I complained it to higher executive then i received a call from tata shop and again they promised me that you documents will be collected on[protected], neither a single person showed up on this date. Hi,
I am tata docomo prepaid user and my number is [protected]. Since I am facing trouble with "mCheck processing" messgae and now its constantly showing me messgae "mCheck processing" on my cell screen every 2 mins, which is very disturbing.

I want to deactivate those service as soon as possible. Help me out with it and if there is any necessary steps to deactivate it, then please tell me.

    Company is fooling customers. Worst service provider
    I recharged my number with 1 GB 3G plan and 207 rs in main account. On 25 march 2016 my main balance become zero in spite of having data balance.how can u charge from main account for using Internet .please do the needful.

      I have got postpaid connection of tata docomo postpaid connection( Mo No : [protected]) with 1 GB of 3G data plan worth Rs 125. They said that if you complete 1GB of data then you will get message that will intimate me about it or you can use docomo app to check usage data. Suddenly I have got bill of 800Rs. I have called customer care. they said that u have exceeded the data limit. But i haven't got any intimation that my data pack limit is over and now i will be charged.

      I was regularly checking in docomo app about my data usage. but customer care said that status shown in app is not latest one. It shows status of 48 hours ago. what should i do with that old status? How would i know that my data limit is over and i m charged for my internet usage

      They were calling me again and again for bill payment . and at the same time they have blocked my outgoing service also and every month they are charging me for the postpaid bill.

      I think switching to the Bill Bachao app is the best solution for your problem. I have this app in my phone and its quite useful. It has special set alert feature that allows you to set notification for low balance and the data consumption. It gives you the liberty to set the limit at which you want to be warned.         I had raised tickets related to Network issue in a particular area. It is been closed with out the resolution and it is repeated for the third time. SR reference: SR[protected]/SR[protected].

        I get call from the technical team stating " I have done maximum tuning and cannot do anything apart from this" and closes the ticket.

        I understand that there is some technical issue in this area, give a time line and try to resolve it, rather than escaping from the problem by just closing the tickets. It doesn't sounds good for a brand like TATA.

          I lost my phone last week, So I had submitted a request to block my sim card and the requet ID id IMSI[protected]. The representative promised me that the sim card will be blocked in 3 hours, however I just tried today to call my lost number and I don't see its blocked yet. This is insane service by Tata Docomo and this will become a series issue, if something goes wrong. I tried calling customer care twice to know the status, as it was Bangalore number and it dials the Karnataka support center and I am not a native speaker of Kanada. So the support representative asks me to redial the customer care to connect with English speaking representative which was frustrating as I had tried twice and they always ask me to redial to get in touch with English speaking representative. This is shame on Tata Docomo support and they are worth enough to block a lost sim. This is a big SHAME. If you are gonna buy TATA DOCOMO SIM card then you will screw yourself in case of theft or lost of SIM card, as it can be miss used by someone and you would be caught by police for no reason. Cheap service by TATA Docomo

            Recent days when ever I am doing recharge of 100 or 50rupees which will become 0rupees with in a weeks time. Even with out making any calls.

            Surprisingly I come to that the unnecessary activation of 54321 SMS services. This is unknowingly get in to activation from my credit. I lost more money in this useless subscription and activation of 54321 SMS service.

            Due to this unknowing 54321 subscription all my credit become zero with in short period and feeling more irritated. This troubles me lot facing nil balance during my emergency calls time.

            I'm Annoyed by this service idea of tata docomo and its like just taking away my recharge amount-1 by activating such useless services. Its my hard earned money which is getting wasted by activation of these silly sms stuff.

            Please look into my problem and unsubscribe me from this 54321 service completely. And i want my money back.

            I was comfortable enuogh with docomo untill now, don't make me change my provider.

              My Connection No is [protected]. I was promised speed above 512 Kbps and National Roaming free. I am using it in Lucknow. I have hardly seen speed above 300 Kbps. and most of the time it is under 80kbps which is lesser than the 2G speed. Whereas, I am paying for a top speed plan. According to customer service, there are location constraints. I don't understand this term at all. I am it within city limits at a distance of 6-7KM from the heart of the city in a locality considered for upper middle class. In spite of multiple complaints there is no end to my suffering. I wish to move to consumer court and want some one to help me with procedure. I feel cheated by this act.

I received a call from their +[protected]. Guy had nothing to say but to made me repeat the whole story all over again. And someone fooling around with me dropping messages post miss call from +[protected].

