My phone was misplace on 28 feb 2017, so went to the docomo center for issuing a new sim of same no. But the distributer demands for 300 rs and i ask him to give me the recept of that payment so he scolded me and refused me to give the sim and said that i sholud take the sim from some where else, the distributer name was sanjay gupta, having the distributership in bahadurganj infront of balaji new sweet shop, shahjahanpur, If such activites occur with customer then why we go with docomo.

    I am using the Tata docomo [protected] from past 1.year The company has disconnected the number saying sufficient kyc documents not submitted

    When I approached Docomo office in Vijayawada city to submit the KYC documents the Docomo staff are not at all responding and saying number is permanently disconnected.

    My number is having a balance of more than rs.500/-. Docomo is cheating the customers by looting the customers money. My banking transactions and my connections all are stopped because of number disconnected.

    Kindly solve the issue

    After activation of SIM([protected]). Within how many days my balance(more than rs.500/-) will be reloaded.

    The Docomo store in Andhra is insisting to purchase a SIM([protected]). It's a loss for me

    How the Docomo company is going to reimburse me for the purchase of new SIM.?

    We would like to inform you that, as per our records currently your account belongs to Andhra Pradesh and for the same you need to visit Tata Docomo outlet at your location only. Further, I request you to visit any of your nearest Tata Docomo outlet and submit supported documents along with the Customer Application Form (CAF). However, charges applicable Rs.49/- and the activation process takes 4-5 days. Further, you will be duly intimated regarding your account balance post activation of your number.

    Till now issue is not solved

    I visited docomo store in vijayawada(andhra pradesh) but there are not taking giving the application form for number [protected].

    Please give exact docomo office address in Vijayawada and manager number of that store so that i can visit that store and solve my issue. Please explain the issue to that office also so that process can be smooth. Already so many days over . Please reply immediately

    Please note there is no mistake from my end. Then why i have to pay rs.49/- for charges

      Hello sir,
      i am so angry about activation o[censored]nwanted service Named CREATIVEGAMES montyly at Rs.90 for 30 days and also provide renewal date on 01-Apr-2017. It is such a ridiculous thing for me. I am very old customer of TATA DOC. after that they grab my balance to activate unwanted service.


      Please, Deactivate my service and refund my money.
      otherwise i have to go consumer forum.

        Hi sir/madam,
        My tatadocomo mobile number is [protected].. I put my request of migration of my postpaid number to prepaid and submission of all valid documents on[protected]... It was to be proccessed within[protected] as per company's message which was sent on my number... Bt after a long delay on 2-3-2017 i got a message from tatadocomo that valid documents cant be received so request is cancelled... I have been to tatadocomo branch several times bt they hardly listen to my complaint and say they are proccessing my request.. I want to know where my documents are if they are not received by your end and i want rebate in my bill from[protected] as its not my fault its due to your employees poor service.

          There is no signal from 3 days on my postpaid number [protected]. I have already mailed on '[protected]@tatadocomo.com' mail address but issue is not resolved. I have tried to set network manually also but still the same issue. I never face this issue before but i don know why this issue is coming. Please look into the same and resolved it as soon as possible.

              We regret to inform you that, we are unable to process your request from our end. Further, we would like to inform you that, as per our records your number activation is under process state since tele-verification is pending on your number, due to which your number has not been activated yet and post documents are updated in system, you will receive a SMS post which you need to call 59059 for tele-verification of your details when network latches on your number to activate the account. Kindly note that the activation process takes 4-5 days and post positive verification card will be activated in 15 minutes & in case verification is done negative, however, you have 2 more attempts for positive verification. Kindly note, Tele verification has to be done from the home circle only.

                    I recharged my phone with Rs 50 from the online site of tata docomo. i had a message on my phone that the recharge had been done successfully . the money transaction message was also there. but when i inquired my balance, it showed that i had balance of 85 paise on my phone.. what kind of service is this? i want my money back from the fraud company.

                      Well i have this tata photon plus dongle and i am using in in pune.
                      First of all it takes 10 minutes to get detected if the dongle is inserted in a new usb port or another laptop. Secondly the connectivity & speed is pathetic.

                      This has taken me to the era of 56kbps dial up modems. I guess even they were better than tata photon plus.

                      This product is not recommended.

