As per the discussion over the call on the number we would like to inform you that as per our records the recharge of RC 61 was successfully updated on your number dated[protected]:02PM and credited with the benefits of all local and STD calls 50p/min and incoming free on all networks As you have latched on to the other network while you are under roaming, hence you have been charged for the GPRS calls. Further, we request you to select network operator manually as Tata Docomo in order to avoid incoming charges. You can get all outgoing call details and data usage for your number through the prepaid bill by sending an SMS as PREPAIDBILL <space> <EMAIL ID> to 121 from your mobile number, an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductible from the main account balance for this facility and you will receive the same within 5 working days which gives you last one month details. Hence we request you to maintain minimum balance of Rs.25/- before sending the SMS.

    I have taken tata docomo broadband connection ..At staring time they have taken check and then not receving calls after 15 days they have given me connection..Do many time connection is off and no one will give support for resolution and giving arrogant answer.. Last seven days my internet is not working but no response and no service.

      Its very bad to say that day by day docomo is becoming worst network. Leave about network coverage. More unnecessary deduction.in one week 50 rupees was deducted for some huwwap. There is no option to turn off vas msgs in sms toolkit in docomo where as it is present in other network tool kit. My number id [protected].

      I have decided to port my number.

        Sir/Madam,
        I had registered a complaint vide ID number 1401899 on 12 October 2016. I was received a call from company repersantative on 13 October 2016. In between I had received some massages from company, stating that they were unsuccessful to contacting me. I am agree that the mobile connectivity of Tata Docomo is poor at my home and my work place. I am also enable to receive call between 7.30 AM to 4 PM due to my service commitment (Army Job). Hence, it is requested to contact me after 4 PM on my alternate number i.e. [protected]

            I am using DOCOMO SIM from last year, and day before yesterday without notifying me, my 3g service is disconnected. Now customer service is asking me to submit documents again. Why should i submit docs as I have already submitted year ago and processing fees as it's pure mistake from company side.

            When I contacted customer care, and told the issue, in first place they replied that SIM is damaged and you should apply for new SIM. How a SIM can be damaged When it was working nicely.

            Then I told care that this SIM is not working in my 3g handset but it's working in normal non android phone, then care told me that there might be issue with your handset.

            Then I told them that this SIM is working for only normal non 3g handsets, and when I tried it with other 3g handsets, it's not working. Then they told that they don't know about the issue.

            Even I posted on Twitter and I got the response that I have to apply for new SIM with same number and have to pay processing fees.

            But as SIM is still working in non 3g handsets, why should I change the SIM. I just need answer why docomo disconnected my 3G service which I am using for last 1.5 years .

            Funny thing docomo store person told me when I was telling him the issue, " Sir, people daily come and replace their SIM because of this issue. You as well can replace the SIM ".

            If this is the situation, the TATA DOCOMO company making customer fool and looting 49 rupees from everyone, a kind of corruption where provider silently says the message, "if you want service, pay us 49 rs".

            If I don't get proper response from DOCOMO, I will not use DOCOMO again in my life and will think I have charity of 180 rs and 1 gb data.

              Hi there,

              I've recharged of rs 127 but i did' t get the full benefit of this recharge. As per the best offers on my number i should received talktime 130. I've also contacted to the tatadocomo customer care regarding this and they said you should recharged through the special menu. But there was no such kind of informations on the tatadocomo website. And i've recharged through the freecharge app. I've also attached the screenshot of tatadocomo's best offer recharge webpage.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I the undersigned wish to complain against the undue charges charged in my mobile bill.
                  Sir,
                  I have been a customer of tata docomo since a long period, wherein I have regularly paid my bills without delays. If you check my past billing records you will find that my bill amount has been between Rs.500 to 600 Maximum. However this time I received an SMS stating that my bill of Rs.1405 has been generated and will be delivered to me very soon.
                  On calling the customer care of Tata Docomo regarding this discrepancy I was told by an executive that I have been charged extra money as roaming charges because as per them I was out of station during this period. Whereas when I informed them that I have not gone out of station in last 2-3 months than Ms. Vandana Parmar(Employee of Tata docomo customer care) accepted that the information given to me by her colleague was not correct started saying that I have exceeded my internet limit.On this point i asked that If my internet limit was exceeding than why I was not informed over the phone? Looking at my past billing records if my billing amount was exceeding by 3 times than it was their duty to inform me over the phone.

