I am using tata docomo prepaid connection with contact number [protected]. On date[protected] i had a recharge of rupees 145 for 1 g. B. 3g data pack by seeing it on your latest poster of recharge offers and i haven't got any data from it. These problems are much common in your service. I am really not satisfied with your services at all.
Kindly please help me out so that i would not be attracted to other connections.

We would like to inform you that, upon verifying our records the recharge of RC 145 has been successfully done on your number on[protected] at 10.37AM credited with the benefit of 1GB for < 90 Days & 300 MB for >90 Days for 28 days. Hence, there is no discrepancy on your account.

    Done mobile number portability from bangalore tatadocomo postpaid number to tatadocomo chennai prepaid.

    After 2 months of portability got sms stating the pending balance of previous network has to be paid or the incoming calls will be barred.

    Paid the bill amount on 30th june.

    On june 1st week tatadocomo stopped the outgoing call from my number. After the enquiry the customer represntative stated that because of bill is not paid the have stopped the outgoing calls. After saying about the bill payment he suggested me to go to near by showroom to submit the bills.

    Submitted the bill copy near thoraipakkam docomo showroom on 6th june. No response even after submission.

    June 2nd week incoming calls are blocked. Had a chat with tatadocomo representative and sent a paid bill copy to him. Customer care guy told that service will be activated with 24 hrs. (18th june had chat)

    19th june actual escalation done, known about it after another chat with customer care.

    June 3rd week sim deactivated and when i enquire customer care guys repeatedly says within 24hrs it will be activated.

    What kind of action taken against this issue. Just acknowledge the post doesn't mean it has been under progress.
    Provide an valid reason why it has took these many weeks, what are the steps taken till now to resolve it.

        I reached to the docomo official store (71/4, katha no. 20/36, karna sree point, anandanagar, marathahalli, bengaluru) along with my documents to get my number ported (Nmnp) in bangalore, they overcharged me for the service. They had cut-out the mrp with a black marker from the connection pack. With the original charge of rs 20, they overcharged me rs 50 and when i tried to compel with them they were telling me that the price cut-out has been done by the company and they have all the connections in the same manner. And they had already submitted my request from their end by that time on the sim connection pack i received, so i couldn't do anything else. I have pack of the connection saved with me and as my number is successfully ported, hence the proof from where my number has been ported from.

        I am attaching image of the connection pack i received with cut-out mrp, and the name of the store and address where i reached for the service for the reference.

            I ma using tata docomo sim from past 5 years, first time i came to uae here this sim was working for first 20 days after that suddenly network disappeared from past 5 days, i contacted tata docomo chat services on website of tata docomo.

            They people uneducated during chat they do not want to listen your query only are doing copy paste after seing your problem that you are on international roaming. Few are the suggestions they provided on chat:
            1.) put the sim in other phone: this is how they are resolving network problem instead of doing it by there own end.
            2.) maintain minimum account balance: rs 800 : same i did, still no network.

            After that i again catch them they suggested 3 way to call on international support no i. E.India international support no.: how do person call them from international this is their own duty but they are not ready to resolve.

            I suggest you all never never never go tata docomo network for overseas work.

              I m having docomo connection my account no. Is[protected] my provided tata docomo no.[protected]. From 15 days i am getting problem of adsl and internet drops automatically for few mins. And again in few mins it get on... I complete here at local office but each time and every time reply was "some one will come to you and he will check" but no one is coming to me to solve the problem.

                Hi, I am getting a DOCOMOs Flash alert on my mobile (MOTO E), like "DIVE IN NOW", with OK and CANCEL button. No matter what button is pressed it again pops up. If I click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. I am not able to perform any other task when this happens. It last for at least half an hour. I called Customer Care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like Go to Settings Message Disable Service Msg/ Flash/ anything related. But no such options were available, when I told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. Is there any solution for this other than number porting? Please Help

In this regards, we would like to inform you that, in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.

                  Hi,

                  This is to inform you that i have been a premium customer for tata docomo since 2-3 years, still there's no respect for me as a customer. It is really disappointing experiencing such a bad & ruthless behavior. I'm an employee of gati ltd. Working as an ecc (Ecom client coordinator), designated as sr. Associate. Last year in the month of oct'15 i was transferred from nagpur to delhi. I was using services of tata docomo, my post paid no. Was [protected] which has been ported to idea prepaid now. Before leaving nagpur on 10th oct'15 i activated roaming pack worth rs.225 /- on my number. Along with rs.299/- rental in which i got 1200 local/national mins & it was a 1 gb 3g unlimited plan. After reaching delhi on 12th oct'15, i got to know that there's no service of tata docomo in delhi. Hence, i decided to port to idea. I got a call from tata docomo saying that your last month bill is pending that was rs. 475/-. Without any objection i paid the amount & my request for port got accepted & was ported successfully. After that i got a call that my outstanding of rs.2103/- is pending. I was shocked like rs.500/- or rs.600/- its ok but about rs.2k/-... How? I asked for details, so they said that charges for using data in roaming network even after roaming pack was activated. Moreover they said that the roaming pack was only for incoming & outgoing. What the...??? Do you think i'm a fool or something. I straight away denied to pay that amount. But they continously kept on calling me trying to convince me. And now after 8 months they have issued a court notice against me putting case for pre-litigation in nagpur. This is really intolerable & if i will go to nagpur i will file case against tata docomo for fraud & mental harassment & will screw them like anything. It will be better if they take back their notice & do not disturb me in future.

