Sir/madam,
We reside in aditya nagar colony in tolichowki, hyderabad.
We have 5 connections with tat docomo in our residence and were with cdma connection till recently, we were told by customer care that we will have to switch to gsm as cdma would no more be functional. So we have switched on to gsm for all 55 connections at home with new hand sets. Now after this we don't get network inside the house and also barely outside. This is causing lot of call drops ad call misses. Please do the needful by making better network provisions. Thanks you

    I have a docomo no [protected] which puk has blocked 2 months before. I walkin at TATA DOCOMO centre for unblocking puk. But front office executive told me for change the plan from prepaid to post paid. They deny to unblock the code.The service centre is located at ultadanga VSNL building. Forcefully they bound me to cancel the connection. I have lost the no along with my recharge money.

      I have got a msg from company that you have got extra benifit of internet on rs 93 in 48 hrs .i have also called tha customer care he said you have got benifit in 48 hrs but i didnt get it . And on the msg it wasn't written that that offer was valid for one day .and i dont get that benifit . I m totally dissatisfied with that type of problem. So please as soon as you will solve my problem .i will be thankful to you.

        My sevice request no is[protected]. I have been paying for my tata photon regularly for last two years just to keep the account active. However due to extringencies of my job i have not been able to use my tataphoton for last two years. I had applied for blocking my tata photon however at that time customer care centre had called me up to not to stop the service rather pay minimal amount to keep the account active.
        After two years when i tried to run my tata photon plus, it did not connect. Once i launched the complaint, i came to know that my device number has been registered with some other device and that it is not active. Hence i request to close down my tata photo service and also refund the amount for last two years which i have been paying. The company is charging me extra for no service at all.

        My device meid no is a0000036ef9f7d and my no is [protected]. My account no is[protected].

        We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concern. Unfortunately our multiple attempts in establishing a contact with you have failed as you were busy. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed. As per your mail, we would like to inform you that, the disconnection request has already been raised on 14th June 2016 and the request number is[protected]. Our Photon Care representative shall get in touch with you within 48 hours with respect to your request. Please note that the connection will be deactivated on 22nd June 2016 unless notified from your side. The current outstanding in your account is nil. Further, we would also like to inform you that the mentioned Photon number has been activated on 22nd Oct 2013 with the MEID number (device number) "HA0000036EF9A78" hence, we are unable to process any refund for the paid amount. Kindly note that the Photon account number is a postpaid connection hence, you have been charged correctly as per the current bill plan, irrespective of data usage. Please also note that the no change has been made for MEID number change hence, the MEID number "HA0000036EF9F7D" is not active with any Photon number but you can active the Photon number [protected] with MEID number "HA0000036EF9F7D" by mapping the same.

            I have nearly 100mb 3g internet balance but still illegally the company has deducted Rs. 89 from my main account balance citing internet usage.

            Their complaint no. 198 is not helpful at all.

            I request anybody to please help me in this matter. In past 1yr I have lost nearly Rs.1500 like this. Please help sue the company.

I received only 1 gb data so I called customer care your Representative say that it's lucky offer If it was lucky offer why it was not mentioned in offer as I always recharge with 93rs for 1gb data so why should I recharge it for 208 rs I need Refund as soon as possible and stop it fraud offers

                Tata-Photon is the worst service provider and their customer policies are pathetic. There technical team is not much competent to solve any problem
                I have raised the speed related issue many times to customer care
                and call i received at the very beginning when i have started with photon
                wifi, , Company can check the audit records with my Tata Photon number
                [protected] . Information is always misleading from photon executives like
                at the beginning your speed will be slow and gradually speed can increase
                [company check the call recording]. i have waited around more 20 days to check the speed when i will get
                again high speed 7 GB, but speed related issue is still there,
                every time i have filled ) 2 GB booster pack to access the impotent mails (again with pathetic speed, i have filled 4 boaster), This would be very expensive buying 2 GB 2G data at the 350rs, again burden on my pocket too.

