The company doesn't provides its customer with remaining minutes balance whereas other companies like airtel do so. Plz start providing minutes balance so that customer can manage his/her plan and avoid heavy payments that company like yours desire for and always looks or devise ways to cheat common man. So, everybody its time to switch to Airtel / vodafone.
Tata DoCoMo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have done a recharge of amount rupees 54 and there is no details about this recharge manual so I have done my recharge quickly and after that I received a massage about recharge manual. In this massage this recharge is a night pack so I complained about this product description with this recharge.

    It is being almost 6-7 months . I am getting annoyed. Poor indoor/outdoor network coverage. No resolution till date. How long I shall be patient. Its high time Tata Docomo. Please take care of your consumers. If you are paying so much for adv, why you n't paying for network coverage. I have to bear with you until 1st May and the day after I will file a consumer case against you.

          Hii, i have docomo number of haryana, number is [protected] .. and i am suing it in ludhiana, even i have activated roaming pack of rupees 71... but still i am getting roaming in ludhiana on my docomo number .Aircel is supporting my docomo number vfor no reason. what is this man... please cancel my roaming pack or ask aircel to run with my docomo pack ... please regsiter my complain and call me on [protected] ...

            A person is calling me daily. When i put the number at my reject list, he can start the text to me.
            "i love u janu, mona, sona" this the sentence which he was send me.

            It's a docomo number.

            I checked at true caller & i got the name of the person.
            The name of the person is rahul dey.
            I got him in facebook, what's up.
            May be he is a student of jogesh chandra college..

            I got the information from facebook..Where most of the friends are studding at jogesh chandra college..
            One friend name saikat kayal. He is the student of this college.


            I am sending two picter, the single picture person name is rahul dey, and the other one is saikat kayal.


            Plz do somthing for me, , , ...I am very much upset...

              I gave a request for isd calling activation for my postpaid number at tata docomo store located in kokane chauk, pimple saudagar, pune, mh on 21 april 2016. I paid rs 1500 in cash towards deposit for activation of this service. The representative told me that it would be activated in 10 mins. Oit did not get activated. Sometime later at 11:55 am i got a sms that service will be activated in 4 hrs. But till 8:30 pm on 21 april isd service was not activated and i was not able to call international numbers. Then i called 121 and explained the issue. The person attending my call was constantly saying sorry and was of no use at all. And she gave me one more new information that time required to process this request is 23 april 2016 at 3.19 pm. When i requested to lodge a complaint she said she can not do it. 121 is absolutely useless and hopeless helpline to docomo customers. I was again and again given misleading information and this is the worst service that i have faced within 2 months of docomo service. I have done mnp for my two numbers from idea to docomo and i have already started regretting it big time. Idea was lot better than this compared to my experience with you. Also one more thing to mention regarding your third class service is that i still have not received receipt for deposit amount which of amount paid in the morning. The person at the docomo store said that printer is not working and he would mail me the receipt by 21 april 2016 evening itself. Still as on 24 april 2016, i am not able to make any isd calls. On sunday 24 april 2016 i got an email saying that issue will be resolved by 25 april 2016 13:55 hrs. Even this was false commitment by docomo and i am still not able to make isd calls as well as have not received payment receipt of rs 1500/-.

              Docomo is the most useless provider. I sent mail at [protected]@tatadocomo.com. They created a complaint id (M[protected] but are not able to resolve the issue. Whenever you call 121 or[protected] the representative start apologizing and these help lines are waste of time. They say that they are completely helpless and can not do anything.

                Tata Docomo — Refund money

                SR yesterday am use net browser with 4. Something MB 3G data so way you will cut my main balance 137 ruppes

                  I have verified my mobile number in docomo website like last time they have showed 140rs tt against 130rs recharge, i have recharged the amount through paytm like last time i have done and got 140 tt, after recharge successfull i got conformation sms from docomo against recharging 130 and tt 140. But what i actually got appx 115 rs. It is waste of money as i could easyly recharge 80 rs full talk time. I call back to cc, they dont have good answer and said offer not available. How odd, a reputed company like tata is cheating for this small amount? I had much respect for the company over other indian companies that other than vodafone i am using this docomo for such a long time with same number.!!

                    Tata docomo no. [protected]. Company has cut all the balance of rs. 323 and also all d data about 2.5 gb. We ask d reason to customer care, they told us they cut it for d just music . but its not chargeable. So they told us to give the balance back within 4 hours. When we cant get it back, we again today morning talk to the customer care & they again told us they give it back . but in afternoon we received a call from customer care that they are not giving our rs. Back . we ask why again & again but cant get satisfied reply. So i request you to help for giving total balance & data on no. [protected] from which they cut it. Plz help us.

