Disturbing call

Need help!!! This no. is really very irritating and i don't know how to get resolve.
A no. [protected]
is disturbing me alot ! It is making prank messages and calls . It is blackmailing and i don't feel safe. This number is texting me and using slangs. How to get rid of this?? I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Please resolve this problem soon.

Invalid termination/fraud

I have been calling the customer care numbers a lot of times but all that happens is call redirection here and there and no one has yet answered why the connection got terminated.

Network problem

Rate cutter recharge sms differs from that given in website

Today at 10-10 am i recharged (Rate cutter) my docomo mobile for rs 86/ (Tranc id [protected]) believing that it would be valid for 56 days as given in your website... I was shocked to see the sms after recharge that it would be valid for only 28 days... How come you show one thing in the website do another when it comes to actual recharge... Is this not misleading or cheating rather...In that case i may have to migrate to other network......

MNP request not accepted

I have request for mnp and send port to 1900.
And i received mnp code "tx444394".
O to new network i submitted address prof, photo, and documetns for mnp..

Now airtel customer care says : mnp code is not correct contact docomo.

When i called docomo customer care they say : mnp is not "tx444394" but "tx44394".
How come mnp is wrong. Mnp is always standard format of 8...

Extra amount billed, not corrected for over 3 months

In bill dated 7-Feb, you inflated the bill by Rs. 314. Since then, I had sent atleast 15 emails on this issue to [protected]@tatatel.co.in and explained the issue to different customer service executives atleast 20 times - everyone says it will be resolved in 2 days, but its still pending for over 3 months!!! Extra bill charged

Hi,
I am tata docomo prepaid user and my number is [protected]. Since I am facing trouble with "mCheck processing" messgae and now its constantly showing me messgae "mCheck processing" on my cell screen every 2 mins, which is very disturbing.