                  Than Ms. Vandana Parmar gave me another explanation that I was within my credit limits which is Rs.3000. hence I was not given a call.

                  I asked elow questions to Ms. Vandana Parmar(Employee of Tata docomo customer care) which she failed to answer :-

                  1. I fail to understand that if my past billing records is between Rs.500 to 600 than on what basis my account was assigned the credit limit of Rs 3000?

                  2. Initially when I called the customer care dept at that time why I was given a false information that I have been charged such a huge amount because I was out of station?

                  3. Looking at my past billing records if my billing amount was exceeding by three times than why I was not informed over the phone?
                  4. If my internet limit was exceeding than also it was their duty to ask me that whether i still wish to continue with the usage?

                  I request you to please look into this matter immediately, because if this matter remains unaddressed than they will continue charging unduly with us

                    1. i raj singh currently user of tata docomo postpaid connection mobile number [protected] since march 2016. i had requested for migration of my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 27 june 2016. the requisite documents for migration had been checked by mr govind (mob no [protected]) at hazzartganj (lucknow) outlet and confirmed that all documents are sufficient and correct. i also paid my all previous outstanding bill and interim bill rs 100/- also on the same day. mr govind said that the connection will be migrate within seven working days. he processed my request on 01 july with ref no[protected], but the same has been rejected on 18 july 2016 due to non valid documents.

                    2.in this regard, i visited your outlet i. e. hazzaratganj (lucknow) again on 29 july 2016 for enquiry purpose. at that time mr govind was informed me that the request was not successfully processed by him due to oversight and feel sorry. i had again paid bill for the month of july 2016 i. e. rs. 350/- and requested him to process my request on priority, but at that time he had not processed my request.

                    3.in between i was proceeded on leave to my home town and received one more bill for the month of august 2016 amounting to rs. 353/- through mail. after expiry of my leave, i once again visited outlet hazzaratganj (lucknow) and informed store manager miss jyoti (mobile number [protected]) that i will not be able to pay any further outstanding bill again and again. she had promised me that my case will be resolve soon, but the case is still pending.

                    4. i had informed the case to mr sandeep (mobile number [protected]) at head office also. he had given me very positive response and directed concerned staff and miss jyoti to resolve my case immediately.

                    5. after that, miss jyoti had processed request on 22 sep 2016, but the connection is still ‘postpaid’ and the same is again rejected.

                      I use[protected] tata docomo postpaid connection for past 3 months. I do real estate business n it is my official number too. Every month 24th my due date. Last 18th sep itself they barred my outgoing service without any notification. I asked them t they barred my outgoing they said that day itself i should pay t bill. I told them that 24 th my bill date why should i pay early. For asking this question they barred my incoming services suddenly. I lost a lot of money and business offers. I realise that millions of ppl affected by these kind of problems. What is the role of trai? I am ready to pay my bill. But i want justice. Bcoz no is gonna ask them anything. Even i contacted technical person but there is no use. I suffered a lot feeling depressed. May this complaint get any reply.

                          I have lost my phone yesterday night (date: 1010.16) at tenali railway station which had docomo sim. kindly tell procedure for issuing sim of same number. you can drop mail to [protected]@outlook.com.
                          Phone was stolen from platform, we suspected few ladies sitting next to us gave description to police and submitted imei number of our phone.

                          [protected] thisd is my docomo number I paid 1300 Rs on 23 sep 2016 and on same date i have also requested for Disconnecting my Tata Docomo service, But till now the service hasn't benn Disconnected and i am getting the bill form last two months which i am not going to pay and please make sure my service should be decativated and I should not get any bill from your side.

                            For the third time in last 6 months i got automatically subscribed to tata docomo vas (Td-top games 3) and every time 45/- is deducted from my account. I have ignored it for last couple of times but now this uninformed and unauthorized deduction are getting really annoying as this stupid vas are of no use.

                            I am not sure if this is intentionally done by service provider support team to meet sales target or it's just by mistake. Calling to customer care is not of much use.

                            Please refund my last two months 90/- rs and make sure i dont get auto subscribed to any of these vas.

