Respected sir/ma'am

I am the owner of DoCoMo sim [protected] since 6 years.

Now that my sim is damaged I went to the service center tatadocomo office in Anand, gujarat to get my sim replacement.

But they say my sim is registered with someone else.

I think the person from which I got the sim mistakenly registered other persons details in the sim that I have.

For proof that it was my sim, you can ask me anything.

Sir/ma'am please help me with this concern, as the sim is of quite importance for me.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Docomo contacted me but they are unable to update the sim details to my name and address.

Without this i cannot get my sim replacement.

They have contacted me again and said its not possible for them to solve my problem.

Guys, this was just a simple name issue.

I never thought this type of situation will come in my life where i can go nowhere that helps me.

Thats it. I am done with docomo forever.

And to the readers of this post, i seriously inform you not to take any service of docomo. They have the worst plans and quality of service, in this case "no solution" to a lawful customer.

This didn't help me but I hope this post helps others and they never face this thing in their life.

And i have faith in this forum that they won't delete my complain for any reason.

Just do this:

No Signal from set top box
My mobile no is [protected] prepaid DoCoMo
I am unable to make outgoing calls using this number.
Though I have balance.
I am unable to call customer care even.
Pls resolve the matter @ earliest.

    टाटा डोकोमो Tata Docomo कंपनी का TSM Raja Hassan जो की हर महीने गलत सिम खोलने के लिय कहता है (Fake Activation) सिम के पैसे कंपनी से लेने के चक्कर मे यह हमे Fake activation करने के लिय कहते है कई वार तो हमारी Retailer Sim से सिम से Activation डाल कर सिम भी साथ ले जाते है किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का पहचान पत्र लगा कर उसको चालू कर देते है जिस से हमे डर लगता है
    आज भी आप ईनके दफ्तर मे जाकर देखेगे तो बहुत पहचान पत्र ईन के Drive मे होगे
    क्पया करके सर इन नकेल कसी जाये Fake activation बहुत करवाते है जिस से हम परेशान हैं

    On a daily basis some docomo deals is getting activated without my permission and it is deducting balance. I have stopped those activations and complained the customer care also. Still it is getting activated on its own that to on a frequent basis. They are not refunding my money as well. Very much dissapointed with tata docomo services.

      I was using tata docomo pre paid number [protected] since last four years. i was transferred from bhopal to other city and recharge was carried out since 5 to 6 month. I want to reactivate the same number but their customer care centre is not ready to do the same. kindly arrange to recreate my mobile number so that mobile can be recharged.

          Sir, We are residents of Anmol Apartments, 21 Shrinagar Extension Indore -452001.Madhya Pradesh .We would like to file a complaint against an illegal mobile tower (Tata communication) installed on roof top of our mutistoreyed building Anmol Towers by Builder without seeking prior permission of the society or resident members of the building at 21 shrinagar extension indore .This was installed over 10 years ago despite our protests and complaints to VSNL and builder no action has been taken .Now that building is 23 years old it is not able to bear weight of the transmission tower, besides the cracks have been developed from the roof top due to heavy weight of the tower.Moreover no maintenance is carried out nor any preventive mqaintenance is carried out by Tata communications or the builder.Moreover the society maintenance charges have not been paid for past one year or more.Pls note that there is overhead water tank on the rooftop of building adjacent ot place where trasmission tower is insatlled and there also cracks have been deveopled causing seepage of water fromn roof top to the flats on first second and third floors .We lodged complaint no action has been taken till datea, Delhi. The tower was installed without any permission from residents & it is effecting health of our children & seniors near by & in the building itself. In addition to above, I would also like to highlight the effect of electromagnetic radiations being emitted from the mobile tower which is a big health hazard for the people living in the vicinity of the tower area. We are posed with serious health threat and death due to diseases like brain tumor and cancer from the radiations of this tower and so are others nearby. It is a crowded area, very vulnerable and has a lot of children around .Moreover the tower is now not upright and is tilted over period of time and shakes when tehre are heavy winds. The builder of the particular house is not ready to remove & discontinue his agreement with the mobile company only for the sake of money. We request you to please take a strict action & seal the tower for the sake of our health & environment. Hope for the action ASAP.             The company takes into account (a)date of recharging (b)date of validity together. In other words, it announces for 28 days whereas it provides services for 27 days. Suppose, I recharge on 1st then my validity is valid upto 27th and not 28th as per scheme. This small error should be rectified but the company does not hear about it.( Recharge done on 17th Sept but it is valid only upto 14th Oct 2016).
            Moreover, it doesnot provide the grace period of three days as per international practice.