                Technical teams says i am staying im staying in HIGH UTILIZATION AREA so
                due to it speed is very slow. My ticket is still in pending state and its
                more then 22 days for same, They have denied nothing can happens on speed issue and i have bear with it
                i have paid advance of six month + device cost as
                5000 Rs, As i am not able to get the average speed of 10 kbps with or without boaster pack.i have already raised this concern to your twitter handler/[protected]@tatadocomo.com, Now company is denying to return the advance money which i have paid for next 4 month as their poor policy and norms which they haven't informed with me,

                Company is looting in the name of policy, I have got mail from data documo executive only if I can get money back only first 15 days, I am not asking money back for device cost, I only want the amount which I have paid for next 4.5 months can be back, the amount which I have paid as a pee data basis need to refund. as their fail to resolve speed issue due to their high utilization area. I will go for consumer forum if executive not take this case seriously.

                    I wanted to port from postpaid to uninor as docomo services and net speed are worst.I have cleared all the pending bills still not able to port in uninor.As docomo rejected the processing on ground that they are unable to contact me.Moreover vapi customer care office doesnot give proper response.Its wastage of time and money see to it as soon as possible or else i have to complain to higher authority

                      Even while calling DoCoMo to DoCoMo the call drops are so frequent. This is the case when both places network strength is good. Recent example is on 5June 2016, I was calling this Maharashtra DoCoMo number from DoCoMo Karnataka circle again and again. It was disconnecting after a certain duration. Initially 30 seconds, then 1 minute and then about 3-4 mins. In a duration of 30 minutes I talked about 20 minutes and redialled the number about 15 times. This is pathetic. Looks like tata has completely lost it.

                            Tata docomo is a scam. This is not the first time i am facing this problem. Although they have refunded the loss earlier, they refuse to do so this time.
                            Their customer care hangs up on me. I take a loan to call customer care again, and then i lose my loan balance also. They think i am jobless to sit and try calling them?
                            I am a busy man, and yet have to go through this. Having spoken to a customer service executive on the phone and online chat support, due to no refund, i am having to take my issue here. Last night on 2nd june 2016 at 10:30 i have lost rs 131 and 580 mb 3g data.
                            My friends also face similar problems.
                            I request you to bar tata docomo from providing any service in this country, since they dont offer the services they intend to

                              I hv been using tata docomo since 2012. I had recharged for 299 3g pack as usual before i left the city as i was travelling... And later your operator from whom i got the 299 pack recharged has recharged to my no. Again for 15 rs 2g pack instead of some other no.... By then i was travelling back and didn't use my phone coz i was driving...!! N when i saw my phone my 3g pack has been lapsed.. I even went back n that operator of your denies saying it was not his mistake and when i called your customer care service, i don't find any sensible reason given by your customer care executives.In most other networks the data gets added be it 2g or 3g... How can you lapse my data just like that...2g and 3g is just about the speed of the internet... How can u lapse it. This is the most ridiculous response one can ever get after using this network for so many years now. I'm sorry to say but if nothing is gonna be done about this i'm gonna port my no. Sooner coz i hv borne enough network issues with u guys... N this was the last thing now.

                                  They have charged me Rs-200 (Rs-100 per one SIM) at the time of purchase they told me you would get Rs-40 balance and 30/ min call cost for 90 day's.
                                  However till now they haven't done FRC on my numbers, agent details abhilash mobile number [protected].It is tatadocomo brand store not a out side dealer.
                                  then i have spoke with customer care and chated with live chat they told me that we can't do any thing you have to visit where you have bought, so I contacted person where I have purchased on 30/06/2016 he told that just give me one hour i will recharge, from that day he is being saying same, Today 02/06/2016 even they not lifting my phone and disconnecting..

                                  and i raise complaint to appellate authority I have got reply we have received your complaint, we are working on this with in 24 hours we will get back to you till now i didn't get any reply

                                  I have ever seen such a worst customer service, even higher authority (appellate) also not responding in proper way

                                        I'm facing similar issue with the network tata docomo in u. P west. Each and every call isn't completed either due to call drop or call is running but unable to get other end voice. Totally bad network in u. P west.
