Today i.e on 7th day of oct 2016 when I visited one of your outlets at Siripuram, Visakhapatnam I was given a sim on my request with a demand of rupees 150/- when i saw the cover containing the sim the mrp I found was Rs 20/-.
On my demand of receipt of Rs 150/- the executives of your outlet refused me the receipt stating that for pre paid no receipt is given. On my insisting of receipt I was told that 'I may take the sim without receipt or I should return it back. It was aparent with the behaviour of executives that they were least bothered about consumer satisfaction. There arrogance and adamant nature reached a level were they turned abusive. The names of the executives are 'shankar' and 'ramesh'.

Any ways these personalties are least botharation for me but I feel my disrespect can only be compensated when I am provided with receipt of rupees 150/- which I paid moreover I saw a similar complain in complain book just above my lodged complain. From complain book it was simply apparent that it is of least concern for the managers.

The non compliance of my grivence will only lead me to take this matter to consumer forum.

    Hi,

    Dear team this manjuanth and my tata docomo number is [protected].
    I am using this number in tata docomo from past 5 months.

    After i completed 3 months in tata docomo i planed to PORT my number from tata docomo to other network. Because i was not satisfy with the bill.

    I raised a porting code. on that day only i got call from Retention team and gave me a offer of 99Rs which i will get 1 GB 3G data and unlimited 2G.

    I confirmed 3 time with that guy what is the bill i will get. For the 3 time also that guy told me 99Rs + Service tax it will be 150Rs. So i agreed to continue in the same network.

    After 1 month i got a bill of 2000Rs

    I called up customer care and gave compliant they gave me 150Rs discount, but i was not at all satisfy i again called them again they gave me 150Rs Discount totally 300 discount they gave me but with out my mistake Why i have to pay 1700 bill.

    I again called customer came on 30th of sep they told they will solve the issue within 6th of oct.

    And finally i got a call from Tata docomo team today at 8 And his name Mudhukesh senior agent he totally gave me 1000 discount but what i am asking without my mistake why i have to pay 750 Rs bill.

    From past 15days i am following this. I need proper discount from tata end.

      Hi sir, since from 3 to 4 months im facing the network problem here in the Lords Institute of Engg. & Technology.It is showing signals of the network but we are not able to recieve calls.And it always shows as "Emergency calls only".
      What type of third class service they are providing.Kindly plz solve this issue and take some action on tata docomo.

        We do not have network coverage in our area :Yashoda Nagar, nagpur, pin:440016.

        It's a pre paid connection.its my mom's number so we do not want to change the number but the connectivity is absolutely zero.

        We were using this number in cdma form but the inability of the cdma handsets we changed the sim to gsm, since that time the network coverage is gone to dogs

          Hi,
          I was using tata docomo postpaid number [protected] and my plan was 499 freedom in which i had a facility of data and voice minute carry forward.
          I was with tata docomo more then 2 year and in these 2 year i had paid my all bills on time recently i had port out my number from tata to idea.
          In the time of portability i had paid my last bill with tata.
          I was informed that the company will charge me prorated basis however they have charged me rs. 1402 for 14 days where plan was 499 and almost more then 4 gb unused data and unused minutes.
          I had raised a compliant and asked them please adjust the extra usage against the carry forward unused data and minutes which is much more then exceeded data and minute but they are not ready to do the correction on bill.
          Every customer care person has his\ her own logic for this bill and they all know it is incorrectly charged but they trying to convince me to pay bill with the any silly illogical reason.
          I am always ready to pay my bill just asking for the correct one because of this idea has stopped all services of my number it is really painful.

          Please look in to it and do needful.

            I am unable to make outgoing calls from my tata docomo number. Calling any number just results in a machine reply "This route is busy." everytime, (even while calling customer care). I tried to register a complaint online on their website but thats also not working, I wrote the whole complaint and on submitting it repeatedly says "Sorry, your complaint could not be raised. Please try again". I have tried submitting my complaint a number of times and its not working.

              Dear sir/mam,

              As i m writing this mail to u, to solve my problem. On[protected] i have purchased a prepaid t24 mobile sim having no. [protected] from big bazaar tarnaka, i have submitted all my id proof and photos right during the purchase of the sim.

