G networks in[protected]

                          Worst networks in india
                          1. Tata DoCoMo[protected] Model ( Not Updated since 2008) 2G only Never update their policies and plans of network. Not to change. They were creating Records in maintaining 2G Network in troubleing their Customers. Upto 2020 they will be maintained 2G nework with high Tariff plans.
                          2. Aircel (2000) model 2G
                          3. Telenor (1970) Model 2G
                          As a customer I can't express much on networks as you know you can rectify the problems as early as possible.

                              I am a visitor and I only have a US number. When I select the coutry as US and enter my number to get OTP, I do not receive any OTP no matter how many times I try.

                              I tried this in two cities, hyderabad and bangalore and it doesn't seem to work anywhere.
                              It has been 3weeks, still my new docomo sim is not activated, when ever I am approaching to store owner provided, he is assuring Sim will get activated. But all in vain. Kindly help in resolving the issue

                                My Docomo number has Call forward when not connected & call conditional call forwarding option is enable, I am trying to disable from my mobile setting but its showing a popup message that your operator does not allow, even i am not able to update number also(Unknown number is there where call is forwarding), I tried to use option ##002# but its now working. I am not able to make a single call not even on customer care 121 & complaint 198, Please tell me what to do .

                                  Just spoke to a Vandana Parmar from the Customer Care team. Prior to that received an email from Anitha. Tata has been continuously sending out bills that have errors in it over the last 2 months. I have no doubts that this is not an accident but a well-orchestered and thought off plan to extract money illegally from gullible customers. It is high time that these companies are asked to apologize in public and compensate the aggrieved customer atleast 10 times of the amount concerned. The "sorry" "maafi chahti hoon" has become so casual and regular that the person uttering those words doesn't even understand (leave alone mean) it.

                                  "National Roaming service" was added to my account in September without my consent ever been taken. It was removed and the amount charged for it reversed upon calling the Customer Care. This same error had supposedly inadvertently crept up in my mother's account as well. This month I see the same error not only in my account but also in my mother's account.

                                  To the nation. Let's assume that this is deliberately and knowingly done by the company. What percentage of customers, that the company is trying to cheat, do you think would even spot this error and report. Two scenarios - 1) The error is spotted, you make those 30 minute calls to the Customer Care. They offer you a "verbal apology" which they don't mean anyways and the matter is closed. 2) The error is not spotted. You end up paying the higher bill amount. In either scenarios, how is the company (which is infact committing fraud) being penalized?

                                  Why should the upper management, the Managing Director in particular, not apologize in written on the company's letterhead publicly if and when such an error is spotted? If this is not intentional, I don't think why the company should shy away from doing this? Further, the company should definitely be made to suffer financially because only then would it learn and be extra cautious and vigilant and not repeat these errors. This would eventually bring an end to such a menace.

                                  Dear Customers, it is high time for these surgical strikes. Stand up to your rights and demand a public apology and embarrass these corporates that are in the B2C business. Let them pay a price that would make such errors so costly that they are never repeated in the future.

                                  I got a new sim card of tata docomo on 1.11.16and it is still not activated. I got It from the Mobile Store and they charged me Rs.100 for it and told me we will get Rs.60 talktime when the card is activated. The number of the new sim card is [protected]

                                      This is third time, when I am raising complaints.
                                      I received call from Ms. Priyank Das, customer support, that problem will be resolved on same day.I also received mail every time like automated problem that case is in concerned department from Anirban, Vivek But till now nothing happened. I also wrote to Appellate but no respone. I don’t know what is the meaning of customer support for appellate.
                                      As I asked you about internet availability of my maharashtra tata photon,
                                      in SRi ganganagar, rajasthan.
                                      My tata photon no. is [protected].
                                      After your mail confirmation, I recharged with 255 Rs. in order to use
                                      internet with this tata photon.
                                      But when I connected it, message appear: you do not have balance (please
                                      check attached sceenshot.). And also automatic network connection selected
                                      vodafone, instead of direct tata docomo.
                                      Please let me know if i can use this tata photon in sri ganganagar,
                                      rajasthan or not.If not, please waive my 255/- to me. Because I especially
                                      recharged it for using internet.
                                      This case is already regustered with no. M26905389, M[protected]latest reference no. Reference Number PDC14007719 Dated: 5th Sep. it was promised by customer care that problem would get solved by 8th september) and i set frst mail
                                      confirmation on 1/5/2016, Now it is more than 4 months but no
                                      confirmation, I need to talk to someone senior manager to discuss that why