              I got charges of 1700+ for my mobile and I emailed them to give final settlement bill for my and my wife's mobile number, Now they charged my 1600+ wife's number.
              Initially they charged me 1700+ bill on my number [protected] for the month of august, and I have seen very rude behaviour of customer care executives, after that I shared my query on their Facebook page,
              After that also they have offered me 500 Rs less amount, after that I have emailed them on [protected]@tatadocomo.com and again they offered me same deduction amount, next I have emailed them on appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com again they offered me the same deduction amount which I have rejected and I asked them to give me final bill for my number and my wife's number,
              Now They have given me the wrong bill amount of Rs 1649 for my wife's mobile number,
              In the bill amount it was showing they charged the amount for 400Mb usage, But rarely we have used the data.

                  In the bill no [protected] dated 19/04/2016 I was charged unreasonably high amount of Rs.10, 892.49 in the month of April-16

                  From 17th March onwards I was on roaming, I had called their customer service call centre executive many times and they had not guided me to the proper plan. Daily I was getting an SMS alert on high usage of mobile services, when I called their executives they were not sure whether it is due to voice calls or due to data usage I had myself told them to activate the required plans but they could not put any proper plans. . I asked them to change the internet and calling plan and put several additional packs, but still the usage alerts kept on coming. The executives threatened to disconnect the services, but as I required the services for my emergency reasons I paid Rs 4000 and kept using the services.

                  On 09th April 2016 finally they disconnected the services as I could bear such high expenses, After the billin cycle was over theirr executive had called me up and informed that Rs.6000 from the bill amount will be reversed back. As I was transferred to Mumbai I had changed my SIM Card no. and did not activate their services.

                  But on 24th August 2016 their lawyer called up all the numbers on my called no list and abused all my friends, family and relatives. Due to this threatening calls I paid all the amount due from me

                  Due to the low knowledge levels of their call centre executives, they failed to provide any suitable packages to avoid the massive charges on calling/data as they themselves were unaware why I was being billed heavily. The call center execuitves revealed their helplessness in finding on what account the excess bills were generated and informed that these will be known and adjusted during final billing for the month.

                  This failure on Docomo’s part to provide suitable cover or suitable plan for roaming calls or data services has caused an immense loss to me.Now finally their officer from Bhopal Mr. Hussain Mobile no [protected] is saying there are no roaming data plans on Tata Docomo If that is the case, then their call centre executives should have told me earlier, this is a serious case of failure of providing service on their part for which i have not only been charged unjustifiably but it seems to be a fit case of extortion.

                  I took up the matter with all their available forums but matter was not redressed.

                    Recommendion : DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THE TATA DOCOMO e-shop

                      I have received an offer MSG from Docomo saying that RC41 and get all India calls at 25p/min for 56days.. And I have made the recharge after that also they are charging me 2p/search for my calls. When I call to customer care, they are saying its only applicable to STD call. When I don't have anyone to call in STD, why do I need this offer. I have just gone for it because its all India calls even in local call.

                      @Docomo: I just want to refund my money to my account or make it 25p/min for local calls.

