Hi, I'm using Tata DoCoMo sim card I did recharged of 3G pack and I called to customer care centre they told and confirm that your area are covered with 3G service. But its been more than a month I get only 2g service and some time once in while 3G network. I need 100% 3G network which I suppose to get.

Even I called to customer. Care they told me do some sitting change but in my phone their is no sitting so I went to out late of Tata Docomo. He did some update after that I got later in evening again same problem
They told me they lock complaint but no response
I request you kindly take and necessary action.

Sir i buy the voltas ac hot and cold on 19 Jan 2017 .now problem is that ac does not working properly. I call the company since 2o jan 2017.but they dont any respond from there. And also they misbehaving with me.

    I bought a Photon Max Wifi Data card from the tata docomo shop near city center mall, road no. 1, banjara hills and it did not work. i did not even check one website on that data card. they are consistently harassing me with phone calls on my mobile and sending threatening emails saying they will take action if i don't pay up Rs 252/. for what? i did not even use their service once and i even got a cancellation number from them. their technician came to my house and he could not fix the problem. it was then that i cancelled the connection. i don't remember the cancellation. i recommend to hyderabad and secunderabad not to take tata docomo connections. they will harass you even if you cancel their connections. my tata Account No:[protected].

      We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that, as per our records an amount Rs.50/- has been deducted for mentioned contents contents. 1. MusicZonePack content downloaded by you on 25/01/2017 at 12:11:02 PM through WAP mode hence the balance of Rs.49/- has got deducted. 2.)
      BT [protected] 1 content downloaded by you on 31/01/2017 at 08:12:53 PM through SMS mode hence the balance of Rs.1/- has got deducted. Kindly note that, we take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service, and we do not deduct any balance without customer consent. Also be informed that, all our systems are accurate and unless there is a subscription at your end there would not be any deduction. We would request you to be extra careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes and refrain yourself from chargeable links, an indication of which is reflected through pop-ups and advertisements.           We asked docomo for a connection surrender. They come back every three months asking for a bill and telling us something more that we need to do and still don't disconnect.
          First time they said, number is already disconnected and just pay these Rs 1500
          Next time they said give us a disconnection request on firm letter head and pay these 1500. We did that.
          Next time again they came saying that you didn't submit the "letter head request". Even though we had done that, most likely they didn't upload it.
          We paid twice total of approx 3000/- .
          I dug up their customer help email id and raised a complaint but they are also saying same thing now after initial nice words that they will take care of i.t Now they are telling us you need to pay another 1500 and their customer complaint department doesn't help.

            Tata docomo has cut connection of mobile no-[protected] without intimation as on 21/1/2017
            Number has already in used both incoming/outgoing calls are operated tgh that number upto 20/1/2017 also prepaid balance is available on that sim no.
            After contacting customer care they answer that the no is chosen for telemarkting, I was using that no from last 5 yrs.The no is registeresd with my resume, bank accounts and other services.

                Suddenly in the evening today, all outgoing calls from my sim got barred. I don't know how it happened but i did not do anything.
                Since then i have tried everything available on internet but to no effect. I try calling 121 but it says this number is invalid. This happens because i'm in ranchi where docomo does not give any service on its own. Please suggest a way out or i will have to register a formal complaint in this regard.

                  Today I went for full talktime offer on my mobile no [protected] for rs 25.There was no mention of 3 days validity, but to my shock it showed 3 days validity to utilise the balance.I went for *123# option for prepaid recharges, there it showed full talktime for rs 25 on my above mentioned mobile nmbr.I request u kindly look into this matter

                    I had recharged for rs58 STD 130 min. pack, then I made a call but when the call ended I came to know that they have charged from my main balance.
                    I lost my complete main balance within few minutes.( as local call rate is 1.2 rs/ min. too damn high...!).
                    now i m unable to make any local calls from STD pack, when I dial *111*1# they show me 130 min in my account, but I cant use even a single second of it.
                    This is not the first time they have deducted the balance with this strategy.
                    after the success of JIO these companies are finding more and more ways of cheating customers #easy_money. ( they konw that nobody will fight for 10-15 rs)

                      Hi,

                      I have terminated my Tata Docomo Photon services on 30th Nov 2016. My billing cycle was from 17th to 17th each month. I paid the last bill that was charged from 17th Nov to 17th Dec 2016, on 4th Jan 2017. All pending bills have been paid and the service has been terminated on 30th Nov. The service has not been used after 30th Nov 2016 yet I am sent a bill for the period of 17dec 2016 to 17 jan 2017. when you check the usage history on Tata docomo site it shows no history as there was no usage, so why am i still being charged for a service that has been terminated ? Please look into this matter ASAP.

