I found in your DoCoMo official website for 199 rs 2gb 3G data and std calls at 1p/s validty 30 days Images attached for reference. But I didn't got he recharge according to what I found in website. please give 2g data or refund my amount.

    The complaint is i brought one sim card on 18th may 2016 but till date its not activated and i spoke to tata docomo customer care. They are saying your number ([protected]) is not in our database. I continuous taking follow up from distributor person but he is not responding well. Because i dont have any personal contact number.

    We tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the number was switched off. We would like to inform you that, we are unable to process your concern regarding SIM activation due to your valid Tata Docomo number was not provide by you. Hence, we request you to provide your any alternate number along with the feasible timings which will assist us to get the needful done. Further, we request you to visit any nearest Tata Docomo Outlet in order to purchase a new connection. Please carry the following documents mentioned below: a. Photograph -1 b.       There is no network in my mobile no [protected] (At my residence kothi no 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh) since tata docomo have ported my mobile from cdma to gsm. I had lodged so many complaints with their executive mr. Gagandeep at mobile no [protected] and their area manager mr ram at mob no. [protected] but to no avail. My business is suffering badly for the last 15 days only due to deficiency in service by tata docomo. I can not spoil my business in these days of hard competition only due to negligence and deficiency in service on the part of tata docomo. I had also requested tata docomo to please give me alternate solution or port my number to any other service provider but to no avail

      Our tata walky phone no [protected] has been ported from cdma to gsm by tata docomo on 15th june 2016. But till date no phone set has been provided by tata docomo.

      Our business is suffering badly due to non supply of phone set. We had made so many complaints but mobile set has not been provided till this day.

      We had requested tata docomo to port our number to any other service provider if they cant provide phone set

        Hi sir,
        On may 20th, my parents recharged for rs69 (Rate cutter - tata docomo) in a small departmental store and it is not a rate cutter plan rather it is internet pack plan. They don't know that tata docomo has revised the plan from 69rs to 73rs (From may 16th) for the same rate cutter plan and even the departmental shop owner doesn't know about the revised plan. My parents are old and even they are not having the mobile which has internet facilities, but it has been recharged for 500mb. For this issue, i mahesh chandran (Their son) contacted the customer care and told the situation and requested them to change to some other plan or to recharge for rs60 and i told them clearly that my parents didn't even use a single mb and they are not having the mobile with internet facilities, and also i said even the departmental owner doesn't know about the revised plan. How my parents will come to know about it... I said to the customer care person, that your service is poor and i am going to change to some other network and they replied that" yes, u can sure change it, no problem for us and they told the procedure for changing also". This again shows how much respect they are giving to the customer, and also now they are having lot of customers that's why they didn't bother my complaint... Kindly take some action about this sir, for more details i can give the date on which it is recharged and when i called customer care number etc...

            We people from our area are facing mobile network problems in kanpur up since last 4-5 days. Our area is fully negligible by you people. We are unable to connect and received call through tata network only. What is going on. Its not my case, total area in one km radious is affected with bull network issue.

              I am using docomo since last seven years, on 23-05 the company deducted around ₹51 frm my account.ph no..[protected].(my other DoCoMo no)
              customer care personnel said...it will be refunded in 24 hours.
              even till date nither the balance has been refunded nor i am getting in touch with customer care.(probably they hv blocked my old number, i guess).
              this is so frustrating..

                  I had a Tata Docomo broadband connection in 2014. Account number[protected].

                  In April 2014 I was told I had to pay 4987, outstanding, even though I had stopped the connection in Dec 2014.
                  I still went ahead and paid 3000 as the executive I talked to gave me a waiver of 1987. I have this in mail.

                  In March 2016 I received another mail saying I had to pay 1987 or I will have legal proceedings started against me. So I called again and this time they told me to pay 950 and the account will be closed and this will considered my full and final amount.

                  Today, 27th May 2016 I got another mail saying legal proceedings will be started against me if I do not pay 947.

                  I believe I have been harassed enough. They has sent a number to contact - Radhika. This lady was rude, angry and screamed at me and cut my phone multiple times.

                  I need a solution to this. I have been disturbed and harassed by these people for the longest time and I want them to stop doing this.

                  I was contacted by their customer service person. She was helpful and polite and she followed up with me for 2 days regularly. But then she was out of touch for almost 15 days. When finally I managed to get in touch, it seemed their email addresses had undergone a change. But Then finally it did get through, the legal department came through with their approvals, and my fees was waived off. I hope I will not get any more mails from them :)

And no one has called from your side to take up this matter further. Someone called jyoti called and the last update was 10 days back, to wait for 2 more days. Pathetic service

                    This is in reference to our account number:[protected] which was cdma and got it converted to gsm under account number: 91823265.

                    Our mobile was disconnected without even intimating us on call, stating that there is an outstanding amount of rs. 68 in bill for account number[protected] which was cdma. After a huge discussion on customer service at 121. The bill was paid through tata docomo website through credit card on 17th may.

                    After payment, our number, was reconnected.

                    To our surprise, just after 5 days, we receive a call from docomo, stating that your bill is outstanding. We did not entertain her and asked her to check the records as payment has been already made.

                    So, as on 27th may, here we go again, our number is disconnected for the same reason. We call up customer care on 121, speak to neela rathod, explain the details. To our surprise no regrets our shown, and than we are being told that our number would be activated in next 4 hours. We ask to pass call to her senior, and here, this lady vandana parmar comes on call, stating the same thing that it will take 4 hours to get your phone turned on.

                    Such a disaster from the company, and there no regrets from their staff. The most astonishing fact is that, the payment was made through tata docomo's website using a credit card. Even than it took them 4 hours to reconnect, and after 10 days, they come again and disconnect our services stating that bill payment is not done.

