Unwanted service activation

Hello sir,
i am so angry about activation o[censored]nwanted service Named CREATIVEGAMES montyly at Rs.90 for 30 days and also provide renewal date on 01-Apr-2017. It is such a ridiculous thing for me. I am very old customer of TATA DOC. after that they grab my balance to activate unwanted service.


Please, Deactivate my service and refund my money.
otherwise i have to go consumer forum.

My tatadocomo mobile number is [protected].. I put my request of migration of my postpaid number to prepaid and submission of all valid documents on[protected]... It was to be proccessed within[protected] as per company's message which was sent on my number... Bt after a long delay on 2-3-2017 i got a message from tatadocomo that valid documents cant be received so request is cancelled... I have been to tatadocomo branch...

No Network in postpaid sim

There is no signal from 3 days on my postpaid number [protected]. I have already mailed on '[protected]@tatadocomo.com' mail address but issue is not resolved. I have tried to set network manually also but still the same issue. I never face this issue before but i don know why this issue is coming. Please look into the same and resolved it as soon as possible.

I recharged my phone with Rs 50 from the online site of tata docomo. i had a message on my phone that the recharge had been done successfully . the money transaction message was also there. but when i inquired my balance, it showed that i had balance of 85 paise on my phone.. what kind of service is this? i want my money back from the fraud company....

Tata photon + - back to good old days of 56 kbps dial up modems

Well i have this tata photon plus dongle and i am using in in pune.
First of all it takes 10 minutes to get detected if the dongle is inserted in a new usb port or another laptop. Secondly the connectivity & speed is pathetic.

This has taken me to the era of 56kbps dial up modems. I guess even they were better than tata photon plus.

This product is not recommended....

I requested for an MNP of my 7 years old tata docomo number which was
[protected], from UP west circle to Andhra Circle on 30.Jan.2017 even paid the fee online and submitted by documents.
Everything was OK till then and they asked me to verify my local reference
number and told me they will reach me out 3 time buy they called me only
once for the verification of my local reference.

Escalation on my cancellation request for your TATA Photon number :9244401563

I have cancelled my connection on 3rd of December 2016, from there am getting call from Tata Docomo cutomer care and the Vendor Staffs, whenever i attend the call i used to ask for the final closer letter and the final bill till the date i rendered the services, i.e. 3rd of December 2016, i said i ready to pay immediately if i get the closer letter and the final bill, but they have not provided the same yet...

Hi, i am getting a docomos flash alert on my mobile (moto e), like "dive in now", with ok and cancel button. no matter what button is pressed it again pops up. if i click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. i am not able to perform any other task when this happens....

Charged even after disconnection

I had disconnected my Tata Docomo account :[protected] and connection number: [protected] more than a year ago. I was not given any closure letter. Now I am sent a notice from an advocate which is a PLC. I am trying to contact the advocate, but he is not picking up the phone. With no way of resolving this I am resorting to complaining in this forum.

I have not been using the service which should be evident from zero data usage...

This is regarding the billed amount charged for the month of sep'16. I actually had rs.149 data pack activated for my account. I have called the customer care to deactivate it which was deactivated from 15th sep'16. The customer care executive deactivated. I wanted to confirm with the customer executive that the pack should be pro-rata basis and i would not be paying for the entire month. Executive denied and told me that it will be charged...
