Mera docomp ka nber [protected] docomo cmpny ne friday se outgoing bnd kr diya he. Mera docomo ka pura bill clr he. To bi bnd he last 2 or 3 day. Customer care ko call kiya to wp bote he ki care me jao hum nh bata skte carw me gaya to wo bolte h ki abi krta hu on 1 ghante me krta hu on 2 ghante me krta hu. Last 3 day me 10 bar unko mere dusre num se call kr raha hu aur bohot bar jake bhi aya..3 din ho gya wo bnd he... Sab clr he to bi... I m very frusteted...

      Too bad experience after using Tata Docomo Broad band. For past one month the internet is down. I took 8Mbps 80 GB connection and the speed I am getting won't even come close to 0.5 Mbps. They keep on sending texts saying it'll be resolved and give a stipulated time as well, but nothing happens. The same is the situation if you call their customer care. Pathetic experience. Can't rely on docomo internet at all.

        Dear team,

        I have purchased a tata dongle with number[protected] by paying the dongle price of inr 1200, when i purchased the salesman mentioned that you have total 10 gb data usage, but after sometime it got finishes and i asked customer acre about the same that its 5 gb in day time and 5 gb in night from 10 pm - 6 am. It never worked after 10 pm. I asked the customer care about the same so they mentioned its 5 + 5. I want to understand why the hell i was wrongly commited. I have paid for the device, thats why i havent paid the bill of 2 months.

        I will not pay the exact amount they are asking for, so ask the tata guys to give a final settlement amount and not cheat customers.

          Hi.
          I have got my tata photon wifi max dongle today(21 dec). I had placed the order on 18 Dec.
          However if i follow the steps on the book to activate the connection, it is nto happening. It says "Activation failed". What am i missing here? I need the activation at the earliest. Customer care is asking me for 10 digit number. Since it is not activated, i do not have the number. Is there any procedure in between that i missed?
          It is a brand new dongle. Please revert at the earliest.

            Dear Sir,

            I have already closed the connection for photon number [protected] on Feb 1 2016 but the call representative put this number in safe custody but I told him to close permanently because I will not going to use anymore.

            I am getting bill emails now but I have not used single byte, you can check the usage of the number.

            On Oct 21 they closed the connection after a long discussion but again in this month they sent me a bill, I dont know how these people are working. Now they are callling me again and again and saying that you will get legal notice and some people will come and beat you.

            These guys are really nuts and dont know how to work and talk.

                  I am user of TATA DoCoMo since last five years. Now a days I am continuously receiving SMS from provider, "Hi! You have N Missed calls. To get details of first 3 missed calls, SMS 52255 @ Rs.1." People trying to contact me are also complaining that, 'I am always out of coverage area" But my cell phone is showing full range

                    Portability Done for 3 times But Not Successful due to not enough knowledge to your executive.

                    I have done portablility from CDMA to GSM at your dabagardens main branch. I paid money and your executive make me visit 3 days to done this proceed but till now it is not completed. Even i didn't receive any SMS / confirmation about this. When I call to your executive she is not lifting my call / switched off. Is this the way your people are working at your stores. I need rectification for this immediately.

                      Hi Team,

                      My Name is Kiran and below is my tata docomo broadband connection account number. I had a broadband connection with 8MBPS and 160GB FUP.
                      In November last week I had a connection issue, for few days connection was on, but even google site was not getting opened. I raised a request to resolve the issue.
                      After I raised the request next day connection was totally disconnected and it was in the same state few more days. During this period I made several calls and as well sent emails to the support team.
                      In this period two times, two agents came and tried to fix the connection and when they came in connection worked and few hours later it disconnected again (when the first agent came).
                      I almost suffered this issue for two weeks and so I asked for bill waiver during this period.

                      One of the support agent called me and accepted that issue with the connection for 10days and as I have not agreed and I said it was 2 weeks, he said he will reach to technical team and will call back, but never returned back.

                      Few days later I received a letter from support team and it was mentioned that, there will be no waiver I will get. In the letter it was mentioned about period in Oct month, where I faced the same issue for 4 to 5 days.
                      I said this is not a good way to treat the customer, as I was facing this issue with the connection every month and I am not getting the correct treatment. I said if it goes like that, I am interested in disconnecting the connection.