                      I am reaching out regarding this same issue, This issue still has not been resolved and I keep getting phone calls for bill payment. Even after of connection termination I am getting calls to pay Bills for the Months on Jan and Feb 2017 ! The connection has been terminated on Nov 30th 2016 the last bill was paid in full on 4th Jan 2017. I has also received a text massage from Tata Docomo saying the complaint on Photon no. [protected] ref no.[protected] is resolved, so Why am I still being harassed and called for payment on a service I have terminated and not used since 30th Nov 2016.

                        My complain is about unfair and illegal means of communication by Tata Docomo for recovering dues. My mother had Tata Photon Wifi max Number- [protected], but the wifi device started malfunctioning and service became worse as time progressed. I went to tata docomo franchise dealer located at Gurudwara, Naka Hindola, Lucknow, from where she bought it and complained about it. I also told him to talk to company related executive that we want to stop services. He told us it will take 15 days time and we waited but after 1 month we again got message from Tata Docomo that our bill had been generated. I went to that franchise dealer and his shop was closed, i went there for 3-4 times but the shop was closed every time. So I visited TATA Docomo Office and complained about it but still we got our next month bill of Rupees 2420 rupees. I call customer care and she told me that I have submit this amount of money before she could terminate my services. As there was no franchize dealer where my mother lives(That franchise shop at Gurudwara was still closed), I submitted that amount to mobile vendor named AMAR Sales, located near Gurudwara, Charbagh.(BILL COPY is being Attached) But still our service continued. I went to that franchise dealer again and I saw that TATA DOCOMO has given that franchise dealership to another person. I spoke about my problem and she again told me first you should submit your bill then she can request her superiors to terminate the post paid services so again I submitted the bill... But still our services was not stopped.. And again bill got generated. And we again submitted the bill at this new franchise.

                        Now from October we are getting calls from TATA DOCOMO, to submit bill amount. And from December we getting threats from Tata Docomo representatives about case at tees hazari court Delhi and even one lady advocate called my mother and threatened her.
                        Its sheer malpractices by the company and contempt of court.

                        Do Customers have no right to block payment due to deficiency in service and malpractices by the company?

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          This is complaint regarding generation of false bill for tata photon plus number [protected](acc number[protected] dated Dec 07, 2016 and now Jan 07, 2017. I have applied for tata photon plus postpaid connection closure request twice internet disconnection request dated Dec 03, 2016(disconnection request number[protected] and Dec 06, 2016(internet disconnection request number[protected].

                          I have stopped the tata photon plus internet connection from Dec 04, 2016 and never requested or agreed to continue internet service after Dec 06, 2016 .I have finally received reply from [protected]@tataindicom.com on Dec 13, 2016 "The cancellation request for your TATA Photon number :[protected] has been processed for Internet disconnection." (email attached). I have received this email and thought that they have stopped my billing and disconnected my account.

                          But, they are master in cheating and fooling customer and my number was internally active to generate false bill and finally suspended my connection on Jan 03, 2017 and disconnected on Jan 06, 2017 as per company reply. I have filed complaint for this issue and received confirmation from tata photon customer service on Jan 06, 2017 during telephonic conversation(complaint no[protected] that rental charge will be reversed if there will be zero internet consumption during billing cycle Dec 05, 2016 to Jan 04, 2017.

                          I have no use of internet during billing cyclec Dec 05, 2016 to Jan 04, 2017 as per E-bill received from bill on Jan 10, 2017. I have sent several email regarding E-bill modification as per our telephonic conversion on Jan 06, 2017 but they are not modifying the false bill. This is great tata brand business model.They are master in cheating and fooling customer specially while closing postpaid connection.

                          I am requesting you to please modify your false bill and send me actual bill ASAP. Please deactivate permanently and never activate account in my life.

