Dear concern,
I am writing this mail to you by expecting the solution from your side as i tried to everywhere, no one is supporting to me.
Actually my mobile number is [protected] and earlier i was customer of vodafone from last one year. One day i got called from some tata docomo agent and they explained very nicely about their plan and i impressed and ported my number to tata docomo on 15.02.2016.
After that one day on 07.04.2016 i received an sms from 1901 number that “your final bill with previous operator is unpaid”. That time my exam was going on so i was not able to pay the bill and my outgoing services had been barred on 16.04.2016, finally on 19th i visited at my nearest vodafone store and asked them about my pending bill, they told rs -1919/ you to pay, later i asked about my deposit amount which was rs-300, earlier they were saying that it is not possible to refund your deposit amount, later they agreed and told me to pay the full unpaid amount and we will refund your deposit amount cheque after 10-15 days. So finally i paid that and took my receipt of payment.
On 18th april i called on tata docomo customer care that i have paid the bill so please activate my outgoing services, they told that visit to nearest docmo outlet, i tried but the shop was closed which is located on pimpri chinchwad link road around 7 o’clock in evening. So i thought that office hours will before 7 pm. Again i called to your customer care and told them the facts later that lady told, you mail your bill receipt to our customer care mail id [protected]@tatadocmo.com. Around 9’clock i mailed the same from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and on 19th in morning time my outgoing services started..
On 26th april again i received an sms from 1901 number that “your number will be disconnected basis for disconnection due to nonpayment of previous operator.” after reading the message i socked and called to tata docomo customer care at the same time and he told as don’t worry sir, no problem u may be receive the message just, he took casually but again i repeated him that boss check it properly he told no sir don’t worry. After that i felt relaxed as customer care person is saying no problem than its ok.
On 27th night my service had been stopped by tata docomo, than i called to customer care around 8 o’clock in the morning she told you don’t have paid the bill so your services stopped i asked to her and told that i had paid on 18th april and now you are saying like this so requested her to check properly than she roughly told me sir there is no problem from our side you go to your previous operator they have stopped your services. I had no option then around 10 o’clock i visited to nearest vodafone office and i asked them what is problem, they told from our side there is no problem. Again around 11 o’clock i called to docomo customer care and told the facts she told email the receipt of paid amount i told that already i mailed on 18th april, later she told have u mailed in pdf format!, i was not aware about that format should be in pdf. After discussion with her i mailed in pdf format to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
From 27th to till today every day i am receiving the email from [protected]@tatadocomo.com as we have forwarded your concern to appropriate team and not calling as we have re escalated matter to our higher authority.
Note :- due to my deposit amount was pending with vodafone and they were not giving guideline about that so i had not paid, after getting the confirmation from them i paid the same.
Now my points are :-
1) if i had not paid the bill of previous operator how my outgoing services active on 19th april?
2) why your customer care was not aware about that attachment should be in pdf format. If i had mailed on 18th april 2016 of my paid bill receipt to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, what action taken on that?
3) on 26th when i called to your customer care about receive message, why he took causally and misguide to me?
4) on 27th april in morning time why that lady was lying that your services stopped due to your previous operator and go there they will resolve?
5) after sending the bill receipt in pdf format on 27th april, why services has been not activated?
6) who is higher authority as every time your customer care person is saying that it is pending from our higher authority?
7) check the customer care voice recording why they are misguiding to customer?
Now can you please tell me how much time will take to resolve my issue or it can’t so that i will plan accordingly. I am loyal customer of tata docomo and i had taken 3 postpaid connections from you and i was planning to change our office corporate plan into tata docomo. But by providing such kind of services how can i suggest to anyone.
