    Hi,
    I'm currently travelling outside of India. The mobile connected initial few days and now it doesn't for past 3 weeks. I have registered a compliance and they asked me to deposit a Rs. 3000/- which I did and Docomo closed the ticket. The issue is still not resolved and it says "wow dive in error". When I try to make calls it says "Not registered with network". Reopened the complaint and no action. Can you please do something urgent as I'm handicapped without my primary contact number.

      I have requested for cancellation of the services of my broadband connection of TATA DOCOMO number[protected] and Account Number[protected], still there is no process initiated from Tata Docomo side and their people are keep calling me and asking me whether I am facing an issue regarding connection, many of time i told them that i dont wanted to continue with their broadband connection still they call me, I am completely frustrated answering the same thing everyday.
      I took this decision of cancelling the connection because of the bad service and response from TATA DOCOMO Customer Team. I have raised so many complaints (Complaint No M29086909,[protected], 55199883, M[protected] for this issues in past. Today Also I received the call from Tata Docomo and that team member of Tata Docomo completely irritated me and also used abusive language. I don't know the reason for not cancelling the connection and unnecessary harassing by calling everyday.
      I dont understand that when I raised a request to cancel my connection on immediate basis why they are not cancelling it,
      I dont'wanted to pay any extra bill for which i have not used the connection.
      i consider this as very unethical behavior to a genuine customer.
      I request you to take this matter seriously and help me to resolve through some senior senior level guy. I wrote the mails to their Appellate Authority too.

        One month for Tata to solve the problem, Is this some kind of joke?

        With reference to above Complaint no., we hereby inform you that we had activated a internet rental plan of 8MBPS @1200 on per month basis.

        However, We have come to know that Tata Docomo has activated an annual plan for Internet without our Permission.

        And we had come to know that our outstanding amount is Rs. 17072.00.

        Because of this Tata has Barred our Outgoing calls for Landline.

        Also, we have made the payment of Rs. 1300 yesterday, as we were informed that after this payment, Outgoing calls will be started.

        Inspite of the fact, that our due date for Bills is always on 11th of the following month.

        However, till now, Outgoing calls have been blocked and no action has been taken from their side.

        Today, once again we had called at customer care, but we have not received any positive reply from your side.

        We have been informed that it will take a long time to restore your outgoing calls, because of some procedure,

        Please note, This is our Official Landline No., and we cannot do any work without the outgoing calls.

        Because of the mistake from your side, we have to suffer the inconvenience.

        Please restore our Outgoing calls with immediate effect.

        We are shocked with this kind of response from TATA.

        We shall make sure to cancel the Internet Plan of TATA in the coming week, if our problem is not resolved within today.

        We have been using Tata's Service from Last 1 Decade and are shocked with their such behavior.

          I have applied for tata docomo postpaid to prepaid change on 28/1/2017 and its almost 10 days till now no response from the providers. Meanwhile i went to shop directly and they said that request got rejected and they will make necessary steps with in a day. And now 2 days passed and i didn't get any response. I am not having time to meet that person daily to change my connection and I don’t want to pay bill unwanted.I am using this network for almost 8 years. If it continues i will port to other network.

            I am Manoranjan Das a customer of your company having the mobile number [protected] recharged an amount of 246 which was unlimited local/std and 2 GB data for 28 days but that unlimited is not working before 28 days.I recharged on 17.01.2017 but it is not working on 08.02.2017 which is not a period of 28 days and I called to customer care but they said that T/c applied is mentioned but I recharged from online banking of HDFC where no T/c was written or mentioned only it was written that

              Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO G), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings Message Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help. Regards, prajjval

                  My office is located in Andheri East, 215 Atrium, C wing, 8th Floor. We have been using Tata Docomo PRI lines from 7 years and from the past 3 months we are facing issues with the service. Half the time, the lines are dead. It is a business unit and these lines are so important for us as we need to be accessible to our clients. However inspite of repeated complaints nobody from Tata Docomo has bothered to solve the issue. Infact all of the Managers and help desk of Tata Docomo[protected] are suggesting that we disconnect and take a new connection which means we have to give up our existing number and take a new number. But none of them are willing to resolve the issue. We have also locked a complaint with the Appellate Body of Tata Docomo but no action has been taken.

                    I was subscribed to unlimited call plan on Tatadocomo and used it for 2 years. In 2016 I called thier customer support and requested them to change my plan to a basic one as I have got a very good offer from a different service provider. The customer service agent informed me that they cannot change it for this month but will make the change from next billing cycle. They failed to do it and when I contacted them the next month they apologized and said that they will change it from next month. I paid the bill for that month. They did not change the plan again in the next month and they have generated the bill for unlimited plan. I was pissed off and asked them to correct this and informed that I am not going to pay the bill for the mistake of their agents. They said they will give me 200 rupees discount. Why should I pay 1300 RS in first place for the mistake/laziness of their agents? I said, I am not ok with their discount and agreed to pay for my usage for which they disagreed. Now they are generating the bill every month though I am not using it and asking me to pay the bill. Your customer service agents incompetence made me the defaulter. A customer who used your service for 2 years with out any delay in payment raised a genuine concern and you act like a road side vendor? My number is [protected] and request your agents not to call us with false identity as Lawyers and police officers. I have recorded those calls and checked in the police station. I will file a case against them if they try those cheap tricks. Act like a professional organization to resolve it. My problem is not money but I dont want to let you cheat me.                       We recently got a Tata Docomo Broadband connection installed at our home in Ahmedabad. We have been in touch with Mr Bhaumic and Mr Mahendra Gohil who provided us with the initial plan details.

