Sector 62, blockB, Hcl towers. Very poor coverage. False promises of better speed. Not even coverage being provided. Worst explanations from technical staff. Tata photon will be a zero recommendations as per services. Not abke to even open normal websites. Technician says there is no site covering the area.I live near corporate area like nokia and ericsson. How come such a poor service can be provided....

I have written once more a couple of days ago, my Photon no [protected]. It's not working since last two weeks.

Kindly help as your customer care people are not able to sort out the issue.

On 09.08.2016 at around 4 pm, i have recharged for rc23/- (rate cutter plan) from my mobile. i have not received any confirmation. so that after few minutes later i have recharged from net banking for rc23/- again & deducted from my bank a/c accordingly. today while checking my balance, balance got deducted in mobile.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount for which you have charged twice for the same rate cutter plan for the same period.br...

I requested for MNP for my number +91-[protected]. But it is taking long time to process this . I afraid that UPC code will expire.

This is my second request for the MNP. earlier I requested on[protected]:10:20.0 and DOCOMO closed this after 15 days without my satisfaction.

Please trigger for MNP and clear the balance. This is my final decision....

There is no network in my mobile no [protected] (At my residence kothi no 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh) since tata docomo have ported my mobile from cdma to gsm. I had lodged so many complaints verbally as well in writing again and again with their executive mr. Gagandeep at mobile no [protected] and their area manager mr ram at mob no. [protected], appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.Com but to no avail. My business is suffering badly for the last 2.5...

I had raised complaint for loss of connection of ADSL internet at my home (account no[protected]Aug-2016. Complaint got closed without any resolution and today I raised another complaint[protected]. Reaching out to Appellate Authority also did not help. This problem is going on since last week of July 2016 and happens every 2-3 months. In effect I pay for whole month, but get service only half of the month - this is pure cheating and...

I went to tata docomo show room, requesting for prepaid connection for porting of my mobile no. (Mumbai sim) to local no. (Hyderabad). The show room representative said that there is no such portability exists except post paid plan. He convinced me to take post paid connection. He said only ₹199/- will be deducted by taking "gsm ultra 199 monthly rental" plan by giving 199 local national sms free, 36k local + std...

Hi, i am getting a docomos flash alert on my mobile (moto g), like "dive in now", with ok and cancel button. no matter what button is pressed it again pops up. if i click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. i am not able to perform any other task when this happens. it last for at least half an hour. i called customer care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like go to settings message disable...

Please stop sending this unwanted flash sms which is frustrating. When i am typing an sms or chatting from my mobile the yes button automatically gets pressed when ever a flash sms comes on screen. I have recently charged for that. My number is [protected] raghavendra rao chukka.

I m using 2g tata docomo internet connection and my monthly bill never exceeds rs 400. Recently to my surprise tata docomo charged me a sum of rs 1980. They mentioned that i used 3g data since my mobile supports 3g sim. When told that i have opted for 2g plan and not 3g, they replied that i have changed setting in my mobile to use 3g instead of 2g and with that the company is obliged to charge for 3g without intimating the customer.
