Dear sir,
This is third time, when I am raising complaints.
I received call from Ms. Priyank Das, customer support, that problem will be resolved on same day.I also received mail every time like automated problem that case is in concerned department from Anirban, Vivek But till now nothing happened. I also wrote to Appellate but no respone. I don’t know what is the meaning of customer support for appellate.
As I asked you about internet availability of my maharashtra tata photon,
in SRi ganganagar, rajasthan.
My tata photon no. is [protected].
After your mail confirmation, I recharged with 255 Rs. in order to use
internet with this tata photon.
But when I connected it, message appear: you do not have balance (please
check attached sceenshot.). And also automatic network connection selected
vodafone, instead of direct tata docomo.
Please let me know if i can use this tata photon in sri ganganagar,
rajasthan or not.If not, please waive my 255/- to me. Because I especially
recharged it for using internet.
This case is already regustered with no. M26905389, M[protected]latest reference no. Reference Number PDC14007719 Dated: 5th Sep. it was promised by customer care that problem would get solved by 8th september) and i set frst mail
confirmation on 1/5/2016, Now it is more than 4 months but no
confirmation, I need to talk to someone senior manager to discuss that why
till now no one is responding and giving solution.