                      Hello I am a subscriber of Tata docomo postpaid connection since 6-7 months. My postpaid address for billing is wrong and I been trying to get it right ever since the day I took the connection. I gave the person from whom I took connection my bsnl telephone bill for change of address 6 months back but he did not change I visited the outlet 3 months ago for change of address but no effect I raised a request for change of address online and they told me to submit the documents to the nearest shop and that shop is the shop from where I took my connection. I went to him some days ago and gave, him address proof he said it's not needed he will change the address and he did not take my "bsnl telephone bill" which I gave for a dress proof instead he said he will change it.No effect there is no response from ur team.. The address my bill is comming is totally wrong and on top of that I had given them security deposit which when I asked about they said at the time of disconnection will be given in my address which is they are not willing to change even though multiple attempt of visiting thir outlet now I am stuck in a loop.. My docomo number is [protected] and my average bills comes around 600 rupees sometimes more or less depending on my roaming plan. I like docomo services that's why I am even using it or else I would have put the phone number in safe custody and stopped using it since my multiple attempts of trying to get my address changed I live in a place called davangere and I am here in a temporary basis please try to resolve my issue. Or else I will put my number in long safe custody periods and stop using it and u will be loosing a very valuable customer!! So please try to resolve my complaint

                        I tried to recharge 1 GB internet mobile data worth rupees 153 on 18 April 2016. an amount of rupees 153 was debited from my account but as there was poor network it told that we could not process you amount will be refunded in three working days. It was tried to do through my tata DoCoMo mobile application. but the amount was not refunded even after 5 days. when the costomer care was called the person disconnected the call as soon he heard the complaint saying that he is not able to here properly.

                        The Tata Docomo mobile app is rubbish. I also had an issue where a recharge didn’t go through, and I had to constantly call customer care to resolve it. I think I spent more time and money calling customer care than the amount I actually recharged for. For this reason, I highly recommend you use a third-party app to recharge your mobile. I have tried Bill Bachao, and it seems to be a very convenient way to recharge balance or pay your mobile bill. In terms of recharging, the amount gets credited immediately, and I have earned a lot of cash back using the app as well.get this app here - http://bit.ly/ormbb

                          I am unable to send any msg using my tata docomo sim card using any mobile. I am using the cdma sim [protected]. I have tried to use this sim card toc check if any issue with my phone but i am able to send msg using other sim cards so i guess only my sim card having issue with sending the msg.

                            I have not activated any service and the amount has been deducted without my consent.

                              Even after complaining to customer Care and [protected]@tatadocomo.com, no solution is done.No reply by company's email id.
                              Customer care have different opinions.
                              They said they cant do anything once.
                              The other time they said they are giving me my remaining data.
                              Worst sservices ever used.

                                I have got a photon data card. For the psst four months it is working very very slow. Even for this complaint it has take several hours. I talked to the authorities they checked in their own outlet and found very slow.They said it will be in order after a month but even after 6 months is not working properly.

                                I have registered a customer compliant (No 808841 dated 04/04/2016) on 04/04/2016 but till date no improvement or response. My photon no max no is [protected]

                                  I received a mail from tata docomo about 2gb 3g @ rs. 255 then i booked. But after receiving the sim card it was only 2g working sim. When i called to customer care and complaint about the situation then they saying we given advertisement of 3g but when people will enter his area code then after will not show there if 3g are not available in that particular area, it means people are going to buy 2g sim. Then i told them if like that then why its also not showing there it is 2g sim which people are going to buy then they refused to tell any thing and said will forward my complain to marketing team about the concern. Till date not yet received any updates from their end.

                                    Mera tata docomo gsm [protected]ka number hai. Maine 19/4 sham pe ₹40 recharge kiya tha aur sirf 2 ya 3 call kiya tha. Aaj (21/4) jab me call kar raha ths to "u have not a sufficient balance to make a call" ke aaya to maine balance check kiya ₹0.2 paise dikhaya to maine complaint karne ke liye 198 pe call kiya to unhone bataya ki "remedy career pack" active hone ki wajase balance kata hai. To maine kaha jab maine active karne ki request di hi nahi to kaise active kiya aapne to unhone apne sinners ko call transfer kiya us ne bhi kaha ki pack ke liya aapka paisa kata hai to maine kaha maine koi pack active karne ki request nahi di aur mera paisa refund karo tous ne meri complaint bhi nahi li aur pasa refund bhi nahi hota kaha. Maine kaha tum refund mat do lekin muje complaint lekar sr. No do us kaha hamare yaha koi sr (Request number) nahi hota aur call cut kar diya. Aur mere mobile pe pack deactivate ka message aaya.
                                    Sir meri aapse request hai mera paisa refund karwa digiya please...

                                    maine yesterday around 12 :30 ko apna tata docomo gsm ka rs 251 ka combo pack online recharge kiya or, sirf whatsapp use ki or ek lotus cream ka review check ki or kuch frndship ka msg check liya or, 3 ya 4 cal kiya uske bad mera remain balance 81 rs tha sam ko suddenly mujhe msg aaya ki u dont have sufficient balance to make a call . To maine apna net blnc check liya *111*1# to mere account me nhi blnc tha or nhi net blnc tha uske bad se maine 198 pe continue call ki .But customer care se bat nhi ho pai .Fir maine dusre tata docomo sim se cal ki to jakr bat hui ek girl miss bulbul se subah jakr bat hua to maine usse bola ki mere blnc or net blnc refund kr dijiye pls usne mujhe nonsense matter bta kr cal disconnect kr di .

                                    So please ab mera apse request hai ki mera blnc or net blnc refund kr de pls or mujhe sim ko port krne ka idea btaye pls because, i m happy with tata docomo service.

                                      I bought tata max photon before two month. I am facing network problem in my area. I complaint to customer care regarding network problem. I am not able to use photon device in my area. It has taken more than one month but didn't get solution. So i stopped to pay second month bill and they are asking me to pay more three bills and might be they provide solutions after three month. Third class service provided by Tata. Also their engineer said network signal will not come proper in your area while sales executive said you will get good network signal in your area. They are speaking lie to sell their product.
