    I have been using a SIM card since last 3 years and now when I wanted a micro SIM with that number the Tata docomo person told me that the SIM is registered on someone else name. As a responsible citizen, I had given my mother's documents to issue this SIM. But, now I am unable to use a micro SIm since its on someone else name. I have given this number for many official prposes also. Is there any way that I can have this number registered on my name, since I have been using this from last 3 years.

    This SIM card is not on my mother's name, though it was issued by giving her documents. Rather, the SIM is on some other person's name. We want the SIM to be registered on my or my mother's name. And we could provide documents to have it on our name.

      Hello,
      my tata docomo no. is [protected] prepaid
      i had purchased 3g 2gb internet plan which was expiring on 28th june 2016.
      as i had a balance of 350 mb on 28th june i used it to download. at this time i had a balance of rs.265 in my account. after i had used approx 325 mb suddenly i noticed my main account balance 265 rs had become zero.
      when i called tata helpline 121 they told me that they have charged my internet usage as the 2 gb download which was givn to me was divided into several categories like whatsapp, facebook etc. which they never told me while selling.
      also when i had 350 mb balance for download then how can tata docomo deny it.
      when i called up tata docomo helpline and told them that i will register complaint with consumer forum online they negotiated to refund 123 rs which was not acceptable as the deductions was totally fraudulent.
      my complaint with tata docomo is still pending and no resolution done. complaint no. is PBR12375462.
      WHEN A MOBILE CO. SELLS 2GB DOWNLOAD TO A CONSUMER THEN HOW CAN IT RECHARGE THE DATA FOR WHICH IT HAD ALREADY TAKEN MONEY?
      TATA DOCOMO HAS CHEATED THE CONSUMER !!!

        I have recently taken a broadband connection in Edachira, Cochin from Tata Docomo. After taking it I really regret. No proper servicing at all.

        The guy who contacted me for taking the connection told me about a fixed charge in the beginning, after one month o[censored]sage the bill they gave is above that and telling that's the tax. But about the tax they didn't mention when we took the connection.

        Currently I am getting connection only to my one room, and I was tried contacting the Docomo people to check or provide a long cable so that the wifi range will be available in my whole flat. But all in vein.

        The guy who contacted me to take the connection, now not at all responding to the calls or to the messages.

        I kindly request all of you please don't opt Tat Docomo. Such a waste company, they only contacting us to pay the bills.

            I have recharged of rs 67 for which i got rs 67 and 200 mb data. my balance is deducted when i have a activated internet plan (200 mb) data left.
            When i checked no information about deduction of rs 54 in last 5 deductions.
            Only rs13 deduction for a outgoing call since recharge is done and now my balance is 0 shocking. company eat my rs 54.
            I want my money back which is fraudly deducted from my account balance.

                  Today (30th Jun I got a message that I activated my mobile tariff but I did't do any thing. I know this is a company policy -company automatic activate some tariff to bulk of numbers. Some consumer does't care about it so that's their revenue model. Any how It should be stopped. Please take some action against it.

                    I upgraded from photon plus to photon wifi max duo on 6th April 2016. after the customer care, I was given the offer of Rs. 200 discount every month for next 15 months. so I upgraded the device and bought the new device for Rs. 2899. However, from the first bill itself, the discount of Rs. 200 was not given. After repeated calls to customer care, I was finally told that there was a minimum plan requirement (of Rs. 750 & above) in order to avail the offer and as I had a basic Rs. 400 monthly plan, it wasn't applicable for me. This led to innumerable attempts from my end to reason out with tata DoCoMo that I was not told about this basic requirement while purchasing/upgrading the device. I have whole trail of emails as well proving my point.
                    I finally surrendered by connection as a protest. I also requested them to trace the call records from my registered number, in which I was never informed about such a requirement.
                    However, they have failed to trace such calls. Although they have given some waiver of the disputed amount on two bills, I request for a device refund was not processed. As my device was hardly used for a month, it makes no logic for me to keep it. I am full time student and the amount of Rs. 2899 invested for this device is an absolute waste for me. I want a full refund of this amount. I have had enough of this terrible call sessions with DoCoMo persons, who are all insensitive and worst, illogical. they have wasted a lot of time as well.