                    Completely mismanaged and ungrateful company. I regret the fact that i joined them.

                        Am the customer of tata docomo cummunication services and i am using that 6years and keep the balance in that sim 5 rupees and remove the sim and kept the sim in my pocket and didn't not use for 3 months and sim is not working and so what ever the process you under go that not my headache

                          Respected sir,

                          Complain against tata docomo service for harassment by calls and bill payment of without providing service.

                          I have taken new tata docom post paid 3G service no. [protected] on 5th march. Since day one it is not working properly. I complained against service to tata docomo care centers and they sent engineer for checking. Engineer agreed connective issue and also said that tata docomo have connectivity issue and if connect it is very slow browses in my area Pimple Gurav Pune, As I communicated to care center they said to wait for 3-4 days will change tower (their technical word) and I also follow after 3 days as per communicated by co. asked for status. Service center executive replied that we can resolved connectivity issue and very slow browses in pemple gurav, pune area it will remain. Probably their sales executive was communicated me if having any issue will refund money. So I said many time to service center executive to close my account and refund my money Rs/- 1600. And also reply mail to billing department to closed my account and refund money. I also search and went retail outlet of tata docom katte puram chawk pune to submit device. They said that we don’t take. All are passing the ball from their court and making delay for my payment of Rs/- 1600.

                          Tata docomo billing department continually calling and asking for bill payment. As I have write above without connectivity, without use and closed account how would we pay bill. I said all this story to billing department many time. Hence you need to refund my money Rs/- 1600. Tata service center executives are continually calling in regular interval (any time) for payment. Which is harassing a lot.

                          Kindly do the needful to look at this issue against Tata Docom co. And help me to get my refund money (1600 Rs/-) as communicated by company.

                          There are no action has been taken from tata docomo after complaining, still getting calls from their billing department (Phone no. [protected]). As i explained again and they raised complain. Last two months tata docomo customer care executive only raised complain and closed itself without resolving issues. Tata Docomo are harassing my personal as well as professional life.

                          Waited almost one month after complain this issue, Company only raised docked no. or request no. as per above (complain chain mail) their customer care comments and as I have explained in detail earlier. Still company representative follow us for bill payment.

                            My 3g data (On mobile no-[protected]) became 2g on same day due to someone�s false recharge.

                            25.05.2016: my 3g data�s validity was supposed to expire so i did recharge of 39 to get more 5 days validity.

                            I am shocked when i got a sms that recharge of 26 successful for 125mb 2g recharge. So i am thinking that somebody had recharge my number wrongly.

                            I am not getting any solutions from customer care.

                            But my question is why i will suffer for any other mistakes. Earlier i had 400mb data carried forward and got 150mb in morning so total 550mb 3g data lapsed. I have used only 46mb data out of that, i have enclosed the screen shots of software which monitors data in my smart phone.

                            Requesting you to revert my 3g package and make a full proof solution like otp before recharge to prevent such incident in future with any other customer.

                              I had called the karnataka - bangalore customer care number [protected] on 26th may 2016 morning. The customer care employees are very rude while answering. No patience. If we did not understand something and ask them the same question for the second time their tone of answering is even worst. They tend to provoke us with their bad behavior. We pay money and buy the sim card and the way they treat us is like as if we are beggars.Information provided when we recharge would be something else and when we call customer and ask why it is not recharged they say a different rule. When we say the we received a message something like this, they scold us by saying, "you should have asked while recharging". Why will a person ask different question while we have got a detailed message saying that for the 1st month it is 40 rs tt and 2nd month 20 rs tt. But the customer care says that we have to recharge with rs 30 if we have to get rs 20 tt for the second month. But when i recharged nowhere it was mentioned like this. It is utter cheating. They give us half information so that we use their network and finally speak very rudely with the customer. When i said that i would complain because the customer care lady was speaking very rude she hung up the phone. Is this the way. The call is recorded and this has to be monitored. It is our hard earned money which we are spending. It is not looted money to just leave it like that.

                                The Tata Photon service is so bad that often it gets disconnected and there is no network connectivity at all. The ads are very much attractive to the customers but when it comes to service, there is not much to offer. Most of the time there is low connectivity which affects my work very much. Is there anything which you can do? The service is so pathetic that we feel scared to recommend the services of your company to others.

                                My father has a Tata Photon and he recently switched from postpaid to prepaid. However the amount of time taken by your company to switch to prepaid was 1.5 months and the service is too bad. There is connectivity problem almost everywhere. [protected] was stopped due to discontinuation of cdma service by tata docomo on may 20, 2016, it was told by tata docomo representative that this sim card will be activated within 3-4 days but till today i.                                     Very worst experience with this data card. In the starting they said that u will get a very good speed but that's all fake commitment.
                                    My plan is of 750 Rs and in this plan i get 5 GB Data of higher speed and then normal speed.
                                    But after 5GB i cant use it bcoz of its speed even i cant open any website after 5GB.
                                    And especially the executive are not good. The executive who handle my complaint they are trying to understand my complaint. Even he don't want to listen me carefully.

                                      I have two tata docomo numbers. first is [protected] of punjab and second [protected] from haryana. i downloaded tata docomo app in my phone . i checked my best offer in this app for my punjab number [protected]. which was 300mb data in 46rs for 28 days. i recharged 46rs from dealer .on 18 may 2016. but after that in 46 rs no data or no balance recived on my number [protected]. when i call paid customer number there is not satisfied responce and when i trying to reachrged from tata app it is also not working so i am sad in this connection and want to change in other network.
