My tataphoton number is [protected].I have called to stop my device which is on hold.They told they will activate and stop after the bill generation.Without using of device Why they active and generate bill.I want to stop without activating.Till the representative activated without my permission after i said no.from 6 month i am not using the device and stop it.
Because of representative miss guiding i have kept hold.Actualy i want to stop it before 6 months back itself but they told it was free to keep in hold and again you can active or deactive.Now they are telling to stop you have to active and pay bill which i am not at all using from 6 months.

Please note that the connection will be deactivated on 31-Aug-2016 unless notified from your side. The current outstanding in your account is Rs. 00/-. We would like to inform you that the disconnection procedure takes 7 days for temporary disconnection and the same will be disconnected permanently on the 16th day post the disconnection request. Kindly note that the billing will be stopped on the 07th day of disconnection request. Please be informed that you shall be receiving a final bill (from 24th Aug 2016 to 31st Aug 2016) for the bill dated 21st Sept 2016.       Dear sir,

      I was holding tat docomo no. [protected].in the month of may-16 when i went to kerala i activated gprs collection. On successful activation and receipt of message i used the same from kerala. On receipt of may month bill i was shocked they charged me 5000 for internet charge. On inquiring they are telling the net plan is active state wise. Since connection is of telegana net plan is invalid in kerala.

      1. There was no communication at the time of activation that net plan will charged state wise. Also, other operator is not charging that way so how the customer aware about the same. Also, if the net plan is not valid in kerala why they activated when the customer tried to activate from kerala and sent a success message. Moreover, they the charged net plan amount of rs. 99 also.
      2. Later they stopped my outgoing given a docket confirming will be closed next month. Means i charged one 1 month rent with out outgoing facility still not received a revert for docket no.[protected]
      3. Post this i received a call from appellate and stated they will reduce 20% charge rest i need to pay. Failed to under stand how they are charging. Call recorded if needed can be forwarded
      4. Post this given one more docket no. No written revert for that too except some calls from some outsources people
      5. This happened 6 months back also and they charged wrong amount of 3500 and after 2 months fallow-up and mail s they adjusted the same amount in next 2 month bills. Not paid any interest for my hard earned money of 3500 they kept for almost 2 months period. Have all the supporting mails and adjustment mail with apology if needed can be forwarded.

      Now they are torturing me for the payment without a revised bill. Sending some third parties to my house daily 10-15 calls to my mobiles.
      Please assist to whom i need to approach to resolve.
      If i take any extreme step please note these people are responsible. No revert from trai as they are not at all interested in customer complaints

        As per the telephonic conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that your cancellation request has been registered with the docket number[protected] raised on 25-AUG-2016. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 327/-. 4. The number will get permanently disconnected within 16 days. 5. Your billing cycle is 22nd of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable.

          Hello sir/madam,
          I am uninor prepaid customer since last four months and before uninor i was customer of tata docomo postpaid, my number is [protected]. Now, i have to port my number with airtel but while porting active order exist error is occurred and to that my request goes in suspension state then it gets canceled. So i am unable to port my number.in the error it is mentioned that tata docomo bill amount rs 432/- is not paid by the customer. But i have paid last bill amount 432/- on 17th june 2016 and there is no out standing. I have visited tata docomo store several times they also saying there is no outstanding. Then why this error is occurred.

          Kindly give me justice.

          I am attaching the photographs which shows i have paid all the bills.

            Unable to make outgoing calls when i am in roaming.
            I have sufficient balance and also getting incoming calls/sms.
            But once i try to call while roaming, calls are disconnected automatically and showing “call ended”.
            I called customer care last month and tried all the solutions they provided resulted in vain.
            I changed to new sim card but still the problem existing.