              During purchase of sim it was told to me that your sim is going to be activated within 24 hrs but till the time i am writing you this mail my sim is not activated and since last a week.
              I have went and met t24 provider at bigbazaar tarnaka on[protected]. They told application has been submitted yesteraday only i. E.[protected]. After that i have waited for 3days and called to customer care and asked about activation. They told for sim activation, they need another 5days. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

              My rs 183 cut un neccesssarily whic i have not used. But when i called customer care they don't give proper reason to cut.and saying amount have cut due to internet used which i have not used.
              And secondly after customer care talk i have check data balance and still have 1 MB. so why they have cut without using any internet.

                From 1st OCT. 2016, there is problem in network. Mobile get connected to others but no sound be heard from both sides. This happens within 2-3 km radius around Kolhewadi, Sinhgad road. Last time also it happened and get resolved after complaint. But why this is happening again and again? Please find the better solution for it.

                  I am getting sms's from ta-mdeals everyday 2 time. It is not related to me. I informed to the customer care executives and in the tatadocomo stores. They gave some kind of information which i could not understand. I like your services but not responding the customer complaints. My phone number -[protected]. I request you to deactivate this sms's from ta-mdeals. I don't want this sms's. I am using tata docomo network for the 7 years. I like your network because you are giving second pulse. I don't know on which category of sms's it is, please stop the sms's coming to my mobile.

                    I was having tata docomo postpaid mobile number [protected] with 1GB 2G data free at hyderabad. Due to very low speed of data, I was not able to open even googIe homepage. So I could only consume 200 to 500 Mb every month. That is why I called TataDocomo to port out my number to Airtel in may 2016, on that particular month, they are saying I consumed more than 1GB, and they send the bill of Rs. 3200/, I was shocked. While going through the bill, I saw my bill is showing the speed of 5 MBps, 2mbps etc, but max speed of 2g is 32kbps as confirmed by TataDocomo executives, when I mail for clarification, they did not explain anything, only sending reminder to clear the dues.
                    Very poor Customer service experienced...

                      I have purchased Photon max 3G Wi-fi Data card on 27 May 2016. They told me that your plan is 3G QARP 7GB [protected]@2250 Plan which means i will get 7GB 3G Data every month and the plan costs Rs. 750+service tax for three months. for the next three month i have already paid while purchasing the device. Once I purchased the device they told me that my billing date will be from 19 May 2016. Now they have generated a bill for the period 20/08/16 to 19/09/16 of Rs.661 with due date 09/10/2016. They are calling it monthly rental. When i called they told me that your plan is not auto renewable if you want we can change your to old one. But i told them that when i purchased this device i was informed that my plan is same as i stated above. I am feeling cheated by these TATA Photon. They changed my plan on their own will. Please help.

                        I got a call from tata DoCoMo that they are offering me a free tata DoCoMo sim card.where I will get data, calling, sms all free for lifetime till u will use sim card..so I said yes...after taking sim card they said me that u have to pay only monthly rentel, every month, ...which was not told to me.Now I have taken sim card..But I have not inserted in my mobile..I don't want it now, Would it will get activated?and Will I have to pay bill??I have not inserted in my mobile!!!REply asap

                          i have tata docomo broadband 8Mbps plan and paid 1300 every month
                          at first the speed was good around 700-800Kbps but recently they reduced my speed to less than 400Kbps they are cheating with me.
                          and this is very upsetting for me so i've changed my plan to 800rs now
                          if they do the same with me once more, ill discontinue the service...

                          guys this happens with many broadband service !!!
                          they will give u proper speed for maybe a year and then they will reduce it
                          so they can make more money from us, this is very bad strategy.

                            Later i have been told that this procedure will be completed and your number will be converted soon to prepaid, after waiting for long the number was not been transferred to prepaid, i had complaint to the coustomer care too for the same, later i personally went to the gallery at mira road to inquire for the same but they told me that i didn't do the procedure by calling on some number which i was not aware of.
                            on 27th sep they again told me to bring the orignal document for the conversion into postpaid and assured that my matter will be resolved soon which i produced and filled a form for prepaid account, today 29 sep i got a call from the same gallery and was been told the you have to take the same number in postpaid only and it will not be converted to prepaid.
                            this is to inform you that i am been forced to take postpaid again which i don't want to, this is an humble request that kindly stop harassing genuine customers for some your postpaid plans.

                              My account no. Is[protected]. I am under [protected]@rs.750cap plan and i have been using tata photon from 09-sep-2009. On 25th september'2016, i had tried to connect internet from morning. Several times it got connected, but the speed was extremely slow, making it difficult to work.

