I wanted to terminate Tata Docomo services & already made a request for the same but on 14th March I received a call from their retention dept & the person name called Mr. Gaurav after long conversation he promised me that he'll get a rebate of 300rs on my current bill of 1145 which will make a payment of 845 & will divert my plans to 15GB, so that I can get a good & decent speed because my plan was 20 GB & I wasn't getting good speed & within 1 hour the speed I was getting as promised by him till 16th March. When again I started using my internet connection on 1st april again I was facing the same issue & till 2nd april the speed was low, when I enquired to customer care I came to know that was a fake promised made by him neither the plan has been changed from 20 gb to 15 gb nor company can provide me 300rs rebate as it was more costly plan then 20 gb. So I made a termination request on that point of time but due to some personal reason I request them on 7nd april that don't terminate by connection by calling customer care & they took the request but on 9th april it's got terminated as I made a request on 2nd april on the basis of that after my request they again started my connection within that day but when I got the bill it was surprising that I didn't get any rebate of 300 rs & thatsy I made a complaint on that but nothing came out from that on the contrary I gotta call from Ahmedabad on 19th April. The person call me name Gaurav Chauhan[protected].

He smartly started acting that promised of getting a rebate on that plan wasn't for lifetime but for one month & I heard the whole conversation of you & the person who was from retention dept. After seeing the arrogance of that person I made a final call to customer care & terminated by connection & immediately informed him that within the end of the day you terminate by connection on an immediate basis & get me the correct bill of 845 so that I can clear my bill but he denied & said you have to pay 1145. Still it's unsolved issue.

Few days ago I received a fake call from their centre pretending as a lawyer of the company & started threatening me that we have sent you a notice on your address on 18th april but you didn't respond on that so we have filed a case in Delhi Civil Court but if you pay the bill by today itself then the case won't go to the court but when replied him that neither I got the notice nor I'm going to pay the wrong bill & if necessary I'm going to drag your company to consumer forum then he disconnected the call.

I just need the correct bill as promised by the company representative & even I do have proof thru email where they have given the mail confirmation of the deduction, still they didn't get me the rebate on the bill. Such a fraud things get done by the company & their employees

I never received any notifications that you have tried to contact me thru this forum, otherwise I wud have definitely respond to your comment. First of all don't assume it has been resolved as still I'm getting threatening calls from your so called bench of advocates. Someone say he was from Delhi Civil Court then Delhi Hazirabagh court & yesterday he was from Patiala house court & also given his official address after saying all those abusive words which I don't want to mention here. Here given below his no & address.
Chamber No. B/128, Gate No 2, Patiala House High Court. Mobile No.[protected]. He represented him as Advocate Chauhan, as I don't know what kind of advocates you have hired to recovery the money of the wrong bill you have generated. Unfortunately I'm not the first victim.

Now as u didn't have my any contact details & I didn't receive any notification about your respond in this forum this unsolved matter is still pending. Though the amount which need to be paid of Rs 1074, yesterday I have paid that because next time if your so called recovery agent or advocate or lawyer whom so ever will call me then he & the company will be in trouble because I'm gonna file FIR against this metal harassment & threat calls & ofcourse a notice thru consumer forum.

Your so called recovery agent or advocate first say we have sent the notice on 18th april then last week one person calls me & say 15 days before & yesterday he says 10 days before, so much contradiction in all these statements. Your employees will make us fool to retain us & will promise fake discounts & in reality we'll get the other bill & even after lodging complaint in the customer care they'll call us when we are busy & telling them to call us in our free time given a specific time but instead of that they'll simple mail us that your matter has been resolved. If you aren't serious with your proper services & to recover money you use such a cheap tricks hiring gundas & represent them as advocates, then after being a part of a big group you'll be in loss in future this kinda tricks doesn't work for so long.

      First they are making false charges and penalty in prepaid connection and tell that your No. was converted to post paid without any information to customer. Then thay try to collect the money by making threatning calls. Today I received a call from Mo. No. [protected] and [protected] and told me to pay a balance amount of Rs. 2000 by evening otherwise a case will be registered in Delhi. The language was very absusive and threatning. All the consumers are adviced not to use any TATA Docomo product and Services. It is also a blot on TATA empire which we consider very ethical in doing business in India. If any TATA officer sees this complaint they should think to discontinue this practice as it is jeopardising their image in India. I can make a police complaint too on this for threatning calls by the company.

