I m using tata docomo sim my no [protected] i check my offer by dialing *141# and offer is 60mb 3g @rs 11 i Recharge it by Recharge shop and other offer is given i call to customer care tata docom i told my complain and he transfer my call to senior executive i told my prblm to senior executive the name of senior executive is sameer gupta he told me this offer only valid when you recharge with mobile balance but i told him there is no note of only offer valid when you recharge with mobile balance hr told me you logde complain in docomo site i said that give me net data 60 mb because there is no note only offer valid when you recharge by mobile Balance but fraud tata docomo company don't give me my refund my mobile no is [protected] this company is totally fraud offers given fraud and customer senior executive are also fraud because he only tell me Name and i asked information about him to laudge the complaint against him but he told me i can't given any information i asked for sitting id and office area of customer executive but he didn't give me any information

    I have purchased tata photon ([protected]) on april 16. Tata photon was not working where i am staying. Same day technician also visited and said that in my place that dongal will not work. That's why i have made a requested for buyback. I have made several followup (Called toll free no. And also mailed) for refund. After a three month company has refunded me rs. 751/-, where i have paid rs. 2250/-

    I want my balance amount to be refunded. Kindly assist why there so much delay and also refunded lesser amount where i have not used any service regarding internet.

      We are using tata docomo network by [protected] and [protected]. We have lots of problems like call droping and network droping. We had tried different ideas like sim changing, hand set changing etc. Because of this problems we got loss of money. We had complaint many times. But they didn't give any responce. Who will take this responsibility. Please give us solution.

        Sir, i am using tata docomo mobile no. [protected]. i had balance of roughly 1700 to 1800/- rs. till 4:00 am on 23/07/2016. suddenly when i got up the balance was 0.14 rs. when asked the service provider says the net was used between 04:00 am to 06:00 am when i was asleep. i have galaxy s 5 which clearly shows that i have not used anything today. when it was brought to their notice they have promised to refund it back by 16:00. but till this time they have not done anything so far.

        I recharge docomo of rs 150 on 13/7/2016 and i did it once and it has been debited twice as per my bank statement, but docomo executives tell me that it has been debited only once, where went wrong and who will credit my money back...I even have my transaction id with me.
        We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not reachable. We would like to inform you that upon checking thoroughly with our records your balance of Rs.1742.20/- has been deducted as you have surfed multiple sites (2 sessions) at the same time on dated[protected] at 04:10AM and[protected] at 07:39AM as you have used 178915KB Data. Further, we would like to inform you that a complaint regarding balance depletion concern which was registered vide docket number PBR12377765 has been closed stating that the balance of Rs.500/- was refunded with the docket number ABAL[protected] on 24-JUL-2016 12:40PM.

          I was using tata docomo post paid card no. +91 [protected] since june 2015 to dec 2015

          After that we foreclosed the account after the payment of 700 rs at your recovery agent in nashik

          Recovery agent said the sim would be used again in future

          After that we threw the sim.

          We had received your company executive call from nagpur of bill payment

          For rupees 2500 even though don't have used the sim so kindly take the review for that

            Previously i was in vodafone at 250 plan but took a transfer to tata to have a network diversification. But now i believe that was a mistake from my side.
            From the day i had been using this connection i am not at all satisfied with its connectivity of the internet.
            So kindly do the needful. The company has been consoling me may be dor the past threenor four months that this internet connectivity will be solved, but i think day by day the matter is getting worse.

              Background:
              I have bought a tata docomo sim from pilani, rajasthan. I was using the number since 2 years.

              Issue:
              Few days back i got a message from docomo stating that i have to resubmit my documents. But i was currently on a vacation in mumbai and they did not accept my documents in mumbai. They told me to submit the documents within 2 days or my services will be disconnected. I also contacted customer care to which they told i have no options but to go rajasthan in 1 day and submit the documents. Seriously? I also stated them it was impossible for me to do that in such short period of time. According to their request i also mailed my documents to "appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.com" stating my problem.
              Still without any communication tata docomo disconnected my number.

