        Sector 62, blockB, Hcl towers. Very poor coverage. False promises of better speed. Not even coverage being provided. Worst explanations from technical staff. Tata photon will be a zero recommendations as per services. Not abke to even open normal websites. Technician says there is no site covering the area.I live near corporate area like nokia and ericsson. How come such a poor service can be provided.

            On 09.08.2016 at around 4 pm, i have recharged for rc23/- (rate cutter plan) from my mobile. i have not received any confirmation. so that after few minutes later i have recharged from net banking for rc23/- again & deducted from my bank a/c accordingly. today while checking my balance, balance got deducted in mobile.
            Kindly arrange to refund the amount for which you have charged twice for the same rate cutter plan for the same period.

              I was using DOCOMO SIM card from nearly 6 Years. Now the SIM Card is got deactivated from past 4 months. Plz do rectify the issue. The number is very much required by me. Pl do look into the issue and do the needful and solve the issue ASAP.

                    There is no network in my mobile no [protected] (At my residence kothi no 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh) since tata docomo have ported my mobile from cdma to gsm. I had lodged so many complaints verbally as well in writing again and again with their executive mr. Gagandeep at mobile no [protected] and their area manager mr ram at mob no. [protected], appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.Com but to no avail. My business is suffering badly for the last 2.5 months only due to deficiency in service by tata docomo. I can not spoil my business in these days of hard competition only due to negligence and deficiency in service on the part of tata docomo. I had also requested tata docomo to please give me alternate solution or port my number to any other service provider but to no avail. Customer care replies "as per norms of tri, your mobile can not be ported to any other service provider before 90 days" my business is suffering badly. What should i do?

                      I had raised complaint for loss of connection of ADSL internet at my home (account no[protected]Aug-2016. Complaint got closed without any resolution and today I raised another complaint[protected]. Reaching out to Appellate Authority also did not help. This problem is going on since last week of July 2016 and happens every 2-3 months. In effect I pay for whole month, but get service only half of the month - this is pure cheating and breach of service agreement. With this level of customer services, Tata Teleservices should not be allowed to do business.

                      Dear Appellate Officer,
                      I have been using tata docomo ADSL connection for last 3 years. During this time many times I have faced 'no connection' issue for several days.
                      I asked for disconnection 3-4 months back as I was frustrated by frequent continued disconnection. After that your team assured me of continuous service and persuaded me to stay on with tata docomo ADSL connection.

                      Again for last 4 days there is no connection, which is frustrating and Ridiculous. I thought it might be a temporary slack, but eventually that dragged 4 days without any attempt to restore connection. Even for today, the call center confirmed the network problem will be solved only past mid-night, that too I am not sure how much true is that.

                      Eventually, I pay every month well in advance for the entire month but I get service only for a fraction of month as there are frequent disconnections. I feel cheated in this and didn't expect this from a TATA group company which holds up high morale and code of conduct.

                      Can you please let me know is there any chance of improved service...else I will disconnect the service

In this regard, we would like to inform you that for merameal content, downloaded by you, dated 22-07-2016 at 11:00PM and 11:02PM through SDP, the balance has got deducted of Rs.10/- and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. Further, we would like to inform you that your balance of Rs.34.40/- has been deducted, as you have surfed internet on 26-07-2016 and 27-07-2016 used 15432KB DATA at that time no data balance available in your account. Hence, you have been charged for the data usage from the main balance at 10p/10KB and the same cannot be refunded. Further, we request you to switch off your mobile data or deactivate internet service on your number. So that you will not charge in future.