            I have a tata docomo number[protected]. Recently even after paying all the bills on time this number was terminated by tata docomo. I have been calling the customer care numbers a lot of times but all that happens is call redirection here and there and no one has yet answered why the connection got terminated.
            Now that Tata Docomo centres are saying that you have to buy a new connection to continue services and for that pay Rs. 1800 for the device as well though I already have a tata docomo device purchased last time.

              I have been experiencing a problem to tata docomo sim in my mobile phone. I couldnot hear the voice from caller though my voice could reach the concern person. If you say the hanset problem, then other sim is giving no such problem. Also the problem is only in the range of approximately 2-5 km. around my residence.After that distance, the problem get dissolved.                 Sir, I am a customer of tata docomo and recently (last week) I had went to the office at jabalpur near krishna hotel for obtaining a new smart SIM. But the person manning the office at jabalpur(the person sitting near the entrance) was very rude and was insisting that the other SIM which was working with me to be ported into tata docomo, but I denied. When I asked for issue of smart SIM he was reluctant and said that the SIM is not in my name and asked for the amount of recharge last done It is kindly requested that such kind of persons may not be posted in customer care service which will bring dis-repute to the company. With great pain I intimate that I am now not interested to maintain the tata docomo SIM.

                  Today at 10-10 am i recharged (Rate cutter) my docomo mobile for rs 86/ (Tranc id [protected]) believing that it would be valid for 56 days as given in your website... I was shocked to see the sms after recharge that it would be valid for only 28 days... How come you show one thing in the website do another when it comes to actual recharge... Is this not misleading or cheating rather...In that case i may have to migrate to other network... I expect tata docomo to extend my rate cutter validity to 56 days as given in the website... And moreover i hope such incidents will not repeat in future...

                      Hello,

                      I have request for mnp and send port to 1900.
                      And i received mnp code "tx444394".
                      O to new network i submitted address prof, photo, and documetns for mnp..

                      Now airtel customer care says : mnp code is not correct contact docomo.

                      When i called docomo customer care they say : mnp is not "tx444394" but "tx44394".
                      How come mnp is wrong. Mnp is always standard format of 8 alpha-numeric code. Which i received i gave to airtel.

                      Who changed unc from "tx444394" — "tx44394".

                      Please justify and process my mnp.

                        In bill dated 7-Feb, you inflated the bill by Rs. 314. Since then, I had sent atleast 15 emails on this issue to [protected]@tatatel.co.in and explained the issue to different customer service executives atleast 20 times - everyone says it will be resolved in 2 days, but its still pending for over 3 months!!! The incorrect bill is still not completely corrected.

                        I escalated to Docomo Appellate appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com five times, but didnt even get a single reply nor acknowledgement so far!

                        Unable to bear your pathetic service, which includes issues like above, I have asked to disconnect the broadband connection also. Even now, you are least bothered about this issue. Instead of correcting the bill, your agents call me daily asking to pay the pending amount - I told everyone clearly that I will pay the final amount only after incorrect billing is corrected. In reply, everyone diligently says it will be corrected in 2 days - but so many 2-days have passed by now and its still not corrected.

                        But today I got a bill with additional due amount!!!

                        So frustrating that I've to continue dealing with Docomo even after I disconnected the account due to pathetic service.

                          Hi everyone,
                          My sincere request to you not to go for tata docomo postpaid connection i had a bad experience with this service.

                          I sent a mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com to request my cancellation, they replied please find the below the content of reply.
                          The next day got a call from the docomo and asked the reason for cancellation and asked the possibilities of concerting to prepaid. She told yes its possible and submit your documents near outlet.
                          I went to basanagudi, srinagar and muneswara block outlet. They said minimum 3 month is required to convert. Then i called up and said the same things to executive and please cancel my connection she told with 15 days your number wil be permanently cancelled.
                          Today - 11-may-2016 i received a bill to pay 454 rs.
                          What type of service these are giving. This is a blunder,
                          They keep on cheating the customer.
                          They do not the product information for everything they say "sorry for the inconvenience". Every one saying different answer.
                          Note: please do not take docomo post paid connection.