                    My sim card was automatically showing no service on sunday 19 june 2016, I called custormer care from other mobile they said for sim replacement I go to tatadocomo Aundh store on Monday 20 june2016 they give me new sim card for 50 INR and told it will be start by the evening of the day (monday evening) I asked for bill they just say their no bill for new sim. Its not activated on that day, again I visited store on tuesday mornining they told me it will start by evening again its not activated the reason they are telling it the computer is slow, seriously its genuine reason? The customer care representative response was so bad. I have visited the store more than 3 times they are saying the same reason, I think they don't want to help the customers I saw many other customer in the store compalining about the their service.

                        I bought a wifi datacard approx 1 year ago. its no was[protected] in gurgaon. but i was surprised that it was not working at my home. i mean there were no network at that place in gurgaon. after 2 days from purchasing i complained to get it return and refund my amount. they registered and assured to refund amount in next 1 month. but it is more than 1 year over and i m still waiting for my refund.

                        Next surprise: today i called their customer care again to refund. and i got to know that there was no complaint registered till date on this no. and they refused to refund.

                          Hello - we started using tata docomo services using account no[protected] / del no [protected] from april 2016 onwards.

                          We got the connection via, mr mohammed m mateen (Deputy manager - partner sales) sales consumer business tata teleservices limited t: (91), m: (91) [protected], f: (91), email id: mohammed. [protected]@tatatel.Co.In

                          He promised us a plan ka20 mbps [protected]@1049, combo plan, where you get a landline number on paying 99/- extra which you can make unlimited calls.

                          It took about a week to get the connection, while they were sorting out wiring issues, we connected docomo[protected] to get more details on the plan. To our surprise we were told that that package was still under testing and it would take some time to activate.

                          We asked them to get the plan changed to plan 549/- with 1mbps speed and 10gb download.

                          For 2 months we got the right bill. Suddenly june bill we got of 1049/- + taxes and we are told our plan is changed. We are not even aware of the same and have not raised the change in plan request.

                          We are absolutely disappointed with their customer service. Who despite knowing the issue is behaving ignorant. We raised complaint on 13th june and they say it will take a month to rectify. 24th is our last date of paying bill. I think they are just waiting to see if we pay the bill.Infact we get the reply to our complaint mails that please pay the bill and we will waive it off if it is found to be wrongly billed.

                          Why should we pay the bill? Request you to kindly give us correct bill (After waiving off the excess amount) or dont expect us to pay the bill.

                          We have not asked to change the bill plan and it should be 549/- 10gb download plan.

                          WE got the reply to this above.. stating that if we need to change the plan we should write a mail to them.

                          However what about the waiver from the earlier bills, as i mentioned above we got a bill of 1200/- we will not pay the excess amount to you .. as we did not expect our bill plans to be changed by your people..

                          Please waive off the excess amount and we will b happy to pay the bill and continue the services.

                          What is so difficult to understand here? we have opted for a service and we want that service and not what your Sales guys wants us to take.

                          Not happy with the change in plan at all. needs waiver in the bills
                          Hi. We got the wrong bill and we have raised a complaint on 13june and it is advised that the resolution will take 30 days.

                          Our billing cycle is every month 6th and we have to pay bill by 24th.

                          We started docomo services on 6th april 2016.. With a data plan of 10gb download 1mbps.. 570/- + taxes (About 630/- per month)

                          6th april and 6th may we got the right bill of about 630/-

                          From 6 june 2016 we got a bill of 1200/- we do not know how? We have not called or confirmed to change our plan..

                          In fact we were on a planned vacation between 20th may 2016 to 1st june 2016.. So there was no way we would have changed the plan.

                          Later tatatel person forwards us the mail dated 3rd april 2016 that he has requested for change of plan.. We have neither agreed / confirmed or were neither aware of the same. We may have not seen the mail. But they need to get a confirmation from our id.

                          We will not be paying the double bill until the issue is resolved and we get the same bill as per our plan.