                              On that very day, i had complained to the customer care number [protected], several times for such slow speed. Every time i got different replies. Someone told that technical team would look into the issue, and i would get a call back within 4 hours. After 4 hours again i had called up to state the same thing that i was not being able to work on my system, due to extremely slow speed. Till 7.30 pm, the data usage was reflecting the figure 5.16 gb. After sometime, it had started showing an usage of 7.31 gb. I was stunned, and again called them up. Then a customer care executive told me that he would give me a credit of 2 gb, since i had complained about such additional usage, all on a sudden. After a few minutes, again i got stuck up due to slow speed, and again i called up customer care. Then, they had booked a complaint and told me that it would be addressed on 26th september.

                              On 26th september, i had got a call, and i had explained her about my inability to work on 25th september due to slow speed, and the abnormal data usage on 25th september itself. I was assured that my complaint would be properly taken care of. Again, in the evening i got a call saying that my data usage was genuine and they can not do anything in this regard. Being utterly unhappy i had decided to discontinue the internet services and got a closure request no.[protected] from the customer care department, on 26th september'2016, late evening. After that, i had completely stopped, even trying to log in.

                              But, still my internet usage reading is steadily going up. So, i must say a completely unethical and fradulent practice is going on. The company is taking it's unsuspecting customers for a ride, and trying to impose data usage, on their own sweet will, without caring for any investigation into the matter, and without caring for long term users like us.

                              Look forward to resolution of this issue at the earliest.

I thought it is in my ID proof but recently I installed my tata docomo app and I register my number but it registered in some other name. .                                   I purchased a tata docomo walky connection with the instrument from tata docomo's marol naka store sometime in mid-july 2016. i was constantly complaining to the tata docomo store at marol naka that i am unable to make or take a call. ultimately because of no proper response i switched off the phone. on monday the 26th of sept.2016 on behest of tata docomo marol shop i took the walky to the tata docomo kandivli (w) store. when they checked the instrument they found it to be faulty. i connected them to the marol store, at the end of the conversation the marol store fellow told me he will try to do something. i have paid an amount of rs.1800/- for the instrument as well as 2 months bill approximating to rs.700/- without the use of the phone for a single day. i requested the marol store to kindly disconnect the line & take back the instrument & return me my money. to that also he did not respond.

                                    I have been using tata photon service since feb 2012.

                                    They have permanently de-activated the service on 21 sep 2016
                                    Citing non-payment of bill. However the bill due date was 25 sep 2016.
                                    This was a mistake from their side. I have immediately made the payment
                                    And have been following up with them continuously over the customer support
                                    Number (Complaint ref no[protected] to re-activate the service.
                                    Now they asked me to re-submit documents at the nearest tata docomo center.

                                    The helpdesk person at the tata photon center - malakpet branch made some
                                    Calls and found out that the account was permanently de-activated from their
                                    Ide and the actual reason for de-activation was non-submissions of documents.
                                    I haven't received a single email, phone call or text message asking for documents
                                    So it was again mistake at their side for permanently de-activating the service.
                                    They havent even informed me that they were de-activating the account from their side
                                    Also there was no way that the same account can now be re-activated.

                                    Funny part is that it takes four (4) days for them to find out the root-cause
                                    Of the issue. I might have made atleast 10 phone calls to customer care service
                                    And all of them have given me the reason "non-payment" of bill for de-activation
                                    (Please note the due date for paying the bill was 25 sep 2016). People working
                                    At the helpdesk doesnt even know the actual reson for de-activation. Such is
                                    Their pathetic service.

                                    Now the only solution as per customer care executives to fix the issue was
                                    Asking me to apply for a new connection. Initially they were not even wiling
                                    To provide me the same plan. After much deliberations and yelling from my
                                    Ide they agreed to provide me with the same plan. But i had to take a new
                                    Photon account number.

                                    My trauma doesnt end here. The new photon number is not activated at their side.
                                    I have recieved a message with the new tata photon account number advising me to
                                    Call up service[protected] to complete tele-verification. I have done this and
                                    Till my new photon account is not yet activated. (Complaint ref no[protected]

                                    I am highly disappointed with the service that was provided.

                                    They have de-activated my account without my knowledge for no fault of mine.
                                    They haven't even activate the new account. Hence i have decided to bring this to
                                    Your notice so that it gets escalated to proper team in tata photon office.

                                      Guys, this was just a simple name issue.

                                      I never thought this type of situation will come in my life where i can go nowhere that helps me.

                                      Thats it. I am done with docomo forever.

                                      And to the readers of this post, i seriously inform you not to take any service of docomo. They have the worst plans and quality of service, in this case "no solution" to a lawful customer.