                          My compliant is that if i have applied for internet disconnection request of my tata photon plus postpaid dated Dec 03, 2016(internet disconnection request number[protected] and Dec 06, 2016(internet disconnection request number[protected] and processed by your system (tata indicom) on Dec 13, 2016 (see reply below) then why it got disconnected permanently on Jan 06, 2016 instead of Dec 13, 2016.

                          Q. What was the motive behind disconnection after one month on Jan 06, 2017 even after several clear email about postpaid connection closure?

                          We can guess that it is your common method to cheat customer by charging one month extra rental without data uses or even after requested several time for disconnection.

                          Your reply dated Jan 19, 2017 shows your intension to cheat customer as much as possible and tell lie who has applied for post paid connection closure. I have received false reply from delhi tatatel customer care on Jan 19, 2017 "We had cross checked our records and we did not found any interaction/intimation/request for disconnection of photon service. Hence, you had billed as per your tariff plan irrespective to the usage."(refer email below)

                          But, i have received reply dated Dec 13, 2016 regarding Closure of Cancellation request no.[protected] for your TATA Photon number :[protected] "The cancellation request for your TATA Photon number :[protected] has been processed for Internet disconnection".

                          As per your reply dated Jan 19, 2017(refer reply below), We can understand that either your customer care is great liar or your service record is very poor or your system is corrupt enough to generate false bill and service request.

                            I have already paid my Tata Docomo two postpaid connections on 3rdJan16.
                            The due date of my bill was 10th Jan 16. Today it is 20thJan16 but still I am receiving calls from their executives that bill is not paid. I have mentioned them several times and shared my online transaction details of payment. I have even shared the bank statement their to official mail id '[protected]@tatadocomo.com ' as stated by one of their executives.

                              I took a Tata Photonmax connection on may 2016.It was promised that the download speed will be 7.2Mbps, but i was getting 15kbps . One of their tech support person visited my home to resolve this issue. But he said, he cant do anything about this. So i raised a complaint on this and they cancelled the connection and Photonmax device, box and all the papers are returned back to TATA DOCOMO sales agent Saurabh Singh, Sr account manager, who visited GE India Chakan .

                              I got a mail from [protected]@docomo.com as my refund will be given as cheque with in 30 days.I called them for more than ten times.Still no response from them.Worst service i have experienced ever.

                                      I am trying for MNP port from my DOCOMO postpad to Airtel Postpaid since i got better offer from Airtel. First time when I did my Port request Docomo customer care guys did not gave proper information on the MNP port request even after calling them 3 to 4 times back to back, kept on saying your MNP request will be successfully completed so and so date and time, but never told about if there is unbilled amount the MNP port request will be rejected and they rejected, I got more frustrated by DOCOMO service and again applied for MNP port immediately but this time the DOCOMO retention team after talking to me gave false promise of same unlimited call offer provided by Airtel will be given to me on DOCOMO connection in next 3 days but no one called me back from retention team in next 3 days, when called to DOCOMO customer care came to know that my DOCOMO retention request is closed mentioning the update "Customer agreed to close the request and is willing to wait for few days for the same offer to be launched by DOCOMO" I never agreed for few days, that guy promised me to call me back in next 3 days and giving me same offer, but DOCOMO customer care guys said no any such unlimited call offers still with DOCOMO have been launched. When i asked why u closed my MNP retention request without my proper confirmation, they keep saying you only agreed to closure of this request which i never did. when I ask for esclation and would like to talk with their supervisor the customer care guys kept me on hold for 30minutes to transfer the call. Now they are not at all ready to help me on this MNP port request they are simply saying U agreed to continue with DOCOMO and ready to wait for few more days for better offer from DOCOMO. These DOCOMO guys are #### IDIOTS I request everyone by mistake also don't take any DOCOMO connection (Prepaid, postpaid, TATA Photon etc etc), if this MNP request does not go successfully I am going to get a new SIM with new number from any other service provider and close this number without even paying my last bill from these #### bunch of IDIOTS.

                                        Our Tata DoCoMo wifi is not working since past two days. This problem occurs very often. There is no customer support from Tata Docomo wifi.
                                        This is the only forum where they acknowledge complains that too sometimes. Very bad customer experience. If the issue persists like this we will have to go for terminating connection. The internet speed is also very slow.
