Hi thr,

My mobile number is [protected]

Few month ago i transfer vodafone to docomo i clear all pending invoice bill to vodafone and submit receipt to docomo center i submit receipt at two place still my mobile number deactivate more then 7 time i go at both place and they dont have proper answer about this issue and my mobile number not working i have pvt ltd company register using this number and right now number not working and its effect to my business

1) g-17, ground floor, swastik plaza, yogi chowk, puna simana road, surat 7 days ago
2) shop no:-16, ground floor, royal arcade, sarthana, surat - 395006, opposite zoo park 15 days ago

Let me proper solution and start my service asap

    Cheated by tata docomo.
    Premium number sold [protected] and instrument sold.
    Post paid number network was not good hence staff at tata gallery advised to convert to prepaid. since paid advance rental in bulk.
    I was advised to complete atleast 3 months. there after still my credit balance with tata docomo. i was again advised let the balance be nill then convert to prepaid. finally requested for prepaid and my request acecepted.
    Received final bill and by that time i left mumbai for pune and was in pune for 5 months and paid the final balance of bill before time and was ready to pay for more advance of 5000 so that we can use the telephone and make calls with our credit balances. tata staff was unable to help, returned back to mumbai after 5 months and found my number disconnected and my number which was sold to me as priority number allotted to some one else.
    Ent many complaints to tata applete and tried calling many times but always ignored.
    Kindly get this resolved.

    Tata DoCoMo Sold A Premium Number And Land Line Instrument.
    Post Paid Number Did not work most of the time.
    Complained Several Times To Tata DoCoMo Gallery Manager.
    They Kept me waiting and my advance Rentals were paid for months.
    Tata DoCoMo Couldn't sole the network problem hence to cheat and get rid of me advised me to go Prepaid so that since Their network is not good and can't be improved and I will not get unnecessary charged monthly rentals etc.
    Finally one day they succeed in converting my number postpaid to prepaid when I left Mumbai for 5 months to Pune.
    Tata DoCoMo Disconnected My Landline Premium Number and Sold already sold number to the new customer - which is extremely shame full act of Tata DoCoMo.
    Now I am left out without my premium number. No use for Tata DoCoMo Instrument sold to me.
    Absolute Shame On Tata DoCoMo In India's Jungle Raaj and not punishments for Tata's Cheating Innocent people.
    Shame On Tata DoCoMo For Cheating...!! Shame On Regulatory Authorities For No Actions On Crook's Like Tata...!!

However, the number was disconnected in Prepaid services 21-JUN-2016 as tele-verification was not completed.     Till date this matter is unsolved. I am cheated by Tata DoCoMo. They have not returned my money neither solved this matter.

    My docomo sim not activated no.[protected] activate soon
    pls activate. I have purchased sim before 3 days the seller told tha it will activate in 2 3 days but not activated wh at can i do now i have paid for the sim actibate the sim i will register a case on this company. thank you sir i have lot of confodence pls activate my sim

      I am having Tata Docomo 3G Postpaid Connection having the number: [protected] in Trivandrum, Kerala. I am having only 24Kbps speed right now which won't allow me to deal with my personal net needs.
      Accordingly I contact the local Tata Docomo office at Vellayambalam, Trivandrum. They expressed their inability to restore speed as they suspect something wrong with the tower.
      My office being situated well within the city limit named Sasthamangalam, less than 1 km away from your Vellayambal Office in Trivandrum, I am suffering from the net issue detailed above. I tried many times to get connected through your toll free number but the attempts went in vane. Pl. do the needful and haste a solution from your end to get rid off the mess.

        Myself shoaib khan ishaq resident of new bowenpally, secunderabad, hyderabad, i have seen a promotional post of facebook for tata docomo sims and get the number of my choice.

        So i have contacted the guy and i asked for number of my choice, i requested number [protected] so the guy told me that it will cost 3000 rs. So i agreed and told him to send the guy so that i can pay the money and take the sim.

        Next day i was contacted by mr. Snatosh [protected] and he told me that one of his delivery guy will come and give the sim and collect the money and asked me to keep my proofs ready.

        I recieved a call from the delivery guy [protected] asking me for location, so i guided my location and he came to my house and i gave him 3000rs and my id proof aadhar card, my corporate id proof and my photo

        He took the amount and proofs and told me the sim will be activated in next 3 hours.

        Later i recieved a call from mr. Santosh saying that the requested number is not available and asked me to take different number, i told him to returned my money and proofs, he requested me and asked me to take any other number which i deny.