                          I Mr. Arpan Dutta want draw your kind attention that I was a bona fide customer o[censored]r service. I got a call from an agency o[censored]r service to port my [protected] into ur Docomo post paid service but I put a condition that I am a practicing advocate of calcutta High court so I don't have time go to the shop/store to pay the bill but told me that they will send their men and he will collect the amount from my billing address. But after a month I had to call them for collecting said amount from me otherwise my connection would be stopped. But in the month of January or Feb 2016 they haven't collected the billing amount from me even after my several calls to them a result of that my connection has been discontinued and I was bound to take another connection. As a result of that my clients and companies could not reach me. Its a clear deficiency of service on ur part .Who will compensate me? PH of agency [protected].                             Respected sir,
                            I went to tata docomo show room, requesting for prepaid connection for porting of my mobile no. (Mumbai sim) to local no. (Hyderabad). The show room representative said that there is no such portability exists except post paid plan. He convinced me to take post paid connection. He said only ₹199/- will be deducted by taking "gsm ultra 199 monthly rental" plan by giving 199 local national sms free, 36k local + std sec (600 min) & 500 mb free data for month. I have paid ₹50/- towards sim charges and mobile has been activated on 07th may 2016. My friends alerted me, to not use mobile data because they will charge much amount. On the same day i called to tata docomo customer care for de activating the internet data usage and also requested that every day the account details to be sent to my mobile.
                            On 14 may 16, mobile internet 2g data has been charged 29mb (Approx ₹96/-). Irrespective of informing to deactivate the data they have charged this amount. On customer care executive’s suggestion i have subscribed for 500mb (It supposed to be 512mb) data for one month validity. I requested on 21th may 16 but they activated internet 2g data pack on 25th may 16. The interesting fact is that this amount has been billed in the both the months (May and june 16). One more fact is that i had set data limit usage in my mobile, once it is over 500mb then it will alert me. After completion of data i called to customer care for the status of 2g data usage. They said that the limit is crossed and further ₹356/- charged.
                            This information has been mailed to appellate authority. They also given wrong information that 500mb free data per month will be given (As show room representative said). Till now they have charged total amount ₹ 1469/- (For 03 months)
                            All the information given by tata docomo customer care representatives is baseless facts and they are charging more amount. All the emails and bills pertaining to my post paid plan is forwarded herewith.

                            You must again inspect all the bills and mails received from Appellate Authority. 8th Class student also tell that this is a Data Usage Charges intentionally imposed on the bills.

                            are being replied by your company all the time. In reality you are not making calls but I am making calls. I also received following email:

                            Dear Sir,

                            Greetings from TATA Docomo!!!

                            Thank you writing us, please pay Rs. 800/- balance amount we will write off and close the account further...

                              Now this is very bad to your company that your customer have that problem.
                              I am continuously dialing your customer care no but there is no response they are saying your no is wrong or lots of hell things I am getting very bad experience

                                Hi, i am getting a docomos flash alert on my mobile (moto g), like "dive in now", with ok and cancel button. no matter what button is pressed it again pops up. if i click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. i am not able to perform any other task when this happens. it last for at least half an hour. i called customer care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like go to settings message disable service msg/ flash/ anything related. but no such options were available, when i told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. is there any solution for this other than number porting? please help. regards, kalim mohammed shaikh.

                                We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as your number was not reachable. In this Regard, we would like to inform you that in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service center better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.

                                  I am holding “Tata indicom (CDMA) connection and No: [protected]. I would like to planning to move Tata indicom (CDMA) to Tata Docomo (GSM). I went to “Tata DOCOMO Brand Store, Gajuwaka, Adj Sudha Hotel Complex, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, City: Vizag, and State: Andhra Pradesh, Pin code: 530026”.
                                  They are saying “prepaid SIMs are not available”... The same story is running from last one week... and “Company itself is having shortage of SIM Cards”.
                                  I'm very much frustrated with the behavior of Representative at Tata DOCOMO Brand Store and very much feeling very bad & shocking about this type of behavior from TATA DOCOMO service... Waiting for positive reply... If it is not possible to resolve our issue, I will go for another service provider.

                                    I am unable to receive calls from certain circles(Bengaluru, Mumbai). I am working in IT field and currently looking for a job change. Certain employers are unable to reach me as they get a dialing tone but I don't get the calls. This makes them think that I'm dodging their calls. Afterwards, I get a message that I've got X number of missed calls. One time I got 8 missed calls message. This issue is hurting my career prospects. Now, I tried to register a complaint at their official site but unsurprisingly I got this message after I completed all the fields and clicked on submit.

                                    "Sorry, your complaint could not be raised. Please try again".
                                    (Also attached the screenshot)

                                    This is the reality of Docomo customer care. They don't have any dedicated number for complaints and when you submit the complaint on their site this happens.

                                      This is to bring to your attention that I have not used Internet on my
                                      mobile no [protected] ever...yet my bill charges debited against internet is
                                      almost 956 Rs...I had given a request for waiving off the internet
                                      charges in customer care and had received a call from customer care stating that this will
                                      not be waived off..
                                      However after convincing them that I have never used internet on my mobile
                                      no and that my bill never actually crossed even Rs 60 till now and have
                                      always genuinely paid my bills on time, they told me that they will recheck
                                      again and call me back..
                                      After this they closed my complaint directly stating that internet charges will not be waived off.

                                      I need your help in waiving off the internet charges as these are not utilized by me..

                                      There has been another incident on my mobile [protected]. I received a message from there end stating that my unbilled amount for Aug-16 is 1304. whereas i did not use the same. When i called they told that this message was sent erroneously. Request you to please look into this seriously as i am completely frustrated these unbilled charges(July-16 charges being approx 1100 and Aug-16 charges being approx 1300 ) and also by calling again and again and receiving no positive response from their end.
