Please disable Flash Message from my phone. i am unable to locate the setting for disabling Flash message from my Iphone 4s.

Here I don't see any option for Flash Message

Even Tata Docomo Customer care wasn't able to help me out.

These flash messages are very annoying and hangs my phone every time....

The company takes into account (a)date of recharging (b)date of validity together. In other words, it announces for 28 days whereas it provides services for 27 days. Suppose, I recharge on 1st then my validity is valid upto 27th and not 28th as per scheme. I have received an offer MSG from Docomo saying that RC41 and get all India calls at 25p/min for 56days.. And I have made the recharge after that also they are charging me 2p/search for my calls. So, i get it replaced from the tata docomo brand store (Shop no. 1, shantai complex, opp. Pcmc school, kaspate vasti, wakad, pcmc, maharastra, pin-411057) and they told me that it will get activated within 3 hrs. I applied for the reactivation of tata photon dongle. The service centre person at chandanagar hyderabad d. Rajendra charged me rs. 720 but did not reactivate it. He is denying the refund.
I want my money refund and action against this service centre person. He is so rude to customers.
I want strict action against this tata photon service centre.

I am your postpaid customer from 3 yrs. I am experincing your worst service day by day. My mobile number is [protected]. I have your 350rs monthly rental plan. I.
