Hi. my name is t. s. ramaswamy, my phone number [protected]

I have recharged rs.129 on 18/07/2016 through one of the re-charge centre.
Till time it is not credited in my account. but i have received sms stating that stv recharge successful. mrp rs.129 validity 60days. all mobile calls 1.2p/2s. transaction id [protected]. like that sms received.

But till time i am unable to call any body by using tata docomo number [protected] more over the message coming you don't have balance.

No response from the recharge shop as well as customer care.

Point no2. actually i want to recharge rs. 127 for internet pack 1 gb for 28 days. however we have wrongly recharged rs. 129, this rs. 129 for only talk time [ phone only ] not for internet. for that also we have discussed with customer care / recharge shop. but both persons telling each other.
Finally my problem is not yet solved. hence kindly take suitable action in this issue. i hope it will be done immediately.

      I recently bought this product, tata swach last week was feb it was, and within a few weeks it started giving me troubles, sometime slow filling of the water, sometimes leakage from the tank and many more issues.

      Now the condition is, on 14 july the purifier went out of service completely, water was leaking and it was of no use to turn it on, we contacted the customer care and they said action will be taken soon and they will resolve the complaint, but nothing happened till 16th those 2 days i had to go out and get bislery bottles, and finally the technician came and checked and informed us that some inner part was leaking which was under warranty and will be replaced by monday and again those 2 days i ha to go get bislery bottles then on monday i contacted the guy he said he has not received any update from the team and asked me to call costumer care i did so and they said they will shortly send someone and i requested them to send someone senior who could atleast understand the product, but after waiting for hours no one arrived and i had to finally send them a mail cc the consumer court and surprisingly the technician came late in the evening. And my sister asked him for his id he didn't had any, he came up with a excuse that he forgot it.

      Are you guys kidding me? You are selling a product with a commitment to provide service asap.. Do you guys really have some trained technicians? Any one senior in the entire team?

      I am just sick and tired of this product i want my money back now, even after paying money to you guys i have to go and get bislery bottles from the market why would i waste my money on you then if that's what my solution is?

      I request you to please refund my money or i will drag you guys to the court and have you pay the compensation as well. My complaint number is crgu[protected] and my contact is [protected]

      I had received an offer from docomo for 3g recharge 2GB for 108Rs. I had recharged for the same and got only 1 gb. Another 1 gb is not credited till date. With so much follow up with the CCR no response till date. Worst service provider.

        Dear whoever it is,
        My photon was disconnected due to negative address verification as i had to relocate to a new place of residence on an emergency. Had updated the same to the tata customer care service also. Following day a person visited my new place of residence for address verification and verified it.
        The connection was suspended and i raised a complaint on suspencion of my connection. But the customer care gave me stupid reasons and stated promising words saaying that the complaint has been escalated on high priority. And till date no solution have been provided. And i have been calling the customer care to listed their stupid answers daily.

        This is the worst customer care service provided.
        Am a person from top management of customer care dept. Tata photon and its customer care service is very pathetic.
        Never will recommend a person to go for tata photon connection. Would be taking up this issue legally if the complaint is not resolved. Been a week since i had complained.

          Good day mr thambiah, i am peeyush and have been a customer of tata photon plus since july 2013, however from last few days i am really disappointed and furious about the payback from tata tel. I have recharged my dongle twice in last 10 days and latest one was done day before yesterday. Just a classic example for today, don't want to share all in this complaint, hope tata tel will investigate others. As per cce (Neha gohar and praveen negi from senior escalation desk), i have used around 650 mb at 1 pm on july 17th, which i think opening only one website (Book my show) would not result in that, no windows update at all since july 1st. Not sure, why am i being charged for such heavy usages from last 2 weeks and forced to recharge this again and again. I am already up for taking a new connection with a much better service provider, however will not lose my hard earned money just because of a system glitch or any other company strategy as most of them are following these days. Writing this complaint hoping that i will be listened and provided with a resolution. Kindly get this matter investigated and provide a resolution. Not even sure if this will even get through to you, however still positive that it will. Thanks!

                  Sir,
                  I m a regular data and call service user of the company, yesterday night i have sufficient data balance in my account but in morning my account show zero balance, i came to know this when my talk time was about to zero.
                  I m window phone user which never support downloading over 100 mb using mobile data. Moreover, my data sense also depicting my usage not more than 1.29 gb that to since 30 days.
                  I want to know my usage but the executive told me about usage of only 500-700 kbs, it can also go upto 20 mb rarely per day but the sudden data balance reaction is not digestable.
                  Moreover, i m not satisfied with speed of the data connection, it mostly gives speed of 50-70 kbs as compared to other giving speed near 200 kbps. Also it suffer 5-7 cut in a hour itself
                  I request you to look after the matter as early as possible and i want compensation for my data pack, my balance, my previous pack and for the inconvenience.

