I purchased a dongle (Tata photon max) last month i. E april. They offered me high speed internet all over the india but when i move to kharagpur then instead of giving high speed internet, it didn't connected. When i made complaint of it the customer care person told me that it will happen in kharagpur so we cann't help you. I told them to disconnect this connection, when i need this then i'll start it again. On this they told me if you disconnect this then in future you have to purchase new one. The old one which i have is of no use. At the time when i purchased this, they told me when it is of no use you'll disconnect it and when you want to restore you'll also do that with the same no.

    Tata docomo network is poor we are spending in thousand's per person to maintain one network. We choosed best network tata docomo. But it's good in offer's not in network. Try to find some good in technology update's how us is good in genuine prompt networks. Tata docomo is poor network service and it never cared at core of network trouble shooting by there business report graphs may lead in high. Tata docomo is best in other services and it's offer. Think once our docomo can reach technically strong to reach it's satillite properly to better disconnect or interrupt communication by docomo wire's.

    if single person is facing it then you solve my problem not proper query from your side. i want change in whole tata docomo network. Atleast try to solve R T Nagar area network and kalyan nagar nagar area networks. in between if we travel con't speak on road's due to poor network and inside every home no network is connecting since many years why no action on it.       Tata docomo customer care couldn't provide me with the puk2 of my number. I need it to activate fdn. My pin2 is blocked and there is no way i am being able to sort this out. Service centre executives told me that there is no puk2 in tata docomo sims. They have provided me with the puk1 though.

        This is complaint regarding to Internet issue, from one month I m unable to browse Internet, I did everything and did raised a complaint haven't got any proper resolution from tatadocomo.this type of worst company I have evr seen in my life that is not caring to customers no resolution from. I called many time to customer care but I everytime I got same answer our escalation department will get in touch with you but ita not happening. I had recharge of internet pack and now its no use for me because its not working and very bad experience with tatadocomo netwrk.

          i recharged the mobile number [protected] with rs 141 on 17th may 2016 thinking that i would get 1 gb data but to my surprise i got only 500 mb and on enquiry i was told remaining 424 mb will be credited afer 24 hours but after 24 hours no data was credited and when checked with customer care i was told that cant be credited for old sim but in offer message nothing was mentioned and more over instead of 600 mb only 500 mb was given and like this tata docomo is cheating the customers through fraud messages and offers. i want 1 gb data as it was mentioned in the message

            I got a call from delhi high court, saying you have to be present tomorrow in the court or else you will be charged rs. 25000 for not appearing and will fax it to your local police station and they will legal action on you.
            Even after asking several mails from tata docomo's side for final settlement, there was no positive reply from their side.
            Today directly i got a call from delhi high court saying all the above fake things.

                First of all I am very disappointed about your wifi speed and connectivity.I recharged my data card just 1 day back and it became dead slow in connecting to my devices! now I think I have wasted my 1000/- per month in these dead slow and non connecting wifi device.I recharge for 1 month but your service gives me wifi for just 1 day of speedy wifi so I feel 1000 Rupees for a day "s wifi is utter useless .

                  The tata dococmo service providers generated a wrong bill for my service connection for 9 days and forwarded the bill through sms intimation, and when i asked for the certain bill they failed to provide and informed that hard copy can't be generated for the same, all these issue arises after i requested for porting. And for the clarification when called the customer care and spoke to n number of executives and at last the call got escalated to one of the senior person mr. Anoop g nath, & when i asked for the detailed bill, he conveyed that hard copy of the bill can't be generated for the same. So now i refuse to pay the bill. So i only want to clarify if they if the bill is generated why can't they provide the detailed hard copy.

                  I have Tata Docomo post paid connection since 3+ years.
                  My monthly rental is Rs.229 with 2 GB data free (3G).
                  In my area the 3G connection is slow and hence I had complainted few times for this. When I talked to Tata Docomo gallery, they told that in my area the speed is low and soon a tower will come. But this didn't happened.
                  So I recently (Jan-17) took a wifi connection from different service operator and started using this on my phone. But the data I used on this wifi connection is now being shown in my Tata docomo bill and I got a bill of Rs.2278.
                  When I raised the complaint, they simply denied saying that check your bill for details. I again explained that my complaint is that the bill is wrong. So they escalated it, but after a month time came back saying that bill is correct.

                      I recharged my mobile no. [protected] with 138 rupees on 10th may then i called cuatomer care yesterday at that time i have around 50mb data out of 500mb in this number so tata docomo officer said that you will receive another 500mb data after just fininishing your 50mb then i switch on my data till data charge cut out from my main balance... So i really disappointed from company customet care side and from company service. Thats why i want refund up to end.