                        Sir, i recharged my tata docomo photon+ [protected] one day before ie on 27/6/2016 through docomo apps by rs 375/- which was due on 28/6/2016 but i found on 29/6/2016 that my net data became zero. This is due to non credit to data pack to my a/c i suffered a huge loss of net data pack i again recharged by 465/-on 29/6/2016.. Details of bank a/c mentioned above. Please look into the matter and arrange to back my net pack remained credit earlier and my loss of rs 375/- immediately.

                              I am a Tata DoCoMo post-paid customer. I have a ₹250 plan that includes 1GB 3G and 500 mins of local+STD. From the day I started using the plan. I never received bill less than ₹400, but once ₹279. Sometimes even more than ₹700. I activated an add-on pack last month of ₹199 from the My Tata DoCoMo app. There is no mentioned of auto-renewal of the plan. However I got a bill of above ₹500 for two month . So, I called their customer care, they said me about the auto-renewal and said I should have called them first. In reply, I said them to right it down in T&Cs in the app. They said about escalating the issue to some other department and deactivated the service. When I complained that about deducting the price to the original as I haven't use the facilities of ₹199 they refused. So, I said them even after the additional ₹199 the bill is more than expected they said it is the issue of the other department. I know I am paying more for than I use. However it is a totally absurd behaviour from a great company.

                                  I am using my tata docomo number from 3 years which is a prepaid. But suddenly on 21st june 2016 it was disconnected. I went to koramanagala office and re submitted all the documents and assured that the connection will be active within 7 working days but still not no one has further information on activation of same number. Customer service guys informed that this number is permanently disconnected, but i am using this number from more than 3 years how can i get my number back. Please advise on this situation.

                                    I ported to tata docomo on may 18th 2016, with a promise of better network coverage. But i found that there is no network coverage at my work place (Not a single tower) and a few towers at my home.
                                    As it was postpaid connection (Account no[protected] so bills is getting generated without providing any services.
                                    Its been more than 40 days and the issue still persists. Every time i call tata docomo they say it will get resolved in another 2/3/4 days, and on 28 th june the issue was marked as resolved without providing the resolution. I already said several times that i will not pay any amount till service is provided properly. But this was ignored.
                                    I suffered a lot because of tata docomo as most of the time my tata docomo number is out of reach. I am a working professional which highly rely on calls for existing or new opportunities. I lost most of the opportunities because of this. I will call it harassment and exploitation from this telecom company as neither they are providing services nor they are allowing me to opt out of docomo as locking period is 90 days. To add to agony the outgoing facilities has been barred. Most of the time i contact customer care on chat as there is no network, so i can provide that if required.

                                      I have applied for the broad band (Wifi) connection on 27.05.2016. Till now i have not got the connection. I am staying in nanded city in pune. Every time the local person and the person from customer care ask me whether the connection has been installed. I am fed up of continuous following up with the local person. All these person don't have sense to speak. Their language is very arrogant. Already the cheque of rs. 3215/- has been cleared on 16.06.2016, but connection has not been installed. Please help me out. The official are not responding at all. The persons to whom i am talking are mr. Dyaneshwar - [protected], mr. Mukesh - [protected], office no.[protected]. I have already launched complaint twice with your customer care. The local officials (Tata docomo office at nanded city) say that that you launch your complaint where you want but there is no use.                                         Tooooo frequent tata DoCoMo broadband disconnections on my acc no[protected].

                                        Fed up, tired of contacting several folks without no resolution.
                                        Error shown is DNS server is not responding.
                                        Changed DNS from dynamic to static but still issue persists.
                                        Paying my hard earned money through monthly rental for near to zero service.
                                        They are not keen in resolving complaints.
                                        if any one has Tata senior (district level/regional/national) executive number, please provide to me. I will take up directly with senior management.