                          Hi
                          I took 3g postpaid connection with 2gb data it's 399 plan. I never use 512 mb, after that I unable to open the browser please do not prefer tatadocomo such bad experience I had. Even they are not helping me to close this connection such nightmare experience.

                            I am using a basic handset, but they has charged for 3G
                            and 2G usage, which haven't used. Last month also they charged for same but still i paid, not happening all the time. when i asked the clarification they can not able to give. I want the clarification which all website i have used . Also the bill is showing 5 sms has been sent to other number which is also wrong, some value added service also charged.

                              I've done an MNP migration from Chennai to Surat for my Tata Docomo number.
                              They have initiated my mobile services from 6th April but cancelled it on 14th due to Negative address verification. The so-called person associated with the company has said me this answer when i asked about the reason for debarring my services. They have drafted a bill for the above mentioned period. On going for the second time they told me that we have done it because you have not paid the bill. On telling that i immediately paid the bill.
                              I have mailed the customer care about the incident but still they are not giving a proper reply about the incident. I am yet to receive my services. I am posting it after making so many visits and phone calls but still they are not providing me a proper solution.

                                  On 26th april 2016 i requested for prepaid bill of 6 months, ([protected]) very next day i received a sms saying that hi! Your itemized bill has been sent to your email id dr. [protected]@gmail.com. Request number ppb[protected] but i did not received any prepaid bill to my email. After two days i called to the customer care 121 they were said that you will receive the prepaid bill in 24 hours, later i did the same process twice so total charge is 75 inr.

                                  Then recently again i did on 10th may 2016 request number ppb08254165 and 25 inr charged very next day on 11th may 2016 morning i received a sms saying that hi! Your itemized bill has been sent to your email id dr. [protected]@gmail.com. But i did not received any prepaid bill to my email. I called to 121 they are now saying that again they need 24 hours.

                                  Its seems to me a big fraud i need the prepaid bill for 6 months immediately, because the docomo charged a lot of money to my calls and also this prepaid bill request.

                                  I will file case also if you do not provide a prepaid bill for six months as you said.

                                    Prepaid connection — call details

                                    I applied through sms with email adress for the prepaid call details for last month on date 9 may 2016.i received sms that bill is send to email.but actually bill mail not received whereas INR 25.00 get deducted from balance.i am fed up by such service.please do the needful urgently for bill.my complaint no is[protected].

                                      Sir/Ma'am this is the incidence which took place today :

                                      Today in the afternoon at 3:52 PM, my mother received a call from the number [protected]. They asked my mother about our address, my mother's name and my father's name and other details regarding his profession and Office Address since we just upgraded our connection from Tata DoCoMo Walky (CDMA based) to the new one which is based on GSM. Right after asking my mother about all the details, they instructed my mother to dial 2 in order to confirm activation, and when she did press the button, they activated a service named Call Me Tunes. Even after deactivating the service manually, they sent another message around 7:38 PM which had the content saying, "your nametune request is registered now and will be activated within three working days."

                                      I saw the bill on my phone and the bill includes the charges of 'Call Me Tunes'. First of all I didn't activate the 'Call Me Tunes' service. It was activated by your deceptive employee as I've mentioned above in my complaint. Second of all, I deactivated the service within the same day itself. Then why are they charging me for that service even though I didn't avail it. Last but not the least, the phone was never switched off. But the Tata Docomo Customer Care depict some false story in the comments given above. Credit the amount, i.e., Rs. 275 + applicable taxes charged in the bill. The evidence has already been provided in the previous post.

                                      It's been about a month now, my problem has still not been solved. This wasn't expected from Tata Docomo. Moreover, the service they render to the customers is really bad. If this continues to happen, I'm willing to switch to another network. I don't want to waste my time on them. I'd rather buy a better connection even if it costs me a bit more. Shame on you Tata Docomo.
                                      Last but not the least, I'm not going to pay the extra charges for the payment of bill after the due date because, the amount mentioned in the bill was vague and invalid. Also, if you're willing to solve my problem then send a revised bill, which obviously excludes the so called VAS charges. Or else, forget about having a good reputation in the market because if you continue doing like this people like me who've been cheated are going to withdraw their support off your shoulders.