              My internet is not working from last 9 days and sad to say that in spite of daily reminders there has been no action. First two dates were wasted as Co informed me that the disconnection has happened due to non payments. After two days they apologised that the payment has been received before due date and connection will be regularised within half an hour. Still no action. The next day I was informed that the Engineer Mr Rashid will come but again no action. After much persuasion Mr Rashid comes in late evening and does something and promises to come the next day morning (as per him some clipping was to be done). Mr Rashid forgets and I complain the next day to know that the call has been closed and new service number was given and was asked to wait for 48 hours for repair work. Again nothing happens and the call centre informs that the entire system of the Co. is down and we are not able to provide internet services in Mumbai and Pune. Now I have started sending emails to the following Email ID's but still no action :

                What rubbish is this

                    Hey!My docomo number is( [protected]) and this is a demo sim and we lost the sim in April-2016 and we are contacted our local distributor to replace the sim. When we are contacting our distributor he is telling we are not received sim from the company from the past 5 months. But when I called to demo customer care, they are telling sir replacement for your sim has been initiated in April only. But why we are not received this sim. Is this our distributor fault or from ur company fault. No company will take this much time to replace the sim. We are contacting our local distributor from the past 5 months but he is telling replacement not initiated by the company but customer service is telling replacement initiated in April.                       Please at least improve your service in major cities. In bangalore for example after 20 sec the call drops or the other person doesn't hear anything. This issue is common with my friends too specially aground Indiranagar. Why are you even providing service i[censored]nablr to maintain the quality. Also the net pack ie 3 g that you people offer is the worst. Please improve your service as already people are going for other service providers for better call quality.


                      We are just waiting for reliance jio to launch to switch to it for better call quality.

                        While using tata docomo, i have faced only problem with payment and uninformed connection cut and also payment details lately, and if i ask them these problem there response varies from one to another, and after paying my proper bills and left docomo to reliance. After 3 months today 22-aug-2017 a lady named deepa called me for number termination.. The number which i got call from is [protected]. Even though i have explained the thing i have done and the problem and network disconnection for 20-25 days and some 20 days on outgoing call termination, she is not even ready to here it. All she wants is the payment payment payment for the mobile bill. The number which i am using is my personal for 7-8 years and she is just simply ready to disconnect it without even understanding my concern.

                          Hi,

                          It seems that there is not a single person in your organisation who is capable enough to understand. So if you guys have any self respect you will hire a person to understand the scenario and then contact me.

                          So i am explaining the scenario again in here :

                          21st may - i sent an email to request an address change for the internet connection line.

                          21st may - i received an email that i will provide all the documents first then will you guys will be able to let me know if there is feasibility in the new location. (Tracking#m[protected]

                          21st may - i replied and informed that just to let me know if there is connection not to transfer so that i can go forward with paper work or else i will terminate the connection.

                          22nd may - i again got a dumb reply that please provide the documents, as usual you guys are so blind that you dont even look into the email before replying.

                          So i left discussing.

                          May 30 - i transferred to the new location and left the old location.

                          June 5- i sent an email with the new documents and to check if feasibility is there. But it failed delivery. Till june 9th i tried to send it multiple times and everytime it failed and at last when i called and came to know that there is limit on the size of document attached and that is the reason why it was getting failed.

                          June 9- i sent the email again with the decreased size if the file and the complain was raised. Reference number for the same is[protected].

                          June 10- i received a call that transfer is not possible and the same was sent through an email as well.

                          June 10- i replied and asked if it is possible in new future.

                          June 13- i didnt get any reply so i sent the following email:

                          "as you guys have mentioned that the transfer is not possible at my location then please send me the adjusted bill for this month.

                          I have relocated on 30th june, so please adjust it accordingly as my billing period is till 15th."

                          This is should have been enough for you dumb heads to understand what needs to be done, but that didnt happen.

                          June 19- i received the bill for the whole month without an adjustment.

                          June 20- sent another followup email asking about an adjustment and i received another reference number[protected] in reply.

                          June 29- i sent another email asking for an update.

                          June 29- i received another email with the following reply : "as per our team remarks shifting not possible due to non feasibility in that area so request also closed here." see this is an example how you guys work.