              I want justice. I want my number back. I want my balance back

                I purchased a new tata docomo connection 2 days back. I was told that i would be getting around 60 rupees as talktime value after activation. My number got activated around 36 hours before. Still i do not get any value added to my account. I went to the tata docomo store the morning, they told me that value will be added shortly, but it wasn't. I called many times but no one replied.In the evening, somebody picked the phone and said that the value will be added in 5 minutes. It has been almost 2 hours, but i get nothing.

We would like to inform you that as per our records the services of your mobile number is delayed for activation due to CAF (customer application form) rejected. Hence we request you to visit nearest Tata Docomo outlet, resubmit the documents, CAF (customer application form) which you have submitted at the SIM purchasal in order to activate your number and attend the verification call on your alternate number, provide the exact details which you have provided in the CAF (Customer Application Form). Kindly note that the local reference number should be a local number of (Karnataka).

                      Hi sir, this is shivraj from bangalore. Im using the number [protected].. My bill plan is 1299 monthly rental plan in which local/std/data is free. But still im receiving bill around 2500, 5000, 3000... Why this extra money is charged? Even i requested for detailed bill but im not getting the bill. Till last month i paid so much money and this month also it says my bill is around 2700.1299 is my plan+ 199 internet booster pack + 400 for[protected] (Another number which is registered with the same account but its not using for calls or any other purpose) rental.. So what about other charges?? I want to know about my number [protected] which i use for calls, messages & for data. I dont want to know about[protected]... & this time im not going to pay even a single rupee for the bill of june 2016 as im fed up of these bills... I even dont know why i got around 5000 bill... Sorry to say this but i dont want to pay these much of amount without knowing anything about my billing plan. I even dont want to visit any tele shop as even they say they dont know about this. When i got 5k bill i asked tele shop person but he says may be its 2 month bill but i still paid it. But again im gettin same amount of bill for a month.. I dont want to use docomo any more.. If you deactivate my account then ill be happy.. Thank you.

                        My docomo postpaid no is [protected]. My billing date is 13 to next month 12. I have changed my plan 298 to 351 (1 gb 3g and 1500 minute) this plan active on 13 july 2016. 17 july 2016 i have a massage from docomo care "your usage has crossed your credit limit. And submit 2039 rs. Immediately" but that day i used my 3g plan only 400+ mb. At the night my outgoing banned. I called to customer care and talk for this problem, customer care solve my problem next day[protected]. After two days i have received another massage from docomo "your usage has crossed your credit limit and submit 2305 rs. Immediately" but this day i used 837 mb of my plan. On today (21.07.16) again banned my outgoing and internet. Customer care told that my outgoing is active after payment, nobody explain this problem, only says that submit your payment and active your service.
                        Please help on my problem.

We would like to unbilled usage is the actual usage that you do for calls and value added services on your number for the current bill cycle and the same is also being sent to you as daily SMS. Please note that the Un-billed Amount is calculated without considering any discount and/or free usage on your account. All the discounts and free usage as per your bill plan are considered while generating the final bill for the month and are discounted from final bill amount. Hence you may find a difference in the unbilled SMS amount & the final bill amount. Your next bill will be generated on 15-AUG-2015 in which all the applicable discounts shall be credited. As per our record your current credit limit is Rs. 1200/-. Hence, we would like to inform you that you will be received the SMS regarding usage for the account number when it will be crossed the (70%) of credit limit, and this will cause service interruption. We request you to kindly make a note of it.                           I am using tata photon for last 3 years with an advance rental plan of 1 year with 6 gb monthly un-limited costing me rs 6000/- a year. When my subscription expired in march it was converted to monthly plan of rs-1093. I was not informed or received the call for the same. But previously 3 yrs i was getting a call on renew the account. Now when i spoke to one of the representative about this they informed me that i will be given a discount of rs500 for the present bill and yearly plan will be starting from the next billing. Now again i received a bill of rs 1093. I am continuously following with them since may 9th 2016 for the same. Now they have barred my services for the same. One of the senior executive had promised to look as she found that there was not proper communication given from their end after looking in to the logs.