                              but Docomo refused to port in to ROM so reason for that i migrated into
                              IDEA for 3 months, Idea given me so much trouble due to that now i am since
                              1+ month migrate to TATA DOCOMO- ROM, but after just some days docomo is

Post Documents updation in system (Order Entry) you will get a SMS, post which you need to call 59059 for tele verification. Post Positive Verification SIM will be activated in 5 minutes and incase verification is done negative then you have 2 more attempts for positive verification. Post activation, FRC (first time recharge) is mandatory. The activation process takes 4-5 days, the Number will be activated post document updation & verification.

                                        I wanted to terminate Tata Docomo services & already made a request for the same but on 14th March I received a call from their retention dept & the person name called Mr. Gaurav after long conversation he promised me that he'll get a rebate of 300rs on my current bill of 1145 which will make a payment of 845 & will divert my plans to 15GB, so that I can get a good & decent speed because my plan was 20 GB & I wasn't getting good speed & within 1 hour the speed I was getting as promised by him till 16th March. When again I started using my internet connection on 1st april again I was facing the same issue & till 2nd april the speed was low, when I enquired to customer care I came to know that was a fake promised made by him neither the plan has been changed from 20 gb to 15 gb nor company can provide me 300rs rebate as it was more costly plan then 20 gb. So I made a termination request on that point of time but due to some personal reason I request them on 7nd april that don't terminate by connection by calling customer care & they took the request but on 9th april it's got terminated as I made a request on 2nd april on the basis of that after my request they again started my connection within that day but when I got the bill it was surprising that I didn't get any rebate of 300 rs & thatsy I made a complaint on that but nothing came out from that on the contrary I gotta call from Ahmedabad on 19th April. The person call me name Gaurav Chauhan[protected].

                                        He smartly started acting that promised of getting a rebate on that plan wasn't for lifetime but for one month & I heard the whole conversation of you & the person who was from retention dept. After seeing the arrogance of that person I made a final call to customer care & terminated by connection & immediately informed him that within the end of the day you terminate by connection on an immediate basis & get me the correct bill of 845 so that I can clear my bill but he denied & said you have to pay 1145. Still it's unsolved issue.

                                        Few days ago I received a fake call from their centre pretending as a lawyer of the company & started threatening me that we have sent you a notice on your address on 18th april but you didn't respond on that so we have filed a case in Delhi Civil Court but if you pay the bill by today itself then the case won't go to the court but when replied him that neither I got the notice nor I'm going to pay the wrong bill & if necessary I'm going to drag your company to consumer forum then he disconnected the call.

                                        I just need the correct bill as promised by the company representative & even I do have proof thru email where they have given the mail confirmation of the deduction, still they didn't get me the rebate on the bill. Such a fraud things get done by the company & their employees

                                        I never received any notifications that you have tried to contact me thru this forum, otherwise I wud have definitely respond to your comment. First of all don't assume it has been resolved as still I'm getting threatening calls from your so called bench of advocates. Someone say he was from Delhi Civil Court then Delhi Hazirabagh court & yesterday he was from Patiala house court & also given his official address after saying all those abusive words which I don't want to mention here. Here given below his no & address.
                                        Chamber No. B/128, Gate No 2, Patiala House High Court. Mobile No.[protected]. He represented him as Advocate Chauhan, as I don't know what kind of advocates you have hired to recovery the money of the wrong bill you have generated. Unfortunately I'm not the first victim.

                                        Now as u didn't have my any contact details & I didn't receive any notification about your respond in this forum this unsolved matter is still pending. Though the amount which need to be paid of Rs 1074, yesterday I have paid that because next time if your so called recovery agent or advocate or lawyer whom so ever will call me then he & the company will be in trouble because I'm gonna file FIR against this metal harassment & threat calls & ofcourse a notice thru consumer forum.

                                        Your so called recovery agent or advocate first say we have sent the notice on 18th april then last week one person calls me & say 15 days before & yesterday he says 10 days before, so much contradiction in all these statements. Your employees will make us fool to retain us & will promise fake discounts & in reality we'll get the other bill & even after lodging complaint in the customer care they'll call us when we are busy & telling them to call us in our free time given a specific time but instead of that they'll simple mail us that your matter has been resolved. If you aren't serious with your proper services & to recover money you use such a cheap tricks hiring gundas & represent them as advocates, then after being a part of a big group you'll be in loss in future this kinda tricks doesn't work for so long.