                          June 30- i received a call asking to pay the bill, i said all what is mentioned above and who called me said that he will fix everything and just asked to forward the email chains. This name is abaji sawant. This email chain was sent to collection. [protected]@tatatel.co.in

                          July 12- i again sent that email chain and i got the following reply : we deeply apologize for the inconvenience experienced by you. As per team confirmation shifting not possible due to feasibility issue.

                          July 12- i again sent an email and informed that i have sent multiple emails please cancel my connection and sent me the revised email.

                          July 13- i received an email saying that a duplicate bill will be sent and i received a duplicate bill without any revision

                          July 13- i sent an email again and exaplained the difference between revised and duplicate. Guess what another reference number was given to me[protected]

                          July 20- another bill with 2months rental and no adjustment.

                          Another person called in between i explained that dumb again and

                          July 26 today i received another bill which has the previous amount that is 2760 plus the adjustment this month from 15th to 22nd another 276 and the total amount 3036.

                          So if you are able to understand the words written above then reply me with proper bill or just get lost and dont ever dare to call me again.

                          Today even after explaining everythin to manoj from your company on aug 16, i didnt receive any explanation from your company, i received a call from a very rude and dumb girl from your company threatening about court case. I have all the proofs of send communication to your company so i dont fear about the court case at all, but as you guys think that i will fear and give the amount i will raise a harassment case ofcourse with your company.

                          I am sure that you guys will not reply to this email as well, so be it.

                              Please provide the good signal at rmz eco world tech park, bellandur - bangalore.

                              I can understand eco world is a developing tech park but there should be a good signal coverage in a tech park atleast that too in a it corridor at the centre of the city etc...

                              In the building where i am working has 11floors, imagine the strength of people working here and the amount of customers you have.

                              Hope you boost the signal as soon as possible.

                                Worst ever service i have ever seen. Call me i can explain in detail..Previous email which i wrote to them. I have disconnected the line your technical agent created loss of 2200..He visted at my place and informed me that there is problem with my router.I had a sealed packed cisco router which he opened and issue was the same..Now i ll not be able to sell the new router because it is already open...Since the time i got tata connection am in loss..What kind of service you provide to the customers i dnt understand..Now words to decribe...I won't pay any bill amount..1st refund router charges..Installation charges

                                  My prepaid mob [protected] has been recently activated the unwanted movie world without my knowledge and charged rs. 75 for the period of two months. This is no way useful to us. I used to maintain minimum rs. 300 balance in my account. Automatically you are doing the deductions most of the times without my request. I am not happy with your service. As you have deducted without permission for the movie world, kindly refund the amount back to my account..

                                    Tata docomo is cheating the customers. I recharged my docomo no [protected] with 3g pack. But it is not blocking the 3g downloading only allowing the 2g download. This is clearly cheating by docomo I have wasted my 500Rs. on docomo. I was regular cusomer of docomo. But now I close this service. Go to hell you Japanese company.

                                      I am satish kumar holding mobile no.[protected] where initially i had post paid connection and i have migrated after settlement all payable and migrated to prepaid term but repeatedly from 1 weak i am receiving message stating that there is out standing amount of rs. 903 before migration which is not true and have informed the customer care in this aspect also of no use no reply, hence this complaint. The concerned person is requested to attend my case at the earliest and sort out the issue with in 1 weak from today or else with no other alternative i will be approaching the consumer court against you at your cost and risk.

                                      We tried to speak to you personally on your number regarding billing. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that your number was disconnected permanently on 30-MAY-16 due to Migration to Prepaid. As your bill generation date is 27th of every month final bill(for the period 25/05/16 to 29/05/16) was generated on 27-JUN-2016 for the amount of Rs. 199/- on prorate basis. Also, there was May month invoice [protected](bill amt: Rs. 1204/-) for which payment was not received. Kindly note that the deposit amount of Rs.500/- was successfully adjusted towards the invoice [protected]. Hence, total outstanding amount is Rs.903/-(199+[protected]. Further, we would like to inform you that you have been correctly charged as per your usage and there is no any discrepancy in your bills.
