Updated by Nisha Bhattacharjee Below is the communication email from tatadocomo itself that my a/c is cancelled on 9july 2016, that too if your process is long to cancel my a/c ( 2nd july internet got switched off) or for some reason discunts are not applied to my account i cannot be held responbile suddenly after 5 months where were u guys for last 5 months, seriously that too the third party collection agency calling me, that was also not communicated to me, so how can u handle customer information to any body without informaing customer, isnt it ilegal???