                          Also our internet is not working since 18th june and despite complaining multiple times there has been no updates.

                          Please resolve this issue or u can simply disconnect the service and we can chose another better service provider.

                            I had checked the offers for my mobile number in which the below highlighted offer was available which is of rs.249. When i got this recharge done it cheated me by providing me 2gb of 2g data. My balance of 1gb of 3g data also was deducted. Wen i tried contacting the customer service executive they said they where helpless and when i said i would want to seek help form the senior executive they said they would transfer the call and after making me wait for about 5-10 minutes they cut the call. This was the second time they had cheated me.

                              There is no network coverage of Tata Docomo in our Mau city for past 18 hours. I have a telephonic interview yesterday which has gone into vain due to no network. I have to done a payment but since no network no otp comes to my mobile.Due to this problem I am in a loss of 5000Rs. Please do the justice.
                              Even they have not sent any damn notification.

                                My no. Is [protected] plz check network is not showing. Its not showing any network only searching and searching an this happens since today morning my important calls are missed from my home. Plz do something. Really i make me so frustrated today really bad experience sometimes the network go but in some minutes it comes back but from 1 day it's not working. I am complaining with my bsnl number. Plz resolve my problem.

                                  1) i had called the call center and asked to stop the service for the account[protected]g) before the generation of bill.
                                  2) i was told that i had to make the payment for current bill and then the services will be stopped for which i agreed and paid.
                                  3) i was told that i will recive the mail for the same but it didnt came.
                                  4) i didnt made any confirmation that was mistake from my part.
                                  5) after the payment of bill i received the bill for next month i thought it was mistakenly send as i didnt recived a single call for payment after due date.
                                  6) if you can check the call details for your call center you can found that i had made the call for stoppage of services.
                                  7) i received nearly 15 call for payment which i had stopped using.
                                  8) i received a legal notice of non payment for the mistake done from company side.
                                  9) i have now already paid the amount with interest now and just want this to be known to the people that how the companies make money.

                                  Now i have send the mail to "[protected]@gmail.com" from whom i have received legal notice for stopping the service of another account i hold but from last 2 days no response. They might send me another bill

                                  I still have not received the feed back from the company. The phone numbers provided in notice mail for contacting about any issue are also not working.

                                  I have already received the payment receipt when i made the payment. I was made to pay the amount plus interest for the services which i did not used. Plus I received the notice for the same like a threatening message. I made request so many times for looking into this matter but no one listen. I was asked to call on the two numbers "Mr DEEPAK CHANDEL on [protected] & KAILASH MANE on [protected]" for any issues but the same are not working.
                                  I dont believe this is the same Ratan Tata's company where you dont even care about the customers.
                                  As i have already made the payments please let me know the actions you have taken about my request.

                                  I have still not received the satisfactory response from the company. This is how the Big companies work to make money.

                                    Sir,
                                    My mobile number-[protected].
                                    Call forwarding has activated in my sim to some unknown number without my knowledge. I tried to disable it, but it was not supported. So i contacted customer care. She gave me some instructions to do. I did the same. But still my problem exists without solved. I again tried to contact customer care. But the auto msg is getting disconnected with, u can reach send email or call 121.In 121 also the voice msg i got. Issue not resolved, unable to reach the respective officers. Kindly resolve this is issue asap

                                    We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not reachable. We would like to inform you that, call divert or call forward is one of the handset feature which can be activate (ON) or deactivate(OFF) from your end only. However, in order to deactivate call divert from your end I request you to dial ##002# or follow procedure to deactivate manually. In handset, Settings → Call settings → Call Divert/Forward → OFF/Deactivate. Further, 1. Calls can be diverted or Forwarded to any Local mobile number except BSNL & Cell one and MTNL. 2. Procedure : Settings > Call Divert /Forward > select condition ( eg. switch off) > select other number > enter +91 followed by local mobile Number in which calls needs to be diverted/forwarded. 3. No Monthly Rental 4.The call Charges : Incoming charges as per the plan.

                                      In tatadocomo theire is service of providing carry forward data on 3g data plan but they didnt provide the same to me. First i recharged my no. By rs.93 with 3g data plan for 5 days for the last i recharged with 65 rs. With 3g data plan of 200 mb for 28 days. I negotiate about the same with customer care executive, they answered the rs.65 recharged is frc recharged but they didnt mentioned the same in their website from whre i recharged the no.
                                      I hope your forum may listen my request and take the legel action on service provider.

                                        My contact no is [protected], in my village tata docomo have too much network problem. Many times calling problem. In village have only 2g network not 3g. That 2g network also not work properly. And when we want to make complaint by dailing customers care no. .198 they don't make any complaints. Plz fix that problem and provide 3g network also there.