                        We tried to speak to you personally on your number [protected] on[protected] to understand your concern. However, we were unable to contact you as the call was disconnected from your end. We would like to inform you that as per our records you have been charged an amount of Rs.75.10/- (for usage of 7483 KB) from[protected] at 12:03 AM to 03:12 PM as there was less data in your account. However, each site automatically reserves small amount of data, for better connectivity. Hence we always recommend our customers to maintain minimum data balance of 30 MB. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, an amount of Rs.75.10/- has been credited to your account vide docket number ABAL[protected] on 28-SEP-2016 at 01:11 PM. Also you would get data alerts when your data balance would be less. Kindly note that when data balance in the account is less and volume of the content browsed (size of the website) is more than the available data balance, hence for the data usage you will be charged from the main balance at 10p/10KB.

                          On[protected] my old sim card stopped working. So, i get it replaced from the tata docomo brand store (Shop no. 1, shantai complex, opp. Pcmc school, kaspate vasti, wakad, pcmc, maharastra, pin-411057) and they told me that it will get activated within 3 hrs. On[protected] i again went to store 2 times but still no result and same day i also called customer care 2-3 times. This goes for 2 days. On[protected], store manager said there is problem with this sim. So he gave me another sim, which also not get activated since 3 days. My visits to store is still happening and customer have no response to my queries. That sim was my official purpose sim and no one from my office is able to connect with me. Your poor services caused me lots of mental harassment. I want my sim card to get activated soon enough and explanation from the higher authority of the tata docomo

                                Someone misused my tatadocomo number as their photon reference number.

                                Actually i'm using only one postpaid tata docomo number, while bill prepare that next day itself i will pay my bill.
                                But someone misused my number as their photon bill payment reference number. Every month i got a call from docomo sales care about photon bill payment. Before and all care respective will hear what i explain, but now they asking rude.
                                From last 2 years, every month 15-25th date i have got a call from care, really tired of this worst behaviour from docomo care.

                                Instead of this i'm gonna change my number! : (

                                  I have changed my docomo micro sim card to nano sim card and paid the requisite charges, filled in the application form, submitted all requisite documents at tatadocomo brand stores in kondapur, hyderabad whose contact number is[protected].

                                  It has been 3 days since, my sim card is not activated yet and when I contacted the above mentioned brand store, they are replying arrogantly and absurdly and are not able to tell me the status of my request and the reason why it is not processed yet.

                                  Being a loyal customer of tatadocomo for years, I am deeply pained with the kind of negligence being shown by the personnel of tatadocomo brand stores to its customers.

                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and see that my problem is resolved atleast now.

                                    Have ported my no. [protected] postpaid to BSNL prepaid in March 2016 and I paid Rs.1556 excess amount to postpaid which is to be refunded to me by May 2016. I have not received any cheque so far . Many times I have been following it up calling to customer care and mailed them but no proper response.
                                    Received a missed call from Docomo associate Mallikarjun ph no.[protected] and he deliberately cut my call and did not pick my call when called back.
                                    Whenever I call customer care regarding this, they would put me on hold and let me wait for 15 mins in which my balance is reduced.
                                    I have spoke to Floor supervisor from DOCOMO 1)Vikas 2)IAbhishek 3)Charan, they would say that they would contact concerned department and resolve the issue but this is been happening since 3 months still it is not resolved.
                                    They mentioned that post is being sent to my address but got reverted back but when I asked for the postal details like when it is posted and reverted back but no one gave details.
                                    I suppose they have not posted to me and giving some reasons that my address provided is wrong.

                                    I request to process this as early as possible.

I have not received any call from Tata Docomo till now...I am sure that my no.s does not have any signal problems..I just now called to customer care and spoke to customer executive Neha..she has cut my call abruptly...The address which I have provided is the same address in which I am staying right now...So atleast issue the cheque in near by outlet I will go and collect it...

After spkng to Docomo executive tey took 48hrs for every alternative days calls.Finally my cl was transfered to supervisor he also took another 48hrs but my issue was nt solved.