                      In place of resolving the issue with me, team disconnected the connection and updated in the system that even for Nov request where I have faced 2 weeks disconnection, I am not eligible for waiver.

                      Please resolve this issue.

                        It's regarding my Consumption plan . For past 6 month i m reloading pack every month 3-4 times..Only i talk in Skype . when ever i call customer care they will inform me that we have some network prob in some of area in Karnataka, But point is if there is network prob how all the data is consumed.Its cheating the consumer.

                        For Andriod
                        Just follow these steps:
                        Open up Settings on your device.
                        Locate and tap Data usage.
                        Locate the app you want to prevent using your data in the background.
                        Scroll to the bottom of the app listing.
                        Tap to enable Restrict background data
                        Windows PC
                        First search out which processes are eating up your data in background.
                        a. Type Resource Monitor in search bar.
                        b. Go to network tab and look out for the process which are downloading/uploading.
                        c. Once you identify the process, right click and kill the process tree.
                        d. If that process keeps on starting up on system startup then you need to remove it from startup. So do following steps.
                        Download CCleaner : CCleaner 5.10.5373
                        Go to Tools -> Startup .
                        Right click on process and select disable.

                          I am not getting internet connection using tata photon max number [protected]. I had called the toll free number... They directed solutions online. That did not help. I was directed to call my local service center. On contacting them, i was told that i need to raise a complaint which i did in order to have a technition come home and check the dongle.                           I'm at my wit's end. I work from home. For the past 20 days i'm only running from a pillar to some post.

                            I cancelled my a/c on 2nd july 2016, internet got switched off immediately and also received conformation on that a/c is cancelled on 9 th july 2016 on my email. Also paid last bill on 23rd july and it was confirmed to me on phone that no outstanding amount is there after paying the last bill.
                            Suddenly after 5 months in dec 2016, i am receiving a outstanding bill of 334rs and that too from a third party and inbetween there has been zero communication from tatadocomos side to inform me any of this totally fraud going on somewhere

                            Below is the communication email from tatadocomo itself that my a/c is cancelled on 9july 2016, that too if your process is long to cancel my a/c ( 2nd july internet got switched off) or for some reason discunts are not applied to my account i cannot be held responbile suddenly after 5 months where were u guys for last 5 months, seriously that too the third party collection agency calling me, that was also not communicated to me, so how can u handle customer information to any body without informaing customer, isnt it ilegal???

                              I have raised a request to migrate my number [protected] on 3rd oct 2016 from postpaid to prepaid and this is still not completed. I have called their customer care multiple times and they say we will get back to you and you will get a call from us but no one comes back. I had also spoken to retention team n told them i want this to be changed to prepaid. Its been more than 2 months for this now but its still not migrated and top of that they have sent me 2 bills total of rs1500 to pay which im not gonna pay a single penny from it. I just want this number to be migrated to prepaid with no outstanding and also want a confirmation email on cyril. [protected]@ymail.com

                                Muy tata docomo number [protected] balace got deduct today morning. I have active data plan and data of near about 30+ mb and after deduction i have 2 mb remaining data. I informed the same issue with customer care and send email to them and they give me reason that

                                "i would like to inform you that, as per our records you have been charged an amount of rs.316.96/-

                                (For usage of 88498 kb) from[protected] at 08:38:57 to 08:38:59 am for browsing multiple sessions (Number of sessions 2) at the same time, as there was less data in your account. However, each site automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Hence we always recommend our customers to maintain minimum data balance of 30 mb. Hence, the request for the refund of the balance cannot be proceed."

                                This problem happened with most of customer and this nonsense reason given by them to all... Why should we recharge with data plan.. To cut our main balance... This never happend with other service provider... I dont know which technology is used by tata docomo... Multiple session is the reason to deduct balace... So tata docomo want us to use gprs mobiles instead of new techologys 3g or 4g... Thank god they dont have 4g service yet.

                                    A day before I registered a complaint regarding wrong Unbilled Amount but the customer care people didn't provided any information. I went to Tata Docomo Store also but again no help.
                                    Also, I tried to reach out Appelate representation(Karnataka Circle) but no reply of e-mail or phone.
                                    My Sim was off for not in function for straight 24 Hours but still my Unbilled Amount increased 50 Rupees. Neither the company is giving any explanation nor it is providing any help to the problem.