        When i did not accepted his offer he refused to answer my calls, when i called him from different phones he was rude to me and i told him that i will complain this matter to police so he told me to whatever i want.

        So i went to secunderabad docomo office they asked me to write an email to you people.

        All this incident happened 2 weeks back.

        I request tata docomo to take neccessary action on this people and help me in getting my proofs back

        Tata Docomo — Over charging

        Over charging me per call. Tata Docomo PVT LTD is overcharging me for each and every call that I make. If I call for 1 minute or less they charge me for 2 minutes. If I call for 3 minutes they charge me for 4 minutes. This happens on a regular frequency. Please help me to solve this issue

            Hi, i have tata docomo internet connection at my home. On 13th july 2016, i requested change in plan through email. As a response to my email tata docomo customer care executive said i need to pay outstanding amount towards me. On 14th july i paid the amount expecting they will change my plan. On 20th july and 31st july i sent an email for change in plan and confirmation for it again. I didn't receive any response to it.

            After that they charged me according to old plan for the months of august and september which i didn't pay. I am following up with since then to check every detail and change the bill so that i can pay and use the services.

            I am getting emails and calls for bill payment almost every alternate day and today i received a text message and email for my internet account suspension.

            Now they are telling me very annoying different reasons (Which are mere lies) for whatever happened and asking me to pay the bills. I have all the emails for it with me.

            Please help me with asap.

            Hi there,

            I am getting multiple emails, text messages and calls regarding the outstanding amount for my bills. I also got 2 emails saying they have raised complaint/request for me but nothing is happening beyond that.[protected] and[protected] are the requests they raised for me. My internet services are barred and they are still charging me and sending the updated bills. Is this the way you serve the customers?

            In what words I should explain this. Are they still doing the formalities of calling me and raising the requsts?

              Respected Sir,
              The user of Mobile No. [protected] Mr. Anuj Singh alias Vishal Shinde introduce himself as one of the Finance Comapny Officer from Ms.Megha Finance Pvt .Ltd. Based at Thane and collected around Rs.49000/-from one of Our Staff Ms. Milan Pandurang Mestry to grant a loan to build a house in her Village .bELIVING HIM SHE HAD DEPOSITED CASH PAYMENTS TOWARDS THE ACCOUNT NOS PROVIDED BY HIM AT BANK OF BARODA AS WELL AS AXIS BANK.

              After collecting the payments, he had sent her an SMS mentioning DEMAND DRAFT NO. AND CLIAMED MORE MONEY .
              she requested him to come along with Demand Draft and deleiver the same and collect the Money for his servives .

              He has promised that he is on the way with Demand Draft .But after some time he swtiched off his Mobile and went untraceble .

              We have tried to contact him and inspite of repeated attempts we are unable to get in touch ith him as some time his Mobile is ringing and he is not attending our calls .Also we had tried to contact his other Numbar [protected] and it is switched off .

              She has gone to meet him personnely at his office and surprised to find that the provided Office address is fake as no office is existing there .

              We have already forwarded our Complaints to Police Commissioner of MUMBAI AS WELL AS THANE DIST.TO TRACE THESE SCAMSTERS .
              Therefore we humbly request your kind self to provide us the details and residential address of this Mobile No.holder to proceed with our formalites to meet him and by help of Government Officeals recover our lost Money and ensure that in future they should not cheat innocent people by luring them with their scams .
              Hope to have your hlp towards this noble cause .

              Few days ago i requested for port out my number they deducted my balance but did not get any response from them.when i talked about it to their customer executive but they did not solve my problem hence they disconnect my call (more than twice)

                Recently I got a postpaid connection from Tata Docomo ([protected]) and while I submitting the forms I strictly told the people at the showroom that no VAS should be activated. Despite that they activated caller tune and charged 279 rupees in my first bill. I contacted customer service but they were adamant that it was activated by me. Felt cheated, I requested for cancellation. Two days later, a customer service executive called again which was attended by my 12 year old daughter. This idiot simply changed the plan and closed my cancellation request as "customer accepted to change the plan and continue." When I contacted again, they said it is still active and again I requested for cancellation. For more than 10 days, someone will call me and enquire why I am cancelling. After hearing all, they simply say they can't do anything. Finally, one person called and asked what happened and again I explained to him and asked for proof that I activated the caller tune. After some time, he said there is no proof. I got angry and told him to cancel the number immediately or I will have to take legal action. Now I have closed the number by paying full amount. Also, I have ported two prepaid connections of Tata to Idea belonging to my father-in-law and spouse. Tata loses because of this type of cheating. MY SINCERE REQUEST NEVER GO FOR DOCOMO

