Whosoever!!!

This has been the most frustrating and irritating experience ever!!!

I got isd connection on 23 nov, 2016 from mr. Ashish mishra - [protected], we paid instrument fee and deposit of rs. 2550 /-for walky, 2, 500 /- for activation isd.

I have been calling 121 - customer care ever since then, we have been coordinating with every executives and got no resolution.

My business is affected by your irresponsible executive and store manager - mr. Amey saple - [protected]

Customer care says - no deposit and so the line is deactivated.
Irresponsible executives have not paid my deposit fee. Team is the worst service executive and trust me they did a great job by just rotating me from one call to other and giving me new issues every single day

    I have exchanged my old wally and i got new one and it's not working properly and even we paid bill for two months later i asked for service first and they didn't provide us proper service and they are sending us notifications regarding bill but they are least bothered about service. Sir i need immediate service and cancelling the unnecessary bills.

      I took two postpaid numbers 888xxxxx12 and 888xxxxx13 on GSM 199 plan in July 2016. But wrong billings started appearing for 2G packs on one number for Rs.499/- in Sep16 and againRs.999/-in Oct16. I made calls and followups to deactivate and cancel the services, but instead on cancelling they were changing my tariff plan each time. This frustration led me to cancel 888xxxxx12.
      This didn’t stop there as I continued another number. Situation worsened in Nov 16, with another wrong amount of Rs.299/- inspite of hours of followups.
      Totally frustrated and I now placed a request (with Nodal officer) to completely close all my ties and relationship with Tata Docomo with immediate effect.

        Dear Sir,

        I had called Docomo 2 months back asking them to disconnect my connection but i continued to receive emails asking for bills. I have raised this as a complaint to their customer care but no action has been taken. I received another note from their legal team asking me to pay Rs. 662/-, i am OK to pay this amount but why should customer pay for their mistake.

          I have bought a new Docomo sim card 2days ago from a sim store... but it still not activated... it says not registered on network...my no. is[protected]. plz activate it as soon as possible... I have submitted my documents... Aadhar card xerox, photo n filled the form... it shows full range but is not working... the only thing it shows is sim not registered... kindly activate it.

            Hello sir/ma'am,
            I have bought 2 postpaid sim cards from Tata Docomo on around June this year. Since, I no further required the sims, I haven't started it neither my sim card opening verification has been done. I never used it, moreover I didnot detached it from the card. Still I am getting many calls for its bill payment which they are showing pending. How can they generate the bill if the service is not started? When I tell them about this and ask them to transfer the call to their manager, they disconnect the call telling that manager is currently unavailable and they will soon revert.

                  i have applied for deactivation of my tata photon plus no [protected] with immediate effect on Dec 03, 2016. I am not agreed to continue service during closure request. i have stopped working on tata photon plus from dec 03, 2016. But, i got information from photon customer care that my account will be deactivated from Dec 09, 2016 as per email communication.

                  Now, they have extended for one more week i.e. deactivation date Dec 13, 2016. Please deactivate my number ASAP and stop billing from Dec 03, 2016.I am not able to pay your rental bill for non uses of services.

                  Anyway, i am not using tata photon plus from Dec 03, 2016. Why i should pay extra rental amount from Dec 03- Dec 09 or extending till Dec 13, 2016 etc for your process of closure. Please refer all the email communication attached here.

We can file any number of complaint and send request but they are master in this area (cheating, bluffing customer or charging extra as much as possible if you have applied for specially closing postpaid account). We can say that now a days this is tata model of business.                   It is not solved till date Jan 21, 2017. My connection was not disconnected on Dec 13, 2016. My connection was active till Jan 02, 2017 to generate false bill and suspended on Jan 03, 2016 as per email from your customer service.                     I have requested to migrate my postpaid sim into prepaid. Visited 3 stores of docomo but not even a single store was having that form to migrate my sim. Its been a month now and they are not migrating my sim. And again and again I am getting same emails from them to visit the store again. Still the forms are not available on their outlets. I don't want their postpaid service still I am getting bills.

                      Hi sir/mam,
                      I have raised a port request on 7th november 2016 for my mobile number [protected] and on the same day, i have received one message from tata docomo saying my calls are made 25paise/minute for two months.
                      But still, my call deductions are not as per 25p/min. And when i have a call with customer service representative she is saying no message of call rate is sent from tata docomo.
                      I am sending you a screenshot of your message regarding call rate 25paise/min. And i want my balance money back from the calls made after 7'th november 2016.