                            But when i am going to shop for recharge shopkeeper totally refused this plan

                            Why its so expensive. Your network coverage is not very good either .
                            Why internet is so expensive Tata docomo
                            Been customer for 6-7 years . Was using home wifi
                            Now most of the time touring and everything is a bad experience
                            Network coverage, balance deduction after having data pack sometimes, expensive internet compared to airtel whose network coverage is far much better as well . Thinking of leaving and not to recommend it to anyone .

                              I had taken a connection of Tata Docomo in 2015 which I disconnected in the same year and still they are billing me till now and sending me reminders through their lawyers

                              Despite clarifying that I was not using the connection, replying to the mail from lawyer in 13th Feb 2016, as below

                              "Despite requesting discontinuation of the service so many times, Tata is charging me bill every time. Why should I pay when I am not using the number anymore and have already communicated the same to company representatives. Every time I ask them why they are charging me for no service, they ask me to go to Nagpur. I stay in mumbai, do you think it is feasible to go to nagpur, spending thousands just to inquire about few hundreds? Anyways, I have paid whatever Amount was remaining. Its useless and waste of my money but I don't want any more reminders. So, please ask the company to close this manner now atleast. I am not using the sim and I do not even have the sim with me anymore. Will you please do me this favour and stop charging me for a disconnected SIM?"

                              I am still getting billed and getting reminder every month.

                              What kind of a company is this that would bill the customer even after leaving their services. Do we have to pay for the exit like forever in our life?

                                My first bad experience was address verification done by docomo after 10 days of my mob number's activation. They called my num 4 or 5 times. But i left my mob in home & hence not answered(Mobile is not allowed inside my college).My num got blocked.

                                I did compliant. They called my alternate number. Same story ( as i could not be with my mob 24 hrs a day). They said that they came to the address given & door was locked, none in the house, call not attended and other silly reasons. The door was not locked on their every arrival. Finally my num got relieved after 10 days of struggle. ( I paid rental for these days too).

                                I lost my sim, and I blocked incoming & outgoing calls. I approached trichy chatram branch for new sim, they said they don’t have postpaid sim cards (stock) then. (later I came to know that docomo is always keen in selling postpaid sim, & they always have it).After 15 days my bill came for unused sim card.

                                The executive(ganesh) there misguided me to stop the billing as my sim was lost 15 days ago. I contacted higher officials. My bill became 0. He also promised me to change my num into prepaid.

                                After 30 days, he gave me a prepaid sim & said ur num is now a prepaid one. After a long Struggle I came to know that my num was still in postpaid & was cancelled & couldn't retrieve. He didn’t even know the status of the num.

                                I also asked him to change an another postpaid into prepaid, but never responded to it. He always missed the proof & photos (nearly 5 or 6) & sim's unique number. I called his mob num numerous times but he never attended calls from my num. (he got caught by a new num every time).

                                I shouted at them. . Here nearly 45 days wasted & not even 0.001 % of my work got done.

                                I know they don’t get incentives or get black Mark for postpay to prepay conversion. But what happened to retrieval of lost sim? If operator change is done, it is loss for the company not for them. They retain their job….But what about retaining customers


                                Next i went to thillai nagar branch, i was asked to forget about the lost num and they Showed me another lists of silver num & i declined. Then my 2 requests are responded at once& i agreed to convert my num to prepaid on the chennai docomo team's call, but not registered. The call regarding num retrieval came & missed by me & never came again.

                                Branch executives behaved exactly like those ones. Never attended my calls, never gave retrieval request again. Then i called many officials and released my num. They got shocked when i went for the new sim. They asked me how could u retrieve this, as we didn’t give retrieval request 2nd time (I think they were thinking of taking revenge on me).

                                Next i asked for aircel to docomo mnp, they brainwashed me to buy new docomo num Instead. (mnp is for retaining previous num isn't it???)

                                Next is about docomo's 121...the app is always busy and executives asks us to call 1 hr later. If some issues are spoken to them, they will simply say to contact nearest Outlets which is a great trouble for me. I know docomo never gonna take actions regarding this. But I have to tell my story.