                My name is badal garach . i hve been using tata docomo card for last 4-5 year. my prepaid number is [protected]. from 2 may morning my sim card stopped working . it shows no network error
                on selecting network manually it show tata docomo 2g and 3g but on selecting them it says you cant register on selected network.
                regarding my issue i registered a complaint and visited tata docom brand store in shahibaug, ahemdabad . where an employee said that my cards chip is faulty and i have to buy a new sim card and then they will transfer my number and data to that new sim. paid 70 rs for new sim and still my number doesnt work.

                  Dear concern,

                  I am writing this mail to you by expecting the solution from your side as i tried to everywhere, no one is supporting to me.

                  Actually my mobile number is [protected] and earlier i was customer of vodafone from last one year. One day i got called from some tata docomo agent and they explained very nicely about their plan and i impressed and ported my number to tata docomo on 15.02.2016.

                  After that one day on 07.04.2016 i received an sms from 1901 number that “your final bill with previous operator is unpaid”. That time my exam was going on so i was not able to pay the bill and my outgoing services had been barred on 16.04.2016, finally on 19th i visited at my nearest vodafone store and asked them about my pending bill, they told rs -1919/ you to pay, later i asked about my deposit amount which was rs-300, earlier they were saying that it is not possible to refund your deposit amount, later they agreed and told me to pay the full unpaid amount and we will refund your deposit amount cheque after 10-15 days. So finally i paid that and took my receipt of payment.

                  On 18th april i called on tata docomo customer care that i have paid the bill so please activate my outgoing services, they told that visit to nearest docmo outlet, i tried but the shop was closed which is located on pimpri chinchwad link road around 7 o’clock in evening. So i thought that office hours will before 7 pm. Again i called to your customer care and told them the facts later that lady told, you mail your bill receipt to our customer care mail id [protected]@tatadocmo.com. Around 9’clock i mailed the same from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and on 19th in morning time my outgoing services started..

                  On 26th april again i received an sms from 1901 number that “your number will be disconnected basis for disconnection due to nonpayment of previous operator.” after reading the message i socked and called to tata docomo customer care at the same time and he told as don’t worry sir, no problem u may be receive the message just, he took casually but again i repeated him that boss check it properly he told no sir don’t worry. After that i felt relaxed as customer care person is saying no problem than its ok.

                  On 27th night my service had been stopped by tata docomo, than i called to customer care around 8 o’clock in the morning she told you don’t have paid the bill so your services stopped i asked to her and told that i had paid on 18th april and now you are saying like this so requested her to check properly than she roughly told me sir there is no problem from our side you go to your previous operator they have stopped your services. I had no option then around 10 o’clock i visited to nearest vodafone office and i asked them what is problem, they told from our side there is no problem. Again around 11 o’clock i called to docomo customer care and told the facts she told email the receipt of paid amount i told that already i mailed on 18th april, later she told have u mailed in pdf format!, i was not aware about that format should be in pdf. After discussion with her i mailed in pdf format to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.

                  From 27th to till today every day i am receiving the email from [protected]@tatadocomo.com as we have forwarded your concern to appropriate team and not calling as we have re escalated matter to our higher authority.

                  Note :- due to my deposit amount was pending with vodafone and they were not giving guideline about that so i had not paid, after getting the confirmation from them i paid the same.

                  Now my points are :-

                  1) if i had not paid the bill of previous operator how my outgoing services active on 19th april?
                  2) why your customer care was not aware about that attachment should be in pdf format. If i had mailed on 18th april 2016 of my paid bill receipt to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, what action taken on that?
                  3) on 26th when i called to your customer care about receive message, why he took causally and misguide to me?
                  4) on 27th april in morning time why that lady was lying that your services stopped due to your previous operator and go there they will resolve?
                  5) after sending the bill receipt in pdf format on 27th april, why services has been not activated?
                  6) who is higher authority as every time your customer care person is saying that it is pending from our higher authority?
                  7) check the customer care voice recording why they are misguiding to customer?

                  Now can you please tell me how much time will take to resolve my issue or it can’t so that i will plan accordingly. I am loyal customer of tata docomo and i had taken 3 postpaid connections from you and i was planning to change our office corporate plan into tata docomo. But by providing such kind of services how can i suggest to anyone.

                      Didn't match to the database. Due to not blocking the sim if the money were deducted by the bank or any important data we lost DoCoMo network is responsible for that.                         This is 2nd time that my sim’s outgoing services has been barred due to your useless staff.


                        1. I have enquired why was my sim got disconnected then the customer care team has informed that due to my documents or address verification was failed when i called up your customer care they have registered a service request for a re-visit however no one has contacted nor visited yet.