                      I'm writing now because today i. E 3rd dec it happened again (No one helps us from customers care)

                        Dear s/m, i suffering from last two month because my outgoing call is banned because i did not pay bill for sep & oct2016 due to following reason:-
                        1) as per communication with tata docomo emp. They agreed that bill is higher & there were to send revise bill of rs.~388 for sep &oct2016. But revise bill is not received that's why i did not pay bill.
                        2) my outgoing is banned even than again i have received next bill which i did not use and when i complained regarding this bill than they are saying that you will have to pay this bill.

                        We tried to contact you on your number [protected] for the above issue. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed.

                        In this regards, we would like to inform you that an adjustment for the amount of Rs. 200/- has been raised with Request number 1144189 towards September and October month invoice numbers and the same went to account basis approval. Hence we request you to kindly bear with us in the interim.

                          Hi,

                          Dear team this is the second time i am giving complaint against tata docomo that this peoples are charging extra bill with the customers.

                          Last month i have given complaints with your team and i got solution from tata team. But for the month of november the same problem i am facing again.

                          2 months back itself i tried to port my number i got a call from tata side and offered me a 99rs plan and told i will be having 500 free min and 1 gb 3g data.

                          And i agreed to continue in the same network.
                          For the oct month i got a bill of 2000rs i raised a complaint and i got a discount of 1700rs.

                          And again for the month of nov tata team had charged me 575 rs bill and they are forcing me to pay the bill.

                          I even raised a complaint for customer care and tata people have called me back and made me to wait for 45 min and telling me that i am not having internet pack in my number.

                          2 months back only i got a offer from tata and now these people are telling no internent pack is activated in my number.

                          And they are not letting me to port my number for another network.

I am rc 15 nov 24 time 5-42 pm they added my balance 1000mb.Actually expired offer time 30 nov. But they washout my 1098mb 26 nov. I call 198 no response. I was continiu call 198 they attend nov28, 7-23 pm registered my complaint ref no; PSMR12258831 they said to me sorry for the mistake we will update your balance Dec 1.Then 30 nov call to me surely credit your send balance your account. But no credit Dec 1. I call 198 no response full day. I transfer to another net work send message 121. They credit 100 mb val 1 jan 17 today. What is the system network? please send my balance 1000 mb. I forward all of message to tatadocomo. Why is cheating customer. They no credit my balance i change another network same number.

                                I am facing network problems with my WIFI since friday. The network
                                works ok for about 5-10 min and then again creatse problem. I had to shut
                                down and restart the device number of time and still the problem remained
                                same. Tried calling customer care number but could not connect to it.
                                Pl resolve asap before today evening.

                                I really want to close this connection as i am highly dis- satisfied by the service provided by you people. Firstly it took 4 days for the customer care personnel to call and talk to me for arranging engineer, then the the engineer assigned to me did not visit my place saying the area is not under the consigned personnel. Again a day went without solving the problem. in addition to this i had to make number of calls for updation.
                                KINDLY ARRANGE A PERSON TO TAKE OFF THE UNIT AND STOP MY CONNECTION. IT WOULD BE EASY FOR ME TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER THAN TO KEEP ON WAITING FOR ACTIONS FOR 6 DAYS

                                    I had activated barring code for my incoming calls but i forgot the password, now I am unble to activate my incoming to [protected]
                                    I had called to customer care also but they dont have any update or information regarding the same and they asked me to go to the near by store.
                                    As per my knowledge barring code & service is provided by service provider only then how they can say that we not having any such service or update for that. Please loom into the matter and resolve the issue. Help me to reset the barring code & provide the same to me.

                                        Dear sir/medam this is nookaraju chittimoori from vizag… my no is [protected] TATA DOCOMO number today morning when I was checking my docomo latest offers by checking *123# I got a message by recharging rs 52 then got 500 Mb data for 30 days.. I recharge with rs 52 I got 100 MB data only… I think u gave 500 MB data but I got 100 MB only.. I called the customer care no for talking about this issue they cant talk and they can talk with me ugly.. I called today evening around today evening 3’o clock but they put my no in blocklist and my no is not connected for customer care executive.. they are talking with me very very ugly and badly.. they dnt gave complete details about this offer…. I need remaining 400 mb data take action who spoke with me like that.. if I dnt get remaining 400 MB data I will change my network