                      I have faced many problem with special recharge on tocomo number [protected]
                      Last three problems
                      1.70=70
                      2.40=35
                      3.40=35
                      Last three recharges are getting ordinary benefits only.
                      After checking offer only i made recharge but i didn't received any benifits for this network. The offers are only for show purpose.
                      I had made complaint throw 198, email & website registration. But still they are not responding.

                      Via 198 also made complaint but they not providing any complaint number my problem will be addressed with in 4 hour.                         I am using tata photon plus prepaid dongle (photon no [protected]) for quite some time. but on[protected] i recharged my account for 2.5 gb (rs 465). but while working on 14th july the next internet was very slow. i gave up working thinking the server must be down. but today also there was no connection. i called the toll free number [protected] and the operator told me all my data was consumed.

                        Please note that i did not use the data. i normally use khan academy and it does not use much data. my monthly usage is hardly 2 to 3gb.


                        I suspect data theft. can you provide me the names of sites / internet activities for which my data was consumed on 14th july 2016.


                        I am worried about the security of internet connection and please inquire into the matter.

                            I am using tata walky no-[protected] for last many years. the bill payments were also very regular. but since last three/four months the walky is not working properly. there is problem in charging as well as in audio also. despite repeated complaint at your local outlet and toll free number i didn't get any responce. i had already deposited two or three bills without a single call made from it.
                            This is really not expected from brand tata.
                            You are requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at your earliest.

                              I had complained against an online payment not being credited against post paid bill. Immediately i received a call back from docomo saying that my payment of 578 would be refunded back as there was some problem with billing. The phone number is [protected]. The person askd for the card number along with otp number which was disclosed. Now my account is showing a debit card purchase of 578. The original payment is still not traced. I have lost another 578. And again another withdrawal of 1500 is shown.

                                I am using the tata docomo sim card. On 13th July 2016 my main balance was Rs.58, I got a notification that Rs.30 deducted for using internet service then I suddenly checked my net setting and found it is off though I was charged. When I call the customer care they reverted me that I have used the net service.

                                    I had been using this internet service tata teleservices wired line from more than an year. Most of the times there used to internet service downtimes, issues & most irritating thing the customer care - whenever you call it gets connected to a new person who spends time taking your details, giving you false assurances that the service will be restored in 1-3 days & they never bother to connect back after 3 days whether the service is restored and closes the complaint without notifying you. Also, you need to contact the billing department yourself for waiver for the internet service downtime (They only consider the time the complaint was active & not the actual time the internet wasn't working). I was bearing with these people from around an year but since april-2016 my internet wasn't working, inspite of several reports through email/phone the internet service was not restored - so i decided not to pay the bills, towards may their technician came and told that a new wire line needs to be replaced for me, he said he would do it in a week but the issue was not resolved. I called him several times he use to say some engineer will come to attend me but noone came so tired of all this i decided to surrender my connection but i was getting piled up by bills from billing department.
                                    I had also told them when one of the person called me for bill overdue that my internet is not working from april-16 and that's why i am not paying the bills but those fraudsters kept on piling up the bills for 3 months and then told me that my connection is now barred on account of non-payment of bills (: (The internet wasn't working all this time & i told them this every single time i was called but i guess they do not pay attention to that).

                                    Even the request for cancellation through email was cancelled by them twice and when i got a reminder call for due payments from one of their executives i was badly surprised to hear that my cancellation request was not received/active at their end whereas i had responses/calls from them against the cancellation requests given by me.

                                    Now they have threatened me with a demand notice to me that i would be liable to legal action if i do not pay approx. Rs. 3000 due (For months internet was not working).

                                    I am utterly disgusted with this unprofessional and shameful services from this service provider and taken a new internet connection.

                                    I am ok to face legal action even if it takes me to spend more for it but will l not surrender to threats from them.

                                      I had started using broadband connection in march 2016. From the beginning i had opted for [protected]@899 plan. But every month the company is generating the bill for [protected]@1049 plan.

                                      In spite of telling the customer care infinite number of times that i have chosen 10gb plan from the beginning i. E march 2016 when i started using your services.
                                      Still after all this their team is charging me for 50gb plan every month.

                                      I don't understand what is the problem with their team. Either they don't understand english or they are a bunch of fools doing time pass in your company and making fool of customers also.

                                      Every month i need to break my head with their customer care to correct the bill. There is no sync between the customer care representatives in this company. One person calls and i have to tell entire story to them and then next day other person will call. I am not sitting here to clarify to each and every person of your company that what is the issue. I have sent numerous emails also regarding the same.

                                      Its really pathetic that a brand name like tata docomo will have such worst kind of services. If you are not capable enough to provide appropriate services, you can come and remove your connection
