Updated by ersarv My compliant is that if i have applied for internet disconnection request of my tata photon plus postpaid dated Dec 03, 2016(internet disconnection request number[protected] and Dec 06, 2016(internet disconnection request number[protected] and processed by your system (tata indicom) on Dec 13, 2016 (see reply below) then why it got disconnected permanently on Jan 06, 2016 instead of Dec 13, 2016.
Q. What was the motive behind disconnection after one month on Jan 06, 2017 even after several clear email about postpaid connection closure?
We can guess that it is your common method to cheat customer by charging one month extra rental without data uses or even after requested several time for disconnection.
your reply of my query will be valuable to us.

Your reply dated Jan 19, 2017 shows your intension to cheat customer as much as possible and tell lie who has applied for post paid connection closure. I have received false reply from delhi tatatel customer care on Jan 19, 2017 "We had cross checked our records and we did not found any interaction/intimation/request for disconnection of photon service. Hence, you had billed as per your tariff plan irrespective to the usage."(refer email below)
But, i have received reply dated Dec 13, 2016 regarding Closure of Cancellation request no.[protected] for your TATA Photon number :[protected] "The cancellation request for your TATA Photon number :[protected] has been processed for Internet disconnection".
As per your reply dated Jan 19, 2017(refer reply below), We can understand that either your customer care is great liar or your service record is very poor or your system is corrupt enough to generate false bill and service request.

We got your email on 18-JAN-2017 regarding disconnection and bills of your Photon number [protected].
Please be informed that the internet service for the photon number was permanently disconnected on 06-JAN-2017 & the billing was already stopped on 03-JAN-2017 due to non payment with the reference number[protected] registered on 06-JAN-2017 and you had received your final bill under pro-rate basis for the period 15-DEC-2016 to 02-JAN-2017 with an amount of Rs. 401.36.
We had cross checked our records and we did not found any interaction/intimation/request for disconnection of photon service. Hence, you had billed as per your tariff plan irrespective to the usage.
The current outstanding in your account is Rs. 1825 and due to be paid at earliest to avoid payment reminders.
