Poor coverage and false promises

Sector 62, blockB, Hcl towers. Very poor coverage. False promises of better speed. Not even coverage being provided. Worst explanations from technical staff. Tata photon will be a zero recommendations as per services. Not abke to even open normal websites. Technician says there is no site covering the area.I live near corporate area like nokia and ericsson. How come such a poor service can be provided....

On 09.08.2016 at around 4 pm, i have recharged for rc23/- (rate cutter plan) from my mobile. i have not received any confirmation. so that after few minutes later i have recharged from net banking for rc23/- again & deducted from my bank a/c accordingly. today while checking my balance, balance got deducted in mobile.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount for which you have charged twice for the same rate cutter plan for the same period.br...

This is my second request for the MNP. earlier I requested on[protected]:10:20.0 and DOCOMO closed this after 15 days without my satisfaction.

Please stop sending this unwanted flash sms which is frustrating. When i am typing an sms or chatting from my mobile the yes button automatically gets pressed when ever a flash sms comes on screen. I have recently charged for that. My number is [protected] raghavendra rao chukka.
