Tata docomo customer care couldn't provide me with the puk2 of my number. I need it to activate fdn. My pin2 is blocked and there is no way i am being able to sort this out. Service centre executives told me that there is no puk2 in tata docomo sims. They have provided me with the puk1 though.

i recharged the mobile number [protected] with rs 141 on 17th may 2016 thinking that i would get 1 gb data but to my surprise i got only 500 mb and on enquiry i was told remaining 424 mb will be credited afer 24 hours but after 24 hours no data was credited and when checked with customer care i was told that cant be credited for old sim but in offer message nothing was mentioned and more over instead of 600 mb only 500 mb was given...

Threatening calls from tata docomo

I got a call from delhi high court, saying you have to be present tomorrow in the court or else you will be charged rs. 25000 for not appearing and will fax it to your local police station and they will legal action on you.
Even after asking several mails from tata docomo's side for final settlement, there was no positive reply from their side.
Today directly i got a call from delhi high court saying all the above fake things....

Non recharge of my mobile

Sir,

I recharged with rs.35 special recharge of local calls @30paisa two times in my tata docomo mobile no. [protected] today around 3.15 pm but i m still not receiving such recharge and my bank account also get deducted 2 times. So i requested you to get back my amount of recharge in my bank account.

Kindly do this as soon as possible.

Tata docomo photon max wifi data card

First of all I am very disappointed about your wifi speed and connectivity.I recharged my data card just 1 day back and it became dead slow in connecting to my devices! now I think I have wasted my 1000/- per month in these dead slow and non connecting wifi device.I recharge for 1 month but your service gives me wifi for just 1 day of speedy wifi so I feel 1000 Rupees for a day "s wifi is utter useless ....

Service - wrong bill

The tata dococmo service providers generated a wrong bill for my service connection for 9 days and forwarded the bill through sms intimation, and when i asked for the certain bill they failed to provide and informed that hard copy can't be generated for the same, all these issue arises after i requested for porting. And for the clarification when called the customer care and spoke to n number of executives and at last the call got escalated...

Regarding postpaid billing..

On 15 April my migration from post paid to prepaid was cancelled without my permission ... and when I questioned them for this they offered me 200 rs of discount for each bill for 3 months and message date is 20th April.. when I paid the bill amount and asked for discount they telling me it would be discount in June ... and they mentioned it for next 3.bills from April...

[protected] with 138 rupees on 10th may then i called cuatomer care yesterday at that time i have around 50mb data out of 500mb in this number so tata docomo officer said that you will receive another 500mb data after just fininishing your 50mb then i switch on my data till data charge cut out from my main balance... Not activating intercom facility

In my society tat docomo is the service provider of the Intercom facility and I installed for the same purpose about one year back. Initially I was not knowing my Intercom is not activated. Later when I came to know I have complained and they are not solving for past 20 days. I need to take this strongly. This is also happening with some of my society members also.

Customer care person activate wrong recharge plan

I have call on customer care and say him to active plan of rs 97 in tata docomo on my mobile number [protected] but by mistake they active 92 rs. Plan and i lost my money. After end call i again call them but customer care service is busy and then i send the mail on their [protected]@tatadocomo.com and inform same matter within 30 minutes (Approx) otherwise they refuse and say they can't do anything.

Started cug service without my consent and charge 25 every month

Hi i am using tata docomo post paid connection no, 837xx8834636 and last month my bill added cug plan without my consent.
I called customer care and they answered me that it was added for every one and we can not de-active cug service.

Please help to resolve the complaint. This issue may happen with many users.