                    We two tata docomo postpaid numbers([protected], [protected]) for my company and also blocked internet connection facilities by my request.Last month we are requesting to plan change for internet facility to this number[protected].But they are unblock my internet facility and didn't change my plan.Finally i got bill amount Rs 1867/-.This not my mistake.It all are done by their customer care service executives.They are cheating us.So, Friends don't buy tata docomo postpaid connection.My numbers: [protected], [protected].Plan rent 199/-.Upgrade request for [protected] is 399/-

                    Note : Friends i already paid usual plan rental(199+399) for these numbers.But they are asking remaining Cheating amount.

                      Team,

                      Every time i try connecting my photon, the error pops up "connection failed. Please retry later. If the problem persists, please contact your service provider.". What is the issue?

                      So far my experience has been really bad with tata photon. Its been 6 months since i bought it but never been able to use. The first 3 months i had a post paid connection and then shifted to pre-paid.in spite of recharging on time, i am unable to use it correctly even for a wee.

                      This is unacceptable.

                      Is there a way to return my dongle and get my money back?

                      Seriously very very poor service and network.

                        I was Using Tata Photon dataCard since April 2015, Since I was transferred to Abroad, and was not able to recharge the current no. That . On Reaching to India, I spoke to Customer Care on([protected]), They Told me to Visit the Near Tata Photon Out Let, and the existing number is dead, you have to pay 250 rs to start the services again. upon their confirmation and address given by them, I went to
                        "shop no 4 csc market no2 sec 5 rohini". I am running from this address given to me by tata photon and I have submitted all my documents with rs 450 as the vendor told me that you will be getting 5 gb data.

                          Sub:- Connection was given with out network and started harassing for bill amount.

                          The connection should be given in the areas where the Towers are available, sales person has issued product without proper investigation about network, after purchasing I realized that there was no signal in my area. Tata technician visited my place and clearly stated that the product should be returned.

                          The issue was raised with the higher officials of Tata Docomo as well. I have all the communication emails with them.

                          I was expecting a personnel from the Tata Docomo to approach me and take the product back and give me the cash back of Rs 1, 500/-, which I paid initially.

                          But instead, I have been billed and Harassment started from Tata side.

                          I have clearly explained the issue number of times, every time they will keep quite for few days again start bugging me.

                          Could any one suggest permanent solution for this.

                              The caller was a woman, pretending to be calling from airtel and asking for home address for upgradation from 3G to 4G. The number was later confirmed from DoCoMo office to be a DoCoMo user and tried lodging a complaint with Docomo service provider but they simply refused to register the complaint.

                                  I have have applied a migration from post pay to prepaid on October 1st, but instead of doing anything Tata Docomo is playing games with me. When ever I will try to reach call center and ask the status, they will keep on postponing the process for one more week. They don't provide the valid reason for the failure. If ask the reason then they will tell that they are transferring call to Higher management and they hang the phone. I am fed up with this. If I ask for written reason they will say that I can't reach your email, but for sending the bills how are they able to reach. Please help!.

                                      My experience for past 2 years is very bad i felt really bad that they are providing worst post sales service and really appreciate when they need money they send threatening mail through their lawyers.in fact my experience with tata docomo call center is pathetic and miserable.in two years i paid approx. 25000 inr and according to my plan offer by them 10gb unlimited and after that unlimited normal speed. I haven't used even 50 gb and some times i use only 250 mb. They never check and called me for help

                                      Replied from tata photon customer service:-

                                      1. Too many users in your area where you are using this dongle so unable to give speed

                                      Question to above point
                                      Why don’t tata photon team check before selling any service that [x] amount of product will be sold after that we will stop selling in that area.

                                      Is it customer fault that we are trusting tata and taking services

                                      2. Can you please change your current area [indirectly asking to change my house )

                                      3. As per our company policy is if someone is using one then 30mb in a month we cannot give any waiver or refund

                                      Before some 1 take your service

                                       your executive calls multiple time with so many commitments
                                       when payment needs to be done your team member calls again and again but when it comes to give service none of you team member call
                                       why your people are not tracking if these kind of plans are sold your team members should track if client is able to use your service. If he is not able to use why you are not tracking

                                      Now finally getting mail from thier lawyers. I am upset and harassed and sometime i think being a indian company and from tata group they are cheating their own people.