                      The plan we've selected is a 999 rental plan that gives 30 GB data at 5mbps download speed + 1mbps upload speed. Before installation we very specifically asked both your executives not less than 4 times, if we will actually receive this upload speed or not (since i myself run a video conferencing business and i know the feasibility in this bracket).

                      We were very generously assured of the same, and hence we paid up the charges.

                      To our shock Mr Suresh who is one of your engineers who came to our place for installation said this plan gives only 512 mbps and sounded very confident.

                      We have been after your executives Bhaumic and Mahendra Gohil since then, only to end up getting juggled between their phone call and mails. To my surprise the complaint that was registered is also closed successfully whereas the upload speed grievance is not yet resolved. Not to mention their authoritative and arrogant tone while they speak - as if they are really doing me a favour by attending me. They have all the screenshots of the upload speeds, mail conversations and all that is required.

                      I have also attached the plan sent to me by Mahendra and Bhaumic with false upload speeds mentioned.

                      I am so surprised that an entity like TATA also provides duplicate plan details with its brand logo, closes customer complaints just to show a clean slate, irrespective of that being resolved at the ground level.

                        I recharged my number [protected] of tata docomo with special recharge of ₹ 45 for All Local and STD calls @25p/Min, Validity :84 days.But it's not working .So please provide me solution as soon as possible.

                        I tried the same earlier also for 3 times, That offer started working after 7 days, in such case out of 3 recharges 2 were wasted.

                        So could you please suggest me, what to do...

                          I have a Tata Docomo dongle for internet connection. I wanted to get my post paid connection changed to a prepaid one a sI am not using it as the speed of the connection is very slow.
                          My Account no. Is [protected] and it is showing data usage of 18GB even without having used it. I had to pay the bill although I had not even plugged in my dongle for the entire month.

                            We had disconnected TATA Docomo connection (account number[protected] on 11 Aug 2016 and they had return the deposit amount by Cheque.

                            As per record and Billl the Company name is correct at TATA side. But the cheque they had provided had spelling Mistake.

                            So we had raise a case for it (no :[protected]
                            Now today almost 3 month had been completed, we had send 15 emails and 10 calls to their support team and still no resolution.
                            This is pathetic service from TATA Docomo. No one is working on open case no. And after escalating case to Senior still its not resolved.

                            Every time they need 2 days for call back and no one is reverting from Support team.

                              I have tata photon max wifi and walky connection in last few months we getting very higher bill thats why i stopped your payment and call your customer care to stop my services after that we recieve call from your revenue department they told me our telephonic conversation you have to pay 4208/- inr after that i will give you noc to stop your services then i pay your amount but now i check my phone is again working that means your revenue department tell me lie about this and this is very bad i want to stop all my services right now i will never pay a single penny in this scenario i will never again use any tata produce in my life as well

                              You are requested to stop my services and deactivate my all connection i already paid my balance amount

                              The call we recieve many times i dont remeber her name but she call me and say first you have to pay after that we will discountinued your servies

                                From yesterday I am experiencing a very cheap behavior from the customer executive from kerala. The executive didn't reveals his name and just introduce that he is from tata docomo. He told my number and I confirmed it, after that he starting to aking my name and details. Then I refused to reveal that details, then he started to arguing and he misbehaved. He talked to me in a cheap manner. After I disconnected the phone he is disturbing me from yesterday by calling.

                                I attended the call today also, i face the same experience. Please do something against that Scoundrel.

                                  Based on my complaint they give date 03march for migration from postpay to prepay & send msg. to pay the bill, where as i put request for migration on 06jan as paid the last bill also, but they generate new bill & send msg to pay the bill. All drama & delay of process request because they want to generate one more bill.

                                  Docomo generate the bil call for payment where as i submitted request to migrate from post to pre paid on 06jan2017. after that no action form Tata docomo team ( Fort-Mumbai), Now they generates one more bill & call for payment.

                                    I'm a Tata Docomo customer from Odisha. I was faced network problems since August 2016. The following issues are facing,

                                    i. Sometimes my phone has no signal bars for 8/10 days continuously.
                                    ii. If one or two signal bars are present there is no incoming as well as no outgoing calls are done.
                                    iii. I can't use internet in my phone due to week signal.
                                    iv. If sometimes present full signal bar and I recharged data pack to use internet then deduct balance from my main account.

                                    That's I was raised complaint for network issue since August 2016 till today. But customer care executives told me that your problem will resolve soon. But till today the network problem is not solve. That's why I finally decide that I'm port this number to another network. But when I send "PORT " to 1900 it sent successfully. But not receive any UPC code or any sms. Sir/Madam kindly help me for this situation. I'm very upset with this service.

                                      On 29th jan 2017, i subscribed for 3G67 that provides 3G data for 28 days. After i check on *111*1# for data balance which shows 1024MB. so, i started using data pack but when i check they cut my balabce of Rs.103 even i have the data balance. i tried for customer care so many times but get only one reply every time that there all representative is busy right now. They have no right to cut my balance when i have data pack on my phone.

Kindly, note that you were in Roaming and since you were connected to Non Tata Docomo Operator network, these charges were levied from the main balance.