                        2. Now again the same issue no one had visited here nor called me for the verification process, and again my outgoing services has been barred.

                        3. As it is useless and a pathetic service please go ahead and de-activate the number permanently. I do not want to continue your service anymore and the same will be educated to my team as it was a corporate account.

                        4. We will not encourage your staff for sell the sim at our office.

                          Please be informed that i m facing problem in getting the genuine bill from tata photon customer care people. Currently my outstanding bill is around rs 1900/- as per customer care. However the bill should be around 799 or 899.Since i had lost my tata photon during shifting of house in the month of october 2015 at that time my tata photon was already disconnected as i was unable to pay the bill. Though i received bills for november 2015 and december 2015 month for the service which i have not used.I assured every customer care guy that i will pay the bill for the month which i have used the service. But they are telling me to pay 1900/- which i will not pay as i have not used your service for that long.

                          As everyone knows if the bill is not paid for one month the photon services will be disconnected automatically. I delayed the payment for one month (October 2015) and in the next month they have added two months bill and in the third they gave me a bill of 1900/- approx. After that i started receiving calls from customer care people to pay the bill, i never told to any customer care guy that i will not pay the bill, instead i m asking for genuine bill. If the service is barred for not paying the bill for first month then why should i pay extra two months bill for which i have not used your photon service.

                          From last few days starting from[protected] i received call from some unknown number name zoya [protected]/[protected] they referred themselves as tata photon legal department and offered me a waver of 30% on the bill of 1900/- and asked me to pay rs 1400/- to close the issue. I asked them to mail me the same thing whatever they have mentioned me on call, but they refused me saying that they dont have that authority to mail me. They way they were talking was totally absurd and rude manner. They were shouting & yelling at me also they threatened saying that if you are not interested then dont pay the bill they least bother. I was following them on mobile messages so i have proof of messages.

                          I will conclude saying that from start i m ready to pay the bill but i will not pay any extra amount to tata photon. I have raised complaint against the same but sometimes they disconnect my call finally on 30-april-2016 i filled a complain with service request number[protected] still i m writing this for records so that my complain should not go unnoticed.

                          Kindly look into this provide a solution for the same.

                            I was using Tata Docomo with account number[protected]. Then I opted to quit it within 2-3 months. Tata Docomo 1st forced me to pay for full year. After I refused, I received a call from Kormangala, Bengaluru branch with someone named NAGARAJU over the call, asking to me to just pay a settlement amount of INR 4000. And he told me that he will send a settlement letter after payment. Afterwards he stopped receiving the call. I did not receive any settlement from Tata Docomo. Then I started getting calls again for full payment for 12 months, whereas I used it barely for 3 months. I filed several complaints with latest complaint number[protected].
                            There are too many similar other customer complaints against Tata Docomo for the same.

                                Actually, I was using a Docomo prepaid SIM for almost three years. Two months earlier, I was receiving consistent phone calls from Docomo people, requesting me to convert my SIM to post paid as they have a good scheme that would best suit my call usage. The plan they spoke about was Rs. 299 which had 1000 free calls per month and 200 MB data usage free. Since I was using only Watsapp, I thought it was a good plan.

                                But, my first month bill came in as a shock. I was charged Rs. 1090. The calls were charged only around Rs. 300 + but the data usage was charged Rs. 750 ...For about 450 MB usage, they have charged more than Rs. 700. 200 MB is free it seems and for the remaining 250 MB, I am charged Rs. 700 plus.

                                I kept arguing with them whenever they called me. I told them clearly that they should have intimated me when my data usage crossed 200 MB so that I would have done something to limit my usage. They had not sent me any SMS regarding this usage. I told them clearly my monthly budget for mobile usage is Rs. 500 and I cannot pay anything more than that. But, they call me consistently; to my alternate number as well. This is really frustrating and causing so much of stress.
                                I can pay Rs. 500 and not more than that. How can they expect me to pay Rs. 750 for 250 MB data? I need a solution for this as soon as possible. Consistent phone calls when I am busy at something is annoying to the core.

                                So much of time, energy and peace of mind is lost because of Docomo.

                                I don't know why these Docomo people want to cheat on common people like this. For 1000 calls, they get just Rs. 300 and for 250 MB data, they want Rs. 750. Why should I give my hard-earned money to these corporate people?

                                Please give an explanation.

I tried calling the customer care but they are saying that it is without the discount.                                     Now they activated new plan without my opinion, they are telling now it activated automatically as per company norms, then what about customer norms??? your company will not take customer opinion before activating any plan??