                                Another same type of actions done for my friend’s number too. The number from reliance is intentionally mnp-ed to docomo postpaid.(we asked for prepaid only).But they didn’t changed it to prepaid one month later, as they had promised. Even after 100 days it wasn’t done.


                                They respond immediately for new sim purchase, prepay to postpay conversion, tariff increment Requests as they got incentives for that. I suggest INCENTIVE CARE instead of CUSTOMER CARE for the outlets.

                                Then i paid my 2 bill amounts in advance for my nums 720030**** & 720090**** on dec 30th & done MNP to Aircel, I locked my another num [protected] on dec 10th & Ported this number[protected]*) to Vodafone yesterday from docomo. Soon I’m going to port another number(7845000***).I know, these 4 number conversions wont affect docomo much, but too many drops make flood. :)

                                    My name is sandeep sharma and i am from panchkula, and i am writing regarding my tata docomo photon number [protected].
                                    I have been using this connection since more than a year. Since january i started getting extra cahrges for internet usage while my plan was 2gb 3g and then unlimited 2g.
                                    I spoke to many of your customers services reps for this and no one helped me out and i told them to fix the bills else i will not use it anymore and i stopped using it in february.

                                    (Note: i have call recordings from day 1 to till date for all conversations that i did with tata docomo for this connection including every one.)

                                    Since then you guys sent me bills for an outstading of inr 3008 while my actual monthly bill plan was for 450 for this connection and i dint use it after february.

                                    In may, i got a call from a lawyer representing tata docomos lawyer from ropar called me from her phone number +[protected]* telling me that i need to be presented in corut for this non bill payment case. When we spoke, i explained her clear situation and agreing with my concerns and even with her past experience with tata docomo, she asked me to pay a lump sum amount of rs 2000 and she will get the case closed. So i did make the payment of 2000 and given her the transaction id number and she confimed me that she will get it closed and i dont need to worry any more. (I can send you call recordings for this if you need them).

                                    Then in june, i again started to get calls from your recovery team from mohali, for pending 1008 out of the 3008. I epxlained them same story again and my conversation with your lawyer and my payment of 2000 but they still kept calling me and threatening me about legal notices, abused me for many times but never listened to me and never understood what i was saying.

                                    Now, today i got a call from a lady claiming to be from information service from court (Phone number +[protected]*, which i know that she is from tata docomo not 30 hajari court) stating that i have a case against me for financial crime and i need to contact lawyer rakesh sharma, phone number +[protected]* and need to get this sorted out. I called the given phone number for lawyer and spoke to anjani sinha and she behaved rude and threatened me that you will be fined 25000 from court for this incident and asked me to pay 1008 today itself else she will get me sued. I m getting these calls everyday and i have recording for all these calls.

                                    Now, being a genuine and nice customer for the last time, i request and urge you to please take a look into this matter and have your mistakes corrected and get this scenario fixed and stop sending me all threats and summons or calls that you guys are doing and get the ways part from me and delete all my data from your history and shut this down and send me an apologies letter for all these mistakes of yours on my address and email [protected]@live.com

                                    As everyone knows tata docome is in the market for making money anyhow, but not for customer service, i shouldn't expect this from you guys but still giving you one final and last chance to take care of this. I give you time till tuesday and if not taken care properly, i will be taking this to court in consumer court for consumer disrespect and mental harrassment for this situation and i will make sure that this is taken care properly by means of court and law.

                                    I did post this same complaint on your facebook page and got no service or support. So it's a last chance for you guys to fix it.

                                      I got a new sim card of tata docomo 4 days back and its still not activated. I got It from The Mobile Store and they charged me 80 rs for it saying i will get 60 talktime when the card is activated. here's the no of the new sim card : [protected]

                                        I get message for company side you recharge 99 rupees you get 1gb 3g data validity for 28 days when i rechare 99 rupees i get only validity 4 days. Now i call customer care someboday is say me not offter. Thats why i want to say tata docomo comapny is fraud with me so i want my validity for 28 days also my data 836 md my problem is not solve within 1 days i will go consumer court. I want my balance any how.