                              Hi there,

                              I am tata docomo broadband customer & have applied for this connection at the stating of this year. When i asked the sales person about the static ip for this connection, he said that, you have to pay for the same in advance to get it done, which i have paid and i have receipt for the same.

                              Tata never assigned me the static ip, after i came back from my long overseas trip, i noticed that the ip is not static, and i called the customer care, that time (After almost 7-8 months) they told me that static ip is not feasible for this connection. Which was really disappointing for me, if they are unable to provide some service, they should intimate the customer for the same and should refund the amount.

                              But nobody cares about customer in tata docomo. I asked for refund, but i started getting wired answers from the customer care team, they were just trying to swallow my money.

                              Now on 23 august 2016, i sent an email to their email id - [protected]@tatatel.co.in they immediately replied that your static ip is active and we cant refund the amount. We i explained them what static ip is (Literally i did this), they started saying that we have forwarded your complaint to our seniors and they are looking in to this.

                              Now its one and half month over, their seniors didn't get time to look into my a/c.

                              Please guide me, what next move should i do to get my refund back.

                                  I went to recharge my number of 499 but unfortunately the retailer recharged my number by 498 & i asked him to refund my amount back or do the recharge of 499 by taking back the first recharge
                                  Unlucky he doesn't know how to that so poor service & i called so many times for the retail deller but he doesn't attende my call worsted service ever & most important i called121/198 also but they where also helpless {they replied we can't help youout in this problem} & didn't register my complained.

                                    No messages are being sent on any no from my mobile I tried to talk customer care representatives of Tata Docomo every time they tell me some no. To call which doesn't work..now they had applied some settings so when I try to call on customer care no instantaneously a voice comes that our all customer care executives are busy . Really pathetic service

                                      My uber and paytm accounts are as per my e-mail address: krishnan. krishnan. [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number: [protected]. i have been maintaining due and sufficient balances perennially in these accounts for the rides planned by me, to be particular on 04.10.2016 for the local trip at bangalore through uber.

                                      2. however i regret to narrate painfully that the service of both of you are not satisfactory in this regard because of the bitter experience i faced on 04.10.2016. i tried uber taxi to go from hsr layout first sector to fortis hospital at bannergatta road, bangalore. while i tried for the taxi through uber, a message was thrown that since my 'paytm account has only rs.0 balance the ride request could not be considered'. i was sure that there was enough money balance of rs.400 plus to the credit of my paytm account and that it was erroneously showing as rs.0. having tried repeatedly thereafter, alternatively i tried for the cash payment option also instead of debit to paytm. this was also not allowed by the app. hence i arranged for another rs.500 credit immediately to the paytm account. thus the resultant balance should have been increased to rs.900 and odd and the app should have allowed me to carry out the travel. however nothing happened favourable to me.

                                      3. after much dejection and got fed up, i resorted to call the other transport provider ola cab and thus completed my journey.

                                      4. i wonder how the balance of paytm did not get linked to the uber payment account and that it can constantly show nil balance when lot of balance was available.

                                      5. this should immediately be checked at your end and resolved forthwith besides ensuring against such happening.

                                      5. else i may have to withdraw myself from both the apps. kindly advise me.

                                        I am using internet of Tata Photon Plus since three years. My photon no. is [protected]. Since start I am facing speed problems but I continued to use this device as there was no wired network option for me. Meantime, I tried 3G modem of Tata Indicom twice but that device caused me only financial loss and problems. Then unwillingly I continued Tata photon plus. Speed is problem but second major problem is their billing system.They give you one plan and and when bill comes you just gap at it. So many hidden charges. All big companies do so, you know. Finally I got tired of wasting money and buying their booster, buffer packs, calling their customer care, listening their robot like answers and I decided to discontinue photon plus net for once and all.I gave this information online before a month or so but their billing continued, don’t know how.
                                        Now, I really tired of it and want to disconnect this net.I don’t want to pay for the thing I never used.I too know that big companies are well protected.

                                        I am so frustrated about this company that I even don’t want to discuss it to their so called customer care.I just want to reduce their so called bill to half and give me two instalments.Their recovery agents call continuously, visit and torture badly.I don’t want to meet them anymore.