                        Hello, This is Kundan Singh from Palwal (Haryana). I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending SMS to any other numbers from almost last 3 months(as I feel may be this problem is older). When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". I tried to contact Tata Docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although I tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid .                         We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We request you to check with our message center (+91 [protected]) in your handset message settings. You can access it by following the steps mentioned below. 1) Go to: Main Menu > Message > Message Settings, 2) In message Center number:-[protected], 3) In Reply via same center ""NO"", 4) In Reply via choose 'Text'. Further, I request you to clear the memory of the inbox & outbox on your handset. Kindly dial #33*1234# for outgoing unbarring and #35*1234# for incoming unbarring. I request you to reset your handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo in your handset. From here on, you must re-insert your SIM and also check with another handset. If you still face the same problem, I request you to revert to us with complete details in order to raise a complaint.                         This is chayadevi R from Bangalore . I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card ([protected])from around last 4 years. I am having issue with sending SMS to any other numbers from almost last 3 months. When I am sending sms it always says "Message not Sent". I tried to contact Tata Docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. And I am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Kindly do the needful.

                          Activate 500 mb 28 days Rs 58. net pack but sms or msg not give me co. so after half hour went to shop & do same recharge . when i saw net mb is 1000, & i shock one time two recharge available but i have 500 mb only o you deactivate first net recharge And give me my 58 rs to main balance this is your mistak so double recharge on my card plz deactivate first net recharge & give me rs 58/

                            I requested for an MNP of my 7 years old tata docomo number which was
                            [protected], from UP west circle to Andhra Circle on 30.Jan.2017 even paid the fee online and submitted by documents.
                            Everything was OK till then and they asked me to verify my local reference
                            number and told me they will reach me out 3 time buy they called me only
                            once for the verification of my local reference.
                            As my friend works for an IT company so he was not able to pick up the
                            call and i kept waiting for the another but they didn't called me.
                            Also nobody is taking responsibility about whom to blame for this.

                            I did top up recharge but I have received roaming recharge which I came to know by costumer care. While I am not going out of station.

                                  I have cancelled my connection on 3rd of December 2016, from there am getting call from Tata Docomo cutomer care and the Vendor Staffs, whenever i attend the call i used to ask for the final closer letter and the final bill till the date i rendered the services, i.e. 3rd of December 2016, i said i ready to pay immediately if i get the closer letter and the final bill, but they have not provided the same yet and keep on calling me.

                                  the conversation was not bad at all, i humbly request the same and they usually said i will get that ready today or tomorrow, then again they will say, we sent it sir and when i check my mail, i usually dont see any such mail,

                                  finally on monday, one person got touch with me and he said he you will get a call from the office and they will assist you and will provide your requested letters and asked me to make the payment immediately, i said ok, his number is [protected], i respect this guy.

                                  and other call i got from one lady, her number [protected], she is also polite enough on the first conversation, monday evening she called me and said our officers are left for the day and she will provide the letter tomorrow, i said ok.

                                  next day she called me and i was on meeting, hence i cut her call and she started keep on calling me and am cutting her call again and again and i got frustrated and attend the call and said, dont you have common sense, she started saying dont you have common sense and bla bla bla, she said her call is been recorded, pls check the whole conversation, if no so, call is been recorded in my mobile, i will show that i court.

                                  how can a TATA docomo staff behave like this??? till date i didnt get any closer letter, if you guys sent, show me that copy of email.

                                  I can not tolerate this issue anymore, send me the closer letter and the final bill, till the date i rendered the services, i will make the payment immediately, else stop calling and sending mails.

                                  if i get anymore calls from any of your vendor staff, or if i get any emails stating that we will take legal action, i will file a case against tata docomo forsure.

                                  i want TATA docomo direct staffs to talk on this issue, i should not get any calls from your 3rd rated vendors.

I am having issue with sms sending from my number from last 1 month. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". Tata docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network i have called the customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 20days. And i am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my banking and financial related details. Please help.

                                      Hi, i am getting a docomos flash alert on my mobile (moto e), like "dive in now", with ok and cancel button. no matter what button is pressed it again pops up. if i click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. i am not able to perform any other task when this happens.

                                      Tata docomo's internet feature is not supported in my mobile i tried using other network sims there are working but this network's internet is not working at all and i tried called counltess times to customer care but in vain and i enquired whether my phone is to serviced but not its in good condition

                                        I had disconnected my Tata Docomo account :[protected] and connection number: [protected] more than a year ago. I was not given any closure letter. Now I am sent a notice from an advocate which is a PLC. I am trying to contact the advocate, but he is not picking up the phone. With no way of resolving this I am resorting to complaining in this forum.

                                        I have not been using the service which should be evident from zero data usage from my account.

                                        I got a good service when I was a customer. Please look into this and help resolve this issue.
