I have got postpaid connection of tata docomo postpaid connection( Mo No : [protected]) with 1 GB of 3G data plan worth Rs 125. They said that if you complete 1GB of data then you will get message that will intimate me about it or you can use docomo app to check usage data. Suddenly I have got bill of 800Rs. I have called customer care. they said that u have exceeded the data limit. But i haven't got any intimation that my data pack limit...

No signal coverage | tickets are closed without resolution

I had raised tickets related to Network issue in a particular area. It is been closed with out the resolution and it is repeated for the third time. SR reference: SR[protected]/SR[protected].

I get call from the technical team stating " I have done maximum tuning and cannot do anything apart from this" and closes the ticket.

Lost sim card

I lost my phone last week, So I had submitted a request to block my sim card and the requet ID id IMSI[protected]. The representative promised me that the sim card will be blocked in 3 hours, however I just tried today to call my lost number and I don't see its blocked yet. This is insane service by Tata Docomo and this will become a series issue, if something goes wrong. I tried calling customer care twice to know the status, as it was Bangalore...

Recent days when ever I am doing recharge of 100 or 50rupees which will become 0rupees with in a weeks time. Even with out making any calls.

Surprisingly I come to that the unnecessary activation of 54321 SMS services. This is unknowingly get in to activation from my credit. I lost more money in this useless subscription and activation of 54321 SMS service.

Horribly low speed and strange excuse from customer service

My Connection No is [protected]. I was promised speed above 512 Kbps and National Roaming free. I am using it in Lucknow. I have hardly seen speed above 300 Kbps. and most of the time it is under 80kbps which is lesser than the 2G speed. Whereas, I am paying for a top speed plan. According to customer service, there are location constraints. I don't understand this term at all. I am it within city limits at a distance of 6-7KM from the heart...

Didn't match to the database. Due to not blocking the sim if the money were deducted by the bank or any important data we lost DoCoMo network is responsible for that. We submitted the relevant proofs sproofmany times then how is it possible to make a single number to two persons? This shows about your care to the customers. Your negligence answers to the customers. Such a embarrassing network....

Unexpected first month bill in the name of data usage

Actually, I was using a Docomo prepaid SIM for almost three years. Two months earlier, I was receiving consistent phone calls from Docomo people, requesting me to convert my SIM to post paid as they have a good scheme that would best suit my call usage. Postpaid connection

Activated new paln without taking my opinion

Postpaid services

The company doesn't provides its customer with remaining minutes balance whereas other companies like airtel do so. Plz start providing minutes balance so that customer can manage his/her plan and avoid heavy payments that company like yours desire for and always looks or devise ways to cheat common man. Poor indoor/outdoor network coverage

It is being almost 6-7 months . I am getting annoyed. Poor indoor/outdoor network coverage. No resolution till date. How long I shall be patient. Its high time Tata Docomo.
