Hi there,
I am tata docomo broadband customer & have applied for this connection at the stating of this year. When i asked the sales person about the static ip for this connection, he said that, you have to pay for the same in advance to get it done, which i have paid and i have receipt for the same.
Tata never assigned me the static ip, after i came back from my long overseas trip, i noticed that the ip is not static, and i called the customer care, that time (After almost 7-8 months) they told me that static ip is not feasible for this connection. Which was really disappointing for me, if they are unable to provide some service, they should intimate the customer for the same and should refund the amount.
But nobody cares about customer in tata docomo. I asked for refund, but i started getting wired answers from the customer care team, they were just trying to swallow my money.
Now on 23 august 2016, i sent an email to their email id - [protected]@tatatel.co.in they immediately replied that your static ip is active and we cant refund the amount. We i explained them what static ip is (Literally i did this), they started saying that we have forwarded your complaint to our seniors and they are looking in to this.
Now its one and half month over, their seniors didn't get time to look into my a/c.
Please guide me, what next move should i do to get my refund back.
